(TAKUMA'S POV)

Walking down the hallway of the headmasters private house, my mind started to wonder. 'Kaname... has been rather strange lately. He has been locking himself up in his room for longer periods of time, only coming out when class is starting. That itself is not too unusual, but he also seems distracted. Maby his thirst is starting to affect him more than normal. I'll just have to ask him about it later.'

Making a left turn, I felt the Headmaster's presence in the kitchen, along with another I did not recognise. I stopped, wondering if my curiosity was worth getting behind schedule. 'Well... I DID come here to ask the Headmaster a question... the fact that I get to meet (and possibly traumatize) a new person is just a pleasant surprise!'

And with that thought, I opened the kitchen door, ready to shout a 'HELLO CHAIRMAN!'... only for my vocal cords to lock up and my mouth to go dry.

(NARUTO'S POV)

Looking up at the open door, I saw a new face. A fellow blond with sparkling green eyes, they were standing in the doorway with a surprised, shocked look on their face. I couldn't help but let a soft laugh escape my lips at their expression.

The sound seemed to shake them out of whatever trance they had been in enough for them to close their mouth and clear their throat.

(TAKUMA'S POV)

The sound of a soft laugh helped me wake up enough to close my slightly gaping mouth, and clear my throat. Shaking my head lightly, I put a smile on my face. Practly floating my way over, I stopped in front of the Headmaster.

"Good morning Chairman!" I said with a bright smile, pretending that me freezing up never happened. But by the amused, slightly calculating look in his eyes as he smiled, he knew what I was trying to do, and he was also wondering what had made me lock up like that.

With twinkling eyes and a bright smile, the Headmaster turned to me and said, "Good morning to you to Ichijo-kun." Pushing out his chair, the Headmaster picked up his empty plate and motioned a hand toward the other person siting at the table.

"Have you met Naruto-kun yet?" He asked, setting the dirty dish in the sink and rinsing it off. I looked back at the table, watching the stranger stand up, vaguely noting that he only came up to about my chin, and watched at he went and stood by the Headmaster. He to began cleaning his dish, drying it before he turned to look at me.

I almost had the same reaction as the first time I saw him, but I forced my body not to lock up again. Slowly, I looked the boy up and down. He could not be any older that sixteen. He had long pure blond hair flowing down his back like morning sunshine, the sides by his ears braided into four small braids before it all became one big braid that rested on top of the other silken strands.

I took in his beautiful deep blue eyes, framed by long ashy blond lashes. His bangs fell into his face and, like the rest of his hair despite the braids, fell in a messy order, making it look like he had just rolled out of bed but was ready to fall right back in, maby with someone else by his side.

I could feel my ears burn slightly with that thought, so I shook my head slightly, hoping to get rid of that train, not liking the direction it was going in. I focused back on the boy, Naruto, the back of my brain reminded me, and finished taking in his look. Wearing the day class uniform, with the tie loose, and the first two buttons undone on the dress shirt,along with the chains on his pants and the studs you could vaguely see in his ears from behind his bangs, he was quite a sight.

Though I could not help but think that the white of the Night class uniform would fit his holy glow better, I had to admit that he was positively breathtaking, the whisker like markings faintly showing on his cheeks adding to his unique beauty. 'He looks slightly like a kitten...' I thought to myself before smiling at him, just realizing that I had taken far to long to answer the Headmaster's question, and stuck my hand out.

Shaking my head, I replied to his earlier question, "No I am afraid I have not had the pleasure of making his acquaintance. Nice to meet you, my name is Takuma Ichijo, Vice President of the Night Class." When he took my hand, I felt a small shock go up my arm, but I ignored it as I moved his hand up and down twice.

The Headmaster moved back over to where we were standing, smiling happily at the both of us. "Now that introductions are over with, is there something that you needed Ichijo-Kun?" The Headmaster asked, looking at me. Suddenly remembering the real reason of me being there, I wanted to smack myself over the head for taking so long and setting everything drastically behind schedule.

Smiling at the Headmaster, I nodded. "Yes actually. I came here wondering if there was anyone that you'd help over at the Night Class dormitry. Preferably a Perfect, but since I don't see Yuki-chan or Grumpy-Kun anywhere, I guess I'm out of luck." I saw Naruto frown slightly, but didn't have time to wonder why before the Headmaster all but had a spaz attack.

I watched him with slightly widened eyes as he pulled Naruto in front of him, before looking over the shorter males head, both of his hands having been placed on his shoulders. "Well, it just so happens that you are in luck." Noting my confused face, he continued in a voice that said he thought the reason was obvious. "Naruto-Kun here just so happens to be a new Guardian! So, he can help you, and at the same time, he can meet the rest of the Knight Class!"

Letting go of Naruto, the Headmaster began to jump around the room, singing about how he was a genius and how this was a perfect opportunity for 'His cute new student!'

I looked back to Naruto, who was watching the Headmaster with a slight smile. My breath caught at the sight of it, but I ignored my body's confusing actions and asked him,"So... would you like to help us out at the dormitry?" Looking back at me, he nodded and started walking towards the door. Following him out, I thought about how things were going to get slightly more interesting from now on.

If only I had known how true that would be...

So here is an update. I tried to get it out sooner, but that never happened. I will try to get another out soon, but no promises because I am about to get very buisy. Please Revie! They make me happy and help me find inspuration. Until next time!
