That fire which came out of her hand had a purpose, though Kia did not mentally demand it, her emotions did. Creating that fireball was not what she expected to do. All she wanted to do was reach out for Jim, to stop him from falling. Those were her thoughts and that fire did what she wanted, it chased down Jim, flying as fast as it could possibly go, although technically there is not speed limit to magical fire. You could say that the fire had a mind of its own, yet it shared Kia's mind and emotions.
The fires burning desire was to help Jim and that's what it was going to do. It sped straight down the open earth's wall, seeing its target, watching him shout, "No! No!" as he tried to restart his board, stamping down his foot on the ignition. By now the fire was catching up, and it came into Jim's vision.
Jim had noticed the fireball coming, noting that it was the right size to fit into the motor; he just had to wait long enough to catch it. The fire was getting closer and closer until it was finally in the right he caught it in the rocket thrusters. Quickly Jim turned the board around causing the thrusters it to heat up from friction against the wall. He smirked triumphantly as the thrusters re-ignited and he sped vertically up the wall.

I don't know what it did, but all I knew was that it was a good thing. I mean, it has to be! As far as I know random fire that unexpectedly flies out of my hand is a good thing, right'? But that doesn't matter, I have to reach
I kept flying, forcing myself to fly faster and as I appear at the opening of the crack Jim starts to come racing up the side wall, flying in line with me. Yes! Yes, he made it! But we're not out of this trouble yet. Ben starts to shout as Jim and I both race for the portal globe.

We're almost there…
1… in the last two seconds Jim pressed a random spot on the globe and it changed. I could still see the planet exploding in my peripheral vision behind us but I had to shut my eyes when the portal changed due to the bright light, but we made it. Thanks Gaia we made it.
The cool night air and the total destruction of the planet behind us was conflicting but we made it!
"Yes!" I shouts as I fly around the ship in a similar style to Jim. I can't believe we did it! I can't believe I keep saying I can't believe! Jim's shouting as well while her flies around the ship.
"WOW! YEAH!" He shouts
"You done it Jimmy! You done it boy! HAHAHA. Didn't I say the lad had greatness in him?" Silver shouts as Morph turns into an exploding bunch of fireworks. Jim flies down towards ship and I follow in his example. Jim flicks the makeshift rocket board off the side of the ship and jumps down on deck. That's when I realised something… I DON'T KNOW HOW TO LAND!
My perfect flight started to become rocky as I head down straight towards the gang on the deck and practically crash land on Jim. Well, it was kinda like a crash land hug because I wrapped my arms around his neck and his went around my waist. Everyone on the ship was now cheering for us, it's embarrassing though. We let one another go and soaked up the praise. It felt good, I will admit.
"Unorthodox, but ludicrously effective." Captain Amelia says making her way to Jim and I. "I'd be proud to recommend you to the Interstellar Academy, the two of you." She states proudly. "They could use a man and woman like you."
"The I.S.A? That's amazing! Thankyou Captain!" I say tackling the Captain in a big hug, which she returns it.
"That's quite alright. And please call me Amelia." I chuckle as we pull out of the hug.
"That's going to be a hard habit to break." I say and she laugh too.
"Just wait until your mother hears about this!" the Doc says hooking his arm around Jim's neck. "But first we down play life threatening parts."
"Jimmy, that was UNFORGETABLE!" Ben shouts exploding with happiness, well not literally but you get the drift. "I know you don't like touching, but get ready for a hug big guy, because I'm gonna hug ya!" He says with glee as he latches himself onto Jim.
For a second Jim does nothing except smile before hugging Ben back tightly spinning him in a circle, causing our robot friend to laugh. Ben was shocked by the sudden affection, heck, even I was shocked! "Hey, you hugged me back! Oh I promised myself I wouldn't cry!" Ben says, voice cracking before sobbing on Delbert's shoulder. That's when I notice Silver and Morph sneaking away.
I look at Jim, but already finding him staring at me with the same curious expression I have. We decide to move away from the group and the last words heard was Ben asking for a tissue.

Silver can't be leaving us, not now! I mean sure he betrayed us but in all reality, he saved Jim. And that makes him good in my books. The chattering of Morph made us know we were heading in the right direction.
"Morphy, we gotta make tracks." I hear Silver say as we approach the boat port under the ship. Morph chatters back in sadness. "I know." Silver replies as he comes into view of Jim and I. The two of us stand in the doorway looking at our pirate untying our last long boat.
"You never quit do you." Jim says approaching Silver and Morph. Silver was startled by the sudden voice of Jim, and places a sly smile on his face.
"Ah Jimbo!" He says, but then notices me walking behind Jim. "Kizi, Haha! I was merely checking to make sure our last long boat was safe and secure." He says tying the ships rope back up, in a horrible knot I must say. Jim smirks and bends down to Silvers level, retying the knot perfectly.
"Well, that should hold it." Jim says, with a smirk that reads 'I really know what's going on'.
"Heh heh, I taught you too well." Silver says rubbing the back of his neck.
"That you did." I say with a smirk of my own. Silver then shares the same smirk before it falters into a small smile.
"If you don't mind, we'd just as soon avoid prison." Silver then said, and I couldn't help the tears that formed in my eyes when I thought of Silver sitting behind bars, hand cuffs on, sitting alone in a cell. And what would happen to Morph! His happy little face saddened with the thought of no freedom. "Little Morphy here, he's a free spirit." Silver continues as Morph flies around happily, before catching him in his metallic hand creating a cage. "...being in a cage, it'd break his heart."
I couldn't look anymore. I look to the ground at my left side tears already in my eyes threatening to roll down my cheeks. So, without thinking I ran straight to Silver, wrapping my arms around him, just like I would with my Dad when I was younger. I felt his warmth against me as a cried into his stomach; I didn't want to lose my Dad, not again. I felt his arms wrap around me, warm and loving. Meanwhile, Jim flipped the switch which was connected to the hatch and unties the boat.
"Ohhhh, what do you say you ship out with us? Kia, Hawkins and Silver…" He said as I let go and Silver hooks a hand around my neck. "Full of ourselves and no ties to anyone!" He says gesturing with his hand, fantasising the future. Morph turned himself into a pirate's hat and placing himself on Jims head. . I giggle as I stand next to Jim, who takes of this 'Morph Hat' and tickles it until he turns back into his normal self.
"You know, when I got on this boat… I would have taken you up on that offer in a second…" He says as he watches morph fly around his hand then looks dreamily out at the orange sky. "But, uh- I meet this old cyborg...and he taught me that I could change my own course ...and that what I'm gonna do." Jim looks at Silver with so much love. Even if he doesn't realise it
I give a sad smile, still tears in my eyes but they weren't tears of sadness. No, they were tears of happiness.
"And what do you see of that pal of yours?" Silver asks curiously and Jim looks back towards our Cyborg with a smile
"A future."
Now it was Silvers turn to become teary eyed, or should I say greasy eyed as he chuckles. "Look at cha, glowing like a solar fire…" Silvers voice began to crack as another tear rolled down my cheek. "You're something special Jim…*sniff*...you're gonna rattle the stars you are." Jim couldn't take it either, so with tears in his eyes he ran in for a hug.
Morph chattered in my left ear making me turn to face him. His usual big eyes of joy and wonder had laces of sadness throughout them. He licked my face and chattered sadly so I gave him a kiss on the fore head. "Hey Morph, its ok!" Small tears started to come out of his big eyes. "Bubby no. Don't cry! You'll see me and Jim again one day. I promise!" I said not wanting to see my little blob like this. Thankfully he did cheer up.
"Got a bit of grease in this cyborg eye of mine." Silver sniff after pulling out of the hug. Jim was wiping tears away too. "Oh and don't think I forgot about Kia." He says turning to me. "Now, my beautiful young girl. You're as smart as the beautiful as a tiger lily, and as fierce as a tiger itself. Don't lose that fire with burns bright within ya. I'm sure there is still so much more you are to learn about yourself. And I want you to tell me everything the next time I see you." Silver says as a tear rolls down his cheek from his good eye.
"I don't want you to forget about me." I look back as Jim and Morph, noticing Morph crying and turning into a puddle in Jim's hands. "...about us."
"I will forever remember you lass." He says with a smile.
"Good, but just to make sure…" I talk of my amethyst in a vial necklace and place it in his hands. "When you see this, you will always remember. Family Forever." Silver didn't reply only smiled before Morph flew around his face, sniffing from crying just before.
"I can't believe he's leaving." I whisper to Jim and he gives me a hug. Man, there are so many hugs going around in such a short time.
"I know, but we'll be fine. Don't worry." He says as we pull out and look at Silver. He seems to be whispering something to Morph, I wonder what it is. Morph seems to puff up his chest and gave a salute to our pirate before snuggling Silvers face with love.
"Silver?" I question, but didn't get a reply when Morph practically barrelled my face happily. His gooey little body kept rubbing against me cheek…that sounded weird, just forget about that!
"Oh and one more thing!" Silver shouts from below us, wait what? Silver had already climbed himself into a boat and is lowering himself into the orange sky. He throws Jim a bunch of coins and jewels. "It's for your dear mother, to rebuild that Inn of hers."
"Stay out of trouble, you old scallywag!" Jim calls as Silvers boat starts to hover itself.
"Why, Jimbo lad...when have I ever done otherwise?" He says as the ship flies off into the distance with Silver laughing all the way.
It's good to see that he's happy, that's all I want. I'm happy if he's happy, well not entirely but on the inside, in my heart I'm happy to see them smile.
"Come on, let's go." Jim takes my hand and leads me back to our friends on top deck.

About two months later we had finished rebuilding the Benbow Inn, bigger and better then it was before. Today was the unveiling ceremony which marked with the cutting of the red ribbon by our very own Morph. Delbert took a picture of the new place which Mrs Hawkins unexpectedly pulled me and Captain A… I mean Amelia into as well. But, now we're dancing around at the opening party.
Ben's become the temporary Chef here and is handing out his home made cake to everyone like the incredible waiter our crazy robot can be. The lady playing the twenty instruments at once is Mrs Dunwoody and Amelia and Delbert are looking after their four kids, one boy and three girls. I'm chatting away with Sarah as she introduces me to some of the regular customers, like Mr and Mrs Derris.
"So we'll be seeing you in the restaurant?" Mrs Derris asks. I nod my head and reply.
"Yes ma'am. I'll be working there." Oh yeah that's right I haven't mentioned that Sarah has me working at the Inn and in return I stay with her and Jim. And speaking of Jim, where is he? I mean he's been gone for a while, please don't tell me he's been nabbed by the police again.
"Well it was a pleasure meeting you, but we must be off." Mr Derris said as the both headed for the door only to have to burst open by the police bots. Everyone in the room gasp from the sudden noise.
Damn it Jim…
But, behind the two Robocop's, stood Jim, dressed in a cream suite with medals which hung on his chest. I think that's Interstellar Academy's uniform, it looks good on him. The room bursts into cheers and Jim strikes a pose. Mrs Dunwoody strikes up the music again and we all begin to dance. Jim grabs his Mum and pulls her onto the dance floor. Sarah as holding her lovely blue dress as the two dance down the isle of people. Those two were followed by the Doc and Amelia, who danced down the Aisle as well. I stood by the window now, looking out at the night sky.
"You look beautiful tonight." Jim says from behind me, forcing me to turn around to face him. Jim looks me up and down, taking in my appearance. I was wearing a strapless light clouded teal dress which reached down to my ankles. There were crystals on the form part of the dress and my new amulet hung around my neck and bracket on my left wrist.
"You do yourself." I reply looking back to the sky.
"I miss him too. We'll see him again someday." he says half voicing my thoughts. My other thoughts were on what I saw in those memory flashes. I thought I would have forgotten it by now, but I can remember every single detail from them and it doesn't look like I'm going to forget anytime soon.
"Yeah, I know. Me too. But right now, let's go have fun at the party. It's not every night you get to have one." I say pulling Jim back onto the dance floor.
I did notice that the clouds changed that night into a face I knew too well, but it just made me smile, knowing that he's out there somewhere, smiling and still thinking of us.
What a great end to the Adventure…
