Hey guys I am so sorry for the long wait, but school started and they have given me load of homework and I don't want to fall behind. But getting back here is the chapter

Dimitri's point of view

Have you ever thought everything was lost in a split second right in front of your eyes? Well that's how I felt as I saw the one person who almost took my Roza away from me Tasha Ozera. We stood away from each other but one of my eyes where on my Roza as she stood there fighting her shadow kissed eyes with her stake ready as I was.

"You didn't think I would come after you, Dimka? Every Strigoi talks about how powerful you were. You could become that again. We can rule the world again together take down the Moroi world" Tasha said with am evil grin.

"He'll never become what you are" my Roza growled at her, which Tasha focus her eyes on her.

" ohhh, Rose. You always been the daring one. How are the shadows treating you?" Tasha said as she in a flash was in front of my Roza.

My Roza stood their strong and brave not caring that she kept changing eyes from the death to the living. I grabbed one of Roza's arms and pulled her to me away from Tasha. Roza quickly relaxed as she smelled my aftershave and she knew she was somewhat safe but not completely.

"How many are there?" I asked Tasha

Tasha laughed at my comment.

"There's enough to wipe of most of the royal family, including the Dragomirs" Tasha said a grin in her face.

"I'll kill anyone that gets close to Lissa, including you Tasha. I don't care that your Christian's aunt" my Roza said as she tried to go for Tasha but I held her back.

"How can I defend her when there are so many Strigoi. I don't want her to rely on the darkness but she's going to have to" I thought to myself.

Suddenly we heard a glass breaking and Roza quickly took my back. She was facing our sudden enemy and I was facing Tasha. Roza went straight for our enemy and I advanced on Tasha. I went first for the punch but she blocked pretty well, she already knew how to fight so it was going to be a little challenging. She tried to throw blows at me which she did get some on me but the rest I dodged them.

"Why are you doing this Tasha?, your nephew is in there! You can get him killed" I growled at her.

Even though I barely knew Christian, I have gotten to know him more now that he's my charge and I sure wasn't going to let him die even if he is my charge.

"Christian is after all an Ozera, he knows how to actually defend himself not like my other relatives. I taught him well" Tasha said with smile.

I had an opportunity to stake her in the chest. But a piercing scream broke my attention from Tasha fearing it would have came from my Roza. I turned around and saw that it wasn't her but she was actually tormenting the Strigoi. Then I felt myself being restrained by two other Strigoi that I didn't even notice walk behind me. One of them twisted my arm and made my stake fall to the ground. Then another one went after my Roza. I began to pull away trying as much as I could to break free from the hold I was on. Roza fought hard not to get cought and that's when I notice she was using the darkness to fight. There was no more of her beautiful brown eyes but now there were some what yellow but they were mixed more with red.

"Noooooooo" I thought to myself.

"Robert you can come out now" Tasha said as she laughed a little as she came closer to my Roza.

Robert Duro walked in threw some doors and walked to were Roza was being held. He had this kind of smirk on his face like he was waiting for this.

"Dimitri, Rose.. We need to you guys. "I heard Eddie say threw the earpiece.

"Eddie code blue get as far way as you can Tasha planned this all" I tried to say threw the ear piece but it was taken away from my ear by Tasha.

"I just hope he knew what Code Blue meant. Code blue meant Christian would use his fire magic, if he wasn't already" I thought to myself.

" Listen up Eddie boy, I suggest you take the queen away from here because after I'm done with your precious Rose nobody is going to want to have her around" Tasha said and quickly broke the piece which connected me to my team.

"Tasha what are you planning?!" I screamed as she herself got closer to my Roza who was trying to set herself free from her captives.

"We'll Dimka I'm not the only one who is after your precious little Roza. you see Robert my friend here is seeking revenge against your Roza by her killing his brother. Robert is the one making Rose's shadow kiss abilities act like they are now. The shadows want her" Tasha said.

"What do you mean the shadows want her" I screamed back to them.

"They can't kill her" I thought to myself.

"She has died to many times, she deserves to be on the other side. I can compel her to kill herself, if she believes her spirit user is dead" Robert said.

"You'll never get to compel me. I rather kill you before you touch Lissa." my Roza responded angry.

"Robert please don't" I begged him.

If only she knew how to resist to a spirit users compulsion, Rose could only be compel by a spirit user can if Robert got what he wanted to compel Rose into believing Lissa was dead, I don't want to know what will happen.

One of the Strigoi placed both of his disgusting hands on both sides of her face so her eyes would look directly into Robert Duros eyes. I tried my best to break free to try and save her before Roberts eyes locked with my Roza but I was to late.

" You only have one mission to complete for me. you have lost your spirit user Vasilissa and the only want to reunite with her is by kill yourself and anyone that got in the way from making you accomplish your mission. Lissa is waiting for you. you don't deserve to live after you broke your own promise to keep her alive."
