11. Honour

Guilt wells within him as Dora slumps down onto the bed after another exhausting work shift, heaving a sigh of relief. Remus sits down beside her. She flashes him a grin, then switches her position so she can pillow her head on his lap.

He knows what she goes through each day; he hates himself for it. Insults like "Do you like it in the doggy position, bitch? Is that why you married him?" reverberate in his mind, one of the many spat at her. They don't seem to bother his wife, but they bother him.

He's destroyed her honour.

A/N: I've seen Harry Potter twice now (and possibly for a third time Tuesday and a fourth time sometime after that), and I have to say, I love it. The best one of the lot, in my humble opinion. Of course there were things about it that I really did not like Bella's stupid death and the execution of the Remus/Tonks storyline once again - but Alan Rickman's performance of Snape made up for everything in my eyes. What a legend.
