I knew I had something in my pockets that could help me against this lab-coated fly, but his one hand held my claw, while I was keeping his claw away with my own hand. He then saw something beside me. I slightly turned my head, but it was enough to see that other fly. The one that was working on that metallic bug I found. Did he recognize it? Whatever was going on, he was distracted. I let go of his claw, and punched his face. With him down, I could see what was going on. Saya held her sword up, but something snatched it out of her hands. Saya looked at her hands, grasping at air, then immediately turned to look at Magneto. He stood there, arms raised, which somehow held aloft many other metallic objects, including (I saw) Saya's sword. Magneto stretched out his right hand, toward which, for some reason, some circular-shaped object was flying. I recognized it as a helmet. But as it flew, the bigger fly saw his chance. He used all four of his arms to grab hold of Saya. His upper left arm grabbed her right arm, while his upper right arm grabbed her left arm. Saya of course tugged at his grip, even tried kicking him, but that helped him more more than it helped her, as he used her struggle to let his lower left arm grab her right leg, and his lower right arm grab her left leg.
"Do not kill her just yet." Magneto spoke.
All eyes turned to him. Even Merlin's, as he seemed to be crawling from underneath a rubble.
Magneto's helmet had landed in his his hand, which he then held above his head, "Before she dies, she should know that she just turned her back on... (he put his helmet on) Magneto."
That's right, I thought. Neither she or Merlin knew he was called Magneto. They referred to him as Lehnsherr for some reason.
"So you put your helmet on, and suddenly you have a different name?" Merlin spoke.
This was something he should not have done, as some kind of metal bar suddenly grabbed hold of Merlin, pulling him backwards, and somehow nailing him to the wall.
"Not easy to use magic in this world, is it." Magneto said, "Not every world has it. Gravity, however, is the only constant in the multiverse."
What could I do? I could run up to Magneto, but he'd just do to me what he had done to Merlin. I could help Saya, but what could I do against such a huge fly. Not helping was when I noticed that something was drooling out of the bigger fly's mouth. What it was, I wasn't sure, but when it hit the ground, the floor hissed. It was like he was puking some kind of acid. If I didn't do anything soon, he might use that on Saya. My brain was already dysfunctional, and the stress didn't make it any easier.
"Huh?" Magneto cried, as he placed his hands on his helmet, "What is this?"
As if he was having a headache, Magneto backed away, moaning and crying, while dropping everything that was flying around. This included Saya's sword. I realized I had an opening there. I ran to pick up the sword, then ran back and stabbed it into the bigger fly's back-body. It squealed in pain, and let go of Saya, who needed mere seconds to get back on her feet, grab hold of her sword, and slice it all the way through the bigger fly.

I didn't know why, but there was a huge gaping hole in that circular object. I flew inside it, just to see what was in there. And before I knew it, it all went dark again. That huge hole wasn't just closed up, it also seemed like something was in there with me. It looked a lot like grass, but it didn't smell like it. Nor did it have the same color, as this was gray instead of green. It was like I was stuck in that pit again, where Saya kept me. I couldn't go through that again. I buzzed about, as long and as fast as I could, hoping I could find a way out. Soon enough, something did happen. That object just disappeared, and I was free to fly about again. As I flew up, I saw that Lehnsherr's circular object was lying on the floor, while Lehnsherr himself had his hands on his head, completely confused about what just happened. Merlin mumbled a few words, which created a circle of fire around Lehnsherr. He could do little more than look around him. His eyes even fell on something else. As I looked at what he was looking at, I saw that the giant monster had been sliced into two.
"It would look like I have underestimated you two." he said.
How he did it, I don't know, but somehow, without any wings, he lifted himself off the ground.
"I won't make that same mistake again." he added, just before he raised his hands again, which balled into fists.
As that happened, the entire room seemed to be rumbling, like something was trying to crush it.

Of course, he can somehow control metal by shear force of will, and every building has at least some metal in their structures, so of course he'd be able to use that against us. Merlin mumbles a few more words, but is constantly interrupted by some debris falling down. Saya tries to use her sword, but some kind of force kept pulling her sword back. I found myself wishing that along with the head and claw, I also got the wings of a fly. As soon as that thought hit me, something hit Magneto. Something was slapping him in the face, but it was too small and too fast for me to see. As he was slapped, the room stopped rumbling.
"What is happening to me?" Magneto wondered.
As soon as that question was out, I could see what was attacking him. A small swarm of what looked like gray bugs had started to get together. By connecting themselves to each other, stacking and piling on top of themselves, they took on the shape of a gray man. A tall, faceless robotic man.
Magneto looked at it and smiled, "What do you hope to accomplish?"
The gray man took one step, then tried another, but something was holding him back.
"I control ALL metal."
Something from the gray man's face opened. A small light lit up, but before anyone could admire the beauty of it, a long ray shot from it, and hit Magneto in the shoulder. He fell down, crying in pain.
"What is going on here?" I recognized Godfrey's voice.
We all turned to look. We saw Godfrey, looking at the scene, eyes wide as she sees what had been happening in this room. Before she could even say anything, that ray of light returned and hit her in her leg. She too fell down, but unlike Magneto she actually burst into tears when that happened.
"We will continue this fight." Magneto uttered, just before he raised his arm again.
Above his head, a small explosion happened, creating a small enough hole for him to fly through. The gray man broke apart into those metallic bugs again, just to chase after him, but the hole closed before they could reach to that point.
When that was over, I looked at Godfrey. I wasn't sure why, but something told me there was something more personal between us. I walked up to her, just to settle that. She lifts her head up, her eyes stained red with tears.
"You..." she said, "Help me."
I cocked my head. Why would I want to help her?
"Didn't I help you? Aren't you stronger now?" she brought up, "Didn't I save your life before? From that Stormtrooper?"
"M, what is she talking about?" Saya asked me.
But I had no answer. If anything, what she did was destroy me. I forgot half the things I should know, I have constant headaches, and worst of all she turned me into this without asking me first. With my claw, I grabbed her by her throat.
"M, don't!" Merlin shouted at me.
But it was too late. With my claw, I snapped her throat open. With this, I no longer had any grip on her, so she fell down, like a bag of meat.

I wish I could have done what he just did. That female, who put us inside that machine, and turned us into what we are now. I would have done nothing different. I flew back to that human, and landed on his shoulder. He saw me, but he didn't react.
"This must be the fly's doing." I heard Andre's voice, but I didn't see him.
"Who said that?" Merlin started looking about.
That metallic human from before reappeared again. The voice came from him, "I did."
"You talk?" Saya wondered.
"Gort does not talk." it spoke with Andre's voice, "I am just talking to you through him."
"Gort?" Merlin asked.
"If that name means nothing to you, then you, like me and Seth, aren't of this world."
Saya and Merlin looked at each other, but it was Saya who did all the talking, "And you are?"
"My name is Andre." it said, "I am a victim of my own invention. And he is a victim of mine."
He pointed at me and the human with my head as he said that.
"Can you change him back?"
"I can." he said, "But first, let me help myself."
