Thank you all who reviewed on my last chapter. I went through a hard time last couple of months. I've wanted to update, but with the whole death thing over my head, I couldn't. Here is the next chapter...
Maya's POV
The two weeks goes by quick. Today is my last at therapy. I kind of don't want to leave. Alice Prozan became one of my best friends. She understands my pain.
Another one of our therapy friends, who is called Sydney TVQueen comes up to us. She has reddish brown hair and blue eyes. She was depressed because she was bullied out of public school. She tried to kill herself, but survived.
"Hey, guys. Do you want to go to the end of therapy party together?" she asks us with excitement. The guy she likes is going to be there.
Alice smiles at her. "Sure Syd. Will is definitely going to ask you out," Alice says. Sydney shrugs. I agree with Alice. For the past two weeks, Sydney and her crush, William Khoney have been flirting. "Look on the bright side, now you have friends."
For the next two hours, we pack and get ready for the party. Our fourth roommate, Eleanor Wigby is helping.
Eleanor has black hair and hazel eyes. She is the same age as all of us, fifteen. Ellie had a big alcohol problem. After her parents passed away, she was sent to live with her aunt. Her aunt was horrible to her. She started drinking. After almost dying from an overdose, her grandparents took her out of that house and made her go to therapy.
I smile at them. "Remember when we all first met two weeks ago?" I ask them. They all nod, remembering the special day.
Alice and I had got back from the pool. We had just got our room assignments. We were dorming together with two other girls.
We entered our room, room 37. Sitting on one bunk bed was a girl with reddish hair. Her blue eyes looked at us. "Hi, I'm Sydney TVQueen," she says. "What are your names?" She seemed nervous.
"I'm Marie Santos," I introduced myself as the new me. There was no more Maya Matlin! She was dead.
Alice stepped forward to shake Sydney's hand. "Nice to meet you, I am Alice Prozan." she says to Sydney.
Then walked in a girl with black hair and hazel eyes. She gave all of us a dirty look. "I get this bunk and that's final, bitches," she said. It was the bunk under Sydney.
"Well, I'm Alice Prozan, that's Marie Santos, and over there is Sydney TVQueen," Alice said, introducing the three of us.
The girl snorted. "What retarded names," she laughed. "What the hell last names are Prozan and TVQueen. You both raised by clowns or something? I can tell by your outfits." Sydney started to cry. She turned to me. "Santos, like Manny Santos, the famous actress. She is such a slut. Having sex with every Hollywood guy, I bet. The crap I now I have to deal with you bitches. Call me Eleanor Wigby." This girl pissed me off.
"What the hell is your freakin problem?! You are worst than all the bullies from my old school. And they were bad!" I yelled at Ellie. "My ex-boyfriend killed himself, because of his so-called-friends bullied him. Try having everyone hate you. You're own parents not want you. I tried to kill myself. My sister, Manny, helped me!" I was in tears.
Alice stepped forward. "I was raped by my brother's best friend. Try losing your virginity at the age of nine. Not getting your period until you were thirteen. And every time Luke came over, I tried to avoid him! He ruined my life!" she yelled at Ellie.
Sydney stood her ground. "I was also bullied out of school! No one really wanted to be my friend. I was called ugly, slutty, a bitch, and much more. I hated myself so much. I took pills to kill myself, but failed. My parents sent me here for help!" she told Ellie.
Ellie looked at us funny. "Well, I don't have an easy life, either. My parents were killed. My aunt is very abusive. My outlet is alcohol. I somehow overdosed on alcohol. When my grandparents found out I was stealing alcohol and my aunt was hurting me, they took me away from that hellhole. To get better, they sent me here!" she told her story.
We all cried. We all had a story that sent us here. Sent us to meet each other.
"I'm sorry I was such a bitch to you guys when we first met," Ellie apologizes to us.
Alice laughs. "It's cool. You were on withdrawal from alcohol. How else were you going to react to your roommates?"

Later on, at the party, Will and Sydney are sitting on chairs together. Ellie is playing her guitar. Alice and I are swimming on the pool. Alice keeps staring at this boy named Jeffrey Peterson. He has dark brown hair and green eyes.
Will is a strong looking brunette with brown eyes with a little green in them. I can see why Sydney likes him and why Alice likes Jeff. I only have my eyes on Campbell, my heart belongs to him.
"Hey, let's sing our favorite song!" Ellie suggests. We all get up on stage, getting ready to sing our favorite song. "Hello, we are here to sing you guys a song!"
Remember how we used to party up all night
Sneaking out and looking for a taste of real life
Drinking in the small town firelight
(Pabst Blue Ribbon on ice)
Sweet sixteen and we had arrived
Walking down the streets as they whistle, "Hi, hi!"
Stealin' police cars with the senior guys
Teachers said we'd never make it out alive
There she was my new best friend
High heels in her hands, swayin' in the wind
While she starts to cry, mascara runnin' down her little Bambi eyes:
"Lana, how I hate those guys.".
This is what makes us girls
We all look for heaven and we put our love first
Somethin' that we'd die for, it's our curse
Don't cry about it, don't cry about it
This is what makes us girls
We don't stick together 'cause we put our love first
Don't cry about him, don't cry about him
It's all gonna happen
And that's where the beginning of the end begun
Everybody knew that we had too much fun
We were skippin' school and drinkin' on the job
(With the boss)
Sweet sixteen and we had arrived
Baby's table dancin' at the local dive
Cheering our names in the pink spotlight
Drinkin' cherry schnapps in the velvet night
Yo we used to go break in
To the hotel, glimmer and we'd swim
Runnin' from the cops in our black bikini tops
Screaming, "Get us while we're hot. Get us while we're hot."
(Come on take a shot)
This is what makes us girls
We all look for heaven and we put our love first
Somethin' that we'd die for, it's our curse
Don't cry about it, don't cry about it
This is what makes us girls
We don't stick together 'cause we put our love first
Don't cry about him, don't cry about him
It's all gonna happen
The prettiest in crowd that you had ever seen
Ribbons in our hair and our eyes gleamed mean
A freshmen generation of degenerate beauty queens
And you know something?
They were the only friends I ever had
We got into trouble and when stuff got bad
I got sent away, I was waving on the train platform
Crying 'cause I know I'm never comin' back.
Soon, Manny arrived to pick up Maya. She explained her amazing time there. She would keep in contact with her new friends.
