-flash back, before Beryl's first attacks -
The wind blew through the tall blonde's hair as she ran against the wind with her partner by her side. The angry blonde looked towards the man who ran beside them. His figures quickly changed into that of a woman. A two piece suit and hair pulled back into a long dark blueish black ponytail. She shorts, gloves, boots, and tops were a deep black stained blue. The blonde looked to her partner to see the classic costume of their trade, white leotard with a dark blue bow, a dark teal skirt and sailor flap on her feet were a three inch dark teal heels with an X strap across the front. Her deep sea hair flowed as they ran. Uranu ran with them not noticing her change from herself to her own matching outfit to Neptune's except with navy skirt and sailor flap with a yellow bow and her navy ankle boots a sword forming into her hand as a mirror formed into Neptune's. The trio stopped looking around for the yoma that they were sent to destroy.
Uranus wondered why the Queen had seen that stupid Star Light with them. The two Outer Sailor Senshi could do this mission on their own but Queen Serenity had seen this Star Light join them. Uranus glared at the other woman there but she had to deal with it. Neptune looked to her partner what that look of I know what your thinking. They were all sent to destroy a yoma but Uranus and Star Fighter never did get along even if the Queen wished for them to get along they would never. Neptune held up her mirror turning around.
"Fighter behind you." she shouted as a blast of energy came towards Fighter who smirked moving out of the way looking around as another blast was sent their way. The trio jumped into the air and spread out to try to lure out the yoma.
Neptune raised her hand above her head. " Deep Submerge" she shouted sending her attack at the monster. Uranus smirked slightly watching the Sea Goddess before pulling her sword from her side looking at the Starlight who was also watching the goddess. Star fighter took this time to send her attack at the yoma who dodged the attack moving towards the Senshi of the sky. Uranus thrusted her sword into the yoma quickly jumping back. The group watched the yoma fall but it quickly got up moving towards Neptune. Star Fighter watched as Uranus pulled Neptune to safety letting the angered yoma crash into a wall.
"World Shaking." Uraus shouted letting her power fly towards the yoma nearly hitting Star Fighter.
"Shit Uranus you could have hit me." She shouted at her moving away.
"If you would have moved quicker " Uranus started then felt Neptune push her out of the way a high pitched scream echoing in the other senshi's ears. Fighter moved quickly to Neptune's side picking her up moving out of the way of the yoma. Uranus frowned at this glaring sending around world shaking at the yoma. Fighter gently put Neptune down moving back into the fight.
" Star Serious Laser" shouted Fighter allowing time for Uranus to charge her powers. She watched as the Yoma moved towards Neptune who now stood and moved out of the way of the attack landing next to Uranus tilting slightly as she landed trying not to look weak. Fighter joined the two panting slightly.
Uranus watched the yoma turn around to face them. " We need a plan." she said. "It's stronger than we thought."
"Uranus, " Star Fighter. " If you would watch out then no one would be injured right now," she said. " And we would be able to defeat this thing and call it a night."
Uranus glared at Fighter how dare she turn this on her. She looked at the yoma. " If we all use our powers we should be able to defeat this thing." The blonde said to the other two soldiers who nodded. They all stood side by side charging their powers as light flowed from each of them straight towards the yoma who burst into a million pieces. Everyone was relieved that the creature was gone but where had it come from? It was a mystery for another day. Uranus wrapped an arm around Neptune turning away from the Starlight.
" You weren't a terrible fighter." Uraus said not going to look back as she was more focused on her partner.
"That's strange coming out of your mouth Uranus."
" It is indeed but you fought well." Neptune said being the one to turn to face the Starlight. " Our princess thanks you."
" What about the greater threat?" Star fighter asked.
" I have to get Neptune to actually rest after that fight, and report back to my princess...you can be on your way back to wherever you came from." Uranus said having to stop since Neptune had.
" I will rest Uranus. We have to figure out this threat." Neptune said turning to her partner. " But for now let's get you two away from each other before someone gets hurt. Have a safe trip home." She said gently pulling on Uranus's arm leading her away from the other soldier.
