Hello once again my fellow readers!
This is a pretty early update but I thought
"My readers need more chapters and I've been a bit inactive for a while"
So this chapter is dedicated to you fellow readers ! ~

This is chapter 11: Kagome and Sesshomaru

"Inuyasha, what's wrong?" Kikyo asked while staring at Inuyasha who was leaning up against the wall with his ears twitching.

"No... It's nothing" Inuyasha replied and sighed, Inuyasha didn't understand Kagome very well. She was such a grouch whenever I was with Kikyo, Me and Kikyo are destined to be together forever along with our beautiful girl, Hikari. Inuyasha wasn't sure what was bothering him but he did know that it was about Kagome. He felt like something was going to arise to hurt her, Inuyasha clenched his fists "Brother... You better be protecting her..." Inuyasha thought. Kikyo stared at her dearly beloved in concern but she just let it be and started to tend to Hikari who started to cry.

"There there Hikari, it's okay" Kikyo said while holding her, Hikari was no ordinary child. She was growing at an extremely fast rate, which made Inuyasha and Kikyo worry some but they had Hikari checked out and there wasn't anything wrong according to Miroku.
"Mama" Hikari said Kikyo's eyes widened in surprise.
"I-Inuyasha did you hear what Hikari just said… Her first word! It's only been a couple of weeks since she was born, Hikari is a really special girl" Kikyo said, Inuyasha walked up to Hikari and held her soft little hands, he couldn't believe what he had just heard that just came from his child's mouth.

Sesshomaru rushed through the forest eager to get to Kagome's location, he kept cursing her and how she would get a punishment if she was just faking that scream, she couldn't have faked it though. To Sesshomaru it all felt too real.

Kagome stumbled on a tree root frightened of what stood before her, this "person" or whatever it was looked somewhat familiar, like she had encountered it before but she couldn't quite place her finger on where she saw this thing. Kagome couldn't move she didn't know what to do no matter how many times she told her body to move in her mind it just wouldn't listen.

"Hello Kagome..." The person said as he took a step towards Kagome.
"W-who're you?" Kagome said, she constantly repeated words in her mind "Help me" but it isn't that simple anymore, she had to rely on herself because there was no way in hell Sesshomaru would help her or so she thought. Whenever she pleaded for help Inuyasha would always come in to save her. Kagome hated the fact she still wasn't over Inuyasha after how depressed she became after he left her for a dead corpse.
"How rude, you dare to forget me?" It replied annoyed, Kagome was confused she knew this thing? She admits there's something familiar about this person but she couldn't quite put her finger on it. Kagome just sat there clueless. The person sighed and leaned over and touched Kagome's cheek then touching her hair, Kagome frowned at him and a smirk appeared on its face.
"Don't... Touch me!" Kagome yelled then a pink light emitted from her body, much like her shikon jewels light and it sent the person flying into a tree, he looked unconscious from the blow, Kagome struggled to stand up properly but used the tree for help.
"What was that and who is it?" Kagome said aloud as she thought back to her adventures with Inuyasha hesitantly but it wasn't enough, she just couldn't remember this person or whatever it was. She limped over to him and took a look at him, he had cat ears and a cat tail with brown fur/hair, was this a demon? And how did this demon know me? The more Kagome had thought about it the more confused she became, maybe he mistook her for somebody else? But he knew Kagome's name so nothing Kagome thought about made complete sense.

Kagome heard rustling in the nearby bushes she stayed on guard and planned to attack whoever whom came out of the bushes; she wasn't going to experience a close death again! Kagome saw the figure emerge out of the bushes, she ran up and punched the persons face and landed down on her butt. She looked up and saw a very pissed off Sesshomaru, her eyes widened and she instantly stood up and bowed.
"I'm so sorry Sesshomaru. I didn't expect you to come out of the bushes like that!" Kagome nervously said and then lifted her head and was expecting him to do something bad to her but he just stared at her with a very concerned look.
"Uh. . . Sesshomaru?" She said while waving her hand in front of his face like somebody would do when they're day-dreaming. Sesshomaru instantly took a hold of Kagome's hand. Kagome got scared "What's gotten into him?" Kagome thought, and then Sesshomaru hugged her out of the blue.
"Sesshomaru?" She said but no reply, Kagome shrugged and put her arms around him.
"I'm sorry Sesshomaru, I must of made you worried" Kagome gently said causing Sesshomaru to snap out of what he was doing, he then pushed her towards the ground.

"Stupid Woman, what makes you think I was worried?" Sesshomaru asked trying to keep his composer.
"The fact that you hugged me out of the blue with eyes that looked worried, Sesshomaru that's what makes me think that you were worried" Kagome replied as she stood back up and smacked her bum so she could get dirt off from it, Sesshomaru's face became a little red from Kagome's come back, Kagome smirked at him and Sesshomaru automatically turned around, when he turned around he saw a cat yokai on the ground unconscious. Kagome glanced over to where he was looking at.

"Ah yeah, he's the reason why I screamed ehehe" Kagome said shyly. Sesshomaru faced Kagome
"Did he do anything to you?" He asked Kagome shook her head in reply.
"He didn't, a strange pink light emitted from my bod-"Kagome said then collapsed to the ground. Sesshomaru panicked for a bit, but she was only sleeping.
"How can you choose such a weird place to sleep" Sesshomaru said then chuckled. He looked at her peaceful face he sat on the ground and held her hand. Sesshomaru couldn't contain his feelings for Kagome no matter how hard he tried. Sesshomaru leaned over Kagome and kissed her. Sesshomaru stood back up and put his hand over his face in realization of what he had done. He then punched a tree, he hated the fact he was in love with her, a girl who still contains feelings for his half-brother. Sesshomaru picked up Kagome.

"Heh, I saw you make a move on her you dumb dog" The yokai struggled to say as he stood up. Sesshomaru glared at him and started to walk off with Kagome in his arms.
Sesshomaru had been walking for a bit before he exited the forest into a lake area where he decided to camp out for the night. He then sat up against the tree next to where he had placed Kagome, and fell asleep. Kagome woke up and wondered how she got out of the forest, she looked beside her to see Sesshomaru asleep, this was the first time she ever saw him fully asleep. She then put her hand against her lips.

"Was that really a dream? Somebody kissed me… But who?" Kagome questioned aloud, she blushed just of the thought about it, and she then shook her head violently. Kagome really needed to clear her head. She saw that there was a pond and so she decided to take a nice dip in the lake, she looked behind her to see if Sesshomaru was still sleeping. She waited awhile then took off her clothes one by one, one foot went into the lake then the other until her full body was in, she held her breathe and went under water. Her head came out into the surface of the water. Her hair flowed all over her face and she couldn't see properly, she chucked the hair that was in her face over her face, she then looked up at the moonlit sky, no clouds were in the sky it was just so perfect. Kagome hadn't had a chance to properly relax in a while so it was good for once. She started to become cold so she jumped out of the water and changed back into clothes, combed her hair then returned to the same spot and position Sesshomaru left her in and fell back asleep, with one hope in mind that he didn't see her naked. Just the thought of that had made Kagome blush.

The sun started to rise and blinded Kagome's eyesight for a few moments, she stretched and yawned, she looked beside her to see if Sesshomaru was in the same spot as last night, but he wasn't there. Kagome took a little walk around the lake area in order to find him, she saw him at a waterfall part of the lake that Kagome had never saw last night, maybe because she didn't want to explore too far off. She hid behind a tree and saw that Sesshomaru was talking to himself, Kagome wanted to listen into what he had to say aloud, she got as close as she could without making him notice.

"Ugh why did I have to go and kiss her…" Sesshomaru said then flicked water to his face to wash it. Kagome's face went red as she heard those words come out of his mouth. "Oh my god… So it wasn't a dream… And it was Sesshomaru… Who would've guessed…" Kagome thought, she then saw Sesshomaru walking towards her. Kagome repeated the word "Crap" in her head multiple times then she just decided to show herself. Sesshomaru noticed her, that wasn't the only thing he had noticed though… He noticed that her face was extremely red and he remembered what he had just said moments ago.

"Ah Kagome…" Sesshomaru said, Kagome just smiled.
"Hey Sesshomaru, Let's get going" She said then walked off, Sesshomaru following.

Sesshomaru needs to learn how to contain himself doesn't he? That naughty boy ;)
