Nina's POV

"Its common logic." my cell mate said. "If someone you hate is becoming more successful than you, it only makes since to kill them."

"Sure." I said.

"You be surprised how many people get scared by one little gun shot. That noise alone can clear a room in less than a second."

"That's…interesting."

My cell mate is, well to put it nicely freaking crazy. She should be in a mental institute instead of prison. I'm also assuming she's a serial killer, so to stay alive, I just agree with whatever she says, even if it's crazy.

A guard opens the door.

"Miss Martin, there's people here to see you." She said.

I jumped from my bed and followed her to a room. Even before I was in the room, I saw Fabian and Amber waiting for me.

"You have 15 minutes." The guard said before letting me in the room.

I sat down in the chair and watched Amber and Fabians faces light up.

"I'm guessing you guys got the money." I said.

Amber nodded. "They made us get tattoos."

"I figured they'd make you get them. Can I see them?"

Fabian and Amber showed me the back of their necks which had their symbol, a dagger with a skull on it.

"How much did it hurt?" I asked.

"It hurt so much!" Amber said. "I never want to get another tattoo for as long as I live."

"And you won't have to." Fabian said. He looked at me. "We're going to pay your bail in the morning. We both need some rest."

I nodded. "Thank you. Thank you both."

Fabian smiled. "Anything for you Nines."

Amber smiled also. "Yea. Anything for a Sibuna sister."

I smiled as the guard came to the door. "Times up." She said.

I was just to get up to leave, but before I could do anything, Fabian kissed my hand.

"See you in the morning." He whispered.
