Hey I'm back,
And ... NO. This is not a full chapter update, this is just a preview ... You see, I feel bad for not updating for ... a month, or so? That because I'm busy with my thesis, and also making short films (if you wanna see what I've been working on, the link to the trailer is in my profile) and my beta is really, really busy.
The point is ... I want to assure you, that the chapter is on progress of finishing, also I'll make it longer to make up for the time. And, (Spoiler alert) there will be JORI Smut in this chapter. So please bare it with me, and for the meantime. Enjoy the preview ... :)
I do not own VICTORiOUS ...

Around one and a half year ago…
The sun seems to be burning way hotter than usual. It's a good thing she's sitting in the car with a roof and good AC running to keep her cool enough because she's been here for who knows how long, not moving and just parked in front of a clinic. She's been gathering the courage to just get out and get it done with.
The slightly pale, but not so tan fingers grip tightly onto the steering wheel, her blue-green eyes looking into nothing. Yesterday was a really hard day for her. She's been fighting the urge to tell her ex-girlfriend/boyfriend about her condition. It's hard to just lie about the real 'complicated' thing she's talking about. Well, it's not fully the truth because she kind of meant half the things she said to her. She really can't deal with this and Tori at the moment. Her career is starting to really go somewhere ever since she got the contact of a year of photo-shoot and modeling in London and nothing will ruin her chance. The memory of her conversation she had with her cousin a week before come floating back.
She hadn't been planning on Chelsea to find out about the little stick in her hand when she came to her bedroom. She's been sitting on the floor by the foot of her bed, just staring at the object, too shocked to notice the blonde calling her name repeatedly. It's only when her cousin gasps does she notice she's no longer the only one in the room.
"Heather, tell me it's not what I think it is..." She said with a slightly pleading tone, still stunned by what she just saw.
"Well, what do you think... Is it fake or is my mind playing tricks on me because I think I'm seeing a plus sign that's not there..." She says with a blank expression. She doesn't really know how to react. Should she be happy? Sad? Angry? Because apparently, the last time she and her girl-boyfriend did it, the condom broke and now she's facing her biggest fear—being pregnant, fat and sixteen. Her manager just told her about the contract two days ago. It's a really big break for her, but now she might lose it all because of a baby bump.
"You... You should tell her," Chelsea says, finally calming down after having a millisecond shock.
"I'm not going to tell him, Chels. Not yet. I need to think this through. I need to talk to my manager. He knows what to do." She says with a determined look on her face. If she tells Tori now, she would freak out, but she'd always do the right thing. It's just what Tori does. If she tells Tori, they'll keep the baby and live happily ever after as a family—and she'd never have the chance to pose in magazines like she's always dreamed of.
"Him... Don't you mean 'her'?" The blonde corrects the brunette.
"You really want to get into this right now? Chelsea, you know I don't approve of his choice in the first place—giving his other side a chance?" She says the last part with full sarcasm and mockery. "I will always call Tori as my boyfriend!" She huffs, raising her tone a notch. "Because a girlfriend can't really impregnate me and guess what? I have a bun in the oven. HE knocked me up!"
"That's harsh, Heather and also cold. Tori is nothing but patient with your RUDE attitude. She still loves you despite your entire obsession over a stupid job called modeling. And you still don't see her as the person she is!" She shakes her head, wanting to give Heather a piece of her mind further, but realizes it would be a waste of time so she stands up and walks to the door, leaving with a, "But at least tell her about the baby. She deserves to know. You owe her after all you can do is rip her heart," She says coldly before leaving.
Heather takes a deep breath, shaking away all the guilt she's feeling. It needs to be done, her manager told her so. She almost told Tori yesterday, before Ben came through the fucking door, but she kind of felt relief because that made her snap out of it and move on from the subject. Instead, she had sex with Tori, humiliate him and crush his heart in every way possible and left it scattered just like that. Cruel, but it needs to be done. She's going to London by the end of the week and Tori would never know about her being pregnant because after today, she won't be anymore.
She takes one last deep breath before finally gathering her courage to get out of the car and step inside the clinic to do what she intended to do when she decided to go there in the first place.
