Chapter 11
"Umbridge!" shouted Elsa as the walls froze, and a snowstorm appeared in the Great Hall. The temperature dropped, and everyone began shaking from coldness.
The snowstorm grew in size. Normally, Elsa was a very stoic young woman, although she often expressed joy and happiness. But never anger. Elsa's gentle hands turned into fists as the ice began to encompass the entire room.
The ice quickly spread over the glass and then broke it. The snow flew in the air in circular motions, and the icy winds made everyone's bones feel coldness.
While Elsa was very sad and desperate the last time she caused the Great Freeze, and another while escaping from Hans, who tried to murder her, this time she also felt anger. As a result, icy spikes began to appear around her ice outfit.
"Elsa?" asked Anna, while shivering, The Princess of Arendale was not the only one who was shivering from extreme coldness, but she was extremely concerned for her sister.
"You hurt my cousin," spoke Elsa angrily as she shot ice around herself. The ice flew at the walls of the castle. It seemed that Hogwarts was now made out of ice and not stone.
"Queen Elsa, be reasonable," spoke Dumbledore as he stood up.
"No, this bitch hurt Harry," spoke Elsa as she slowly began walking towards the Professors table. The teachers pointed their wands at her but thin and long pieces of wood quickly froze.
Elsa moved her hands and the arctic winds hit other professors and threw them in two different corners of the room. Only Professor Dumbledore and Umbridge were left sitting at the table.
Elsa walked slowly. As her feet touched the stone floor, it turned into ice. The ice began to spread forward, quickly encompassing the entire Professors table.
"You wont touch me. You can't hurt me, or we will go to war. I know you don't have the guts to do it," spoke Umbridge as she stood up and looked at Elsa.
Anna shook her head. "Umbridge is so dumb," spoke Anna
"I agree. She just angered Queen, I mean Elsa," spoke Hermione
Elsa finally approached the Professors table. "What are you waiting for? See, you cannot hurt me. Now, be a good little girl and sit at your table while adults will deal with this," smirked Umbridge, as Elsa looked directly at the other woman's face, mere half a meter away.
"You think I cannot or won't hurt you?" spoke Elsa angrily, as nearby glasses broke from extreme cold. She moved her hand and sent ice directly at Umbridge's head.
The Professor fell on the ground. "What did you do to me?" spoke the toad looking woman.
"I sent ice at your head. You might leave. I am now seriously tempted to do so but send the ice at your heart," spoke Elsa as she raised her arm.
"No, Elsa, Elsa," cried Anna as she stood up from her seat and ran towards her sister, quickly grabbing Elsa's arm.
"Anna, what are you doing?" asked Elsa
"Elsa, you know this is wrong. Sure, this bitch should pay, but don't kill her. Let's talk to the Minister and try to reason with him. We will send this toad to prison," spoke Anna as Elsa contemplated her sister's words.
"Who are you calling toad, you miserable Mudblood?" asked Umbridge as she looked at Anna, trying to stand up.
"Shut up," spoke Elsa as she slapped Umbridge with her hand on the woman's face. The toad looking woman fell on the ground.
"My sister is trying to help you and you just cannot stop being a bigot. I will listen to my sister, but mark my words, anyone who will intentionally inflict harm to Harry will deal with me," spoke Elsa as she waved her hand and ice disappeared from Umbridge's head. A few white hairs appeared on otherwise dark hair of the Professor.
"Let this be a reminder for you not to ever cross me again," spoke Elsa as she turned away from Umbridge. Elsa paused, and turned back. She pressed her foot on the ground, and two large think ice spikes appeared from the ground. They quickly expanded, and then impaled the toad's hands.
Elsa then approached Dumbledore and also slapped him. "You, you should have never let this happen. How could you hire a sadist?" asked Elsa
"Queen Elsa, I had no choice," spoke Dumbledore, as he looked at Elsa, "And frankly, while I appreciate your concern for your cousin, I won't tolerate such behavior in my school,"
Dumbledore took his wand and silently melted the ice spikes. He then looked at Elsa and pointed his wand at her. "I warn you, I don't care about your deals with the Ministry, and I don't care that you are the Snow Queen, if you attack any member of my stuff or students, I will fight you," spoke Dumbledore as he sent a fireball at Elsa.
Elsa anticipated that Dumbledore could attack her and before the fireball could hit her, it turned into ice and hit the floor.
"You want to make me your enemy? Fine, I am not afraid of you, but you will realize that you made a very powerful enemy today. Harry will stay to learn magic here if he wants to, although I would be quite surprised if he would actually want to, but I will no longer keep as one of your lackeys. I am Snow Queen, and independent Queen, and I need no one to tell me what to do, especially when it concerns my family," spoke Elsa as she waved her hand and the ice melted quickly.
As Elsa looked at Dumbledore, with Umbridge lying on a side, the student body observed the changes in the power dynamics of the school. Most Slytherins agreed with Umbridge, while really wanting to promote Voldemort goals.
Most Gryffindors decided to side with Dumbledore, since they agreed with him that Elsa should not interfere with their beloved Headmaster's school management.
Some non-Slytherins also agreed with Umbridge cause they thought that the Ministry should dictate what should happen at school. The last and smallest portion of the student body sided with Elsa. And so the school divided into four ideological camps, with pro Voldemort faction sided with the pro Ministry one, with not deciding to disclose the fact that they actually supported Voldemort's cause.
"Elsa?" spoke Harry as Elsa approached the Gryffindor table, and saw much hostility at it.
"I am fine, but I am very concerned about your education. I know that you probably want to stay and learn magic, but I don't want you to board at this school anymore. I am not just your sister, or a Snow Queen, but also an actual Queen. I can see that today's confrontation created three or more factions in the school, and I don't want someone to attack you during night,"
"Elsa," spoke Harry
"No, please listen. Your education will continue, you will just not live here. Your friends, your true friends can stay here, since they don't have to show that they actually support you. But you are leaving with me, young man," spoke Elsa as Harry nodded.
"Come Anna, we are leaving. We will return first thing in the morning," spoke Elsa as her sister approached her. Hermione also approached Harry to his surprise, although Elsa was not surprised.
"Queen Elsa, I need my books and the rest of my stuff," spoke Elsa
As Elsa prepared to leave the castle, Dumbledore weighed his options and also realized the sudden split of the student body into four camps. He knew that many of the progeny of the Death Eaters were lost, as well as quite a few of pro Ministry people who supported Umbridge, but he still wanted to end this with diplomacy, partly to increase his own reputation as a wise old Wizard, and partly to try to sway people from supporting either Voldemort or the Ministry.
"Elves, bring Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Elsa and Anna of Arendale's belongings," spoke Dumbledore as House Elves appeared with the bags.
"Are these House Elves?" exclaimed Hermione in surprise and some anger, as she was not happy with to see so many slaves.
"So, when are we leaving, sis?" asked Anna
"One moment. Albus, Luna Lovegood is coming with me," spoke Elsa as she looked directly at Dumbledore. Dumbledore, to his credit, understood Elsa's game here, and nodded. He called the elves, and they brought Luna's belongings as well.
The student body, Gryffindors and Ravenclaws in particular, were surprised to see that Elsa also wanted to take another student with her. Luna stood up, and shyly walked towards Elsa.
"I won't let some stupid people bully you," spoke Elsa as she lifted her portkey, and the small group of people touched it at the same time. The group then teleported with their belongings to Arendale.
"Kristoff," screamed Anna as she saw her boyfriend, and ran at him, before hugging and kissing him. Elsa smiled.
As Anna and Kristoff left, Elsa looked at the three Hogwarts students. "I am sorry you had to seem me like this, but I lost enough family members in my life. I won't have anyone torture my cousin. I also strongly dislike bullying, and from what I know you girls were bullied. Don't worry, nobody would hurt you in my Kingdom," spoke Elsa as Harry hugged her.
"Thank you," spoke Luna as she looked around.
"So, what will happen next?" asked Hermione
As Elsa and Harry separated, Elsa looked at the bushy haired girl.
"We will learn magic for now. I can see that the damage has been done, and the student body is now fragmented. But don't worry, even if there would be a new Wizard Civil War, I will grant asylum to anyone who truly is on our side. I would surely find many uses in the economy here for magic users," smiled Elsa as she left the three students.
"Luna, would you like me to show you the castle?" asked Harry as Luna nodded, and the group of three Hogwarts students left to see the castle. Luna was quite surprised to find Olaf.
As she turned, she instantly formed ice around her hands. "Severus Snape, what are you doing here?" asked the Snow Queen.
"Queen Elsa, I came here to help you," spoke Professor Snape.
"Somehow I seriously doubt it," spoke Elsa
"Please listen. For years I felt bad for the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I know I made a lot of wrong choices and I tried to help people, but my past still haunts me. Albus gave me a second chance, but it is clear to me that he still does not trust me. But today you reminded me of Lily. I realize now that I was wrong to treat Harry Potter, and he perhaps is more of his mother's and not father's son," spoke Snape
"What do you want from me?" asked Elsa
"I want to help you. I am a great Wizard, and I can help you get information from both Voldemort and Dumbledore," spoke Snape.
"You want to be a double agent," spoke Elsa coldly
"Technically, it's more complicated than that, but to some extent yes. I had been an agent for both Voldemort and Dumbledore, working with them and providing intelligence. But neither of them realized that I have never worked for either of them, but to help Harry and to cherish the memory of Lily Evans, who turns out was actually Lily of Arendale," spoke Snape
"Why such sudden concern and eagerness to help? You can still do it all by working for Dumbledore," asked Elsa
"Because of my actions, your Aunt died," spoke Severus Snape as he looked at Elsa
Elsa paused and thought about his offer. "Fine, I will accept your offer. But make no mistake, if you actually will jeopardize my trust, I will turn you into a ice statue," spoke Elsa
The two shook their hands. Elsa knew that Snape probably had ulterior motives, but she would be a fool to reject an offer to at least get some Intel on both Voldemort and Dumbledore.
A/N: Sorry for the wait, I hope this chapter was good. So, Elsa confronted Umbridge, briefly fought Dumbledore and took Harry, Hermione, and Luna under her wing to live in Arendale. I thought it would be interesting to have a political chapter with the Hogwarts body basically splitting in four groups.
Harry will have other allies in Hogwarts, but Elsa just took his two most vulnerable ones from the school. I think Ron is safe cause he has a wide family support network (twins and Ginny).
