Soo… in regards to the Mystic Falls Gang, Silas, the Travelers, Amara, and the Anchor… yes, the Mystic Falls Gang will be making their appearance eventually. After all, Silas needs the cure. And the Transference spell to make Bonnie the Anchor and bring her back to life needs the blood of the doppelgängers, so there will be an appearance of Qetsiyah...
Now, as for the Travelers… that is a little more complicated because to revive Markos, they needed to kill Tom – Katherine was already dead by this point – and needed the blood of Stefan and Elena. I'm going to change that up a little when it comes to that point in the story… after all, we can't have Katherine dying!

Katherine made sure to keep her hood on and head down as she hurried down the sidewalk. She didn't want to take the chance of being recognized by anyone. She knew that she was pretty well-known in the supernatural community.
He is planning on killing you and sticking your body in a coffin… Rebekah's words kept playing through Katherine's mind as she walked. It was the only way she could convince herself to keep on going, and to not turn around and make her way back to the Mikaelson Mansion.
Katherine looked both ways before crossing the street and approaching the shop Jardin Gris. It was a well-known voodoo magic shop, and Katherine knew that she would be able to get what she needed there.
"Oh… hey, wait!" Katherine called out, hurrying over to the young woman who was closing up the shop.
"I'm sorry. We're closed." The woman said, continuing to lock up the shop and not even look at Katherine.
"I just need some herbs. That's it. Please." Katherine pleaded. She hated that she sounded so desperate.
The woman sighed and turned around, smiling gently, "What do you need exactly?"
"Crushed aconite and vervain flower." Katherine said softly. She knew for sure that the baby was part-werewolf and vampire, so that meant that a mixture of wolfsbane and vervain was sure to induce an abortion.
"Wolfsbane…" The woman's expression turned serious. "That is a poison. Are you going to kill a wolf?"
Katherine bit her lip, laying her hand on top of her stomach. "Just a little one,"
"Give me a minute." The woman whispered. She turned around, unlocking the store door, and hurried inside. A few minutes later, she returned holding a little brown bag and handed it over to Katherine. "Put a few drops into some hot tea and that should do it."
Katherine nodded her head and reached into her pocket, pulling out twenty dollars. "Here…"
"No. It is free." The woman told Katherine. "This town isn't the place for wolves. You're doing the right thing."
Without say anything more, Katherine pocketed the little brown bag and walked away. The woman watched her go, waiting until she was halfway down the street before pulling out her cellphone and dialing a number. "Hey, want to gain some points," she smiled. "There is a powerful witch with a baby wolf on the way…"

Rebekah scowled as she pulled up into the driveway of the Plantation, or the Mikaelson Mansion. She was highly irritated after her conversations with Sophie and Marcel, and right now all she wanted to do was find Elijah and get out of New Orleans. She couldn't stand being in this city any longer than she had to.
I hate this bloody place, Rebekah thought as she entered the mansion. She stopped right away, noticing the unconscious werewolf girl on the ground of the foyer.
"This night keeps getting better and better." Rebekah growled, keeling down next to the wolf girl and tapping her cheeks. "Come on, mongrel, wake up. I don't have time for this."
Slowly, the wolf girl's eyes fluttered open. She sat up with a gasp and shouted, "Katherine!"
"Do I look like the bloody doppelgänger to you?" Rebekah snapped.
"No, that's not it!" The wolf girl exclaimed. "Katherine… she knocked me out and left."
Rebekah was confused now. "What do you mean she left? She can't leave New Orleans because of the hex with that witch."
"I think she's planning on getting rid of the baby."
"Great," Rebekah sighed, standing up. "You stay here. I will go look for Katerina."

Katherine seated herself on a bench – in a rather secluded and empty street – with a steaming cup of tea she'd bought from a coffee shop. She grabbed the little brown bag and pulled out the vials of wolfsbane and vervain. She carefully put a few drops of each into her tea, and then returned the vials back into the little brown bag. She jiggled her foot, staring down into her cup of tea.
"C'mon, Katherine," she mumbled to herself. "This is the right thing to do. You're protecting your baby, not killing it."
A branch snapped and Katherine lowered her cup of tea. She shoved the little brown bag back into her jacket pockets and slowly got to her feet, looking around to see where the noise had come from.
Katherine turned around and came face-to-face with a vampire.
"It was a dumb move coming into the Quarter, wolf." The vampire sneered. "You're coming with me."
"I don't know where you got your information from… but I'm not a wolf!" Katherine shouted angrily, chucking her cup of hot tea in the vampire's face. He screamed in pain and collapsed on the ground, so Katherine turned around to run but was stopped by two more vampires.
"You're not going anywhere!" One of the vampires exclaimed, launching himself at Katherine.
Katherine quickly stepped back, holding up her hand. "Motus!"
The vampire went flying back… and right into the hands of Rebekah. She ripped his heart out of his chest before speeding over to the other vampire and snapping his neck.
"What the bloody hell are you doing?" Rebekah glared at Katherine. "Klaus told you to stay inside!"
"I was doing what you told me to do!"
Rebekah growled and grabbed Katherine by the arm, yanking her down the street. "You're coming with me!"

"This is why I told you never to leave the house!" Klaus scolded, dropping the last body into the already-huge pile of dead vampires on the grass in the middle of the circular driveway. "Rebekah you've been killing vampires since the moment you stepped into New Orleans… and you, Katerina, were mistaken for a werewolf when werewolves are banned from the Quarter! I had a plan, and the both of you almost ruined it!"
"Plan." Rebekah scoffed, shaking her head. "You don't have a bloody plan! You don't seem to care about this baby or Elijah. All you've been doing is going out with Marcel for drinks! You're just being selfish and rotten!"
"I've been doing everything I can." Klaus hissed.
Rebekah crossed her arms. "Oh really?"
"Yes! From the day I have arrived, Marcel hasn't trusted me. He's been having all his vampires ingest vervain, so I can't compel them. So I got to the new recruits and compelled them first… they're people Marcel would never suspect." Klaus explained with a glare. "But that wasn't all. I also compelled the bartender – Cami – he fancied to spy on Marcel for me. And this guy" – Klaus turned around, grabbing a barely-alive vampire and dragging him up to the front door – "I am going to drain him of vervain, compel him to tell Marcel that his mates found religion and moved to Utah, to explain the three dead and missing vampires." He opened the front door and looked back at Katherine. "Be a sweetheart, Katerina, and invite the poor fellow into out lovely mansion."
Katherine stepped into the mansion, glancing down at the vampire as she went, "Come in, you poor fool. You are in for a welcoming stay."
With that, Klaus dragged the vampire into the house and left him on the ground, slamming the front door shut once Rebekah had come in. "Now does anyone have any more questions?"
"Katherine!"
Hayley came rushing down the staircase, but she stopped once she saw the deadly look Klaus gave her. He then turned to face Katherine and said, "None? Good. Now answer my question, Katerina… what were you doing in the bloody French Quarter when I told you not to leave the house?"
Katherine remained silent. She simply stood there, glaring at Klaus. She refused to let herself be pushed around and bullied by him.
"ANSWER ME!"
"Hey!" Rebekah snapped at her brother. She may not like Katherine, but she didn't want to see her brother snap at her. Even someone like Katherine didn't deserve to be on the receiving end of Klaus' vicious and never-ending temper. "Leave –"
"You want to know what I was doing…" Katherine took a step forward, coming face-to-face with Klaus. "I was buying poison so that I could put our little baby out of its misery."
Klaus growled in anger, wrapping his hand around Katherine's throat and pinning her against the wall.
"Let – me – go!" Katherine cried out, trying to pull Klaus' hands away from her throat. She could barely breath or speak, so there was no way she could manage to use a spell.
"Katherine!" Hayley shouted, moving over to help.
Rebekah motioned for Hayley to stop and turned to her brother. "Nik!" She shouted, pulling her brother away from Katherine. "She's human and pregnant! Keep your bloody hands off of her!" She shook her head. "It is okay to care, Nik. It is okay to want something. And that is all Elijah wanted for you."
Klaus blinked, his eyes shining with unshed tears. He slowly sat down on the nearby bench chair. "I gave Elijah to Marcel…"
"You bartered our brother away…"
"Marcel was nervous with two Originals in town, so I did it as a peace offering." Klaus admitted. "I have a plan. I will gain Marcel's trust, dismantle his empire, and honour Elijah's wish that the baby shall be born. I'm doing this plan the only way I know how… if you don't like it, then leave, little sister…"

Katherine walked out onto the porch where Rebekah was. She stopped, feeling hesitant about approaching the blonde Original sister. Rebekah certainly didn't like her… and being nice wasn't something that Katherine was exactly good at, so she wasn't sure how to say what she wanted to. Katherine looked down at the bundle of cloth she was holding… she could do this…
"Just come over here, Katerina." Rebekah said without even looking in her direction. "I heard you before you even came out onto the porch."
Sighing, Katherine walked over to Rebekah and sat down next to her. "Look," she began. "You don't like me, and I don't like you… but thank you for today. Otherwise, Klaus would have killed me for sure."
"What you did was stupid." Rebekah told her. "But… us girls… we have to look out for one another.
Katherine shook her head. "I was listening to what you told me to do… and well, in my own sort of twisted way, I honestly thought that I would somehow be protecting this baby." She admitted softly.
"You truly do want this baby, don't you?"
"I do," Katherine whispered. "And I am willing to do anything to protect this baby… and so, yesterday when you told me that Klaus was probably planning on killing me, I thought about how I would be leaving this baby alone with him. I thought my only option would be to kill the baby to protect it."
"I think I understand what you are saying…" Rebekah said.
Before she could change her mind, Katherine opened unwrapped the bundle of cloth she was holding, revealing two silver daggers. She handed them over to Rebekah. "I brought you a peace offering." She said. "I know you want to go after Elijah, and now that you have these… you can."
"Oh my god…" Rebekah's eyes were wide with shock as she stared at the silver daggers in her hands. "How…?"
Katherine smirked. "I was bored, so I went searching through the house and found them. This is what happens when Klaus locks me in the house all day…"
Rebekah smiled.

The next morning, Klaus entered Katherine's bedroom. He watched as she slept, curled up on the bed. Occasionally, she would shift a little bit and mumble in her sleep.
At the end of the bed was an antique bedroom bench. There was a little brown bag and Klaus picked it up, looking inside. There were two vials. Klaus opened them both up to smell what was inside; one had wolfsbane and the other had vervain.
"I didn't use it…"
Klaus closed the lid for the vial of wolfsbane, putting it down. "You're awake."
Katherine sighed, sitting up. "I've barely been sleeping. This house is too hot."
"What stopped you?" Klaus asked, walking around the bed to stand at the side. He was closer to Katherine now. "You could have been free of all of this… of me." He looked at her. "Do you want this baby, Katerina?"
"I already had one baby… and I lost it." Katherine told him. "So, yes, I do want this baby. But yesterday was a mistake on my part that I am willing to admit to. I deluded myself into thinking I was protecting our baby when I truly wasn't." She paused before adding, "Do you want this baby?"
Klaus sat down on the edge of the bed. "I think I do."
"I've been worried… that you were using me and this baby somehow." Katherine admitted. "So it is reassuring to know that this isn't all for nothing. We have to work together, Klaus. Fight together. We may not like one another, but we've got to keep this baby safe. Not matter what."
Klaus was silent for a few moments before saying, "We're a lot alike. You and I… and that is painful for me to say, Katerina. We have both learnt to manipulate and do what we must… and we fight when we are backed into a corner."
"Well, we are sure as hell backed into a corner right now."
"That we are." Klaus smirked. "It is time to fight, little witch."
As Klaus turned and walked away, Katherine spoke, "This whole thing with Marcel… this deal with the witches… and trying to take him down. I was told that you once loved him like a son. What happened?"
"I made Marcel everything that he is." Klaus clenched his fists. "I treated him like a son. And when my father chased us from New Orleans a hundred years ago, we believed that Marcel had died. Rebekah, Elijah and I… we each mourned him in our own way. Yet" – he gritted his teeth – "when I had returned, I found out he had survived. But not only that, he had thrived. Instead of seeking us out – instead of sticking together as one – he made a choice to take everything my family had built. He's made it his own. And now he is living in our home and sleeping in our beds. That 'M' he stamps everywhere… it doesn't stand for Marcel. It stands for Mikaelson." He raised his arms. "I want it all back… and if I have to push him out to get it, then that's exactly what I'll do."
Katherine couldn't help it. She smirked too. She loved a challenge, and Marcel clearly presented one. "Then he better prepare himself…" She said. "Because we won't stand down."
"No, we won't." Klaus agreed. As he turned around and left, he added, "I'll have someone see to the air-conditioning…"

Klaus headed down the staircase just as Rebekah entered the house with a look of urgency on her face.
"You were right," she said to Klaus. "The girl – Cami – she is the key. Marcel likes her and because of that, I got to see that secret weapon of his."
"Well… what is it?" Klaus demanded to know.
"It is not a what… it is a who. A girl. Her name is Davina." Rebekah explained. "She can't be more than sixteen… and I've never felt power like that."
Klaus' expression was blank. "A witch…"
Rebekah shook her head. "She's not just any witch. She's something I've never seen before… something beyond powerful. And now because of you, she has Elijah. Who knows what she could do to him."
"And where is she?"
Rebekah blinked. "That clever bitch," she muttered. "She erased my memory of the location." She turned to Klaus. "Marcel has a powerful weapon – possibly stronger than us – and you've handed our brother over to him!"
"I did what I had to do! For our family!"
"And we don't have a family without Elijah." She snapped. "I am going to find our brother and bring him back. Are you going to help?"
"Whatever it takes…"

And that is the chapter! So Klaus and Katherine have come to a sort of understanding. They will be working together now.
So, onto another topic… did anyone see the Originals episode, Save my Soul. Gosh, the ending of that episode with the close-up of Hope and the music box playing. It was completely chilling.
Anyways, please do leave me an update and let me know what you think! Thanks for reading, everyone!
