Epilogue 1/3: I Believe In You.
3 Months Later:
Things had got better. A lot better for all of them. They were all back at the mansion, safe and sound. Lester had returned and him and Penny spent most of their days in the mansion and walking around in the fields. They had their own room set up for when they wanted to stay over.
Ally had cornered Rufus and Nick, until they admitted the truth. Ally was happy for the both of them, even though it was a shock for the boys, but Ally only cared about both of their happiness. Trish and Dez had eventually gone on their second date and they'd been on a third, fourth, fifth...they were probably on their twentieth. Wayne had decided to come back with them and everyone seemed to be getting on with him and him and Joshua had become close friends. Mike visited occasionally, but that was only to see Ally, him and Austin only talk sometimes, and Ally wasn't going to pressure Austin into something he wasn't comfortable with. Christina had moved into the house and she talked to Ally all the time and she visited Mike all the time.
Austin had taken her out on a few dates, but Ally was so insecure about her body at the moment. She couldn't fit into any of her clothes and she'd taken up with wearing Austin's. She wore his grey jogging bottoms and one of his baggy shirts, and she was rarely seen wearing anything different.
Ally was due any day now and her ankles were swollen, she couldn't take a step without losing her breath. She was tired constantly and she just wanted to get the babies out of her. Austin was never to far away from her, begging her to sit down and rest, but Ally kept getting bored and she wanted to find something to keep her occupied.
She was sat on the couch. Her feet propped up on a pillow and she was staring up at the chandelier on the ceiling. She clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes.
"I can see you," Ally said and Austin stepped into the lounge. "See, I'm resting."
"I know," He towered over her head and then dropped to his knees and then kissed her on the lips. "Love you."
"Love you too," She smiled back at him. "Oh!" She squeaked and she rested her hands on her stomach. "That scared me, both of them kicked at the same time," She giggled and Austin smirked, getting to his feet and he lifted her legs up and sat down, letting her legs rest across his lap.
"How's the bar shaping up?" She asked.
They'd started fixing up the bar last month after all the damage that was done to it before. Austin sighed and played with her trouser leg.
"I can't be bothered with this anymore. I don't want to be a gang leader anymore...I want to be a dad and that's all...I've got all the money I need to support us all until the day we die," He explained. "I don't want anything stopping me from seeing my children."
"No one's going to judge you," Ally replied. "I certainly won't. Anyway I think Nick and Dez are thinking the same thing, I overheard them talking about not wanting to be apart of the gang anymore...To be honest you lot are all getting to old for it."
"Hey!" He growled and he pinched her leg and she squeaked.
"I think it's a good idea...that means I don't have to worry about you," She explained. "Plus, it's twins. I can handle one, but not two. So, I need your help."
"I think I'm gonna' quit," He said. "I just want it to be me, you and the babies."
"Good, that's what I want," She reached out and grabbed his hand. "I love you."
"Love you too."
...
"Nick," She giggled. "I don't need to learn how to dance."
"Yes you do. It's a month until the wedding and I've seen you dance," Nick replied.
Ally was sat on the staircase and Nick, Rufus and Trish were standing on the marble floor, grinning at her. Austin was leaning against the kitchen door, sipping a cup of coffee and watching in amusement.
"I hope my water breaks on your feet," Ally grumbled and Nick stepped forward and held out his hand and she struggled to her feet and took it. He walked her out into the center of the marble floor and he grabbed her hand and placed her other hand on his shoulder. He rested his free hand on her waist.
"Trish hit the music," Nick smirked and Trish walked over to the stereo and turned it on. Slow music came on and Ally rolled her eyes. "Now, follow my lead," Nick went to step forward with his left foot, but Ally moved at the wrong time and kicked his shin. "Ow!"
"Sorry," She squeaked, then she laughed. "Hey, your right I am bad at this."
"Just follow my lead," He repeated. "One, two, three," Ally struggled to followed his lead and she kept jumping up onto her tiptoes. "C'mon its not hard. One, two, three."
"I'm doing what your doing!" She moaned and he chuckled.
"Just mirror what I'm doing," He explained and she stared down at his feet and mirrored his steps. "Keep your head up," He said. "Look into my eyes," She stared into his eyes and he flashed her a smile. "See, you're doing great...now time for the dip," He gripped onto her waist and dipped her. He held her there and Ally's smile soon turned into a frown.
"Oh..." She whispered.
"What's wrong?" He asked lifting her back up and suddenly he felt something wet on his feet.
"I think my water just broke," She panted and Nick looked over at Austin who put his mug down and ran over.
"Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow," Ally repeated and Nick passed her over to Austin and her fingers curled around his shoulders.
"Trish get her bag," Austin ordered. "Let's get you into the car."
Ally nodded her head and Austin guided her out of the door and Rufus ran around him and opened the car door. They both helped Ally into the passenger seat and Trish ran out and placed Ally's bag by her feet.
"Good luck," Rufus said and Austin nodded at him and he ran around the car and got into the drivers seat, then drove off.
...
Austin helped her onto the hospital bed in the delivery room and the nurses worked around her. Ally screamed and her nails dug into Austin's skin, her head rolled back against the bed.
"It hurts!" She cried and Austin kissed her head.
"You'll be fine, you can do this," He assured her.
"Looks like this is going to be a quick one," The nurse said, slipping on her rubber gloves. "You're fully dilated, hopefully they'll just slip right out."
"Hopefully!" Ally squeaked and she looked back at Austin, fear in her eyes. "I can't do this!" She cried.
"Don't worry, you'll do fine," He kissed her cheek and she grabbed onto his hand.
"I-I'm scared," She stammered.
"I'm gonna' be with you every step of the way," He whispered and he smiled at her.
"Okay, I just need to put this over you," One of the nurses said, placing the blue paper over her legs and her trousers were pulled off along with her panties.
"I need you to spread your legs for me," The main nurse said and Ally did what she was told and two nurses stood on either side of her legs. Ally rested her head against Austin's shoulder and he reached up and cupped her cheek, kissing her firmly on the head.
"You're going to do great," He whispered in her ear.
"I love you," She panted.
"I love you too," He whispered back and then Ally started screaming again.
"Okay, Allyson I need you to push," The nurse said and Ally threw her head back and she pushed with everything she had.
"AHHHH!" She screeched.
"C'mon, you can do it," The nurse assured her. "I can see the first baby's head."
Ally stopped pushing and her head fell against his shoulder. She was panting, sweat covering her face. Her grip fell from his hand and she began muttering under her breath.
"Ally," Austin whispered. "C'mon you can do this," He assured her and she stared helplessly into his eyes.
"I-I can't," She whimpered.
"Allyson, give me one more push, and make it a big one!" The nurse spoke urgently and Ally grabbed a hold of Austin's hands again and she pushed with all her might.
"GAHHHHHH!" She screamed and then her body went weak. The nurse grabbed the first baby and the baby started to cry. The nurses fumbled around him and wiped off the blood. She held out the medical scissors and offered it to Austin.
"Do you want to cut the cord?" She asked and Austin nodded his head. "It's a boy."
Austin reached out with shaky hands and he cut the cord. The nurse smiled at him and she passed him to another nurse and she took him over to the little hospital crib. Austin looked back at Ally. She looked exhausted and he grabbed onto her hand and kissed the back of it.
"You can do it, baby," He whispered and she whimpered. "You've done so well. I'm so proud of you."
"I can't do it again," She panted. "It hurts."
"I know it does, but baby girl you can do this...I believe in you," He said. "I believe in you."
The nurse returned to her position and Ally rolled her head around and she felt another contraction push through her body and she screamed loudly and gritted her teeth, then pushed with everything she had.
She could hear her other baby crying and it was the only thing helping her get through this. She buried her face into Austin's neck and she screamed once more, her back arching in pain.
"You are almost there Allyson. You're doing great!" The nurse assured her.
"You're doing great, beautiful," Austin whispered and he kissed her forehead.
"Okay, one more big push Allyson," Ally screamed again and her nails cut into Austin's skin and she felt a hot pain surge through her body and then it stopped. The nurse grabbed a hold of the baby and she brought it over to Ally and placed it on Ally's chest. "It's a girl. Do you want to cut the cord?"
Ally nodded her head and smiled. She grabbed the scissors and cut the cord. The nurse smiled at her and she took the baby away and over to the hospital crib.
"You did it," Austin whispered and he rested his forehead against hers. "I'm so proud of you."
"We have two babies," She smiled. "I did it."
"Have you thought of any names?" The nurse asked and they both shook their heads. "We're going to take you into a private room. You can rest in there."
...
"How about bubble for the girl and gum for the boy," Angelica suggested and she beamed down at the babies in the hospital cribs. Ally laughed and she shook her head.
"I think them names are too good," Ally smiled at her and Angelica giggled.
Angelica was sat at the end of Ally's hospital bed and Austin was off getting her some food. Benjy was sat in one of the chairs and Penny had her head rested on Lester's shoulder. Christina was leaning against the wall with Mike. Trish was smiling down at the hospital cribs, with Lisa. Rufus was sat on the floor, and Nick was right next to him. Joshua was talking to Dez and Wayne. Ally smiled down at the bag in her lap and she stared down at Oscar and Ribbon. Dez had smuggled them in for her and she smiled down at them and kissed them both on their heads.
"Have you thought of a name?" Rufus asked and Ally shook her head.
"I'm not sure, but I wanna' have the girls middle name be Mimi," Ally looked over at Mike and he smiled at her.
"Erica," Trish said. "When we were younger, you were obsessed with the name Erica."
"Erica Mimi Moon," Ally whispered and she reached out and picked her up and cradled her in her arms.
"That's a beautiful name," Lisa said.
"Yeah, I like it," Penny smiled at her and Ally kissed Erica on the head.
Austin walked through the doors. He had a brown bag in his hand and a bottle of coke in his other hand. He walked over and he placed it on the little table next to her bed.
"Hi," He leaned down and kissed her quickly and then he stared down at Erica. "Have you thought of a name yet?"
"Erica," Ally whispered. "Erica Mimi Moon," Austin looked over at Mike and his mouth fell into a thin line and then he looked back down at Erica and kissed her on the head. Oscar barked in excitement and Ribbon purred at him, curling closer into his side. "Keep it down," Ally giggled.
Austin walked around the bed and picked up their baby boy. He rocked him in his arms and Ally reached over and pulled out some fries and put them in her mouth.
"Can I suggest a boy's name?" Mike asked and Ally looked over at Austin and he nodded.
"Sure," Ally said.
"Denny, it was Mimi's brother's name. He died a few years ago...he was a good man, a lot like Austin," Mike explained and Ally smiled.
"Denny, I like that name," Ally looked back at Austin and he smiled. "Denny Rufus Moon."
"What?" Rufus gasped.
"Yeah, I like that," Austin said and Rufus smiled.
"Ally, thank you," Rufus got to his feet and walked over to the bed and kissed her cheek. "Love you."
"Love you too," She smiled at him and then he looked down at Erica. "You can hold her if you want," Rufus took Erica from her arms and he walked over to Nick.
Ally grabbed the brown bag and the bottle of coke. Oscar jumped out of the bag and he nuzzled his nose and pulled out some fires and ate them. Ribbon soon followed and Ally tickled her chin and she purred.
Ally looked over at Austin and he looked back at her. She smiled sweetly at him and he returned it. He walked over and sat down next to her. He passed Denny to her and Rufus walked over and gave him Erica. Ally laughed and Austin kissed her softly on her lips. She rested her forehead against his and he smiled at her.
"You did it...I knew you could."
