Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto, he belongs to Hinata and Hinata alone. ***spoiler *** Dream world or not, he's always only Hinata's.

Hinata had a lot of fun in that hour in a half. Naruto took her out to walk around Konoha, get his favorite ramen at Ichirakus, and he even bought her a dozen of cinnamon rolls!

Hinata stood at the airport, waiting for her father and Hanabi. It was 9:56 and they had four more minutes before they had to get in the plane to America. Naruto sat on the chairs behind Hinata and he watched her sadly. He was going to miss her.

Hiashi and Hanabi arrived and met them at 9:58. They decided to get on the plane first and wait for Hinata as she and Naruto share a moment alone. Naruto smiled at her sadly.

"I'm going to miss you, believe it."

Hinata blushed, "I'll m-miss you too."

"Attention all passengers boarding the plane to America, the plane will now get ready to take off. If you're going on the plane to America, I repeat, the plane will now get ready to take off. Please board the plane now."

The both of them heard the intercom say.

Hinata looked at Naruto one last time before she said, "Good bye, Naruto," and turned to walk towards the entering area.

"Wait!" she heard Naruto shout, then a pair of strong arms around her, "Turn around."

Hinata did as told. He hugged her even tighter. She hugged him back just as tight.

A blush appeared on Naruto's face, "Can... Can I kiss you?"

A deep blush appeared on Hinata's face. She felt like fainting! This was all too much for her, but never the less, she nodded and closed her eyes. Naruto leaned down and placed his lips on Hinata's soft ones. The kiss lasted a few seconds as Naruto remembered she had to leave. He let go of Hinata and she smiled shyly at him. She kissed his lips one more time before she turned and walked away.

"I'll be right here when you come back!" she heard Naruto shout out as she was entering the walk way to the plane, "I'll wait for you. And when you come back, I shall make you my girlfriend! Believe it! Then, we'll have more than just two kisses! We'll have lots and lots!"

Hinata blushed at the "girlfriend" part and from then on the blush got deeper and deeper. The people around him stopped and stared at his boldness, but he didn't care. He was letting his feeling known.

The plane landed in America twelve hours later. Her hospital appointment was going to be the next morning at nine. There was a sixteen hour difference from the US and Japan. Japan was ahead, making Hinata feel like she traveled back in time.

Hiashi already had his people working for him wait at the airport to show them around and their hotel they were going to stay at. The trio followed the man and he took them to their hotel. All of their rooms were next to each other. They each got their own key for their appointed room. Hiashi told the man they would like to rest for the day, so the man left. The three of them unpacked their belongings and soon after they fell asleep.

Hinata was awake by 6:30. She didn't get much sleep because she was scared of how the surgery will result in. At first, Hinsta didn't give a damn about the surgery or her condition. She wanted to die. She hated life so much! She hated the people around her. But then she saw a light. That light saved her. That light guided her. That light protected her. That light gave her a reason to live. That light made her love life, love herself, and love him. That light was Naruto Uzumaki. The only reason why she agreed to the surgery was because she wanted to live on with him.

She thought about him and a blush came to her face. She had a few more hours before it was time to leave, and she used that time to think of Naruto.

She sat in the waiting room at the hospital, waiting for her name to be called. She read a few magazines, her father at her side and Hanabi across from them.

"Miss Hyuuga?" the female nurse called out to the group of people waiting at the waiting area.

Hinata stood up and so did her family.

"Follow me, the doctor is ready to see you."

Hinata nodded. She and Hanabi had taken English classes when they were smaller, since their father is a well known businessman with connections all over the world.

They went up from the first floor to the fifth floor. She led them into a medium sized room that had a white hospital bed in the middle. There was two windows on the wall to the left of the bed. The windows showed the view of the beautiful buildings outside. On the wall in front of the bed was a big flat-screen TV. A small bathroom was to the right of the bed. A small table was next to the bed with a telephone, a remote, and a batch of flowers in a vase on it.

"Please wait in here while the doctor comes."

"Thank you," said Hinata as the nurse left.

They waited for five minutes until a young, tall, white man came in. He had reddish healthy hair that was combed back. He wore a white doctor coat over the blue scrubs.

"Hello," he smiled at them, "I am Dr. Smith," he shook all their hands, then looked at Hanabi and Hinata, "Now which one of you beautiful ladies is Miss Hinata Hyuuga?"

Hanabi immediately pointed to Hinata, while Hiashi stared at the doctor in slight madness.

'He's lucky he is the doctor who will treat Hinata, or I would of beat him to a pulp!' thought Hiashi.

"Hello Miss Hinata, please change into this," he handed her a white hospital gown, "in the bathroom. You can keep on the undergarments."

Hinata nodded and went to do what was told. She came out a few minutes later. She was asked to sit on the bed as he did a few simple checking with her.

"Alright," he said as he finished scribbling on the paper on the clipboard he held, "Everything seems good. All we need to do now is get you to the surgery room, and a surgeon will look after you from then on."

Hinata nodded, "Thank you, Dr. Smith."

"From this point on, Miss Hinata can be the only one there," said Dr. Smith, "Mr. Hyuuga and Miss Hyuuga, you guys can not go in with her. I advise you guys to go home and we will call you if anything is needed... or if anything goes wrong."

Hiashi stared at the doctor, "Nothing will go wrong, right?"

Dr. Smith looked at his clipboard, "Well, sir, we are not sure. Anything, and I mean anything, can happen. It IS a 1/4 percent chance of survival, but I promise you we have one of the best surgeons and I assure you he will work on Miss Hinata as best as he can."

Hiashi nodded and he put an arm around Hanabi, "Come on, Hanabi."

Hanabi nodded and walked with her father, but not before saying, "You'll win this, Nata! I know you will. For the one blond boy that always comes over," she winked at her, "Don't think I wouldn't know."

Hinata blush, "H-H-Hanabi!"

Hanabi stuck her tongue out, "What?"

Hinata smiled, with a blush still visible, "T-Thank you, Hanabi. I love you."

Hanabi stopped walking, a few tears fighting to get out. She sniffled a little, then started sobbing. Her one and only sister was about to go through a dangerous surgery. Her only female role-model. Her mother figure. Hanabi got out of Hiashi's hold and ran to hug Hinata.

Shocked, Hinata was frozen for a while. Then, she put her arms around Hanabi and a few tears slipped out.

"I-I-I love y-y-you too, Nata!" Hanabi screamed into her chest, "So p-please... P-please survive."

Hinata made her little sister face her and she wiped away her tears, "I w-will."

Hanabi nodded and she gave her sister one last tight squeeze before walking out with their father.

After they left, the doctor led her to the seventh floor and she met another man. He was tall, tan, and kind of muscular. His short black hair was spiked up. He wore green scrubs.

"Hello, my name is Dr. Reed," he said as he shook Hinata's hand, "You must be Miss Hinata Hyuuga. This floor is the scanning floor. First, you will take a CT scan. Please, follow my instructions."

Dr. Smith left them. Dr. Reed led her into a room where there is a lone bed like x-ray scanning machine. He told her to lay down on the bed that would be inserted into the scanner. After, he pushed the bed in.

Dr. Reed walked into a room inside that room. The room he was in had computers and a big window to see the machine. He did a couple of scans and finally he went to go get Hinata out.

"Well, Miss Hyuuga, the scan came out quite well," he said as he led her somewhere else, "Your brain tumor is very dangerous, and you came just in time before is became incurable," he showed her the scannings, "You see, you're tumor was spreading very slowly, but even if it was slow it was dangerous. I can take out the tumor, but you know the risks. Surgery is a dangerous process."

"I don't care. I-I want the surgery."

The surgeon nodded in understanding and he led her into the surgery room. She lied down on the bed and the surgeon put a face mask on her mouth.

"Relax, and breathe in and out." he said and she did what was told.

The last thing she saw was the surgeon and some other people in white surround her.
