Chapter 11- Meeting the rookies

Caitlyn's POV

I'm so stupid! I'm such a stupid human being! Why would I agree to take Oscar in and help him with a plan to find Hannah and then leave the love birds alone? Oscar's been deported for his, Hannah's and his contacts' safety! Twenty minutes ago I had gone into my little hut when I found the door had been kicked in and glass was all over the floor and a few droplets of blood were present. It made me sick. This is my entire fault.

Me and Dad had arrived back at the school. Dad had said we were going to found them. What if we don't? We stopped outside a door. He was about to reach up to the light switch but I stopped him. "Dad, this is all my fault. Hannah and Oscar could be dead by now," I muttered loud enough so he could hear me. Dad placed a hand on my shoulder.

"It's not your fault, love," Dad assured me.

"It is though! I took Oscar in and helped him with a plan to get Hannah. I let them go back to the hut alone!" I exclaimed.

"But you didn't know that BLADE would be here. BLADE wouldn't just kill them straight away. They may be KORPS' best kidnappers and killers, but they don't operate like that. They usually like to use painful procedures. We may have a chance to save them," Dad explained.

He took his hand of my shoulder and reached for the light switch. He slid it across to reveal a scanner. He pressed his thumb to it and then opened the door. "Come in," He commanded. I stepped inside, unsure of what was going to happen.

I closed the door behind me and once we were facing forwards, Dad pulled down a mop. There was a siren. Then another one. "Hold on!" Dad said. Before I could reply, the floor gave way. We shot down so fast that everything around me was a blur. I screamed as my heart went up to my throat and I held on tightly to my Father's arm. Then there was this green light. The material of his arm felt different. A second later, the lift slowed down and there was a loud ping! The doors opened to reveal some kind of room but I couldn't establish what it looked like or who was in the room. I felt like I was going to either throw up or fall over. Before I could do either, I felt a pair of arms grab me and place me down on a cold metal chair. I felt a bucket being placed on my lap and I immediately threw up into it. This was horrible. This was embarrassing.

"Are you done?" A voice who sounded like my Dad asked. I nodded and he took it away. I looked up and I could see more clearly. I was in a room with green walls, white tiled columns, a few computers on desks, a big screen and a large white table in the middle. Yep, I was in a spy HQ. There were four kids standing in front of me. Dan blondie and auburn Zoe. There were another two kids that I didn't recognise. A girl with dark skin and dark eyes and a boy with dark hair and hazel eyes.

"Caitlyn? What are you doing down here?" The auburn girl asked.

"Dad said. We could. Find. Hannah and Oscar. Down here," I panted, still out of breath from the event a minute ago.

"How do you know her? Wait, what's happened to Hannah and Oscar?" The boy asked. He had a Scottish accent.

"Did you also say Dad? Who's your Dad?" Asked the girl, who was also Scottish accented. I was in Glasgow after all.

"Caitlyn, I didn't know Frank was your Dad!" Dan exclaimed. I stood up. The group all looked so confused, I would have found it funny if there wasn't a serious situation going on.

"Look, I know you're confused about why I'm here and for those who don't know, I'm Caitlyn Singleton and Frank is my Dad. Hannah and Oscar have been kidnapped by a section of KORPS called BLADE and we need to find them before BLADE do something totally unforgiveable!" I explained.

"If they have hurt her, I'll bloody kill them!" Dan exclaimed angrily.

"I thought you liked Zoe?" The dark skinned girl said to Dan. Oh dear. Someone doesn't know something. Zoe went as red as a tomato and Dan looked down. I could see the other boy was about to say something when Dad came out of a side room.

"I've just been on the phone with Agent Dixon-Halliday and he's going to board a plane back to England. He's really concerned for Hannah and Oscar. We really need a plan. Tom, can you hack into any cameras around the school and forest?" Dad asked. The dark haired boy, who I guess is called Tom, nodded and walked over to a computer.

"Frank, you didn't say that you had a daughter," The Scottish girl said.

"You told them?!" Dad exclaimed, his voice raised slightly.

"They were asking questions!" I shot back. Frank sighed.

"I've found something!" Tom shouted. I stood up and followed the agents to Tom and the computer. "I think I've found who's took them." Tom clicked on an icon and a surveillance video came up which showed a girl wearing clothes similar to the spies in this room and running across the school's playground. Tom paused the video and started typing. A few moments later, about seven numbers and letters appeared on the screen, replacing the video. They looked like a code. "I zoomed in on the girl's arm. Look at the code," Tom said. I stared at them. O:1:8:A:V:A:3. What does that mean?

"It's a code like Zoe has? Is it another clone?" The Scottish girl asked. Clone? What the hell was going on?

"Clones? What are you talking about? This girl who has took Hannah and Oscar, is she a clone?" I threw this questions at them. You can't clone a human! It's not yet been perfected, right?

"Wait, you were on the inside of KORPS? Have do you not know?" Daniel asked me.

"I was never told about any clones. I was just told about Zoe. Besides, I was only on the inside for a month. I convinced the Crime Minister to help with interrogation when you, Oscar, Hannah and Zoe were captured so I could try and free you," I explained. He nodded. I looked at the Scottish boy and girl. They looked as confused as before. I smirked.

"Look, Caitlyn. I'll explain about the clones later. And yes, Aniesha. I think she's a clone. But that's good," My Dad said.

"Good? How is that good?" Aniesha exclaimed.

"It's good because I have designed a device that can track any of the clones around the world just by putting in the code. Just say thank you to the boy genius!" Tom marvelled. Boy genius? Talk about a huge ego. I watched as Dad was messing with a device. Seconds later, I witnessed his face light up.

"I've located her. It's likely she'll be at the same place where Hannah and Oscar are being kept," Dad said. "I'm going to call Stella to bring a SWAT team," Dad added. We now had a mission. To save Hannah and Oscar. Guess I'm back in business.
