Alright, the last few chapters will be short, I apologize.
It went by quick, these last two days. I should be panicking, but it didn't hit me. I was bored of waiting for something to happen. Anything. I looked around and then walked out. This might be it, I thought. I didn't see anything for the past two days. I just... stayed home. No one came to visit, I never went out. Two days seemed like two weeks. Weeks might feel like years.
...
It's been a week already. Nothing has happened, so I thought, they're dragging my death. They don't want to kill me right away; they want to tease me. It started to get on my nerves as I wait impatiently at home for something to happen.
"Come on! Get it over with!" I hear a laughter ring through my head. This whole week I've been hearing things. Maybe nothing really won't happen. I'm just going insane. I need to get out or this place. I grab my coat and head out. Maybe today will be the day, but no, it's another day of nothing. School is boring, everything's boring. What am I supposed to do? There's no way this incident will just leave my brain.
When I did go back to school, it was only the expected. Questions spat out from every direction, but I avoided them all. The teachers tried to talk to me, but I wouldn't budge. It got tiring, so I skipped school every now and then. Hearing the same things everyday... I wanted to leave now.
Two weeks passed by, now, and nothing changed. Everyone came back home. Annoying family members, life, people. Is it all done yet? The idiots of this world will never change. Yeah, I guess I'll never change. Anyways, this is farewell. I'm done with waiting. It won't come to me, so I'll go to it. I notice around my room, the number one, and something whispers zero in my ear.
