A/N: HI guys! Sorry l couldn't update in so long! Had no time over Christmas break, but never fear, Asami is here! This is gonna be a triple uplad for my mom's birthday! It was my own birthday three days ago! ^_^ Allright! Chapter start!
Ciel's PoV
It was just the day winter break started, and the annual feeling dread began to set in. Christmas with Sebastian was allright, but I'd much prefer to have my family with me. He doesn't exactly count for a mother figiure, does he? Sebastian and l were alone for the holidays, and l hadn't bothered with calling any of the girls, knowing that they'd probably not have time for me. I was already missing ther company. I decided to go for a walk outside and my white scarf flickered arount me through the wind as l traversed my street. I walked forwards and saw two familiar bright heads of red hair. I walked on further and saw Minami and Lilah sitting on a park bench together, holding a music box. They both looked up, and Minami's eyes softened. They scooted apart and patted the space in between. I sat down with them on either side, and Minami began.
"I'm going to be frank with this. I'm ready to tell you about our pasts." Lilah nodded and l did the same.
"Lilah and l were orphaned at age 5, and all we had left were each other and this old music box from our mother. We're half German and half Japanese, hence the out of sync names and the hair. We were adopted the next year, and we moved in with our foster family. They're great and really nice, but we always felt as if we never belonged, and that they were not our true parents at all, and their son was not our real blood related brother. All we had was each other. and that was all we needed. Two years ago, we met Saki, and then Asami. Then we began to meet everyone else and our entire world was rocked, for good. We can depend on others now. We're strong enough to! We are Minami and Lilah. Lilah pulled a small pink flower from her hair and whispered
"Goodbye, Ciel. We'll see you later" and she placed the flower on my lap. She got up, still holding Minami's hand and together, they disappeared in the vast winter wonderland of white. I also got up, holding the flower. As l set off on my own, l thought, "Maybe things really will change."
