madeyemoody95: It is sealed underneath the Guild so Naruto can't sense it, just the doors guarding it.
Cerulean Knight: I never saw that movie so I'll check it out and get back to you on the moves. Natsu could eat the fire but would get sick and not be able to use it as a boost.
I apologize for the long wait but I want to assure everyone that I have no plans to abandon this story. I simply was very busy with work but now it's slowing down and we hired more people so I have more free time to write.

Makarov smiled into his beer as he looked around the Guild Hall, usually it was full of fighting and chaos but today it was full of groans and laughter. He wasn't clear on how it happened but Kurama had agreed to fight Natsu, Elfman and Gray though the word fight wasn't what Cana used to describe it, a smack down was a more appropriate term.
Natsu had his right arm in a cast along with a few broken ribs, Elfman too had his right arm broken but also somehow lost all of his hair. Gray had a broken leg and a few scars across his chest but nothing that wouldn't heal. Naruto had simply grinded when the injured mages were brought back and asked if they learned their lesson.
"Another beer Master?" Makarov turned and saw Mirajane smiling at him and the older mage quickly downed his remaining beer.
"Thank you Mira-chan." He replied with a grin, the girl giggled and took the tankard. "So how is Naruto doing? Haven't seen him for the past two days."
"He's fine." Mirajane replied absently. "He said he had an idea for Kurama-kun and wants to get it done as soon as possible so the towns people don't get scared of him."
"I see, any idea what it is?" Makarov asked, after the fight Naruto and Kurama had hidden themselves away in the forest. What Makarov was worried about was that Naruto had somehow hidden his house from everyone with his seals, not even Natsu's enhanced sense of smell couldn't find the blonde or his friend. Makarov wasn't sure how they were going to find Naruto until Mirajane simply made a large pot of ramen and left Levy in charge of the bar. Five hours later she returned with an empty pot and told them Naruto was fine.
"Well it was hard to understand through the ramen but I think it's similar to what Bickslow does." The white haired girl answered as she handed the beer over.
"Hmmm so putting Kurama in a vessel, interesting." Makarov commented before he took a swig of beer.
Suddenly the Guild doors were thrown open and everyone turned to see a frog like man in robes standing in the door way along with four Rune Knights. "Makarov Dreyer?"
The small Master put his beer down and leapt across the hall to land right before the men. "A message from the Council?"
The amphibian man cleared his throat and handed the scroll to Makarov. "We are here to escort you and your new member Naruto Uzumaki to the Magical Council."
Makarov raised a brow and unrolled the scroll to skim the contents. "Oh dear it seems the Council has questions for Naruto." Letting out a sigh Makarov looked up to the courier. "He is not here but we will be there as soon as I get him."
"We were told to escort you." The courier replied and rolled his eyes towards the Rune Knights.
Makarov simply stared the man down. "You have my word as a Wizard Saint we will be there." His voice was cool and the men flinched at the power behind it.
Clearing his throat and adjusting his robes the courier nodded. "Very well." Makarov had to hold back a laugh at how fast the men left the Guild Hall.
"Is there a problem Master?" Erza asked as she appeared by his side.
Shaking his head Makarov sighed. "No, the Council just wants to speak with Naruto." Erza nodded but the others had started to gather.
"Why do they want to talk to Naruto?" Levy asked while others all nodded along.
"Nothing to worry about it's all a formality." Makarov said as he walked towards his office. "Mira-chan would you please.."
"On my way." The girl said as she moved towards the door. "Levy if you would please watch the bar." She didn't wait for an answer as she walked out and towards the forest.
Mirajane hummed to herself as she exited the city and found the path Naruto had cut away to his home. She smiled when she saw the seals that the blonde had placed glow, he had explained they created an illusion that hide his house but had keyed it so she could pass through them. After a few yards she entered the now large clearing that the house was in, along with a sleeping Kurama.
The Biju's eyes shot open when Mirajane walked into the clearing but he snorted and closed them again when he saw her. Kurama liked the female mage because she made Naruto smile, something he hadn't done in years, and he could sense the power in her so he knew she wasn't weak.
Mirajane waved when she saw Kurama open his eyes but didn't stop her stride to the door, giving it a quick knock. Her eyebrows shot up when she heard crashing, followed by cursing and then more crashing.
"Hey Mira-chan." Naruto said as he opened the door, he was in a tight black tee shirt and pants. "What's up?"
"Nothing much, Master needs you to come to the Guild." Mira replied with a smile. "Seems the Magic Council wants to talk to you."
Naruto cocked and eyebrow at the girl. "Why?" She replied with a shrug and Naruto let out a sigh. "I should probably clean up huh?"
"It would be nice." Mirajane said as she took a quick sniff, Naruto grunted and headed towards his shower.
"Make yourself at home." He called over his shoulder.
She nodded and walked into the house, closing the door and looking around. Her curiosity was peeked when she walked into the den and saw a large amount of tools, paint and brushes laying around. A table was in the center of the room and had metal pieces spread out on it, inspecting them she noticed they looked like bones. Picking one up she ran her fingers over it and felt seals carved into it.
She put it back on the table and then placed her hands on her hips and looked around. "Well this won't do."
Naruto checked himself in the mirror as he finished getting ready. "Wonder what this is all about? Did Makarov tell them about me being from a different world?" Letting out a sigh he headed down stairs, only to look around confused as Mirajane went about cleaning. "What are you doing?"
"How someone can make such a mess is beyond me." She huffed out as she turned and looked at him. "Especially when you can create clones."
"Ummmm…I don't know?" Naruto was perplexed by the statement, looking around he realized how much of a mess he had made. "Oh."
Shaking her head and letting out a sigh Mirajane pointed to the door. "Go, I'll clean up."
"You don't have to do.." Naruto started to say but was silenced by a very terrifying, in his opinion at least, look from Mirajane. "Sounds great bye!" And with that Naruto disappeared in a flash.
Mirajane smirked as the blonde disappeared. "Still got it." She whispered before turning and trying to figure out what to clean next.

Naruto looked around the Magic Council building as he followed Makarov inside. The older man had changed out of his normal clothes and now wore black pants with a white button up shirt, over the outfit he had donned a white coat with a fur trim and yellow shoulder pads. Naruto had been curious about the metal that rested on the man's left breast; his respect grew when Makarov explained the Wizard Saints to him.
Soon they were at a large set of doors, etched with gold trim but no handles or knobs. "Remember what I told you Naruto." Makarov said over his shoulder.
Naruto nodded, the train ride had been a long discussion on the Council. Makarov admitted he had to tell them about Naruto's arrival and some facts but not about his personal life, he said that was not his story to tell. They both knew he was going to be put under a microscope but Makarov assured him had his back.
Taking a breath Makarov pushed open the doors and Naruto took in the area. Rows of wooden benches filled the first half of the room. Right in front of the first row was a wooden wall; about three feet in height, with a similar wall making a three sided square in the middle.
Next was a large marble wall, six feet tall, with two men's torso's sticking up from behind it. Naruto could also see glowing green screens in front of both men. Past them was a larger more immaculate wooden wall with columns and intricate carvings. Along the top sat seven figures, the Council, with a Rune Knight on both ends of them and finally a large figure sat in an area above the seven.
"Ah Makarov." The large man at the top said with a grin. "Your trip was enjoyable I hope?"
"Of course Chairman Crawford." Makarov said with a nod. "So how can Fairy Tail help the Council?"
"We want to speak with the boy Makarov not you." Naruto looked up to see a man, who looked like a cat, speaking.
"Now now Michello, let's not get hostile." Said another councilman, one wearing a black hat with three points bending backwards and a dark orange sweater.
"We didn't call them hear for a chat Yajima." Another called out from down the bench.
"Enough!" Crawford called out then sighed before looking at Naruto. "Naruto Uzumaki you have been brought here to answer some questions." He then gestured to the walled off area, Naruto nodded and walked into it.
"So what have I done?" Naruto asked as he eyed the Council members.
"Nothing really, in fact I'd say most of the Council are happy to have a Fairy Tail member who doesn't cause massive destruction." A blue haired Councilman said, Naruto noted the man looked to be his age and thus the youngest member there. The other council members grumbled but Naruto heard a chuckle from Makarov behind him. "But we are curious about the incident in Magnolia two days ago."
"More specifically how did you train the great beast from the Holly Forest?" Michello asked with narrowed eyes.
Naruto snorted, causing all the Councilman to turn to him. "Ya like he's trained." He then stroked his chin. "Actually I wonder If I can train him to fetch?"
"If he is not trained how why does he obey you?" Crawford asked curiously.
"You are all aware of where I come from correct?" Getting a nod Naruto continued. "He came with me; we've been friends for years. Its trust not obedience."
The members all shared a look then the blue haired man spoke. "So we have no reason to fear it attacking?"
"Not unless you, oh I don't know send in a team of Rune Knights to attack first and ask questions second." Naruto replied, knowing full well that is exactly what the Council had done. Some of the members actually looked away embarrassed at the accusation.
"We assessed the threat and took action to save lives." One of them said while slamming his fist on the table.
"Smart move going against something you know nothing about." Naruto answered while crossing his arms. "Look at what he did to your Rune Knights, if he wasn't good he might have just killed them then attacked Holly because he was pissed."
"Are you threating us!" Another member said as he stood from his seat.
"Silence!" Crawford yelled before Naruto could respond. "Settle down everyone, you were called to answer questions about the beast."
"Kurama." Naruto cut in quickly. "He has a name."
"Very well, now Makarov." Naruto and the others all turned to the diminuitive mage. "Do you trust that your new member and his…friend, will not cause problems?"
Makarov looked into Naruto's eyes. "I trust him." Naruto smiled at the man, who returned it.
"Very well." Crawford said as he looked down at the others. "I believe we have nothing to worry about then." A few mumbles were heard but no one spoke up against him.
"So were good here?" Naruto asked while looking around.
"Unfortunately no." Yaijima said from his seat. "There are also some concerns about your past."
"No." Naruto said in a hard voice, causing many of the Council members to flinch back. "My past is just that, mine."
"Now see here." The only female member called out. "You will show us respect."
"Respect is earned not given." Naruto replied, his voice still cold. "There is no reason for you to know my past."
"You are a trained assassin." Michello snapped back. "By all rights you should be labeled a Dark Mage."
Naruto narrowed his eyes at the man. "So no Light Mage has ever killed on your orders?" This caused the man to pause. "Like I thought, I did what I did for my village and that's it. You want to label me fine but I know what I am." Makarov starred at Naruto with a small grin as the blonde spoke.
"I agree." The blue haired Councilman said with a grin. "Hell we've had the Wizard Saints decimate Dark Guilds."
"Siegrain is right." Yajima replied with a nod. "Besides as this Council has said before he is the most respectful mage to come out of Fairy Tail in a long time."
Again the members turned to each other and started to mumble and whisper, Naruto knew he could listen if he wanted to but decided against it. Screen's popped up in front of the Council members and Naruto turned to Makarov with a curious glance.
"So they can talk to each other without someone over hearing." The Guild Maser answered when he saw the confused look. Naruto nodded and turned back to the Council members, noticing the one named Siegrain was studying him.
"Naruto Uzumaki." Crawford said as the screens disappeared. "No charges will be filed against you and we hope you continue your fine work for Fiore."
Naruto really, really wanted to make a snappy comment but held back when he remembered Makarov's words. "Thank you." With that he turned and headed out the doors with Makarov in tow.
"We should keep an eye on him." Michello commented, getting nods from the others.
"Yes but having a talented assassin on our side could be useful." The female Council member responded.
"Just another reason for us to keep our eyes on Fairy Tail." Crawford replied as he stood from his chair, the other councilors following his lead.

"I believe that went well." Makarov said as he broke the silence between him and the blonde as they boarded the train.
"If you say so." Naruto replied with a shrug, he really didn't care what the Council decided.
Makarov sighed as he hoped into his seat. "You will be watched more carefully now you know?" Naruto nodded to the man. "I have no worries though; you're not the first member to have them on your back."
"I'll be sure to be on my best behavior." Naruto responded with a chuckle.
The Guild Master nodded and pulled out his dual pipe. "So how goes the work for Kurama-chan?"
"Theoretically well." Naruto said with a grin. "I carved some metal bones out and have seals on them, some will act as tethers while others storage and genjutsu seals. If it all works out Kurama will look like he does but about the size of an average dog."
"I see and he will have all his power still?" Makarov asked as he lite his pipe.
"It will be sealed, he should be able to access thirty percent in that size but can release anytime he wants and get full power." Naruto answered as he stretched and leaned back into the chair.
"Well that it will make the Council happy that he won't be big anymore." The two shared a laugh as the train started to move.

Naruto, Mirajane and Makarov all stood outside the blondes home, in front of them was the skeleton Naruto had been working on. Like he had told Makarov he had recreated the bone structure of a fox, so Kurama would be used to the body, but had added a few features. The first was the front claws were closer to hands so the Biju could hold things, the second were nine thick tendrils coming out the back where its tail should have been, this was to help account for Kurama's tails. "So I'm supposed to fit in this thing?" Kurama asked skeptically as he poked the metal construct.
"It'll be fine." Naruto said with a sigh. "Plenty of seals to store your chakra and your chakra will tether it together."
"Psh, like something so small could hold the mighty Kurama." The Biju said with a scoff.
"Just do it you stupid fox." Naruto moaned out, Kurama sighed and closed his eyes. The Fairy Tail trio watched as one of his tails shot into the metal bones, light flared from the creation as it started to absorb the chakra. Makarov and Mirajane watched impressed as the skeleton started to get covered in chakra and began to resemble Kurama, all the while the large fox was beginning to disappear.
After a few minutes the light faded and there stood Kurama only know he was just over three feet tall on all fours. "How do you feel?" Naruto asked as he took a step forward.
"I feel weaker….I don't like it." Kurama replied as he sat up on his hind legs and flexed his hands.
"Amazing." Makarov said with barley a whisper, he had seen some amazing things in his time but this was up there.
"He's so cute!" Mirajane cried out as she grabbed hold of the Biju, she let out a gasp as she grabbed him. "He feels so.. I don't know how to describe it." Makarov cocked an eyebrow and walked forward to pet the fox.
"Interesting." The man commented as he felt the dense energy, mentally comparing it to focusing magic into his hands for some of his more advanced spells.
"I am not cute!" Kurama yelled out as he broke free of Mirajane's grasp. "Fierce, deadly, Terrifying yes but not cute."
Naruto chuckled and rubbed the Biju's head. "Aww calm down little guy." Kurama's eyebrow twitched at the comment and he moved his head out of the way on Naruto's hand, only to quickly bite it. "Ah son of a bitch!" Naruto yelled as he pulled his hand back.
"Heh." Kurama smirked out. "Okay, able to actually bite you is a plus."
"Stupid fox." Naruto muttered as Mirajane came over and took his hand to inspect it, though it didn't help she was giggling at the scene.
"Now now play nice you two." Makarov chuckled out. "So Kurama will be joining us from now on then?"
"Correct, which reminds me." Kurama started saying through an evil grin. "Now that I'm small the dumb trio will want to challenge me again, and they will underestimate me." He then let out an evil laugh that caused the others to sweat drop.
"The sad thing is he's right." Naruto commented, getting nods from the others.
"Say." Mirajane said drawing attention to her. "If Kurama-kun doesn't have skin how can he have a Guild Tatoo?"
Naruto opened his mouth to speak only to realize he actually didn't know. The two then turned to Makarov who looked at them for a second then shrugged.
"Like this." Kurama said, everyone turned to se his back shimmer and suddenly a black Fairy Tail symbol was there.
"You have illusion powers as well?" Mirajane said with glee, naruto however narrowed his eyes at the fox.
"The mighty Kurama can do anything he puts his mind to." Kurama said as he struck a heroic pose.
Naruto walked forward and bent down to look at the symbol. "Your using the genjutsu seals to create it aren't you."
"….Shut up." Kurama said as he slumped over, Mirajane walked over and petted him.
"It's alright Kurama-kun I still think your amazing." Kurama smirked and turned to Naruto.
"I like her more then you." Naruto chuckled at Kurama.
"Feelings mutual baka-kitsune." Naruto said with a smirk.
Makarov cleared his throat to draw the trio's attention. "Perhaps we should head over to the Guild and celebrate a new comrade."
"Agreed, I need to establish dominance in the Guild anyway." Kurama said before he disappeared in a burst of speed into the trees.
"Wow he's fast." Mirajane commented as they watched Kurama disappear. "Well come on, I can make ramen in celebration." At those words Naruto's eyes shot open and he quickly picked her up bridal style then they disappeared in a flash, leaving Makarov in the clearing alone.
"Damn brats." The old man grumbled out before turning to the forest and heading towards town.

The sight that welcomed Makarov when he arrived was the most amusing thing he had ever seen in the Guild. Kurama stood atop a pile consisting of Natsu, Gray, Elfman, Macao, and Wakaba. The rest of the Guild was cheering except for Erza who looked ready to kill everyone in the Guild, except she was glaring at Naruto.
"He's your friend so you are responsible for him." The armored mage said with a stomp of her foot.
"He won't listen to me so not my problem." Naruto said before gulping down a mouthful of ramen. "If you want him to stop then do it yourself. Oh hey old man."
Erza spun around as Makarov walked towards them. "Master surely you do not condone this behavior?" She asked while pointing to Kurama.
The man ignored her and instead glared at Naruto. "You left me."
"In my defense I was hungry." Naruto replied casually as he continued to enjoy his food.
Makarov let out a sigh and hopped onto the bar. "Erza calm down its fine, Mira-chan a beer please."
Erza let out a growl and turned towards Kurama. "At least he didn't destroy anything." She said before walking over to a table and sitting down with a thud.
"Right, Kurama lets go." Naruto called out as he finished his ramen and stood up.
"Where are you going Naru-chan?" Makarov asked as the fox bound over to them.
"It's been a while since Kurama has been able to really stretch his legs." Naruto said with a grin, one matched by Kurama and as the duo headed towards the second floor Makarov had a sinking feeling Naruto's reputation for not causing destruction was about to be short lived.

Lucy Heartfilia smiled as she looked around the Guild, Natsu was again fighting Gray and Elfman was challenging one of the members she hadn't meet yet to an arm wrestling contest.
She was a new member to the Guild, having joined just a few days ago after a small adventure with Natsu and Happy. She was in her late teens with bright blonde hair that had a ribbon tied to make a small ponytail on her right side. She wore a white shirt with a thick blue cross on it and a short blue mini skirt, a thick brown belt hung loose on her hips and held her whip and a key ring.
"Miraaaaa." Lucy looked over to see Natsu had abandoned his fight and was sprawled on the bar. "When's Naruto coming back, he owes me a fight and so does Kurama."
"Naruto?" Lucy asked to herself as she started to get up.
"Oh ya you haven't met him yet." The blonde girl looked up to see Levy standing next to her. "He's one of our S-Class mages."
"And Natsu wants to fight him!" Lucy cried out in alarm, she knew Natsu was strong but she didn't think he was that strong.
"Ya, see every time Natsu does whatever Naruto tasked him to do he give him a fight." Levy explained as she sat down.
"With how much he likes to fight he must do a lot." Lucy relied with a giggle.
"You have no idea, anyway Naruto's been gone for about a month now so Natsu is getting pretty antsy." Levy informed the blonde.
"Where has he been for a month?" Lucy asked with genuine curiosity.
"Naruto and his partner went out on a big stack of S-Class missions." Droy said as he and Jet took a seat.
"Who's his partner?" Lucy asked with genuine curiosity.
"Kurama." Levy exclaimed with a smile. "But get this he's a nine tailed fox made completely of magic." Lucy's eyes shot open.
"What!" She yelled while standing up. "How's that possible?"
"No idea but I'm dying to talk to Naruto about it when they get back." Levy answered and Lucy could see a sparkle in her eyes.
"And Natsu wants to fight this guy?" Lucy asked again as she looked over at the Fire Dragon Slayer.
"Hell ya." The group turned to see Natsu grinning at them. "I've been training while he was gone and I'll totally kick his ass this time.
"Oh really?" The pink haired teens eye shot open and he spun around just in time to see a fist hit him in the face, flinging him across the Guild Hall and into a wall. "Cana I believe that's one face hit for a knockout." Naruto said with a grin as he turned to the bar.
Quickly Cana jumped from her seat and ran over to shake Natsu. "You heard him ladies and gents, who's got their bets?" Lucy watched wide eyed as everyone, even Levy, pulled out pieces of paper.
"Dang missed it again." The blue haired girl said with a small whine. Suddenly she stopped and looked up. "Naruto your back!"
The blonde grinned at the group. "Of course, I heard Natsu was getting a big head and decided to come deflate it a bit." Naruto then noticed Lucy. "Hi I haven't met you yet." He held out his hand.
"Lucy, I just joined the other day." Lucy answered and timidly shook Naruto's hand, after all she had seen Natsu take some hits and not once had he been knocked out.
"Nice to meet you Lucy." Naruto replied as he looked around. "Man it's good to be back."
"So fresh meat hmm." Lucy jumped when she heard Kurama speak and started to sweat as the Biju starred her down.
Naruto sighed and quickly rapped the fox on the head. "Stop scarying the new girl, I'm sure she will fear you after she gets to know you."
"Damn right she will." Kurama mumbled as he rubbed his head. Naruto chuckled and turned towards the bar; he didn't see Makarov but shrugged and walked over to his normal seat.
"Welcome back." Mirajane said with a bright smile. "Everything went alright I hope."
"Of course." Naruto replied with a smile of his own. "Me and Kurama got some good teamwork practice in."
"Well good." Mirajane said then placed her hands on her hips. "Now why couldn't you check in between jobs?"
Naruto started to sweat. "Umm…well…you see…"
"I mean it's not like you can't pop in whenever you please." She moved forward and leaned towards him. "Or even sent one of your clones."
Naruto's mind was in full panic mode. "Fuck fuck fuck. How the hell was I supposed to know to check in, no one else has to." "I didn't know I was supposed to." He finally said.
"Well you were, maybe I shouldn't make ramen for a week so you learn your lesson." The white haired girl said as she started to walk away.
"No not that, anything but that please!" Naruto yelled in a panic as he leapt forward onto the bar and grabbed her hand.
Mira paused and looked at the blonde with a sigh. "Well I guess if you take me to get something to eat I will forgive you."
Faster than anyone could see Naruto was behind Levy, lifting the small girl out of her seat and appearing behind the bar with her. "Watch the bar, thanks Levy!" Naruto rushed out before grabbing Mirajane's hand and disappearing in a swirl of leaves.
Lucy looked around shocked at everything that just happened. "What just happened?" She turned to Jet and Droy who looked as confused as her. Getting up she walked over to the bar. "What just happened?"
"Well it's kind of complicated." Levy replied and motioned for Lucy to lean in. "See Mira likes Naruto but he's not made a move, so while he was away Mira decided to take matters into her own hands."
"I see." Was the only thing Lucy could say, causing Levy to chuckle.
"Ya and if you want to make a bet on how long it will take for them to get together, or really on anything, go talk to Cana." Levy informed the blonde girl and pointed down the bar to the bikini clad girl.
"So she has a thing for Naruto huh?" Both girls eyes went wide and they turned to seeKurama perched on the stool next to them.
"Oh crap you cannot tell Naruto about this." Levy quickly said. "She would be so embarrassed, not to mention kill me if Naruto found out."
"Relax." Kurama said with a wave of his hand. "I think she is exactly what the Kit needs. Yo, drunk chick I wanna get in on this action!"
Lucy sweat dropped as the fox bound over to Cana to place his bet. "Just when I think I've met all the crazy members two more show up."
"Hey where the hell is Naruto!" Everyone turned to see Natsu regain consciousness and lea to his feet. However when he didn't see the blonde he spotted another target. "Kurama!" Encasing his fist in fire Natsu ran towards the fox, who shot one of his tails out and slapped the mage into the wall again.
"At least there's never a dull moment." Lucy said with a smile as everyone laughed at Natsu's antics.
