Book Three: Fire
Chapter Ten: Day of Black Sun: Invasion
Xena fiddled with the collar of her vest as she stared out at the horizon. Everyone besides Aang is up and are dressed in their old clothes from before they'd entered the Fire Nation. She pulled a knee up to her chest, resting her chin on it thoughtfully. Today was the day they would end the war.
A hand clad in a dark blue fingerless glove attached to a forearm protected by a guard held a cup of tea in front of her. Xena accepted the cup with a nod to Katara. The master waterbender smiled at her before heading over to Sokka, who was looking over a set of maps intensely. Without turning around, Xena knew that Toph and Era were sitting a few feet away from the Water Tribe boy. The earthbender leaning against the sandbenders side.
Xena sips at the tea thoughtfully and then holds out her hand, lighting a flame in her palm. The fire dances between red and blue at her manipulation. Come the eclipse, she won't be able to firebend nor will she have her heat vision. She didn't know how she felt about that.
Her hand closes over the flame, putting it out, as she senses Aang's waking through their bond. She stands and rejoins the others as the airbender jumps awake and lands beside Toph and Era with a brief blast of air. Momo jumps to his shoulder quickly.
"Top of the morning, Momo!" He greets the lemur.
"Sounds like you slept well," Katara says in faint amusement.
"Like a baby moose-lion," Aang proclaims and then shifts into an attack stance. "I'm ready to face the Fire Lord."
"Save some of that enthusiasm for the actual fight," She teases.
"So what's your strategy for taking him down? Going to get your glow on and hit him with a little Avatar State action?" Toph asks, making hand gestures to demonstrate her point.
Aang slumps. "I can't. When Azula shot me with lightning, my 7th chakra was locked, cutting off my connection to all the cosmic energy in the Universe."
"You know what I just? heard Blah blah spiritual mumbo jumbo blah blah something about Space," The blind earthbender replied disinterestedly.
"Don't worry, Aang," Xena said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You won't be alone and with the eclipse it should be a piece of cake."
Katara smiles and then turns towards the bay. "Oh no. Sokka, do you think the fog will delay the invasion?"
"No . . . that is the invasion."
Five Water Tribe ships sail out of the fog and they all smile before heading towards the beach to meet them.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera tugs at her blue hood thoughtfully as she helps the other waterbenders bend fog around their ships. Shun stands at her shoulder with his bow in hand, watching two of his old Freedom Fighter buddies. After leaving the Fire Nation Palace they had stolen a small fishing boat and Zera had propelled them along to meet the five Water Tribe ships that her father had sent her reports about.
Chief Hakoda along with all the other men had been ready to kill them, having heard stories from the Avatar's group, before Zera had shown him her knife and demonstrated her waterbending. After that she'd handed over the scroll that she'd received from her father, who had gotten it from a Master Waterbender that was apart of the White Lotus. Despite the proof that Zera and Shun were on their side, several of the men still did not trust them. She was glad that scattered throughout the invasion force was her old band of thieves that would not hesitate to jump to her defense.
Hakoda called for the waterbenders to stop bending and she gratefully dropped her arms. Shun placed a protective hand on her hip, pulling her back against him immediately. It was a strangely comforting gesture.
"You know," She started as they headed towards the meeting point. "You still haven't told me what we are exactly. I mean are we friends? Are we allies? What?"
"What do you want us to be?" He asked in response.
She tilted her head back to look at him. "Dating."
He laughed softly at her blunt statement and then leaned down to press a kiss to her cheek. "Then we are dating."
Her lips curled up into a smile as she relaxed against him, blushing slightly. As the ships drew near the shore the Avatar and his earthbending teacher created earthen docks for the ships to dock at.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena smiles as Katara and Sokka run to their father immediately after the ships have docked. After a brief discussion with their father, the siblings return to the other four, waiting teens.
"You're looking a little excited there, Sokka," She teased and the boy straightened his shoulders proudly.
"Of course I am. We've be planning this for like forever," Sokka declared, voice cracking at the end.
"Forever, huh," Katara teased.
"Hi, Katara."
They all turn to Haru who is sporting some new facial hair. Xena snorts softly to herself, both at the facial hair and the jealousy she can feel from Aang.
"Haru, it's so good to see you," Katara says sincerely, hugging the earthbender.
Aang quickly interjects, introducing Toph to him. Xena turns her attention away from Haru though to the sight of two figures unloading form one of the boats. The shorter of the two is obviously female and is dressed in a pair of pure white pants with a sapphire blue sleeveless cloak that falls to her knees and is belted at the waist. The man beside her is dressed in Fire Nation red with a straw hat. Xena quickly recognizes the man as Longshot, but the girl with him . . .
"Xena?" Aang questions in surprise as his Guardian suddenly strides off.
Xena's hand clamps down on the cloaked girl's shoulder as she spins her towards her, hand clasped over the dagger. The dagger is quickly drawn at the sight of cloaked girl's face.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera's pale blue eyes widen in surprise at the touch of cold steel at her throat as she stares into the angry eyes of the Avatar's Guardian.
"You!"
In no time at all, Shun has an arrow to the Guardian's throat, locking them in a standoff as the girl's friends gasp.
"It's okay, Shun," Zera says, holding up her empty hands up as she keeps her gaze on Xena. "I can explain everything."
"And what makes you think I'm going to trust anything you say?"
Zera sighed quietly and lowered her hand to pull her tile from her pocket.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena lowered the knife slightly at the sight of the White Lotus tile, resting on her palm. Longshot's arrow stayed where it was.
"It's alright, Xena," Hakoda says, placing a hand on her shoulder. "They're allies, I even have a letter from Pakku saying so."
The only reason Xena stepped back was because of Hakoda. Longshot lowered the arrow as soon as she did.
"Speak," She ordered.
"My real name is Zera, I am the last of the Suzume Clan."
"Suzume?" Xena questioned in confusion.
"They were the last of the Air Nomads," Hakoda explains. "They escaped the genocide with the help of a regiment of rebel Fire Nation soldiers and were thought to all have been killed thirteen years ago."
"I survived by chance."
Xena scowled in disbelief. "Then why did you side with Azula."
"Honestly?" Mist-Zera sighed. "At first it was because I wanted to revenge my Clan's death, but I became friends with Prince Zuko and Ty Lee and couldn't go through with it."
Xena backed away from her and glanced back at her friends. They all looked as skeptical as her except for Era.
"You can trust her," The sandbender declares. "She's on our side."
"Era." Katara said in surprise.
"She came to me in Ba Sing Se, she tried to get a warning to guys about Azula. Unfortunately it came too late," He finished.
Xena turned back to the white haired girl at a sudden movement from her. Zera met her gaze evenly as she swung a pack from her back and held it out to her. The dark haired girl made no move to take it.
"My father made this for you," She said. "He thought it would be useful to you."
"Father? I thought you said you were the last of your Clan."
"I am the last. My real father was a waterbender that was killed thirteen years ago in the raid. Piandao adopted me."
"Piando," Sokka repeated in surprise and Zera nodded.
Xena hesitated before taking the pack. She did not trust the girl in the slightest, but she would give her the benefit of the doubt for now.
lxxxXXXxxxl
"Well, you certainly look the part of the Avatar's Guardian," Katara was the first to speak after, Xena had joined her and Era..
Piandao had gifted Xena a new outfit that fit the image of Guardian much better than her other clothes did. A note had been included to explain the meaning behind the color of the tunic. She wore an orange high collared tunic to represent Aang's bending over the top of a chainmail shirt. She also wore a pair of black pants that were loose enough to allow for maneuverability without being baggy. Her usual boots completed the outfit.
"It's a good thing I'm a firebender otherwise the heat from this outfit would be unbearable," She replied and then looked around with a frown. "Where'd she go?"
"You mean Zera," Era said and then nodded over to where The Duke and Pipsqueak were catching up with Longshot. "She's over there. Hey, interesting fact, she saved Jet."
"What do you mean she saved Jet? His wounds were fatal."
"Yeah, well according to her she used a waterbending technique called bloodhealing," Katara spat out harshly.
Xena understood her disgust. Katara hated bloodbending with a vengeance.
"Hey, Xena, look what the Mechanist made for me!"
Xena turned to Aang as he waved his new glider around followed by Sokka. The boy sstopped short, staring wide eyed at Xena's new outfit.
"Looking sharp, Xena," Sokka said with a wide grin.
She sighed quietly.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena ran a thumb over the edge of her bowl, watching the invasion force as the mingled together to eat. Her gaze drifted over to Zera, who had pushed her hood back. She bit the inside of her cheek for a moment indecisively before setting her bowl to the side and standing.
"Xena?" Aang questioned curiously.
She glanced at home briefly before striding over to where Zera sat. The white haired thief glanced at her and then quickly rose, placing a hand on the hilts of her butterfly swords. Everyone fell silent around them, having seen their earlier altercation. Xena stopped an armslength away from her and drew her swords. Zera pressed a thumb against her scabbard, loosening her own. Xena spun her swords and . . .
Drove them straight into the ground between them. The five wolf warriors in the crowd gasped in recognition of the action. Zera raised an eyebrow before drawing her swords. She drove them into the ground, interlocking them with Xena's, before clasping the other girl's forearm.
Some sighed in relief that they weren't about to fight while others groaned in disappointment for the same reason. The wolf warriors did neither, too busy examining the arrangement of swords. To any that did not know their culture it had no meaning, but to them it was full of meaning.
Xena's act of driving the sword in the ground, meant that she trusted Zera. Had the swords been straight up and down it would have had no other meaning, instead they were in a 'V' stating that she had forgiven Zera for something. Zera had returned the gesture of trust by driving her swords into the ground and the same 'V' meant that she was sorry for whatever she was being forgiven for. By interlocking their swords, she was asking for an alliance or friendship. The clasping of their forearms signalled, Xena's acceptance of the alliance.
"So, what brought this on?" Zera asked as their clasped arms hung above the swords.
"Piandao left me a note with the armor he gave me. In it he informed me of how he had come to adopt you and cleared up some misconceptions I had of you. He also seems to be under the impression that we could become friends."
"Well, I wouldn't know why. Because it couldn't possible be because we're both excellent fighters," Zera said with a grin
"Or that we both sit so still while meditating," Xena added.
Zera frowned, since when had the Guardian seen her medi- . . . "Fat?"
"Fat," She agreed and then released Zera's arms to resheath her swords. "I'm glad we could come to an accord, Zera Suzume, Child of Mist."
"And I as well, Guardian Xena."
Xena smiled and headed back over to her friends.
"What was that?" Katara asked automaticly.
Xena simply smiled at her, before turning to Sokka. "Go give 'em your speech."
The Water Tribe boy had been nervous before, but Xena's and Zera's interaction had distracted him from them. He stood and walked to a raised platform as Xena took her seat.
"Good morning, everyone!" He greeted, setting his shoulders and taking a deep breath. "Today is the Day of Black Sun and the day we invade the Fire Nation, which you already now because why else would we be here."
He laughed awkwardly and then glanced at his friends and father. Xena tipped her head to him in encouragement.
"Anyways, they're two steps to the invasion. A naval stage and then a land stage. To gain sea access to the Fire Nation capital, we have to get past our first major obstacle here." He hangs up a map and points to the centre. "The Great Gates of Azulon. Next." He flips to another map. "We hit the land and we hit hard, kinda like Toph does actually."
Xena smiles as Sokka continues, his confidence growing with every word.
"We have to fight past their battlements and secure the plaza tower. Once we do that, it's up to the royal palace. At that point, the eclipse will begin."
The Boulder raises his hand in the crowd. "Excuse me, The Boulder is confused. Isn't the point to invade during the eclipse? When the firebenders are powerless?"
"The eclipse only last 8 minutes. Not enough time for the whole invasion and the royal palace is heavily guarded by firebenders. So that's where we'll need the eclipse advantage the most." Sokka declares, pounding his fist into his hand.
"Now your team leaders have already been informed of their part in the invasion, but there are a few of you that haven't been placed yet. I'm talking about the wolf warriors, Mist -sorry, Zera- and Longshot." Sokka swung a hand out towards Xena. "The seven of you will be under Xena's command until we get to the palace. Once there command will be given to-"
"Zera," Xena says, cutting him off and the white haired girl straightened in surprise.
"-to Zera," Sokka finishes, glancing at Xena worriedly at the decision. "When this is finished, the Avatar would have defeated the Fire Lord. We would have control of the Fire Nation capital and this war will be over!"
The crowd bursts into cheers as Sokka finishes. The Water Tribe boy grins at the reception to his plan.
"Damn, I was really hoping he'd mess up," Toph grumbled beside Xena only to be slapped upside the head by the older girl. "Ow."
lxxxXXXxxxl
"Here, let me."
Aang glanced back at Xena and handed over the razor so she could finish shaving his head. Once done they stare at their combined reflection in the sheet of ice, they were using as a mirror. Aang is dressed in his new Air Nomad clothes and Xena is wearing the armor Piandao had gifted her, her face and arms clear of all tattoos except for the crescent moon on her brow.
"You clean up nicely," She says with a smile and hands the razor back to him.
"So do you?"
She steps back and lets him stand. He turns to face her and her smile turns into a serious line. "Are you ready for this, Aang."
"Yeah," He says with a nod. "I can do this."
"We can do this," She corrects.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera slides on a pair of white fingerless gloves along with white bracers to protect her forearms. Shun stands next to her, tightening the strap of his extra quiver, so they both fit comfortably on his back. She turns to him with a smile and he slings his bow across his back before closing the distance between them.
He leans down to her and kisses her on the mouth for the first time. Her eyes widen in surprise, but she quickly relaxes and returns the kiss. Her eyes slide closed as he deepens the kiss. When he pulls back, her pale skin is flushed. He lifts her head and after another kiss, slides the blue face mask into place.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zuko removes his crown and tucks it in his belt before removing his Royal armor and setting it on his bed. Today is the day that he chooses to be the person that he wants to be, not what his father wants him to be. Turning to his writing desk, he takes a deep breath before smoothing a piece of paper. He stares at the paper for a moment and then starts to write.
lxxxXXXxxxl
"There they are," Bato says as two statues of Fire Lord Azulon appear surrounded by a light covering of fog. "The Great Gates of Azulon."
"I don't see any gates," Katara says in confusion.
"That's because you don't no where to look," Zera said, voice slightly muffled as she points to a dragon statue at one side of the path that has the barest glimpse of a net inside its mouth. A similar statue is located on the other side of the pass.
"Katara, Xena, Zera, you and the swamp bedners whip up a fog cover."
"We'll sneak by them statues just like we sneaked by that fire navy blockade," Tho declared.
The three waterbenders and the three swamp benders jump into position, raising the requested cover with simultaneous movement. Fog rapidly covers the boats as they continued to move forward.
"Keep it up, we're almost through."
An alarm sounds as they draw close and smoke emits from the dragons statue's snouts before the nets rise from the water, attached from the dragons to Azulon's sleeves. Fire streams from the dragons' mouths as the alarm stops, lighting the nets on fire.
"Told you," Zera said as they all stared at the nets in disbelief.
Soldiers suddenly race away from the two dragon outposts on jet skis.
"Everyone below deck," Hakoda orders and Xena follows Aang closely.
"Sokka, if this works, you're a genius," Xena intones with a grin before joining Katara.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Katara bends a bubble of water around Appa's head where the two girls sit as they pass beneath the lit nets alongside the five submarines.
"Your brother's a genius," Xena said, relaxing on Appa's head, waiting for when she takes over for Katara.
"Who would have thought?"
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera works alongside the wolf warriors to keep the sub moving as Longshot relaxes against the wall beside her. This is going to kill her abs, she just knows it.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena stops bending as Appa rises out of the water beside the submarines for the break that is needed in order to refill their air supply. She rolled her shoulders back with a sigh before Katara and her surfed over to the sub where there friends are waiting.
"So, this is it huh?" Aang asks as they join them.
"Are you ready for the Fire Nation to know the Avatar's alive?" Sokka asked.
"I'm ready."
They gather together for a group hug which is more of a huddle really.
"I hope you kick some serious Fire Lord butt, Twinkle Toes, SKy Dragon," Toph says optimistically.
"I agree," Era adds and then shifts uncomfortably. "Uh, Sokka, do you mind not standing on my foot?"
"Oops, sorry."
"Everyone listen up." They separate and turn to Hakoda as he speaks to the entire invasion force. "The next time we resurface, it'll be on the beaches. So stay alert and fight smart. Now break time's over, back in the subs."
Toph, Sokka, and Era head back to the subs entrance. Xena grabs Era's arm before he can go though. The sandbender, dressed in Earth Kingdom armor, looks back at her curiously.
"You should tell her," She says, referring to Toph.
"I will, but after this is all over."
"Era-"
"I know that not everybody will come back, but I'm positive that we will. And when we do, I will tell her."
Xena bows her head before jumping back on Appa. A few minutes later, a blushing Katara joins her as Aang takes into the sky.
"Are you alright?" The older girl asks, her eyes gleaming with a knowing light as Katara bends a bubble of air around Appa's head.
"I'm fine."
"You sure?"
Katara didn't respond.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zuko sneaks into Mai's empty bedroom, wearing a heavy black cloak. Mai was somewhere in the palace looking for a missing Mist with Ty Lee on Azula's orders. It made things easier for him. He moves to her dresser and stares at a picture of the two of them together.
"I'm sorry, Mai," He whispers and he truly is.
He moves to the bed and places the letter he had written on the pillow. She is sure to find it later tonight and by then, he will already be gone.
lxxxXXXxxxl
"Take over?" Xena requests Katara as they come close to the battlements.
She nods and Xena shifts her attention to the harpoons being shot into the water. She uses waterbending to direct the harpoons around them. as they continue for the underwater holes in the battlements.
"Xena, the sub!" Katara calls, seeing one of the subs being reeled out of the water with a harpoon through it.
"Appa, yip yip," She directs the bison and Appa begins to rise out of the water.
Appa growls as he takes to the air. Katara cuts the harpoon chain with waterbending and the sub falls back into the water with a splash. They resubmerge and Xena begins bending the bubble of air around Appa's head again.
A torpedo, another one of Sokka's and the Mechanist's plans is fired, destroying the grating in the wall to allow them to pass through. Once through they rise back out of the water and the submarines ground to a stop on the beach as Appa takes to the air once more.
"And here we go?" Xena said, before jumping onto Appa's back, leaving Katara room to move on the bison's head.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera and the wolf warriors move in tandem, destroying one of the arriving Fire Nation tanks with water bending. The Avatar's air bison lands in front of them and the two waterbenders jump off.
"Let's take those tanks out," Xena orders.
The warriors salute her and Zera nodded.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena smiles as the swamp monster, made of seaweed, arrives. With the aided strength of Hue they are able to make some ground against the Fire Nation tanks. A Fire Nation soldier charges at her on a komodo rhino and she spun, shattering his spear as she drew her swords before jumping out of the rhino's way. Zera kicks the soldier out of the saddle as she swings herself up onto its back. They nod before turning back to the battle.
"Xena!"
The guardian glanced up as Katara landed Appa beside her.
"Get to Aang. We have it covered here."
She nods and sheaths her swords. "Zera, you're in charge."
She doesn't wait for a response as she takes off through the battle, weaving and dodging around people as she heads for the wall that they have to get over. The only firebending she is likely to do today helps her launch over the wall and she heads for the capital city where she can sense Aang.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zuko bows his head to his mother's portrait as he straps on his broadswords and swings his pack on. " I know I made some bad choices. But today, I'm going to set things right."
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera glances up at where the Avatar's bison is perched on the battlements. Something isn't right.
"You!" She shouts pointing to one of the wolf warriors, whose wolf helmet bears the highest rank among the five. "Take over for a moment."
He salutes and Zera heads for the air bison. With all the dexterity of a thief, she scrambles up the wall, a much easier task than it was to climb the Outer wall of Ba Sing Se.
Katara is kneeling next to her dad trying to heal him.
"Can't you heal him any faster?" Sokka asks his sister.
"I'm doing everything I can." She snapped.
Zera stepped forward "Maybe I can help."
Katara seems about to say no when Hakoda groans again. She hesitates and then nods. Zera holds her hands out above Katara's. Soft red light haloed around her hands as she began to use bloodhealing to help close the wound fast.
"I'll do it," Sokka said above her and Zera tilted her head slightly to glance at the boy.
"No offense Sokka but you're not exactly Mr. Healing Hands," Katara replied without glancing back.
"No." Sokka straightens. "I'll lead the invasion force. "
"Don't be crazy, Sokka."
"Maybe I am a little crazy but the eclipse is about to start and we need to be up that volcano by the time it does."
"You can do this. I'm proud of you, son," Hakoda praised and then groaned again in pain.
"I still think you're crazy but I'm proud of you too," Katara added.
"This touching and everything, but if you're going to do it than you need to do it now," Zera ordered, nodding her head towards the battle that is quickly descending into a disorganized mess.
Sokka nods seriously and puts on his helmet before mounting Appa.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena slides into an alley way, leaving the soldier's that were chasing her to charge past. Smiling she climbed up onto the roof and began heading towards Aang again. The young monk was crouched on a rooftop, looking over at the empty streets with a concerned frown.
"What's wrong?"
"Oh, Xena," He said, recovering from his shock at her sudden appearance. He gestured to the streets. "Doesn't it seem a little empty to you."
She frowns, considering it for the first time. "You're right, that is strange. Keep an eye just in case, but we have to keep moving, it won't be long before the eclipse."
Aang nodded and leapt of the roof, opening his glider. Xena jumped after him, landing on the back of the glider as they flew towards the palace.
lxxxXXXxxxl
"The Avatar is back!" Aang calls as the enter the palace.
The corridor is dark and empty. Xena tightens her grip on her swords and steps in front of him, taking the lead as she reached out with her heat sense.
"Hello? Anyone home?" Aang called behind her.
The two exchange glances when no one answers.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Zera holds on tightly to the edge of Appa's saddle as the air bison lands behind the invasion force. They had made a lot of headway since Sokka had taken command. They might actually be able to do this.
lxxxXXXxxxl
Xena parted the red curtains with her swords as they entered the throne room. It was as empty and dark as the rest of the palace. The two teens stared in shock.
"No. . ." He drops his glider and kneels on the floor. "No, no." He shakes his head. NO! Fire Lord Ozai, where are you?!"
Xena's swords drop to hang by her side. Was this all going to be for nothing.
Momochan77-To answer your question, I actually do have plans for a prequel. If you haven't seen it yet, it's one of the choices on my poll known as Fire of the Frozen North.
Which reminds me that I should probably explain the stuff that's on that poll. So here it goes.
Fire of the Frozen North- prequel to the Guardian Spirit Trilogy, it focuses on Xena's growth from childhood all the way up to her fleeing the temple with Aang. It'll be a little difficult to write because she has a lot of personality changes as she grows up.
Dragon of the Golden Sun- Is the sequel to this trilogy. I won't give too much away, but this story focuses mainly on Xena, Zuko, Mist (Which is now going by her birth name of Zera), Azula, and Azula's love interest. Also there is a slowburn femslash relationship, so if you guys have an issue with that than don't read it.
Saga of the Blooming Light-Another sequel to this trilogy, this time taking place during the Legend of Korra. This story focuses on the next guardian after Xena, a girl named Hikari. Hikari is a lesbian and is in an established relationship with a girl at the beginning of this series. She may or may not remain with the same person though. If you don't like femslash, don't read. (I'm starting to sense a trend here, XD)
WolfMoon- This is a Legend of the Seeker fanfiction. It starts in the middle of the first season and follows the plot of the show much as this one does. I intend for this to go past the two seasons (sadly it was canceled) and has an endgame relationship between three women, all of which are bi. Remember that trend, there's three more like it.
The Hero Thief, the Hawk, the Raven, and the Queen-Once Upon a Time (my current favorite obsession). Not gonna tell you what the endgame relationship is in this although there is some Red Beauty( Red Riding Hood and Belle) so this falls in that trend. Focuses mainly on my OC, Dr. Skylar Bloom, with some flashbacks of the OC, Greenhawk, also known as Green Hood, who has an interesting story as well.
Autumn Child-This one does not fall in that trend. This is for the the anime Bleach. It starts before the anime does and has a slowburn relationship between my OC and my favorite Squad Captain, Hitsugaya.
Goddess of the Moon-This is a Twilight fanfiction with a mix of Greek and Roman mythology thrown in. I wanted to try to do a little something different then what I'm used to, so this developed. It has a femslash relationship, but I'm not sure what yet, also there are some
Sunlit Storm- this is another A:TLA fic which holds no connection to The Guardian Spirit. Starts a few years before the series and focuses on my orphan OC. Has strongs references to Lu Ten and deals with lightning bending. This came about after reading Of Fire by FeiFei08. This is a femslash as well.
Yeah, so six out of eight are femslash. So if you don't like that kinda thing then don't read the stories.
-Avatar Wolfheart.
