Chapter Ten

Normal P.O.V.

-With Harry and Draco-

Draco stirred from the light slumber that he had fallen into; Harry was making small sounds in his sleep as he turned and curled into Draco's body more. Draco smiled as Harry nuzzled into his chest. The cuteness Harry was showing made Draco chuckle. The movement of Draco's chest moved Harry's head enough to wake the younger one.

Harry blinked sleepily and raised one of his hands to rub at his eyes. He yawned then blinked again while trying to look around, but he couldn't see because of some grey-blue soft fabric was blocking his view. The fact that said fabric was moving like something breathing woke him up more. A deep chuckle made him tense and slowly look up.

Emerald green and grey-blue met and stared at each other. Both teenagers just laid there and stared for a few minutes. Harry's breath caught in his throat, and he went to pull away. Draco saw this coming and tightened his arms around the younger.

"Shh it's okay. I'm not going to hurt you Harry." Draco buried his face back into Harry's hair and used one of his hands to rub soothing circles into the younger's back. Harry blinked at the use of his first name by Malfoy, never mind that he just said he wasn't going to hurt him. Harry wanted to look Malfoy in the eyes when talking to him. The older one moved back enough to let him. As their eyes met again, Harry seemed to be looking for something.

"W-wha-" Harry's dry voice cracked, and he coughed a bit. Malfoy shushed him again then sat up. Harry whimpered slightly then blinked in confusion. Why did he feel suddenly so cold and alone? Malfoy smiled and petted Harry's head.

"I'm not going anywhere. I'm just getting you some water for your throat, okay?" Harry nodded while still in a dumbfounded state. Malfoy used his wand to summon a simple glass of water. Once he had the glass, Harry tried to sit up but found his body was still sore and stiff. Malfoy placed a hand behind Harry's head to help support him while he drank. After most of the water was gone, Malfoy laid Harry's head back on the pillow below him. Malfoy refilled the glass and set it on the small table next to the bed. He then laid back down and pulled Harry, who had tried to squirm away, back onto his chest. Harry tried to get away but sighed and stopped when it became obvious that he wasn't getting away. Malfoy chuckled again at the pout Harry had on his face. Harry looked up at the older one.

"Malfoy wha-" He started to say.

"Draco." Harry blinked.

"Huh?"

"Call me Draco not Malfoy. I don't see us as rivals or enemies, and we have known each other for far too long to still be calling each other by our last names." Harry blinked again and went to say something but stopped. Mal- Draco was right. Harry sighed and nodded.

"Okay... Draco." The name felt strange on his lips, but he could get use to it. Draco was a very nice name, and Harry had always kind of liked it. Draco smiled and petted Harry's head again. Harry's eyes seemed to want to close by themselves, and he tried to fight it but couldn't. His eyes closed and he leaned into the soft touch. Draco smiled more and could feel his Veela purring. It liked that the young powerful submissive was accepting of his touch. Submissives are rare enough; powerful ones are even rarer.

"I'm sure you have a lot of questions, and I probably won't be able to answer most of them. I will answer what I can though, okay?" Harry's eyes open again, and he nodded then tried to think what to ask first.

"Where am I?" That seemed like a good place to start. Draco seemed to brace himself slightly.

"Riddle Manor." Harry blinked then frowned as a fuzzy memory tried to push towards the front of his mind. He placed a hand on his head as a painful throbbing started up. His memories were a blur, and it felt like there was cotton stuffed into his head.

" Tom... he is back isn't he...? Voldemort is gone..." Draco nodded. His father had said Tom earlier, so of that he was sure of. Harry seemed to relax a bit with that.

"Um, why am I here?" Draco frowned at that question.

"Severus brought you here with some serious injuries. He's the one that healed you. That's about all I know on why you are here. I'm also pretty sure that Severus is the reason behind Tom coming back." Harry nodded; that sounded like something that he could and would do. With that being out of the way, Harry decided that there was something he really wanted to know.

"Okay, mind explaining why I woke up to snuggling a blonde Slytherin?" Draco had a bit of a blush on his face.

"Um, well you see..."

-With Severus, Remus, and Sirius-

"Would you settle down you insufferable mutt?!" Severus snapped at Sirius who was running around trying to pack whatever he thought Remus, Harry, or himself would need. They had decided that Remus and Sirius would be staying at Riddle Manor for a while or at least until a better plan had been created.

"But I don't know what we might need, Sevy." Sirius had to quickly dodge a Diffindo (Severing Charm) that Severus had thrown at him. The charm hit a non-magical painting that Sirius had been in front of. It was quickly ripped to shreds which of course Remus fixed with a sigh.

"Call me that one more time, and even your wolf won't be able to save your sorry hide." Severus growled out. Sirius chuckled and stuck his tongue out at Severus.

"You're just a stick in the mud you old bat." Remus walked over to his unruly mate.

"Now now Sirius you shouldn't tease Severus to much, or I may just let him knock some sense into your beautiful but thick skull." Remus nipped at Sirius's neck which got him a whimper and a blush from his black haired beauty. Remus looked over his shoulder at Severus with a smirk. "That should keep him in line for an hour or so." Severus gave the werewolf a blank stare.

"That will do, Wolf. Now can we please leave soon." Remus nodded then used a bit of magic to finish packing and shrinking everything.

"There all done. We are ready to leave now, Severus." Severus sighed.

"Finally. Now to the floo with you both." Severus shooed them towards the floo. Taking a hand full floo powder he called out their destination clearly so the other two could hear and stepped inside the green flames. He was quickly followed by the couple, and they all ended up standing in a cream and light blue colored empty room. Sirius looked over at Severus with a pleading look.

"Can we go straight to see Harry?" Remus was also giving him that pleading look, but he was more reserved. With a long suffering sigh, Severus nodded which got him a loud whoop from the other black haired male and a thankful grin from the werewolf. Severus turned on his heel.

"Well follow me, and try to keep your mouth shut you mutt. I don't want your loud mouth disturbing everyone in the manor." Sirius opened his mouth to retort but only squeaked when Remus smacked his rear.

"Behave and I'll give you a reward later." Remus whispered in to his mates ear. Sirius blushed and nodded. "Good puppy." Sirius felt warmth and happiness fill him at the praise. He loved it when Remus gave him praise. Severus sighed softly and turned to leave knowing the couple would follow. He couldn't help the jealousy that he felt when around mated pairs. His creature whimpered softly in his head. Only a few people knew that Severus had a creature side. And he had told just one person what type of creature he is since he is so rare. The odd group made their way towards Harry's healing room.

-With Lucius and Tom-

"Would you stop worrying?" Lucius sighed as he watched Tom pace in his study.

"But he is going to despise the fact that I'm his mate." Tom could feel his creature clawing and howling at the thought of their mate rejecting or hating them. Lucius tilted his head slightly.

"You know, you never told any of us what kind of creature you are." Tom stopped pacing and glanced over at Lucius who was sitting relaxed on the couch. He sighed and shrugged. He was going to find out anyways.

"My mother was a siren, and any child of a siren is always a siren." Lucius blinked and sat up straighter.

"I thought that all children of a siren are female." Tom smirked slightly.

"Most are but not all. Males are just rare." Lucius smiled and shook his head.

"It's a bit strange, but it fits you somehow." Tom shrugged again and went back to his pacing. Lucius sighed and watched him. It was going to be a long night.

-With Harry and Draco-

"You're a dominant Veela, and because I'm a submissive of some creature you want to protect me and such? Which is why I woke up to you snuggling me because of your instincts." Harry summarized all that he had been told by Draco's long as hell speech. Draco nodded nervously and waited for Harry's reaction. Harry tilted his head at Draco's nervousness. Harry just smiled slightly at him. "Why so nervous?" Draco blinked and tilted his head.

"You're fine with that answer?" Harry nodded.

"Yeah you aren't telling me a lie, or I would have noticed, and as long as you're being friendly then I don't really mind if you feel extra cuddly. Especially since you said it makes your creature happy." Draco and his creature were happy. Both already saw Harry as like a younger brother that he wanted to protect.

"So would you freak out if I asked if I could go back to hugging you?" Draco decided to try pushing his luck. Harry smiled at the cuteness and shook his head.

"Hug all you want. Your body is cool feeling so I don't mind." Draco's Veela growled happily on the inside, but Draco only smiled and pulled Harry back into his arms. Harry was tense at first then slowly relaxed and leaned back into Draco's cool body. Draco moved them so that his back was against the wall with Harry in his lap. Harry laid his head back on Draco's shoulder and looked up.

"So wha-" he started to say when the door opened and both teens turned to look at whoever was coming in.

"Harry! I missed you!" Sirius yelled much to Severus's annoyance. All three looked over at the bed and froze. "What the hell?!"
