LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

(Inheritance Plan)

This document (the "agreement") is the legal services agreement that Magical Law requires head of House's to conduct in order to secure succession with their heir/heiress.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF PARTIES.

This agreement is made between Lucius Malfoy and Narcissa Malfoy née Black , hereafter referred to as "Head of House", and Draco Malfoy , hereafter referred to as "Heir/Heiress"; all under the House of Malfoy .

2. CONDITIONS.

This agreement will not take effect, and Head of House will have no obligation to provide succession, until Heir/Heiress returns a signed copy of this agreement both to the Head of House and to the Ministry of Magic as required by Paragraph 7 of this agreement.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF HEAD OF HOUSE AND HEIR/HEIRESS.

Head of House will admit legal act of succession called for under this agreement, release legal holding of inheritance via trust fund to Heir/Heiress, release legal title to all "properties" owned by Head of House, and provide Heir/Heiress with any and all information and documents necessary for the legal act of succession to named head of House. Heir/Heiress will uphold House Malfoy 's virtues and be cooperative with Head of House to provide a timely transition of succession. Heir/Heiress will fulfill any and all duties and responsibilities bestowed upon them as required by Paragraph 11 of this agreement.

4. DELEGATION OF PROPERTIES.

Heir/Heiress understands that Head of House may have several properties, entities, magical objects, etc. listed under legal titles and will allow Head of House time to accumulate all of the "properties" for release to Heir/Heiress.

5. LEGAL COMMENCEMENT OF SUCCESSION.

Heir/Heiress will commence legal succession to head of House Malfoy pending successful graduation† from [Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
