Eddie's eyes snapped open and as he scanned his surroundings he realized he was in the girls corridor. He felt a body against him and he softly smiled when he saw Patricia. Patricia...
Her name made him smile, honestly. He'd like to have everything behind them because to be honest at this point, he knew. He knew that nothing had ever went wrong between them. She had never done anything wrong. She didn't ruin them. He did. He destroyed them and he knew it. Hell, they both knew it.
He pushed her away. He hurt her. And he regreted it all. He was stupid and he had been hurt himself. He trusted Patricia, he truly did, but it was a moment of anger that led to so much more that he couldn't change now. He hated himself for it, he was so stupid.
For now, it was necessary to forget that. He had to talk to her while he could think straight or else he'd say the wrong thing, she'd shoot a comeback, they'd get all offensive, and it'd most likely be worse than before. If only he had more time to work it all out. Sadly, things don't ever go his way.
He heard a soft moan and obviously who would it be, but Yacker? She cuddled into him deeper and he smiled as he leaned his head on top of hers. "You have to wake up." he said. And then, she wacked him.
"No I don't." she groaned. He laughed at her violence and stubbornness. He shoke her gently.
"Come on Yacker. How aboout you yack instead of sleep?"
"How about you shut your yap and let me sleep?"
"Nah, I don't think so." And with that he took her down to the ground and he had her pinned. At this point he had her full attention.
"Doofus." she hissed as she glared at him. "Get off me." He shook his head and she raised her eyebrows. "Are you really going to do this? We both know I could take you down in seconds."
"No, I don't think you can."
"Are you testing me Kruger? Don't go there." she said whilst smirking.
"How about I do go there?"
"You're cheeky."
"You just noticed?"
"I noticed quite awh-" Eddie stopped her with a kiss. He couldn't hold it in anymore. "Eddie..." she whispered softly as he pulled away.
"Yacker." he smiled.
"I miss you." she blurted out.
"You think I don't? I miss you like hell Patricia. I'm sorry."
"I'm sorry too Slimeball."
"You don't have anything to be sorry for."
"Actually there's a lot I have to be sorry for."
"It doesn't matter now." he whispered. "All that matters is that we can be together without anyone getting in the way."
"Gosh, I don't know when you decided to go all cheesy on me."
"I've always been a hopeless romantic." he laughed
