AN: Hey! Reborn123 here and came back from a major headache and stupid activities in school. Guys, I'm gonna be honest with you all. I have been having have some major mental blocks from many of stories and the same time juggling all my school activities that I needed to finished. Just letting you all know about my situation. Anyway, Here's a new chapter
CHAPTER 10

"Well, this is getting boring." Naruto said as he easily dodge another explosion. He was in the forest for at least 20 minutes and so far it was dodging and deflecting traps and it was easy routine to him since he got used with it in two months and the fact that most of the monsters are easy to kill because the reinforcement seal is not activated.
SWOOSH!
CLANG!
CLANG!
Naruto easily deflected all the upcoming arrows with his blades. He quickly jumps towards another branch and was about to jump again
BOOOM!
When suddenly he stops from his tracks as he heard an explosion. He looks to where the explosion was.
BOOOM!
BOOOM!

BOOOM!
"What the hell is going on?" Naruto said as he heard and saw continuous explosion happening in the area. He decided to use his sensor skills to detect the people in that area.
"Three people heading this way…but…what the heck is this evil chakra following them?" Naruto said with narrowed eyes. He decided to hide from of his view and waited for the three people he detected along the weird evil chakra.
He waited for it the three chakra that he detected for a few moments then he saw figures moving coming towards his way. He looks to where the figure was and his eyes widen in shock on who he saw.
It was team Kiri and they were currently covered in cuts and bruises.
"God damn it! Pick up the pace guys!" Kira shouted at her teammates. She and her team were currently escaping from a sick psycho sound snake lady that has creepy around her.
"We are trying Kira-sama" Choujoru said as he was panting slightly.
"She's gaining on us!" Yoko said as she deflected the upcoming barrage of kunais that was heading towards them. She quickly went to several hand signs as she took a deep breath.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball Jutsu!" Yoko said as she released a giant fireball towards the sound nin. The sound nin easily dodges the attack and charges towards Yoko with a kunai in her hands. Yoko immediately pulls out a kunai.
CLANG!
The ninja started clash against one another.
"Kira-sama! We have to help Yoko-san!" Choujoru said as he pulls out his giant bandage weapon. He was about to unwrapped it when suddenly Kira shook her head. Choujoru was surprised at this. "Kira-sama?"
"We are getting out this right now! Yoko can take care of herself." Kira said before she jumps away from the scene. Choujoru was shock at this but decided to his leader. He gives Yoko one last pity look before jumping away from the scene.
'I'm sorry Yoko-san' Choujoru last thoughts as he follows Kira and prayed that Yoko would survived. Unknown to the two that Naruto was watching the entire scene with narrowed eyes.
'Those pieces of trash! How dare they abandon their comrade?!' Naruto thought with boiling rage. He really wants to kill those two for leaving their teammate behind. He quickly calms down and materialized two of his signature blades and headed to Yoko and help her.
==Yoko vs the Sound Nin==
CRASH!
Yoko crashed down to the ground and groan in pain. She started to regret fighting this woman and to top it off. She was abandon by her teammates to face this crazy bat-shit lady. She opens her eyes and saw the sound nin was coming down towards her. She quickly rolls away and stands up as she went to her stance.
The sound nin let out a laugh as she looks at Yoko with a sadistic look on her face. "Well, well, Sato-san. You have been an impressive opponent and I really don't mind experimenting you kukuku."
Yoko grips on her kunai tightly and glares at the sound nin. "Just who the hell are you."
"Kukukuku. Seeing that you manage to impress me. I will allow you to see my face Satou-san or maybe I should say... Inari-san." The woman said with a smirk on her face. Yoko eyes widen in hearing this then she saw the woman pulls the skin from her face which really gross Yoko out. When the skin was remove. Yoko eyes widen in shock on who she saw.
The woman that she actually fighting was actually a man. He's extremely translucent-looking pale skin and straight waist-length black hair with the front strands falling to his shoulders. He had a long face with pronounced cheekbones, golden eyes with slits in his pupils, purple markings around his eyes and fang-like teeth.
Yoko realized on who she was fighting.
"You're Orochimaru." Yoko said with a feared look on her face. She was scared that she is currently fighting one of the sannins of Konoha and S-rank criminal.
"So, you know me. Well this makes things easier for me. Now I want you to surrender and let me experiment you. After all your clan has a unique chakra that I want." Orochimaru said with a sadistic smirk on his face. Yoko started backing away from Orochimaru with fear on her eyes and she was being overwhelmed by Orochimaru evil aura, dulling her common senses.
'I don't wanna die… I don't wanna die…. I don't wanna die.' Yoko thoughts as she was too scared to think straight before slowly started to feel dizzy and losing consciousness. Orochimaru was slowly approaching her as a snake started to coming out from his sleeve.
"Now dear. Time for you to sleep" Orochimaru said as his snake was slowly approaching Yoko face.
"GET AWAY FROM HER!" A voice shouted. Orochimaru looks to where it was going and his eyes widen in shock as he saw a barrage of weapons were coming towards him. He reacted in time and avoided the weapons.
"What the-" Orochimaru said before he saw the one who thrown those barrage of weapons towards him. He saw Naruto standing in front of an unconscious Yoko with his signature blades in his hands with an angry look on his face.
"Get away from Yoko. You bastard!" Naruto growled at the snake sannin. Orochimaru was surprised to see the son of the fourth Hokage in front of him, facing him alone.
"Well this a surprise. I never suspect that see the son of Yondaime and the one who is known as Saber of Konoha." Orochimaru said as remember the details that he heard and read about Naruto in the Bingo book. Then he suddenly realized something that made a grin appeared on his face. "If you're here that means that Uchiha and your sister is h-"
"Sorry to burst your bubble snake head but my team already completed the test I just decided to train in the forest." Naruto said as he went to his stance. Orochimaru scowl at this.
"So, you brats were able to pass from all the stupid contraptions-"
"Actually, I was the one who set up most of the traps here. So I know where the safe route towards the tower is." Naruto said casually. Orochimaru was surprised at this. He never knew that this brat has that kind of mind in setting that kinds of trap.
"…you're crazy you know that." Orochimaru said and Naruto just snorted.
"And this come from a mad scientist dude you is secretly is a pedo gay bitch asshole." Naruto retorted at him. Orochimaru gain a tick mark at that remark.
"You're going to regret that little boy." Orochimaru said.
"Bring it Old man" Naruto said as he prepares his two blades. Orochimaru charges towards with blinding speed and appeared in front of him. He delivered a punch towards Naruto face but Naruto reacted in time and dodges the attack and quickly follows it upper slash with his white blade.
Orochimaru barely dodge the attack and quickly leap away from Naruto and suddenly started to spit out a sword from his mouth.
"Come on! That's just gross" Naruto complained as he was disgusted how Orochimaru revealed his sword. Orochimaru pulls out the sword and went to his stance. Naruto eyes on the sword critically and used his Structural Analysis skill that he learn from Shirou to scan the sword.
'So that's the Kusanagi, the sword that can cut anything.' Naruto thought as he analyze the sword as well as how it was made, who were the user and etc. In short Naruto knows everything about the Kusanagi as it is now buried in his memories along with all the weapons that Shirou shown him during their training.
He knew that his swords would be in a major disadvantage after all they are only projections. Deciding to change is weapon. Naruto made his blades disappeared and his clothes changed into his silver armor with his Excalibur in his hand that is covered with wind magic.
Orochimaru raised a brow at this. "Well that's new. You have interesting weapon there Naruto-kun." He also wanted to know how the brat was able to cover his weapon to make it invisible.
"Less talking and more action!" Naruto said as he launches himself towards Orochimaru.

The two fighters clash against one as they started attacking their weapons.

Thrust, Slash, Strike. Every single blows of the two weapons were heard throughout the forest. Both fighters were equal in terms of their skills and strengths but Naruto has the advantage. Why? Orochimaru has a hard time dodging the weapon because he doesn't know the length and width of the weapon making it hard for him to dodge along the fact that Naruto keeps pressuring with close range attacks with his invisible sword.
"RAHHH!" Naruto cried as he deliverd overhead slash towards Orochimaru. The snake sannin was able brought up his Kusanagi in a defensive position.
CLANG!
The two were now in a lock of their weapons. Naruto was glaring at Orochimaru while the Orochimaru was doing the same.
'This brat is starting to be nuisance.' Orochimaru thought. He was impressed that brat was able to fight him evenly in a kenjutsu fight and with fact that he got more cuts since he can't determine the length and width of Naruto weapon making it harder for him to fight since the blond keep the range between them close.
Orochimaru quickly jumps away from Naruto but the blond follows him. A smirk appeared on the snake sannin face. He quickly went to few hand signs as he continues to move away from Naruto.
"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough" Orochimaru said as he thrust his palm and create a gust of wind. Naruto eyes widen in shock the sudden jutsu and was send flying towards to one of the trees.
"Cheap bastard" Naruto cursed the snake Sannin.
"Fire Release: Great Fire Ball Jutsu" Naruto heard and he saw a giant fireball coming towards him. Acting fast enough. He quickly got out of the way by jumping in the air. He successfully dodge the attack but his senses started to act up. He looks up and saw Orochimaru was just above.
"DIE!" Orochimaru shouted as he brought down his Kusanagi.
CLANG!
Thanks to Naruto fast reaction. He was able to react in time to lift his invisible Excalibur to block Orochimaru devastating blow. Orochimaru was irritated at this he quickly follows it with a powerful axe kick to Naruto head.
BAM!
The attack connected as Orochimaru was successfully attack Naruto in the head. The blond spat out some saliva from the attack. Orochimaru quickly follows it with serious of punches and kicks and all Naruto did was taking the beating before ending it with a powerful roundhouse kick, sending the blond crashing into several trees.
Orochimaru lands on the ground and saw a huge smoke to where Naruto crash into.
"I have to say the brat is really impressive but not enough." Orochimaru said to himself. After the fight he's having thought of having Naruto by his side. He was about to walk towards the unconscious Yoko when suddenly he heard something. He turns to where the noise coming from and his eyes widen in shock.
It was Naruto charging towards him with his weapon ready. Orochimaru was about to reach Yoko-
SQUELCH!
"W-What-" Orochimaru said as he looks down and saw Naruto weapon was stab on his stomach.
"It's over" Naruto whispered as he pulls out the weapon from Orochimaru and made it disappeared. Orochimaru looks up at Naruto then…a smirked appeared on his face. Slowly Orochimaru body changed into dirt.
"What the-"Naruto immediately made his sword appeared in his hands again, preparing for any sudden attack but to his surprised. He didn't feel Orochimaru chakra anywhere.
"He's gone." Naruto said before his sword disappeared and armor change back to his normal clothes. He felt a pain on his side. "Damn that bastard. He really did a number on me."
He walk towards the unconscious Yoko and kneels besides her. He sit downs near her as lean back to the tree as he let out a sigh. He started to feel that Avalon started to heal him with its regeneration ability. He looks down on Yoko and saw the peaceful look on the girl face.
'I feel sorry that she had those kinds of teammates.' Naruto thought with sympathy as he remembers how her teammates just abandon Yoko. He really wanted to kill those scums teammates of her. Why would they abandon her?
Naruto felt that pain was completely gone that made him sigh in relief. Naruto looks at Yoko and gently picks her up in bridal style, not wanting to wake her up. Naruto started to look around for a place to rest.
After jumping from branch to branch from the forest as he carefully avoid most of the traps the he set up he finally manage to find a cave. He landed on the ground and started to walk inside the cave since he detect anything inside the cave.
Naruto slowly lowers Yoko down to the ground and summon a shadow clone and ordered it to gather some woods. The clone nodded as he walks out from the cave while Naruto watch over Yoko.
==Time Skip==
Yoko eyes started open as she starting to wake up. She sat up as she started to rub her eyes.
"Where I'm I?" Yoko said
"You're awake now Yoko-hime." A voice said. Yoko tenses and immediately stands up and pulls out her kunai. She looks to where the voice came from. She was surprised on who she saw.
"N-Naruto-san?" Yoko said in shock voice. She saw Naruto sitting near the camp fire that he made. Naruto just smiled at her.
"Yes, now why don't you sit down here?" Naruto said to her as he points her to seat beside him. Yoko puts her kunai away and walk towards the camp fire and sat beside him.
"How long was I been out Naruto-san?" Yoko asked.
"Please don't be so formal. Just call me Naruto" Naruto said with smile on his face. "To answer your question. You have been out for a few hours. It's already night time."
"Really…What happened to Orochimaru?" Yoko asked. Naruto started telling her about his battle with Orochimaru. Needless to say Yoko was surprised that Naruto was able to match one of the sannins and made him flee.
"You're really amazing Naruto-san." Yoko said and Naruto just scratch the back of his head.
"Not really. That bastard really did a number of me. I'm just lucky that he just decided flee. If he stayed any longer. I would have lost." Naruto said as he looks at fire in front. He clenches his fist in anger. He was angry that he beaten by Orochimaru which means that he was still too weak. He manage to calm down as he realize that thinking about it won't do anything. He just knew that it won't do anything about.
After he calms down and decided to know more about Yoko since he was really interested at her.
"Yoko-san." Naruto called and Yoko turned to face him.
"Yes?" Yoko asked, wondering why Naruto called her.
"…Can you tell me why your teammates abandoned you?" Naruto asked. He really wanted to why her teammates abandoned her. Did they hate her?
Yoko looks at him surprised. She lowers her head and looks back at the fire. Naruto saw the look on Yoko face and started to think that it might be a sensitive subject.
"If you don't want talk about it I unders-"
"No, it's alright Naruto-san. You save my life so I'm in your debt. If you want some information about me. I don't mind." Yoko said softly. Naruto looks at her and saw the sad look on the girl face that for some reason made his heart clench but he remain silent as Yoko started to talk about herself.
"Before I was born. There was a small village near the borders of Kiri that was feared by many people. That village has a powerful clan and that clan was called Inari." Yoko said and Naruto was interested in this. "The Inari clan was blessed with the great goddess itself that was also called Inari. But Kiri saw them as a clan of demons." Yoko clutches her clothes while Naruto was surprised at this continue to stay silent. "So, the fourth Mizukage ordered of the massacre of the clan as he also see them as demons." Yoko said softly.
Naruto was completely shock at this. A massacre of an entire clan? Naruto felt sick in the stomach as he learns this. What kind of wicked person would do that to clan just because they were viewed as a demon? But Naruto was getting confused here? Why would Yoko started to tell him about this?
Something click in Naruto mind as his eyes widen in realization as he started to connect the dots. He looks at Yoko with wide eyes.
"Yoko-hime, are you telling me that you-'re-"
"Yes, you're thoughts are correct Naruto-san. I'm from that clan, an heir in fact. My true name is Yoko Inari. Heiress of the Inari clan." Yoko stated then Naruto saw that Yoko started to have tears in her eyes.
"It really hurts…to see your family…love ones…to be killed in front of your eyes…then be hated by many…only because you belong to that kind of clan." Yoko choked as tears started running down her beautiful face. She started to remember the screams of terror and the slaughter of her clan. She could help but started to cry in those horrible memories.
Naruto just stare at her in shock. He just heard that this girl saw the slaughter of her clan in a very young age. He was angry at the fourth Mizukage did to Yoko clan and he couldn't help but wanted to slaughter every single person that was involve in that massacre. He thought of something that might and hope that it will help Yoko.
Yoko continues to cries when suddenly felt something warm around her. She looks down and saw a pair of arms wrap around her waist. Then he she felt something behind her head. She looks up and saw Naruto. She suddenly realize something.
Naruto was hugging her! As she realize this she couldn't help but blush at this and forget about her sad memories for a little.
"N-N-Naruto-san?" Yoko stuttered. She was surprised at the blond action and question why he do it.
"…You can cry all you want." Naruto said. Yoko eyes widen at this and she saw Naruto gave her sad smile. "I don't know why would you told me about your pass but…I thank you for it. At least I know a bit about you." Naruto said to her. Yoko eyes widen in hearing this and felt her start to beat a little fast and felt comfortable around Naruto arms. She felt safe and full of love.
Why did she felt this? Maybe because she never felt the warm of another person after her family death? The warmed that made her blush. She didn't know but she didn't care. She wanted this. She needed this.
"Yoko-hime." Naruto called and Yoko looks him and saw Naruto eyes. Those eyes held only warmed and kindness that she never seen for long time since she most of her childhood she received only cold and angry glare from everyone around her. "If you ever need a friend just tell me. I see you already as my friend."
Yoko was surprised at Naruto words and couldn't help but smiled at hearing that. She felt a lot better now thanks to Naruto. Soon she slowly fell to sleep in Naruto arms but with tears in her eyes. Not tears of sadness but happiness. A happiness that she finally made a friend.
While Yoko was feeling happy for the moment. Naruto was starting to think about Yoko mention about herself so far.
He knew now that Yoko was treated as a pariah in her village because of her blood and what clan she belong to. He also guessed that Yoko was forced to changed her name from Inari to Sato since she wanted to at least treated fairly by the people but sadly the human mind is too narrowed at this since majority are closed minded and treated Yoko as an outcast. He knew that he started to make some progress to Yoko since he knew that Yoko wanted a friend. A friend that won't betray her or hurt her but a friend who she can trust and find comfort.
Naruto promised himself that he be a great friend to her.
Right now. Naruto let Yoko be in his arms. To comforted and feel safe. That's what Yoko really needed now.
==Next Day==
Yoko eyes started to open. She let out a yawn as she sat up. She looks around and saw no sign of Naruto. She let out a sigh thinking that the blond left without saying goodbye to her. She stands up and walk out of the cave. The ray of light made her cover her eyes for a few seconds.
"Hey Yoko-chan!" A voice said. Yoko immediately pulls out kunai and throws it to where the voice came from. Her eyes widen in shock on who she thrown the kunai to…to Naruto.
"WOAH!" Naruto said as he manage to catch the kunai with his hand. He looks back at Yoko and said. "Well that was a surprising thing you did."
"Sorry. Got paranoid." Yoko mumbled. Naruto just shook his head and approaches her and gave her back her kunai.
"I thought you left." Yoko said and Naruto just scratch his cheek with his finger.
"Sorry, but I decided to help you pass this exam." Naruto said and Yoko looks at him confuse.
"What do you mean?"
Naruto grabbed something from his pouch and pulls out the heaven and earth scroll. Yoko was surprised when she saw the two scroll.
"I had to steal these scrolls from a genin team who were completely exhausted and asleep." Naruto explained. He gave the scrolls to Yoko. The red head accepts the scrolls and looks back at Naruto with a smile on her face.
"Thanks for everything Naruto-san" Yoko said.
"Just cut off the –san part from now on. After all we are friends." Naruto said with grin on his face. Yoko eyes widen a little before a small smile appeared on her face.
"Yes…we are friends now." Yoko said with smile on her face. Naruto nodded at her.
"Now we need to find so called teammates so you can pass this part of the exam." Naruto said with venom at the words teammates. He really hated people who abandon their comrades. He was planning to smack them in the face even one of them is a girl!
Yoko sense the venom in Naruto words and she didn't like it. "Naruto, whatever you are planning on my teammates. Please stop thinking about it." Yoko said to him. Naruto looks at her with a look that said 'You out your mind woman'
"Yoko, they god damn abandon you! As a friend I would make sure that they suffer." Naruto growled at her. Yoko narrowed at him.
"They are my teammates Naruto. So I'm asking as a friend to not attack them." Yoko said to him. Naruto saw that Yoko was serious as this. He let out a sigh of defeat and nodded at her, making Yoko smile a little.
"Fine, I won't do anything to them since you asked." Naruto said as he grumble as he missed a chance to smack Yoko teammates to the face.
Soon the two started searching for Yoko teammates at the same time trying to avoid many of the traps that Naruto planted in the forest. With Naruto leading the way, Yoko was able dodge most the traps.
Minutes has passed as they continue to their search for Yoko teammates when suddenly Naruto stops in his tracks. Yoko did the same and looks at Naruto.
"Is everything alright Naruto?" Yoko asked. Naruto narrowed his eyes as he started to use his sensor skills.
"There are 5 people nearby…and looks like…3 of them are ganging up on the other two." Naruto said. Yoko eyes widen at this.
"That must be Kira and Choujoru! We have to help them." Yoko said. Naruto was about to make a comment but Yoko quickly went ahead of him. Naruto just let out a sigh before he traces his signature blades and quickly reinforce his feet with chakra and prana and quickly follow Yoko.
Moments later Naruto and Yoko arrived and saw that 3 ame nins were surrounding Choujoru and Kira. They saw that Yoko teammates were injured and really tired and they were about to be killed. Wasting no time. Naruto rushed towards the 3 ame-nin with jounin level speed and immediately impaled two of the ame-nins from behind.
"What the fuck-"
SQUELCH!
The last living member of the ame team was killed when Naruto delivered a horizontal slash, separating the head and the body of the third member of the Ame team.
Naruto dematerialized his blades and looks back at two, who had surprised look on their faces.
"Naruto-san/kun?" Choujoru and Kira said. Naruto just remained silent, never answering their question them.
"Choujoru! Kira!" Yoko said as she started running towards them. Kira and Choujoru eyes widen in shock as they saw Kira.
"Kira-san? You're alive?" Choujuro said with a surprised voice.
"I'm glad you're both alright." Yoko said as she stops in front of them. She notices that two were completely tired. "You two look horrible. You two need to rest."
"You have no idea." Kira mumble under her breath.
"But how did you escape that crazy ninja woman?" Choujuro asked.
"With Naruto-san, helped." Yoko replied and this surprised at the two.
"Yes I helped her. After I saw how you scums abandon her." Naruto said with venom in his voice as he turns to Kira teammates and gave them a death glare. The two flinches at the look that Naruto gave them.
"Did you know, who was that shinobi that Yoko fought?" The two shook their head in response. "It was Orochimaru. One of the Sannin of Konoha! You left your comrade to her death if I didn't save her!" Naruto roared at them. Choujuro and Kira eyes widen in shock in hearing this. They just fought Orochimaru and left Yoko to fight the snake sannnin alone.
"Naruto! That's enough!" Yoko shouted Naruto. Naruto bit his lip before turning away from the two Kirin nins. He was completely pissed in facing those two right now after what he saw on how those two abandon Yoko.
"You two need to rest. Let's take a rest before we head to the tower." Yoko said to her teammates.
"But Yoko we still need to find the earth scroll. We have only one day left before the exam!" Choujoru said to Yoko. Yoko gave him a smile and pulls out the heaven and earth scroll from her pouch. Her teammates look at her with a surprised look on their faces.
"H-H-How-"
"Naruto-san was the one get them from me when I was resting in one of the caves in the forest." Yoko explained to Kira. Yoko teammate's eyes widen in hearing this.
"Why? Why would he do it?" Choujoru asked. Why would Naruto do it? He doesn't have any reason to help them? Why?
"I did it for Yoko. With the dead line coming up. I knew that she would need help. So don't expect that I help your team but I only help Yoko. Nothing more and nothing less." Naruto said coldly to them. The two flinch at the tone that Naruto used on them. Naruto looks at Yoko and said to her. "I'm going for a walk. I'll come back in a few hours." Naruto said. He walks away and disappeared in the deeper part of the wood.
Yoko let out a sigh and look at her teammates. "Sorry about that. Naruto-san isn't really like that."
"No…" Choujuro said as he shook his head. "It's alright. I understand his hatred towards us. I mean we abandoned you on your own Yoko-san. I see that Naruto-san values comrades greatly." Yoko smiled in hearing those words from Choujoru. Yoko notice that Kira was glaring at her. She that wasn't a good sign.
"What did he see in you?" Kira said as she glares at Yoko. "Why is he kind to you? You're nothing but a monster." Kira said harshly at her. Yoko flinched from the word 'monster' that Kira said to her.
"Kira-san!" Choujoru scolded Kira but a glare from niece of the Mizukage made Choujoru back down.
"What?! She and her clan are nothing but monsters! Even my parents said it!" Kira said to Choujuro. Soon tears started to appear down to Yoko face as she started to remember all the glares and pain that she felt on the village.
"MONSTER!"
"GET OUT OF HERE YOU DEMON!"
"SLUTTY DEMON CHILD!"
"BURN IN HELL! YOU DEMON! YOU AND YOUR DAMN CLAN!"
Yoko couldn't take the pain anymore. She started to run away from her teammates and run to the deeper parts of the wood.
"YOKO-SAN!" Choujuro shouted towards Yoko but Yoko was deaf to his call. Choujoru glares at Kira who just shrugged at him.
"She'll get over it. Besides I'm just telling the truth." Kira said in a casual tone. She and many others of in Kiri believed that Yoko clan is a clan of demons or monsters. Unfortunately Choujoru doesn't share her point of view.
"She is still a human being!" Choujoru shouted at her.
"With a demon blood!" Kira shouted back. Soon the two started to argue with one another about their point of view of Yoko. Unknown to them is that Naruto was watching the whole scene. He had an angry look on his face. He saw that Choujoru wasn't a bad guy but for Kira. He see her as a bitch. Soon Naruto left from his thoughts and followed Yoko to where she was heading.
==Yoko==
Yoko was near the river bank and she was crying. She couldn't help but remember all the painful memories while she was a young girl. All the name call, mistreatment, torture and many more. She felt so dirty that she has a blood of a demon. She doesn't want to suffer anymore! She want to die!
She suddenly pulls out a kunai in a reverse grip and raised it high. She closes her eyes as she was prepare to stab herself.
"This is the end…I'm coming home…Kaa-chan…Tou-san…everyone." With that she brought down her kunai, aiming for her heart.
CLANG!
Yoko opens her eyes as she heard the sound of mental. She saw Naruto appeared before her with a kunai in his hand. He block Yoko kunai and send it flying away from the crimson hair girl hands.
"N-N-Naruto-san" Yoko said in shock. She was surprised the blond suddenly appeared in front of her. Naruto put the kunai back from his pouch and looks at Yoko in the eyes.
SLAP!
Yoko was shock in what just happened. Naruto just slapped her across the face. Yoko place a hand on the cheek where Naruto slapped her.
"You're selfish you know that." Naruto murmured. Yoko eyes widen in hearing this.
"What…"
"I said you are selfish…why would throw away your life like that?" Naruto asked her. Yoko hair overshadowed her eyes as she looks down.
"Why do even care…I'm nothing but a monster…a demon…I should just die…like everyone else said…No one would care for me anyway." Yoko said in hollowed tone. She believe that her existence is nothing from the moment that her family died, her clan died and she was still treated as a demon in her village even when the civil war was already over.
"…I care for you Yoko." Naruto said in a soft tone as he gaze softly at Yoko. Yoko looks up and saw the soft look on Naruto face.
"What do mean?" Yoko asked. Why would Naruto care for her?
"Remember yesterday when I said that I would become your friend?...I mean it…I would be sad if you took your life away…You believed that no one would care if you die…I would." Naruto said with a soft voice. Yoko eyes widen in hearing this.
"You're lying." Yoko said to him. She doubting Naruto words. She was lied throughout from most of her childhood.
"I'm not…I truly care for you…Why would I save you from Orochimaru? Why would I healed you when I could have just abandoned you? Why would I even save you just now?" Naruto asked her and Yoko remained quiet but waited for Naruto response.
Naruto gave her a genuine smile. "I care for you Yoko…I care for you a lot…even we only spend a few moments like right now." Naruto place a hand on his chest near his heart and gaze at Yoko. Yoko saw the same warmth, gentleness in Naruto eyes that she saw back in the cave.
"I felt that I would want to always to protect you…even if I would face the world itself." Naruto said to her. Yoko eyes widen in hearing those words from Naruto mouth and felt that her heart was beating faster than the usual and small blush appeared on her face.
'What is this? Why am I feeling so warm in hearing those words?' Yoko thought as she couldn't describe the feeling she was having right now.
"So…" Naruto places a hand on her cheek and this cause Yoko to blush even more as she felt Naruto warm touch and his eyes were gazing at her with warmth. "Please never throw your life away like that again." Naruto finished with soft smile on his face. Yoko couldn't help but want to say yes to him, so she followed her instinct.
"Alright…I'll do it for you…Naruto-kun." Yoko said with soft smile of her own. Naruto grinned at her and stands up. He extends his hand towards Yoko and crimson hair girl accepted his hand and stands up.
Yoko now found a new strength to move forward, to forget about the past and face the future. And this was all thanks to Naruto…her first true friend.
