Hello, fellow fanfiction readers and writers here is another revised chapter that I hope is now better and yall will enjoy. As per usual I own nothing except new characters and ideas, I make no money from writing, and all rights go to the rightful owners.

02/15/2018-Chapter Zee

Lillian's point of view…

I vent to Sparrow "I am going insane because of them, Will and Warren act like children fighting on the playground."

Sparrow, "When it boils down to it, Warren is my boyfriend and Will is with Layla. They should be civil to each other for us, I know most of it is Warren. He can't seem to get his temper under control, he has become more jealous since we have started dating." she couldn't solve my problems but she could listen and give advice, she knew the paths ahead of us.

She relented, "I worry about you, Lillian. Your future changes so much with every new choice you make, even I don't have a handle on my powers. Layla should have a heart to heart with Will while you do what you can with Warren."

Great advice; Will can't turn down Layla, and I know she will help me. I feared for my own wellbeing as well, his temper was like a volcano. I never knew when it was going to blow.

Sparrow added, "Talk to Willow, she will not hesitate to help you. She will be the one to give you the answers you need."

I asked her, "So, Warren is hiding something from me?" raising my brow at her, kind of hard wearing sunglasses.

"Yes, he is, but I can't tell you it should come from him or his family."

I just wasn't understanding why Leah, or Dice, have not told me anything. I was getting tired of this shit, I see how they watch Warren when we fight. I look over to Leah; if it was bad she would have told me. If I was in harm's way she would have said something right?

I called out," Leah." waving my hand for her to join us, she was all over Dice.

She smiled, "Hey."

I declared, "So, I heard a rumor that Warren has been lying to me and hiding something very important from me since we started dating five months ago. Care to enlighten me Leah?" raising a thin arched black brow, pulling down my sunglasses to get a better look at her face as it paled.

She bawled, "I can't, I promised my cousin that wouldn't tell you, he said he would Lily." Leah was very emotional, she cried very easy.

I growled, "So your friend's well-being is of no importance, I see the fear in your eyes every time we fight. So it is bad whatever he is hiding. I guess we're not really friends then."

I know she is his cousin but if it is that important, I should know, I could care less who it is from. Sparrow and I left Leah heading back to our friends playing on the beach.

I continued to lay on my towel my fingers in the pure white sand of Orange beach, soaking up some sun knowing I am not going to tan. I stared at the clouds for some time thinking how peaceful they look in the clear blue sky. My sunglasses shielding my eyes from the harsh sun, my skin covered with my mass amounts of sunblock.

"Hey, princess," I knew that voice, what the hell?

I sit up wide-eyed, looking up into the face of my homecoming date, Lash. He got a light jail sentence for his involvement with Royal Pain. I had completely forgotten he was due to be released this weekend.

I get to my feet, I see him look me up and down in my very skimpy black bikini. Will shot him a glare along with every male at our beach gathering.

I say, "How have you been Lash?" I hoped jail helped him.

He smiled, "Better now that I am not in jail. I learned my lesson the hard way."

He said sincerely, "I wanted to say this in person, just how stupid and sorry I was and still am, I really like you but I had to mess it up."

I mumbled, "That's good you're sorry, I forgive you everyone makes mistakes. But there can't ever be anything between us other than friendship, I just don't feel that way for you." he looked hurt after I was done, but he nods his head at me like he understood.

He asked, 'Warren and you finally got together?" he paused before adding. "He can get mean real fast; his temper doesn't know its limit." his tone was packed with worry for my wellbeing.

I look to Jennifer, I say "I have seen it already, our relationship is already on the rocks."

He grumbled, "I better go I heard Warren is on his way and we all know he will be pissed get pissed at you and me just for talking. Can I text you later?" he walked a few feet but stopped when Chang blew by him.

Chang alerted me, "Hey Lily, Warren just arrived and that bimbo Freeze ran right to him. I'll give you two guesses what she told him, but you're only going to need one."

I could see Warren he was stalking like some giant mountain lion towards us. I sighed tonight he should be at work, I will have a talk with his mom.

Warren accused, "What the fuck are you doing near my girl Lash. So it's true?"

I snapped right back, "Oh, I am your girl? Shit, I didn't think so since you are never near me, how silly of me." his dramatics are in overdrive today.

Warren growled out, "Stop, love, so is it true?"

I question, "What's true, Peace?" rolling my eyes here we go again this was a ride I wanted off from, from the outside he was great than the inside was a fucking scary ride.

Warren growled, "That he was all over you and you let him. I told you forever." he thought it wise to snatch my arm his fingers dug into the sensitive flesh, before Chang shoved him away from me.

Chang spat, "Enough with this shit, you're not going to do that shit with me right here."

I sigh, "No, Warren then it's not true." I move to Chang meaning I was putting distance in between Warren and me.

I said angrily, "I don't care what you heard or who told you but they were wrong. All Lash did was give me a hug, which I do a lot, you know hug people."

"Leave Lash, come near her again and I will roast you alive." Warren threatened.

I smiled, '"I accept your apology Lash, thank you for coming to me owning up to what you did."

I started to walk away with Chang going back to our spot on the beach to finish enjoying the day; I wasn't going to let Warren ruin it for me. I walked ten feet before Warren stopped me, like I knew he would.

He turned me to him he was growling at me, he is so odd what is his damage. Wait he won't tell me so now I have to go behind his lying ass back, making us fight even more.

He snarled down at me, "I better not see you talking or flirty or anything again, do you got it, love, I don't want to tell you again."

"Well maybe you won't be seeing me, Warren." I smiled my voice taking a sickly-sweet tone.

"I will kill you first." he smiled right back, I laughed at this he said it so often it became another word to me. I didn't care for his threats he made them all the time, I just walked away from him. Back to my friends, but I didn't doubt his slipping sanity he was the man I loved, also the man I feared.

We were having a good time at the beach the weather seemed to agree with us. I noticed Warrens eyes on me in the water or everywhere I went, oh sweet my own stalker but at least now we are dating.

I put back on my sunglasses as I lay on my stomach resting my head on my arms. I saw Warren sitting side by side smiling at Freeze with Dice and Leah glaring at him. I have been seeing them together a lot, Sparrow tells me he is not cheating but in public he hardly spends time with me unless someone looks my way. But he is always with Freeze; I think he has forgotten who his girlfriend is. I want a man who wants me more than his ex, who doesn't lie or hide things from me. I have come to a very hard decision it could be wrong, but it's a chance I have to take.

I ask them, "Magenta, Chang please come here."

Magenta questioned, "What's up Lilypad?"

I ask, "Chang, can you get me to the car without Warren seeing me then drop me off at home." he nodded once before going to consult his girl, she would know. Sparrow and Chang are a match made by fate itself.

"I can't do it any more Mage, I found out Warren has been hiding shit from me and lying. He spends more time with his ex than me and his temper, jealousy is out of control." I told her.

She says, "Leave his ass, look at you; you can get a guy who will treat you right." her tone laced with hate when it came to Warren.

"When I leave wait an hour then give Warren this okay. Then we deal with James tomorrow." she smirked her grin matched mine, I wrote him a quick note handing it off to Magenta.

I sigh, "I am leaving, wait an hour then give these to him, take Will as back up. He won't be very happy after he reads this." I also hand her my necklace; the lily has not left my neck since I got it.

Magenta point of view

Chang and Lily have been gone for nearly an hour making sure Warren never saw them. I didn't think Warren deserved Lillian, she was kind and loving to his cold and violent nature. She was my partner in crime, Layla is my best friend but Lillian is second to her. I remember the time we got arrested for fighting and underage drinking; she had been upset over her father being sick. He got better and stronger, but it took its toll on her while he was ill and I would be damned if she went down the road alone.

I was watching Peace sit with Freeze, whispering to her she was blushing, what a douche bag.

I walk with Will, my back up just in case; we walked up the dune to Peace. I see Leah look to our spot her face turns sad as she sees Lillian gone. Dice looks over right after her; he whispers something in Leah's ear, then he runs off to his truck.

I snap, "Douche bag, I know you're busy with the human doorknob and all but I came to give you something that should make your fucking day."

He asked, "Yeah, Magenta?" Warren for once was not paying any attention to Will, I made sure the look on my face conveyed the hate I was feeling for those two.

I smile, "Here Lillian, asked me to give you this." I tossed him the note.

He smiled opening it, took only seconds for that smile to disappear. I looked at Leah with a glare now she also knew what the letter said.

I turned my eyes back to Peace in his eyes I could see a cold calm -controlled rage burning.

I added to his pain, "Here she said when you finished reading to give you this, funny so busy with your little whore you didn't see her leave over an hour ago." I tossed a black crystal lily hanging from a white gold chain into his lap.

A look of fear and pain made its way across his face before he controlled it.

"Peace, how fucked up are you? You had Lillian and you tossed that way for this tramp, you ignored the girl who you love for whatever the fuck this tramp is." I motioned to Jennifer James.

Warren looked shocked, no words coming out, he was having some sort of panic attack as I walked back down the dune.

Jennifer called out, 'I am not a whore, no matter what you think." I turned a cold smile to her, my eyes bright with the fire inside.

I warn, "Oh, don't worry you'll be getting yours real soon, like it or not but you are in fact a whore, the nastiest most pathetic whore." turning again walking back down the dune with Will.

Lillian's point of view…

I was actually surprised when Dice showed up knocking on my door, his face pulled in some new emotions I have not seen in him before.

He says, "I was worried, can we talk?"

I held the door open for him he walked in and we sit at the kitchen table drinking pop, not knowing what to really say.

He sighed, "I actually don't know what is wrong with Warren, he never told me and Leah won't, I know he has to take medication daily for it. We have been friends since diapers and he has gotten worse by the day, I am scared Lillian. My best friend, my brother is going down the path of evil. It will be the first time I don't follow him. I was hoping with you things would be better but his possessive nature has really come out. I don't want to see you hurt, here is my cell number, text me any time day or night and I will come."

I was shocked "Thank you, Dice. Warren has left so many unanswered questions, I can see the warning signs." we talked a while longer when my mother arrived home he took his leave, his arms wrapped around me, I breathed in his old spice and his natural spice and cherry wood scent it mixed so well together.

Warren did this to himself, this wasn't of my doing so when his truck pulled in right after Dice drove off it wasn't a surprise.

My mother called, "Lillian honey, Warren is here to see you."

I call down the front steps, "Tell him to wait outside, I should be right down."

I could hear their voices talking and then the door give a light click shut. I made my way downstairs willing myself not to break down in front of him, this was on him and only him. A relationship was one hundred percent from both sides if it wasn't it would fail.

I walked in a green summer dress outside to our roundabout porch, seeing him staring at our huge oak tree. I knew that I loved him that us not being together would be hard on us both.

I say, "Hello Peace," I keep my tone calm there will be no breaking down here.

He lamented, "Love please, just let me explain." his arms came out in an attempt to hold me but I kept he and I at a good distance.

I state, "Warren, you have been lying to me not to mention whatever it really is that you're hiding from me. You spend your time with her not your girl, this is just not fair to me. I want a relationship and that seems like something you can't give me."

Warren tried, "I am not cheating on you ask that friend of yours."

I told him, "I know you have not cheated, but I deserve a good man who loves me."

"But Warren, when we were at the beach who did you believe? Who did you sit and talk to, not me your girlfriend."

"Please Lily give me another chance." he begged.

I sighed, "You're acting like this is the first time we have had this very same argument, Warren." he knows this all too well, this might be the tenth time this has come up.

He yelled, "Damn it we are not finished." his fists clenched at his sides.

I alert him, "You don't have a choice anymore, Warren. I want a boyfriend who chooses me over other females."

"No, you're mine, I told you forever." he said in a demented voice, he slammed me into the wall before I even registered what had actually happened.

I wailed, "No, I am not yours anymore for months I have looked passed your violent acts and stalking. Huge amounts of jealousy I forgave you for the name calling and other things. But I can't do it anymore, I am sorry. I love you so much, but I have had enough, you are no longer welcome here Peace leave now." I ran to my room slamming the door with tears running down my face. A minute later the sound of his truck peeling out was all I could hear as I curled into a ball falling to sleep.

8:10 at night.

I woke up, slowly rolling over looking at my alarm clock, great 8:10 pm. Warren would be at work right now, so it is a good time to see his mom. I put on a pair of black sweats and a green tank top, next was my converse I looked in the mirror, my eyes were red, swollen, and puffy, I looked like crap.

Twenty minutes later found me outside of Peace's house willing myself to get this over with. I saw Dice's truck as well this was good we could find this out together than he could take me home since he would be angry too.

Knock, knock…

Willow asked rapidly, "Hello Lily sweetie, oh my, what's wrong? What did Warren do now?" concern written all over her face.

I asked , "Can I talk to you?"

She said, "Of course you can." ushering me inside closing the door behind us.

"I broke up with Warren at the beach today."

I told her everything from when we started to date until today at the beach every issue we had, how he was lying to me, hiding things from Dice and I. Her face grew more and more upset as she learned of all of this, her hands clenched.

Willow yelled, "LEAH!" I hear Leah hauling butt in the hallway then down the stairs, but it sounded as if Dice rushed down with her.

"Oh Lily." she said surprised to see me, Dice gave me a nod standing in between Leah and me.

Willow asked, "So is what Lily tells me true about my son?"

She sobbed, "Yes auntie, he never told them even when I asked him to."

"Warren was supposed to tell you when you started dating." Willow told me.

She said, "Okay, Lillian I will tell Dice and you so please just sit and listen."

She started, "My husband Barron Battle wasn't always evil, he was a good person. But he had a rare condition; it ran in the male side of the family. It seemed to get worse with every male born. It is kind of like what the civilians call Bipolar disorder, but with heroes." She stopped to think, catching her breath.

She finished, "It turns them evil because for heroes or villains it is so much worse. I have seen my only son fall deeper and deeper to the disease. I worried for you and him, he loves you he won't let you go ever. He was showing signs earlier than his father; for the most part Warren tries to control it. But with his violent mood swings and behavior he can't do it anymore."

I asked, "Isn't there some form of medication he can take for it?"

"He takes Medication for it, it just isn't very effective with him," she told me with sad eyes.

Dice was just as angry, "What was the reason you never told me? I am his best friend we have been together through everything since we were born." he was fuming looking between the two girls.

Leah says, "He was worried when you found out you wouldn't want to be near him, he didn't want to lose you."

I was angry and hurt he could have told me, I could have helped and loved him, but he never trusted me with this information.

Leah sobbed, "Are you angry with him?"

I retorted, "Yes, this is something I should have been told. But I am not worth his time or his trust it seems. I wouldn't have run from him I would have stayed by his side. But he had chosen to keep all this from me, to leave me in the dark." I said in a calm voice I was leaving as Dice grabbed his keys from the table.

I say, "I will talk to you later my mind needs to adjust and deal with all this additional information, but right now Dice and I need you to know how hurt we are."

Willow just looked hurt and mad at herself, Leah was crying.

"You have every right to be upset with the both of them, Leah should have told you no matter if she promised Warren, you could have been hurt in one of his moods." Willow said forcefully.

"Thank you Willow, I need to go maul all this over." I gave her a hug then Dice and I leave the house together. Dice just drove until we reached the back lot of the Paper Lantern, I hesitated for a minute then I went through the back door with Dice behind me.

I was as quiet as a mouse trying not to disturb anyone, but Warren had his earbuds in from his iPod. I sat on the counter waiting for him to notice me, I watched him slam things down and cuss and talk to himself. Dice stood off to the side he was angry, angrier than I have seen him.

I waited ten more minutes when he put an order up and turned in my direction. I see him looking at my face, I watched as emotions crossed his face: hurt, pain, despair, all the above. His pain at seeing me so hurt, I never doubted his love just his sanity. His eyes moved to his best friend, his brother, now he was worried because if we were here together it wasn't good news.

I say, "Your mother told us, I mean told us everything. You should have told the both of us this wasn't something you should have left me in the dark about. Dice is your best friend and you never even told him, can you see the pain you inflict in every person you touch?"

"I know love. I am sorry to you both, Dice you should have known the whole time but I couldn't lose my friend, now for the same reasons I have lost, Lillian."

"If you would have been honest with me we would still be together, I am so hurt you didn't love or trust me enough to tell me about your problem." I said looking away from his eyes, they held so much love.

He mumbled, "Really, you would have stayed with me?" he was shocked.

"Yes, I would have, I love you I would have been by your side through it all." I replied.

Dice chimed in 'You have been my brother for as long as we both can remember nothing could change that, but Warren you need help."

"I really messed up, but please Lily please stay." Warren, who would have thought you had this side the only side people see is the ruthless killer.

I answer, "No you can't trust or love me there can't be a relationship, you can't put me first. I thought you were ashamed I was your girl since you never went near me at school only the blonde bimbo."

Warren pleaded, "Please Lily Please, don't walk away I love you too much I promise that I can be better I will do whatever you want." I wanted to stay with him but I can't trust him yet.

Dice walked out first with me behind him when Warren slammed the door shut locking Dice out and me inside with him. He gave me a look that should have killed me. He turned me to face him he looked demented with an uncontrolled rage written clear as day across his face.

He snarled, "No damn it, I need you still, I'd be damned if you think you're going to leave me, death or me that's your only choice anymore." he held my head between his hands, I looked into his cold red eyes wait red eyes dear lord, my eyes as wide as they could go.

"Stop Warren you're hurting me!" I sob in a panic; the pain was becoming too much as he put more pressure.

He snarled again, spit hit me in the face, "You are mine what don't you get Lillian?! I will snap your neck unless you take me back!"

"NO!"

Warren went flying into the stove, Dice looked at what he had done 'Stay away from her!" his words spat out.

Dice was quick to pick me up putting me into the cab of his truck, once home he held me as I cried.
