A/N: Unbeta'ed

"Areee? Kuroko?

"O-ogiwara-kun….?"

"AHH! IT REALLY IS YOU!" The dual orange-coloured hair teen shouted in elation.

Ogiwara Shigehiro was Kuroko Tetsuya's first ever friend as well as his childhood friend. The boy has orange hair with bright highlights upper, while the lower darker orange, similiar to Kagami's. He is of average height of 177cm . It seems that everyone Tetsuya knew is taller than him.

The teen is a very optimistic person and is very much animated. Also, he is quite similar to Shirotori Kunihiko as both are airheads but Ogiwara is, to a certain extend, a klutz and is somewhat clumsy. But overall, he's a really sweet boy with a huge passion for basketball as he was the one who introduced the sky-bluenette to it.

The cheerful teen was about to 'glomp' his childhood friend whom he hasn't seen since the fateful Winter Cup but then finally realises the person with him. "Huh? You are…."

Kazuya tilts his head a bit with a soft smile on his features. "Hello Ogiwara-kun, it's been a long time, hasn't it?"

The orange-haired teen had to take at least and then the teen's eyes widened like saucers as he recognised who it was. "K-k-k-k-kazuya-nii?!" He pointed in shock.

The azurette nodded and got up on his feet. "What a small world we live in ne? But if I may ask, Ogiwara-kun?" he paused because he had to stifle a chuckle, "What are you doing here in The Lovers' Den…?"

The clumsy teen flushed a bit. "Ohhhh, so that's why people were staring at me when I got here! I only wanted to find a quiet place to eat and I didn't even bring a lover!"

Tetsuya let out a rare and loud laugh that drew the two's gazes on him. "Ogiwara-kun, I don't think that was the point." The sky-bluenette continued laughing.

Kazuya smiles widely and discreetly sighs in relief that Tet-chan finally smiles and he's even laughing!

"Ehh? What do you mean Kuroko, ermmm…" Ogiwara trailed off and is doing a thinking gesture. "….well since there are two Kuroko here….maybe I should call you Tetsuya! What do you mean Tetsuya? Of course is weird since I didn't bring a lover to the Lovers' Den! Oh yeah, so what are you two doing here?"

"Oh it's a long story, Ogiwara-kun." Kazuya stated calmly but inside, he was working out a new story to cover up the whole Phantom Idol thing with the GoM, Seirin and their friends finding out and whatnot. Ogiwara also doesn't know Tetsuya's secret identity! They do not want to add another 'pest' in this already big mess. "But let's get out of here for now and get some ice-cream ne?"

'Super smooth, Oniisan.' Tetsuya congratulated him mentally.

"Ne, ne look! "

"AHHH! It's Kuroko-kun!"

"-Gasp!- and his equally handsome older brother!"

"Oh my, they look as handsome and cool as always!"

"Check it out! The blue and black brothers!"

"Total show stealers eh?"

The two Kuroko brothers were casually walking past the ogling girls and whisperings from the boys like it was the norm for them. Well considering that they were dressed in suits making them look even more suave than usual.

"Ne Kumi-chan, why are we even wearing these things today? I know it's already Autumn and it's not hot anymore but this suit's really itchy!" the black-haired young man scratches his forearm discreetly but the irritation is clear on his face.

The blue-haired one only chuckled at his brother whom is two years older than him. "Calm down Taka-niisan. If you keep scratching like that, people are gonna talk more."

The older sibling threw his younger sibling a glare and as he was about to retort…

"OI! Kuroko! And um, Kuroko's younger brother!"

"Stupid! Just call them by their real names idiot!'

"Ow! You didn't have to hit me you know!"

"Kumi-chan~! Taka-chan~!"

"Wait up, Takumi! Takahashi!"

The two brothers spun around when they heard their names being called and found their five closest friends as well as course mates waving while running towards them.

"Ah Takao-kun, Kasamatsu-kun, Izuki-kun, Imayoshi-senpai and Himuro-senpai, good morning.", Takumi greeted his course mates except for Kasamatsu who was in a different class as well as his seniors whom were his older brother's best friends despite being in different courses.

Takao Kaneki, an optimistic and hyper young man with the sharpest eyesight known to mankind and flat black hair parted to his right side of his head, slapped the bluenette male, hard, on his back which nearly caused him to fall over if his older brother had not caught him in time. "Aww, as always, THE handsome yet cool and mysterious beauty of the University of Tokyo, Kuroko Takumi is as overly polite as always!"

A charming man with a prince-like appearance with his silky black hair kept tamed in romantic waves, Himuro Takeshi chuckles at the sight of his two juniors. "A true enigma indeed." He added.

While Takao held on to Takumi who looked deadpan as always but was nonetheless amused, the joker of the group with shoulder length jet-black hair tied in a Samurai's style, Izuki Hikaru slung his arm around the other male. "And let's not forget his equally handsome but more readable brother Kuroko Takahash-sani!" the dark-haired male flashed a cheeky smile towards the other black-haired male.

"Readable? Really Izuki-kun? I may not have Kumi-chan's poker face but that doesn't make me an open book, you know." Takahashi raises an eyebrow at his junior.

"Alright then now that we're all gathered, let's head to the garden café since we're free of lectures for the rest of the weekend." Imayoshi Shuu suggests. The tall male possess a gentle-looking face and messy smoke gray-black hair.

"Yeah I'm starving!" Kasamatsu Hiro grumbles as his perpetual silver eyes, which also compliments his brownish-black hair, squints to show his hunger.

The seven males began heading to the café, the whispers and squeals never died down. The reason? Not only the group was composed of seven of the most popular, smartest and hottest males in the campus but also because they had THE Kuroko in that group of friends.

To say that Kuroko Takumi was an exotic enigma was an understatement. Not only was the blue-haired male on the Dean's list as one of the top students in the university but his looks attracted both males and females alike. Silky long medium-dark blue mane frames his gentle yet well-refined poker-face and his well-toned body with a perfect height like that of a model's.

But what really drew people to the young man was his unusual personality. Extremely polite and kind, a true gentleman as some say but he is also very reserved and unreadable that adds to the mystery of this person.

Despite all the attention he gets, he never had many true friends because most of his so-called 'friends' only wanted to be with him for the popularity. He was never one to be under the limelight. He rather spends most of his time reading in a quiet place or hanging with his brother whom he is very protective and very close with and as his brother is of him. The only real friends that he had ever made since coming to the University of Tokyo were Takao, Kasamatsu and Izuki, who all three are sincere about their friendship with Takumi.

While not as popular as his younger brother, Kuroko Takahashi doesn't mind his younger sibling's popularity rather, he was more focused on protecting him from those who wished to mean harm to his brother. And just like in the genes, the young man was also gorgeous as he had slick black hair which ended on his shoulders, fairly pale skin and was just a little taller by several inches than his younger brother.

He was also intelligent but rather than using his brains in academics, he prefers writing and composing songs. As president of the university's music and arts association, he was considered a musical prodigy of his time. Able to play five different musical instruments, by the age of 19 he had already mastered 6 genres and he was given the important role of the conductor for the university's orchestra.

Though unlike his younger brother, Takahashi was popular with many true friends. He's much more sociable and easy going that makes people easily comfortable with him. But his two best friends are Imayoshi and Himuro whom he had met during their first day in the campus.

As the name suggests, the café was surrounded by a lush garden with beautiful nature all around. The café itself is designed to look like a garden gazebo painted in white with floral carvings and glass windows. The vast meadow garden is covered in greenery and dew grass, perfect for just relaxing and lying on the grass while reading a good book or just cloud gazing.

Because there aren't that many around and it wasn't so sunny, if one looks closely enough, there is one lone occupant on its meadow grass, reading a book under a tree. It was a slender young lady with very pale skin, almost snow-white. She also had medium length light blue hair, styled in straight tresses. The angel wasn't very tall for a woman her age causing her to look very petite and demure with slim arms and legs hidden under her clothes. But her most attractive feature has to be her large and deep aquamarine eyes that resembles the ocean itself and one can feel like you're drowning in them.

Also, she has one unique trait...

"AHHH! WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?!"

"I have been here for about a few minutes already."

Her unusually weak presence. If not for her cheerful and peppy personality, no one could've seen her at all. The sky-bluenette beauty got up from her spot and simply smiled at the people she accidentally she scared as she bowed to them politely. "Please forgive me." Her sweet but captivating smile was too much for them as the group of people blushed slightly and accepted her apology without a second thought. No one could ever hate the angel on Earth even after she did scare the living daylights out of them.

After that commotion, She finally sat down again and continued with her book just as they arrived.

She looked up from her book and saw the eight most popular males in her campus and decided to ignore them. Men like them never suited her taste. However, she did like one of them but how could he take notice of someone as invisible as her? She sighs, knowing that her crush will never notice her.

'I'm just too unnoticeable'

"And then, he threw the wad of paper at the lecturer without him seeing! How amazing was that? I mean-" Takao and the others were busy chatting about today's events when Takumi let his eyes wonder around the garden until he spotted her.

"So anyway, how could one just get away just like that eh, Takumi?" Kasamatsu turns to the bluenette and saw that he was, for the first ever time since they met the man, distracted. "Oi Takumi?" He still didn't get a response and whipped his head to the others and showed them.

"Takumi-kun?" Himuro tried but to no avail.

"Kumi-chan!" This time, they finally got him to snap out of it.

"Yes?"

"Don't 'yes' me! What's wrong? You're never distracted before." Takahashi said.

The younger Kuroko blinked as he tilted his head a bit. "Oh I guess I was somewhat paying attention to someone else. Try looking at that tree." He pointed to a particularly large oak tree as his smile soften.

"Huh? Who?" Izuki inquired as he scans the garden for any peculiar human that was unique enough to get THE Kuroko Takumi's full attention. "I don't see anyo-OH!" The one whose eyes are the second sharpest to Takao suddenly gasped as he stares at the said tree, making everyone else but Takumi to jump in surprise.

Imayoshi smacked his head. "Don't just suddenly shout like that!"

The junior rubbed his bruised head as he looked at the others. "I'm sorry Senpai but try looking over to there! There is someone!"

The other five tried examining the large plant but they just sported baffled looks. However, Takao was the first to speak. "OH! YOU'RE RIGHT!"

"Oi seriously?! I don't see anyon- eh? But that's Mizuiroki-san..."

All eyes riveted to Kasamatsu. "Who?" they all said in unison.

"Mizuiroki Nana-san. She's in the same class and course as me."

Now that they've all finally seen her, they stared at the lovely angel siting alone under the tree. Her pale locks gently blown by the wind making her look even more enchanting. She wore a white and light blue gown with puffy long sleeves, laces and the flowing skirt passed her knees with black leggings underneath and on her small, delicate feet, a pair of brown Mary Janes that contrast with her pale skin.

"Wow, she's really beautiful..." Himuro whistled.

"Wow Kumi-chan, you lucky boy~ Looks like someone has taken a fancy." Takao teased him as he flushed a bit.

"I-i just thought she was very beautiful that's all!"

The others sported smirks that made Takumi feel really uncomfortable and without any hesitation, they pushed the poor bluenette towards the lady as if they are encouraging him to talk to her.

Takumi for the first time had lost his cool, 'kuudere' face and was now blushing like mad. The others just snickered at his dilemma but still made hand gestures like 'Go on!' or 'You can do it!' or 'Talk to her!'

Like a robot, he automatically walked to her as if he was being controlled.

The young lady looked up from her book and immediately blushed a bright shade of red.

"Hello, my name is Kuroko Takumi. Please to meet, Ojousama (young lady)."

A/N: This is the first part of the history chapter that's about how Kuroko's parents met. Wow, I didn't know I could write hetero romance 0_0

The next three will be about how the two had them as well as how the first few years of the Kuroko brothers' lives during childhood when they were young and when they first met the rest of the Wind Riders. And the last one is before the whole Teikou arc. I'll continue to the present time storyline in chapter 14!

From some vague descriptions of the Kuroko family on the Kurobas wiki, it appears that Tetsuya inherited his personality and mannerisms from his father while the appearance and invisibility from his mother. So, I hope my own description of Kuroko's parents was good enough for you lot! I tried my best. Oh I just made up Kuroko's mother's maiden name, but can you guys guess the reference of her name? :3

And was anyone surprised that I had also included the fathers of Kazunari Takao, Yukio Kasamatsu, Shun Izuki, Shoichi Imayoshi and Tatsuya Himuro? As well as some of the mothers of the characters are already married hence the reason why they have the current family names and not their maiden names. I didn't want to add any more OC's in here as not to cause more confusion with unfamiliar names so I thought it would be unique if the parents (some anyway) actually knew one another as well? And I used a real university's name in here, the University of Tokyo is a real-life university in Japan, one of the most prestigious to be exact. So you know I didn't make up the name of the university.

Till the next chapter~
