Blaise's POV

"So, um, what do you want to start with?" I said trying to not sound like an awkward human being.

"Whatever's cool." Albus muttered. He refused to look up, and his eyes were hidden. I just couldn't read him, and that set me on edge. He was different then any other guy I had met. I didn't know how to handle him, I mean the situation, I mean, and I don't know what I mean.

"Ok, how about Charms?" I said, pointing toward the book I had been reading a few minutes ago.

"Sure, sounds good… What about Charms?" Albus said after a pause. He had finally looked up, but was still hunched over and head bent, but it was turned enough that I could now see his face and eyes. I loved his eyes they were… Stop it Blaise, you are studying… Charms, right Charms.

"I really have no idea." I said, with a shrug, and an awkward chuckle. "So much for avoiding awkward." I muttered inside my head, well I thought inside my head. After my comment Albus roared into laughter, his body shock with his chuckles, he finally managed to calm himself, and after a few final giggles he stopped. I couldn't help but smile. He had an adorable laugh.

"Sorry." He said, slightly out of breath, wiping tears from the corners of his eyes.

"It's cool, sorry about saying that out loud." I said feeling slightly embarrassed. I usually was very good at keeping my thoughts to myself.

"Oh don't apologize! It really is fine, it was quite funny, I was thinking the same thing myself." Albus said, with a genuine smile. He no longer was hunched over, and I couldn't help feeling a sense of pride for being the one to make him sit up straight.

"Well then, I suppose to great minds think alike." I said, with a small little smirk on my face. Wait a minute?! Did I just attempt to flirt with him? I'm an idiot.

"It would seem so." He said, returning my smirk. He just flirted back. I'm not an idiot!

Albus's POV

It was awkward to say the least, we had no idea what to say, but after Blaise's comment about awkward, everything seemed to relax. I felt comfortable around him, which was weird.

"So about the Charms?" I said, attempting to study, even though all I wanted to do was get to know the beautiful creature next to me. I did not just think that!

"Yes Charms, one of the wonderful classes offered at the great Hogwarts." He said. I began to giggle some more.

"Oh is it, that's wonderful!" I said playing along, trying hard to not laugh.

"Quite." He said, before we both burst into laughter.

Rose's POV

I was worried about Albus, he was just awkwardly sitting there, Blaise seemed to try to talk, but was just as quiet as Albus.

"Do you think they are ok?' I asked Scorpius; he glanced up from his Potions essay. Looking over at them, his brow furred.

"I'm not sure." He glanced back in concern.

"Maybe this was a bad idea." I said. I felt horrible, what if they ended up getting hurt. I would be partially to blame for it. I began to feel guilt in my stomach.

"Hey, it will be ok." Scorpius said with a smile, and then I was surrounded by a blanket of warmth. Scorpius was hugging me. He smell like mint and forest, it was heavenly. We broke apart when we heard a loud laughter. Glancing next to us, we looked at each other in shock. Albus was laughing, and Blaise was chuckling right along. We watched as the two continued to talk.

"See, it's all ok." Scorpius said with a smile.

"Ya, you were right." I said smiling back; I felt my cheeks heat up. Why was I blushing? I mean sure Scorpius had a lovely smile, and his hair was swooped just right that a small piece had fallen in his eyes, and… What am I thinking?

"Do you want to head down to lunch, and let the two of them get to know each other alone?" Scorpius asked, shuffling a little on the chair.

'Sure." I said smiling, shoving all my previous thoughts aside. Grabbing our bags we headed out of the library.

"Wait, where did Kat go?" I said turning back around to look.

"No idea, she's probably in the Great Hall." Scorpius said. I just nodded, and we continued down to the Great Hall.

Kat's POV

Aw why must they all be so cute? Blaise and Albus were getting along quite nicely, and I couldn't be happier for my brother. Then of course there was Rose and Scorpius those two were so clueless. I grabbed my bag, and quickly headed to the Great Hall. I was quite hungry from all of my matchmaking.
