Did anyone doubt that I wasn't coming back for my stories? Big shit in store, guys.

It's lit seeing that people all around the world are seeing this! Anyway, if you haven't gotten the notification, head on over to Gimme Warmth after this to read that lil blurb I uploaded a few hours ago. So yeah, check that out if you feel like it!

Santana

It took forever to get into this stupid room, a lot more flirting than it usually would. I just hope I didn't miss Quinn's-

I see them. They're sitting a little too close for my liking. I tried to weave my way through the flood of people showing off awards and certificates, posing for pictures and drinking snobbishly. People keep on moving in and out of my way, making it hard to keep my eyes trained on Quinn and Dreadlocks. Only a few feet away, I stopped dead in my tracks. My purse fell from my hand, and my jaw dropped. What the fuck? She's...she came with him. With him. They're kissing. My girlfriend is kissing someone else, and I can't seem to move my feet or look away, so I'm watching for what seems like hours until I can't take it anymore. I don't know if the kiss lasted minutes or seconds. I just know that I have to get out of here.

There are too many people in this room. The walls feel like they're closing in, and I can't breath. I forgot about my purse a I ran for the exit, bumping into anyone in my path.

I told the driver to take me to NYU. I got my duffle bag from Quinn's dorm, then I went to a hotel about five minutes away. Either I'm incensed with anger, or I'm too numb to feel it.

How long has this been going on?

Does she not feel the same way about me anymore?

Why would she do this to me?

Those were to questions that spun around my head while I tried (and failed) to fall asleep.

END OF CHAPTER 11

Quinn

"No," I told him. I scooted my chair further away from him. "That was a mistake. I shouldn't have- you shouldn't have-"

"Stop fighting the truth, Quinn," he said softly. "We had a little break. Now, we're both ready-"

"Stop it!" I yelled a little too loudly. "Please. We're friends, Joseph. That's all."

"Yeah, well, I'm not giving up on you. I've already made that mistake once."

"I'll take a taxi home," I said quietly.

"I can drive you-"

"I don't think that's a good idea." I stood up and walked away, ignoring him when he called my name. Then, I tripped. I leaned down to pick up the small black purse, and it's contents spilled out. An ID, indubitably fake, was one of them; along with tic-tacs, a few recipes, and a cell phone. It was the picture on the fake ID that caught my attention. "Santana."

"Your girlfriend was here," Harmony told me when I entered our dorm. Was?

"Where is she?" I asked.

"I dunno," she shrugged. "She came by to pick up her bag around ten minutes ago. You should probably check on her, she seemed really upset."

"Thanks," I mumbled. I should call her. Wait, I can't, I have her phone. Damn it.

"How was the ceremony?" She asked me.

"Terrible," I grunted as I walked to the bathroom and shut the door behind me.

She's standing in my doorway with a scowl resting on her lips. Her hair is pulled back into a ponytail, a quick one. She does not look amused.

"I think we should talk," she told me. I nodded and opened the door for her to come in, silently thanking God that Harmony decided to get out of the dorm for a while. She set on the little couch, and I followed her lead. Something told me that I should leave space between us.

"What would you like to talk about?" I asked in a voice that was a pitch higher than my own. I cleared my throat to try to shake it.

"I saw," she said lowly. "I was there last night."

"I know you were there." I whispered.

"And you fucking did it anyway? Did you two anticipate me catching you one day? Was this all a game for you?" She yelled, all composure was gone.

"No!" I said abruptly, "No, no, no. It was a mistake-"

"A mistake that lasted several minutes, as far as I know. What, couldn't wait to fuck in the bathroom?"

"Santana!" I screamed.

"Why didn't you pull away?" She fired back. "Why would you cheat on me?"

"I wouldn't! I didn't mean to-"

"Bullshit! At least a tiny part of you must have known that he still has feelings for you. And you still took him as your date-"

"I didn't want to go alone!" I tried to argue. "We went as friends."

"Put yourself in my shoes, Quinn. Coming to New York to surprise my girlfriend in my nicest dress, then I find some dude that I knew was trouble from the beginning, sticking his tongue down her throat. And she didn't fight it. She leaned into it. That fucking hurt, Q."

"I'm sorry, I-"

"Why didn't you stop it? Be honest with me. Why didn't you stop him?" Her voice cracked.

"It was just a kiss," I whispered.

"Kiss him all you fucking like then!" She yelled. Then, she raked her fingers through her hair, tugging the pony tail out. "And I lost my phone! Last night was just perfect. Couldn't have ask for more, really."

"I have your phone," I told her, hardly audibly. She took a deep breath to compose herself, then stood up straight.

"Please give it to me."

Without a word, I got up and retrieved it from my room. "Your purse," I murmured as I handed it to her.

"I don't feel like talking anymore," she deadpanned. "I'll probably call you soon." Her expression was stoic. Void of all emotion, including anger.

"O-okay.."

"I have to go," she sighed. "Goodbye, Quinn." She was up and out of the door by the time I managed to choke out a,

"Bye."
