"So…um…what would you all like for dinner…?"

"Whatever you guys make us…"

"Well, do you have a preference or something?"

"Not really. We're not picky."

"Harry, why don't we just get takeout like we usually do."

"Do you lot like Thai food?"

"Not sure…we haven't had it in a long time…mum likes to make dinner herself, and then Hogwarts doesn't really serve any." James replied.

"Well, I'll just get you guys a menu and then we can figure it out from there." Ginny said getting up from the couch, and walking to the kitchen.

"Excuse me for just one moment." Harry said following Ginny out. He hadn't dared to take a seat since they arrived home. Something in his mind was suspicious.

"Ginny?"

"What, Harry?" Ginny asked quietly as she rustled through the drawer they keep parchments in.

"How can you be so calm? There are three strangers in my living room who claim to be our kids from the future. How likely is that story?"

"Unlikely. But Harry, there's still a possibility its true. And I don't know about you, but if we turn them into the ministry, I feel as though my future self would not be too happy that my kids are being sentenced for messing with time. Especially if it was her younger self that turned them in."

"We're not turning them into the ministry. That can get me fired if they are from the future…I mean, I can get fired or my future self could get fired. I don't want to take that chance."

"Wow, Harry Potter having a selfish thought. I thought I'd never see the day." Ginny said once she found the menu for her favorite Thai food restaurant.

"No, I'm looking out for myself in the future…if that makes sense…but anyways where are they going to sleep?" Harry asked quietly, "Can we take them to the burrow?"

"No! I don't want my dad involved in this. He finally got promoted to a position he's worked extremely hard to get, and I don't want him to lose it."

"I guess they can take my bed and I'll sleep on the couch?"

"I still have my flat at Holyhead, I can take Lily. Plus I'm sure Ron and Hermione can help."

"I don't think we should separate them…"

"Well if they are all staying here then I'm staying too."

"No, Gin, you don't have to do that."

"Harry, I'm their mum…I think it's in the job description that I help you."

"Okay fine." Harry said before they both walked back into the living room.

"Hey, it's been fun, but I think Ron and I are going to head back. We'll be back in the morning to help you guys and maybe figure something out with you." Hermione said, with her bag over her shoulder.

"Alright, bye you two." Ginny said taking her once occupied spot on the couch. Hermione nodded to both of them and gave a warm smile to the trio before flooing back to her and Ron's flat.

"Just floo if you need anything." Ron said, following behind Hermione.

"Here's a menu just to see if you'd like what they have." Ginny said awkwardly,

"Thank you." James said, opening the threefold for both his siblings to see. Harry glanced at Ginny with caution.

"I'm fine with this for dinner." Albus spoke up.

"Good, it's just down the street from here so I can walk over and get it for us." Harry said once he noticed the other two nodding in agreement.

"Can I come with you?" Lily asked. Harry glanced again at Ginny.

"Sorry, but you guys have to stay in here. The press follows us like mad and I don't want them getting any pictures of you three." Harry said cautiously not to hurt the little girl's feelings.

"Lily, giving him that face won't work. He's not like the dad we know who would cower down to your puppy eyes." James reprimanded.

"It was worth a try." She said quietly, crossing her arms.

"Do you guys know what you want to eat?" Ginny asked.

About ten minutes later Harry had already gone to the Thai restaurant and had returned with a brown bag radiating delicious smells.

"I have food." He called into the flat.

The trio perked up and went into the kitchen. Ginny stayed on the couch wondering why in the world they felt the need to leave the room.

"Here." Harry said once he was in the living room. He set the bag down on the coffee table and started to unload it, "Wait, where are the kids?"

"They went into the kitchen. Probably to talk." Ginny said grabbing her Styrofoam bowl full of noodles. Harry sent her a confused look before walking into the kitchen. There were the kids. All sitting at the table, quietly waiting for their food.

"Oh, you want to eat in here?" Harry asked. The trio looked at each other confused. And Harry came to the realization. He quickly walked into the living room and grabbed all the food, "Ginny, let's eat at the kitchen table." Ginny got up confused but just went with it.

"Here." Harry said giving each of them what they ordered.

"So, do you have any idea where we're going to sleep?" James asked.

"Well, I guess you three can take the bed and we'll sleep on the couches." Harry said motioning to Ginny.

"No, you don't have to do that. We can sleep on the couches." Albus said quickly.

"No, it's okay. I'm sure you three can fit on my bed, and it's not unusual that Ginny and I end up on the couch." He said before continuing. Ginny of course, over thinking what he said, kicked his shin under the table. He shot her a confused look until he noticed her flushed face, and realized what he said.

"Alright, so you'll sleep in here, the bathroom is through that door, I may have extra tooth brushes in the first drawer. I hope you don't mind sleeping in the clothes you have now. Ginny's going to the Burrow tomorrow and she's going to try sneak into the attic and find some old clothes that would fit you guys."

"Thank you." James said smiling slightly. Harry nodded and left the room.

About five hours prior.

"I'm home!" Harry called into his home.

"UNCLE HARRY, UNCLE HARRY! WE CAN'T FIND THEM!"

"UNCLE HARRY, JAMES, ALBUS, AND LILY ARE GONE!"

"JAMES AND LILY ARE MISSING! WE DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE!"

These shouts were heard over and over, all at once, as Harry took off his shoes.

"What?" Harry asked shocked.

"James, Albus, and Lily aren't here!" Victoire said nervously.

"They went into the kitchen to get themselves a glass of water and then they never came back!" Molly said loudly.

"If this is some kind of prank, it's quite inappropriate of you guys to pull it at a time like this."

"It's not a prank, Harry." Young Hermione ran into the foyer.

"When did this happen!" Harry said speed walking into the large living room.

"Ten minutes ago. Thank Merlin you're here early. We've searched the house; we can't find them!" Teddy said close behind him.

"Alright, Teddy, floo Kingsley and tell him that the issue has inflated. Keep looking around the house; this still could be some sort of joke on their part."

Harry sped to the family room where Dumbledore was pacing and Remus was speaking to Sirius about possible scenarios the kids could have gone missing by.

Dumbledore looked up at the alarmed Harry.

"What do I do?" Harry finally asked flustered.
