Theoretically, and behind the scenes, I honestly still believe this story had potential, and someday I might pick up the notes again and continue the original project I started based on it. But no matter how you look at it, this was all still just a roleplay.

We gave it a go, put on a heck of a show, and did a lot of fun things we'll get to laugh about later.

So thanks for choosing Virgins for Dinner as you method of killing time! [Also, yes. I did just cram the last chunk of the story into this chapter. How could you tell?]

Ch12

A few days later after the unfortunate incident, Vio was out in the training field, panting, several knives stuck in multiple places in the dummy in front of him, hair blowing and getting into Vio's face.

Blue sat on a rock nearby watching, while stuffing his face with whatever food the Gerudo Servant next to him handed him, his stomach much rounder than when they had arrived at the fortress. he chuckled. "You should work on your aim!"

"My aim is fine!" Vio sighed, pulling his hair irritably back, "What I need worked on is this hair! It's getting in my way."

Blue chuckled some more, then stood up with a grunt. "Can i borrow this?" he asked the servant gesturing to one of her hair ties. She nodded and pulled one off from the bottom of her braid. "Come here." Blue said to Vio coming up with a tie and making fast work of his hair, tying in back into a rather fashionable looking ponytail. "Better?"

Vio blinked as his hair was pulled back, swinging it side to side a few times, "Much!" With a twist of his fingers, Vio turned on his heel, shifting and throwing, the knife landing dead center on the head. "Much, much better."

Blue grinned. "Don't I get a reward?"

Vio turned around, giving Blue a raised eyebrow before leaning forward and pressing a soft kiss to his lips. "There you go."

Blue gave a Cheshire grin before returning to his seat and taking some more food, watching as Vio finished practicing with the daggers and moved to magic.

Pulling the daggers from the dummy he returned them to the underside of the gauntlet, slipping it on before he shifted his stance, holding out his hands. Pushing back any emotions he was feeling he pulled on his strength, the golden-orange hue coating his hands. Din's fire, a more advanced and complex version which allowed the wielder to direct the flame towards his opponent.

Blue watched with slight awe and jealousy, wishing he could do magic too. The flames looked amazing and the damage they created upon contact with the targets was incredible.

Vio breathed, focusing as the fire shifted to ice, a small ring of puddle ebbing around his feet as he pulled from the air the water he used, the sand and cracking with a shift in temperature before Vio dropped his hands panting. This spell... Raising his hands again he calmed himself down, no use getting angry... The spell re-activated as with a surge of energy the ice cracked into the ground weaving and outstretching towards all three dummies at once, and coating them with ice. And with that Vio staggered, breathing heavily. Ever since Nabooru had shown him the more complex spells, he was pressed to memorize and use them, most if not all of his other spells already mastered.

Blue shot Vio a worried look. "Are you okay?" He would have gotten up but.. eh he really didn't want to move again if he could help it.

"Fine," he called from his position, letting himself sit on the ground, glancing to a servant, "may I have some bread, please?" he asked and she nodded quickly before disappearing and Vio sighed, closing his eyes. Magic was taxing, but worth it.

Blue stuffed the last piece of food into his mouth and chewed slowly. "Jush awwows leff?" He asked with his mouth full.

Vio nodded as the servant brought him his food, "Yes, thank-you," he ripped the bread in half, putting one side in his mouth, he stood, pulling the bow from his back. Pulling an arrow out and notching it, Vio closed one eye, pulling back on the string and aimed. Letting the arrow go, it sunk into the dummy at the base of the neck, Vio pulling another arrow back and it struck the head, once more and this time be breathed, waiting... Lowering the arrow, he let it loose, buzzing and landing with a soft thunk into the chest.

He'd gotten better. He grinned.

Blue winced and felt a phantom pain in his butt cheek. "Just don't aim this way."

"Now why would I do that?" Vio pulled back another arrow as Nabooru walked out, the arrow sinking again, just next to the previous one.

"Not to shabby kid." Nabooru nodded with a smile. "Now let's see you do Ice Arrows."

Vio glanced at Nabooru before pulling out the strange arrow and pulled back, building up the magic at the tip before releasing, the arrow landing in the neck bubbling up in ice as Vio pulled another arrow back on the string before releasing, this arrow sinking into the ice as a crick cracking noise was heard and the ice shattered, falling in chunks on the ground.

"Ouch." Blue said flatly glad he wasn't the target.

Nabooru grinned wide and nodded. "Looks good. If only we could teach you some swordplay."

"Good luck with that..." Vio sighed, lowering the bow. He'd been trying to use a sword for over half of his life and had yet to be able to use it.

Nabooru shook her head. "Maybe you just need the right teacher." She smirked and glanced at Blue. "Care to give it a shot."

"Huh? Me?!" Blue looked surprised. "But I've only ever used one once."

"It's fine," Vio shook his head, one, Blue was pregnant, he'd already made a mistake before and gotten the Draconian sick and two...just because he felt bad about getting angry at the remarks from Blue about swordplay it didn't mean his pride was exactly wanting to sink lower. "besides, I'll be fine with this, the only spell I'm having difficulty on now is the freezing on multiple targets."

Nabooru shook her head. "Well, keep at it then." she gave a glance to Blue before leaving the training grounds.

Blue slumped and watched Vio. "... If i show you how to hold the sword... will you show me how to do magic?" he asked sheepishly. watching Vio all day had made him incredibly jealous and depressed that he couldn't do anything even remotely close to that.

Vio looked to Blue, blinking but nodded, "...I guess that would be alright..." He felt itchy, not really sure. After all, swords weren't something he could do. He could recite several moves, techniques and swords off the back of his hand, but use it? Nope! Inability to wield some stupid piece of metal which Blue could turn around and- "So, how exactly do you hold it?"

Blue smiled and grunted getting to his feet, grabbing a pair of scimitars from a rack nearby and bringing them over to Vio, handing the Hylian one. "Well... i don't know how you're SUPPOSED to hold it. But I just.." he shifted his grip on the scimitar in his left hand until it felt comfortable. "Hold it how it's most comfortable."

Vio took the scimitar in his right hand, shifting his grip and looking at Blue's, trying to mimic the awkward hold on his, trying to get it simply to get it comfortable, glancing back between Blue's hold and his own.

Blue snickered. "Don't just copy me, We don't hold things the same way."

Vio huffed, "I know we don't." He loosened his grip, letting the sword hang slightly in his hold. He tried to get it comfortable, but the extra weight was annoying and... He breathed, glancing over once more trying to put his own twist to it...

Blue tilted his head confused. Was it really that hard? "Uh... maybe.. a lighter sword?"

"No," Vio sighed, "I just...am not good at swords..." I can pull a 60 pound bow, and you think this bothers me?

Blue slumped and scratched the back of his head. "Well... jeez..."

"..." Sighing, Vio tilted the sword down, running the blade into the sand. "Don't worry about it, let's just... Show you a couple basic spells."

"Okay..." Blue answered feeling a bit bad that he couldn't help Vio. "What first?"

Vio looked at Blue. Well, he was an Water drago, right? "How about a simple ice spell?" He suggested, "they didn't come as easily for me, but you should have...a bit better chance."

Blue shivered at the thought of Ice. "i won't freeze again will I?"

"You shouldn't." Vio said with a sigh, "Magic, when used, becomes like a shell keeping one's hands or other parts of the body from getting frozen." He gave Blue a calm expression, "For this spell, you need to push back any thoughts or feelings of depression or anger and focus on a certain object, I'd suggest," Vio put a finger on the hilt of the sword he'd put into the sand, "this. Once you focus enough, grip the hilt and the object should freeze."

Blue nodded slowly and narrowed his eyes. "Okay.. I'm focusing... " he grabbed the handle and nothing happened. "I think I missed a step..."

Vio cracked a smile, "Blue, you need to focus your magic, it's an energy inside you that you have to dig out and use."

Blue scoffed. "you could have said that before." he let go of the scimitar and let out a huff closing his eyes. he stood still for a few moments searching for something, anything inside himself that felt 'magical' at all. When he finally moved he glared at the Scimitar and grabbed it again... and his own hand became coated in frost. "U-uh... "

"Calm down, does your hand even feel cold?" Vio asked calmly, hoping his voice would keep Blue from doing something he'd regret. "I think you'll notice that it's actually warm, not cold. Now, focus on transferring the magic in your hand to the sword." Like lightning was attracted to metal, Vio wanted to use the sword as a conductor of Blue's magic, a control if you will.

Blue nodded, still unsure, but closed his eyes focusing with all his might as the frost slowly shifted from his hand onto the scimitar, thickening only slightly before the drago gasped and let go having been holding his breath.

Vio watched as the ice disappeared, frost disappearing from the Drago's hand, "Calm, you have to push away any emotions," he explained softly, "Magic can be warped with emotions, anger and rage can enhance and endanger a magician while nervousness, fear or sadness can have the opposite effect and cause it to shrink from you and try and hide." Leaning down, he touched the blade, cold as it was, with speckles of water on it, "You did good though, for a first try."

Blue sighed and shrugged. "Guess I'm as good at magic as you are at swords."

"No, I think you have more ability in this subject. Come on, try it again," Vio looked up at Blue, "This time try to not focus on the fact it's ice." He stood, brushing off his pants, "Ice is just water cooled down, it's a part of you."

Blue snorted and rolled his eyes. "I know that. But dragos just can't do magic!" He protested not knowing how wrong he really was.

Vio raised an eyebrow, "Oh come now, the only race I know that can't do magic is the Goron's." Besides, if Nabooru's legend was correct then Blue should be able to use magic just fine. "So try it again."

Blue groaned. "Fine! But I don't see the point." He huffed and grabbed at the feeling he'd used before putting more focus in it this time finally grabbing the scimitar again. Upon contact the weapon was coated with a thin layer of solid ice. "..." Blue blinked. "Did I do it?"

Vio rolled his eyes, "No, you just made ice appear out of thin air, of course you did it." Vio gave a half smile, "Who can't do magic again?"

Blue blushed a small smile of accomplishment on his face. "Gorons?"

"Rhetorical statement, smart-ass." Vio's half-smile twitched wider, and Vio closed his eyes, letting the smile become soft and small, "Now c'mon, training's done for today."

Blue snickered grinning wide. "Whatever you say~" Blue replied giving Vio a quick peck on the nose before walking out of the training grounds, his steps a bit wider than they used to be.

Vio followed after Blue, watching him carefully. Any experience with childbirth he had was with his mother, and Blue certainly wasn't taking as long as his mother had... His expression changed slightly as he lost his focus, mind going to when his mother brought his hand to her stomach, It's not about facts or numbers, see? she asked, It's about being alive, the kicking means your sibling is alive and healthy.

As if on cue, Blue gave a small 'Oof' and whined putting his hands to his stomach. "Vioooo!" He cried out a large pout on his face.

Vio shook his head at his name, clearing his mind. "Yes?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at Blue.

Blue glanced at Vio eyes widening a bit. "Come here." His hands never left his stomach.

Vio blinked, moving closer, somewhat worried now, "What's wrong?" He asked, looking at Blue's rounded stomach and back to him.

Blue pouted and grabbed Vio's hand jerking it over and placing it on his stomach. "What's that?"

Vio blinked in surprise, hand resting on his stomach. It's about being alive... Vio's eyes softened as he rubbed Blue's stomach softly, leaning up to kiss him. "It means that our child is alive."

Blue blushed slightly and looked down at his stomach wincing at another kick. "Feels more like it's pissed off..."

Vio snickered, "Well if you were the baby, wouldn't you be upset to be crammed into someone's stomach?" He pressed another soft kiss before pulling away.

Blue shrugged. "I guess so..." he scowled as he was kicked again. "For goddesses sake! Make him stop!"

Vio shook his head, "No can do, I'm afraid he'll continue kicking until he's out." Vio tugged Blue's hand, "C'mon, let's go..."

Blue whined loudly as Vio lead him away.

Byrne thanks the goddesses for the bandanna around his face as he made his way towards the Gerudo fortress. The sandstorm had seemingly come out of nowhere but he had a feeling the thieves themselves were behind it.

Meanwhile, Nabooru was leading the pair off towards the Spirit temple, Vio under Blue's arm to help support him and walking. Upon arrival, Nabooru ushered them in and quickly left, telling them to stay put and not wander far from the entrance. Vio however, had other plans as he looked around the ruins of the temple.

A soft cackling came from around the temple, a soft, elderly voice, "What do we have here?"

Another cackle joined the first. "Ohhh~ Could it be?"

Blue shivered and kept close to Vio, knowing he was unable to protect himself by this point. "This place gives me the creeps..."

"I believe it is~" the elderly voice continued on with her cackle, "Shall we?"

"It's fascinating to me," Vio said, eyes wide in awe at the structures. He loved the architecture, the design was just so beautifully done...

"Yes, Let's do it sister!" the other cackled excitedly.

"Well go fascinate yourself." Blue grunted waddling over to the step to sit down. "I'm sitting."

Vio looked between the arches and Blue.
The arches...
...Blue...
...arches...
...Blue...

Sighing, Vio followed, sitting down next to him. "Nah, plenty of time to immerse myself in this place's history later." He kept his expression blank, somewhat upset that he couldn't go on and explore, but what if something happened to Blue?

With a rush forward, the twinrova sisters twirled around on their broomsticks, casting an enchanted spell on both Vio and Blue. "First to let them sleep~! We must be pleasant hosts, sister!"

"I wouldn't dream of being less, sister!" the other chortled as the twinrova cast their spell, causing the two teens to become drowsy and soon...

...both boys were curled up next to each-other, Vio snuggled up as close to Blue as he could, wrapping a protective arm around his stomach, or at least to the best of his abilities. They were asleep, the spell taking effect as Vio blinked open his eyes and sat up, yawning, rubbing at his eyes.

Looking around, Vio blinked in surprise at the tree in the center, green grass laying all around them. He looked down and yelped. He was in his skirt and shirt from way back then when he'd been in the castle! Looking to the side, his eyes widened. Blue was laying there in his Blue tunic. Nudging the boy, "C'mon, wake up..."

A soft chuckle, "That's how you wake him up? Well, at least you don't scream in his ear."

Blue groaned and opened his eyes slowly as another voice spoke up, snickering and responding to the first speaker. "Now who's the baby? HEY LISTEN!"

"Oh, hush. You're going to give them a headache if you keep that up." Vio blinked a few times, before turning around, eyes widening as he saw two people standing there. One had crystal white eyes, glowing partially, markings on his face as he smiled. "Good t'see you're up." Grinning, Oni looked over at his son, "and no groaning, Blue. We've got some time yet."

"H-huh?" Blue sat up with a grunt glancing at the two men sitting beneath the tree. He gasped as his eyes widened and he scrambled to his feet rushing to them and tackling them to the ground. "DAD! PAPA!"

Oni laughed as he was tackled, falling over, "Glad to see you remember us!"

Vio watched Blue meet his parents, giving a soft smile at that. It must be great to meet them again... Especially now he could confirm who they were at least... Vio sat cross-legged, watching the reunion, feeling somewhat out of it when a hand touched his shoulder. "Now, where's the fun in just sitting and watching? Go and join them."

Vio's eyes widened as he turned around, "Mom?!"

Zelda smiled down at her son with a light chuckle. "Surprise~"

"B-But... I...y-you..." Vio's head was spinning slightly as he stared up at his mother, "I've...gone crazy haven't I?" he grumbled beneath his breath, "...I swear I'm seeing dead people..." Zelda laughed at her son's words and helped him to his feet.

"Come now you two," she looked over to Oni and Link, "I understand family reunions and all, but can't we do these things together? You're making the rest of us feel left out." Wrapping her arms around Vio's shoulders she steered them closer, nudging the green-robed hero with her foot, smiling warmly.

Link gave her a goofy grin an arm still wrapped around Blue. "Well, join the party! No one's stopping you~" he laughed.

Blue just burrowed his head into Oni's chest one arm wrapped around Oni, the other around link. They were back... "H-how are you back?" he asked shakily.

"Back?" Oni said, raising an eyebrow, "Well...we're not back, more-so... visiting." He ruffled Blue's hair and laughed at Link, "Come now, you're inviting them to get us crushed!"

Zelda smiled, "Besides, it's rude to do this without proper introductions, don't you think? After all, one must introduce their mates to their parents." Vio's face flushed at the words.

"M-mom..."

Oni shook his head, sitting up, dragging Link and Blue with him, keeping his arms around Blue, "But, I don't believe it's proper until we've all the family here," Glancing over towards the tree, he called softly, "C'mon, time to meet your brother."

"Brother?" Blue said confused, just as a teen with jet black hair peeked shyly out from behind the tree. He blinked red eyes and bit his lip before cautiously coming out into the open, and standing mostly behind Oni. "Who... who are you?" Blue asked again staring at the strange looking boy.

"Yes," Oni responded, "Brother. Blue, meet Dark. He's your...unborn brother." Glancing back at the boy, Oni smiled warmly at Dark, "Now you two," Oni directed this comment towards both Blue and Vio, "Let's get up and our introductions done so Mrs. High-and-Mighty Queen can be happy." He was still smiling, a hint of teasing to his words.

Dark blushed slightly and looked away shooting a few nervous glances at Blue. Blue of course had his eyes stuck on Dark in shock. Unborn... I was going to have a brother... Blue was snapped out of his thoughts by Oni telling him to do introductions. "Huh... oh.. uh.. Vi, this is my Dad." he gestured to Link.

Said Hero of Time did a slight bow and took Vio's hand shaking it. "Nice to finally meet you, Vio."

"And my Papa." he gestured to Oni.

Vio took Link's hand, licking his lips as he felt his heart jolt slightly. The Hero of Time... he'd thought Blue was his son, b-but this was... "Good to meet you too, sir." Zelda snickered. As Oni shifted as Link let his hand go, taking it's place.

"And 'ere I was afraid you'd taken too much after your mother." Vio blinked in surprise, having to look up at Oni, "Good to meetcha, Vio."

Vio nodded, "Same..." Glancing between Oni and Link, Vio shifted, letting his hand fall to his side. He knew Link, but the white-haired draconian... he was someone he didn't recognize. Turning to Blue, he shifted out of the way, "Blue, this is my mom, Zelda."

Zelda leaned over, taking Blue's hands in hers, a smile twitching to her lips, "And here I was afraid you ended up to much like your Papa." Oni chuckled.

Blue smiled a bit hesitantly as he shook her hand. "Would that have been a bad thing?" Causing Link to burst out laughing.

"Nahh! Oni's just a big ass sometimes." he giggled and grinned as he clung to the Dragos arm.

"Oi~! You're one to talk, Mr. HEY LISTEN, hero." Oni laughed, leaning against Link before he blinked. "Oh, wait a second, we never did tell Blue are names, did we?"

Zelda gave a soft laugh, "Your manners you two."

Vio wasn't staring. He really wasn't... he was just...watching Link extremely. He'd expected someone more... well... w-well... professional... solemn...

Dark snickered slightly from his hiding place behind Oni. The exchanges enough to make him lose some of his shyness.

Blue meanwhile, looked up at his parents expectantly as Link spoke up. "Well, this ass here,," he flicked Oni's nose. "Is Oni~ ...or should I say the 'Fierce Drago'?" Link smirked feeling playful.

"And this here," Oni nipped at Link's finger playfully as it flicked his nose, "Hero of Time, is Link. One of the biggest cuddlers in the entirety of both Hyrule and Termina!"

Vio's eye twitched. "...did you say...Fierce Drago?" His mind was working quickly, picking up why it sounded so familiar when it clicked in. Nabooru's... "Y-you're-!" Vio's eyes widened, "You're THE Fierce Drago?! As in the Deity?" Vio stared at the man...er- Drago in front of him. Shaking his head, he rubbed his temples, "Wait-wait-wait-wait-wait, so, just to get this straight, Blue's parents were: A Deity and The hero of time. The Deity of Love and the Hero of Time."

Zelda smiled at her son's' actions, "Of course! Imagine my surprise when I found out who kidnapped you?"

Blue's eyes widened. "Hero of... " he looked up at Link. "Deity of..." he glanced at Oni, then just stood staring straight ahead. "Well... this is weird..." he snorted and shook his head. "I guess it makes sense why Saria and the fish Queen thought I was you then." he jerked his thumb at Link.

"The Fish-" Link shuddered and made a gagging noise. "Ruto. Yuck! Please tell me she didn't try anything on you."

"..." Vio averted his eyes, huffing slightly, "No, but she did give Blue some...more than interesting things to play with." His cheeks tinted as he glared at no-one in particular.

Zelda laughed, "Oh, hush."

Oni snorted, ruffling Blue's hair, leaning over: "That's my boy~" he whispered into Blue's ear, grinning from ear to ear.

Blue couldn't help laughing a grin covering his face to Match Oni's.

Link just rolled his eyes. "Like 'Mother' like son." he glanced over at Zelda and Vio. "Seems to be a common thing..." he grinned and grabbed Dark from behind Oni tugging the teen into his arms. "At least Dark acts like me!"

Dark eepd at being pulled out of his hiding place and blushed as Link fell back onto the grass with Dark in his lap. The teen glanced at the others nervously before smiling slightly and curling up in Link's lap.

"Oh please, the boy's too shy to be like you." Zelda laughed, "I remember when you ran up to me demanding if I was Princess Zelda or not when we were younger." Sitting down with Link Zelda leaned forward, rubbing her nose against Dark's, "Cuter than you ever were too~!"

Oni sat down, sticking his tongue out at Link, "Puh-lease."

Vio scooched closer to Blue, really out of the fact Blue was one of the only people he knew besides his mother. And...this was just weird. A good kind of weird, and something he was happy about, but... still weird. "So," Vio reached up, tugging Blue down next to him, "now we've gotten the...uhm... interesting introductions done..." Vio looked between the three adults, pulling his skirt underneath his legs.

Link was busy sticking his tongue out at Zelda, but pulled it back in when Vio spoke up. "Oh! Right!" He laughed. "Guess we should really start talking. After all that's why we're here."

Vio gave a sheepish smile.

Blue simply cozied up to Vio like a child getting ready for storytime.

Dark watched the two of them from the safety of Link's lap, while Link looked to Oni. "What do we say? I kinda didn't plan any of this out."

Zelda and Oni both groaned and rolled their eyes. Typical Link. Causing Dark to start gigling. "You were going to tell Blue how to be a Drago." The timid teen said softly causing Blue to perk up.

"So you CAN talk! Ow!" He winced and put a hand to his stomach. "S-stupid brat..." he mumbled as he was kicked again. The baby had been kicking almost non-stop since it first started about a week ago.

Vio scoffed lightly, "C'mon, is the kicking really that much of a bother?"

Zelda's ears pricked up as Oni's gaze shifted to Blue, "He's kicking?" Zelda asked excitedly, "Already? Oh, my my, Oni~!" Oni's face split into a grin.

"Heh... congrats," Zelda whined slightly, ringing her hands, "Oh, fine fine... may we feel?" He asked, chuckling as he shook his head.

Blue blushed slightly. "I.. uh.. guess so." what would be the harm?

Link grinned wide as he and the other adults scooted over to Blue to feel the baby kicking. "Awwww~" The hero glanced at Dark. "Come feel this." he said tugging his youngest son's arm over and placing it on Blue's stomach.

Dark gasped as he felt his hand be kicked.

Zelda gave a quite 'aaawwww' as she watched, feeling the small kick as well as she giggled, "Oh, this reminds me so much of Vio~ such a feisty one." Vio flushed slightly, choosing to simply stay quiet at his mother's comparison. Oni grinned, "Well isn't that good, means we got another Drago in the family, 'nother strong one too."

Blue couldn't help but give a prideful smile, as his parents approved. After a while though the adults pulled away, giving the boys some space. Dark, however, choose to stay with Blue this time, his head resting on his older brother's stomach as he felt the kicks.

"Well then," Zelda chimed up, "Since Link still needs time to plan things up for what he's going to say, shall I start or should you, Oni?"

Oni shrugged, "Either is fine for me."

Zelda gave a soft laugh, "As it is for me, though my speech is shorter and more directed towards the magical abilities..."

"So in other words, your son." Zelda gave a lopsided smile, "Well, I guess it's understandable since he's your son..."

"Exactly!" Zelda nodded, "Besides, we pulled Vio in here too, might as well let me give him some advice as well..."

"Sounds good to me!" Link grinned wide. "Why don't you give Vio your speech while we give Blue his, then we can meet back up to finish." The hero of time said happily. "We do only have one day after all..." he finished on a sad note.

"Sounds like a plan!" Zelda cheered, smiling.

"Hmm...alright then." Oni nodded, "If you think so..."

Vio raised an eyebrow. So was Link like...the person in the middle who solved all the problems?

"OKAY!" Link clapped his hands together turning to Blue as Zelda pulled Vio away far enough the two conversations wouldn't distract from each other. "So! You've got yourself a mate~ and a baby on the way! How exciting!"

Blue shrugged. "Might be a bit more if I could walk... We've got a hunter chasin' us and I can barely move because of this kid..."

"Hmmm..." Link turned to Oni. "You never had any trouble getting around when you were carrying Blue."

Oni snorted, "You have to be in Drago form while carrying after a couple months," Oni shook his head, "No hylian can carry a Draconian Drago child for very long, womb isn't strong enough."

Blue let that information sink in for a moment before quickly shifting into his dragos form feeling instant relief from the pressure and constant kicking. He let out a sigh of ease as he could finally get comfortable. "Now if only I had some weapons I could use in this form." He stretched and curled up. Dark having moved to sit next to Oni for the moment. "Claws are great, but I have to get right on top of someone to use them..." he sighed resigning himself to just depending on Vio's magic for protection.

Oni chuckled quietly, "Yes now let's talk more about your ice abilities..."

Vio looked at his mom curiously, "What did you want to talk about?"

Zelda sighed, "Vio..." she cupped his face in her hands. "My strong boy... I know you've been through a lot... but I also know you will be going through a whole lot more." she brushed his hair away from his face. "Your sister has started a veritable Dragos witch hunt after faking your death. It is neither you nor Blue's fault... honestly Blue probably saved your life by kidnapping you." She looked down sadly. "Your sister... was planning to have you assassinated."

"...You know I kind of guessed that with the whole death faking," Vio stepped back, "I also know of the Drago hunter, I'm assuming it's the same one Dad hired. Professional and cheap."

Zelda nodded. "I'm not sure how Blue would take it if he knew the man trying to kill you three, counting the baby, was the same man who killed both Link and Oni."

Vio's eyes narrowed as a soft glow came from his hands and he clenched them, forcing it away as he breathed, "What about Dark?"

Zelda sighed looking away sadly. "Dark is... just a spirit. He's never had a body before, never seen the real world... Oni was... Still pregnant when they were killed."

Vio grit his teeth and breathed, calming himself down. No magic, control your temper... "Alright then..."

Zelda reached up rubbing the side of her son's face trying to comfort him. "You cannot allow this man to get Blue." she smiled softy. "I know I can trust you to fight him off till the end. But this man killed both the Hero of Time and the Fierce Drago, he will without a doubt be the strongest opponent you have faced." she pulled her hand away and gave a determined smirk. "Now let's teach you how to fight with light."

xxx

Blue panted as he faced Oni, both they and Dark in their Dragos forms and link cheering on the sidelines. "Come on Blue! You almost got it!" Blue sighed heavily, it just HAD to be ice didn't it. As Oni had told her earlier, all Dragos had powers based on their element, being they were both water element, they shared the power of Ice. Dark however, was merely there as a moving target (the teens own idea), he didn't have an element and therefore had no powers.

Vio panted, wiping the sweat from his forehead, hands glowing golden as he mimicked the stance, clearing his mind and pulling on the magic inside forcing it and shaping it in his hands until it turned golden white and Vio shifted his stance, holding onto to the power for as long as he could...

xxx

Oni grinned, "'S in our blood! Now c'mon! Another go now!"

Blue dug his claws into the ground and closed his eyes, using what his fathers and Vio had taught him about magic. As he grasped what he hopped was the right thing, he opened his mouth and out came a short burst of ice.

"HAHA! there ya go!" Link cheered. "Now this time, try and get a little more energy into it!"

Oni grinned wolfishly, "Let's see it again then!"

Blue nodded and tried one more time, finally getting it right as a large burst of ice magic flew from his mouth. "I-I did it!" He grinned up at Oni.

"Yes!" Vio breathed, the golden light shoved down into the ground, three actually, chains connecting each. A holding spell of light. Stabbing the person through the arms and stomach, chaining at the wrists up to the neck. Pulling back, he let himself let the magic fade away from his fingers, the light fading into the grass as he breathed.

Oni licked Blue's cheek, grinning from ear to ear (if he was in Hylian form that is). "That ya did! Now...c'mon~! That's 'nough fer now."

Blue grinned at the praise and bumped his head under Oni's, before he settled back down on the ground, completely worn out. Dark came up and curled up next to his brother, glad he had been of some use. Link joining them seconds later dragging Oni down so the entire family of dragos and one hylian was curled up together.

Link looked up at Oni with a grin. "Now is it story time~?"

Vio pressed back a matted piece of hair, looking up at Zelda, giving a smile, "How was that?"

"Wonderful." Zelda smiled at him and ruffled his hair. She glanced up and smirked at the dragos, and Link all curled up together. "Looks like Blue is done training as well, why don't we join them? I'm sure Link is having Oni do 'story time' again" she giggled at how childish the hero was.

Vio nodded, rubbing at his eyes, "Story time?" He questioned, not bothering to object to something that sounded so silly and ridiculous. "What story is there to tell?"

Zelda laughed lightly leading Vio to the group. "Oh many stories, Oni has lived hundreds of lifetimes after all. Let's just enjoy each others company." She sighed sadly. "There isn't much time left after all.." she hugged Vio close as they sat down with the group, running her hands through his hair as Oni told an adventurous tale of knights, Dragos and Mad Gods.

Once the story was over Link sighed contently. "I wish this didn't have to end..." he nuzzled Blue holding his son's head in his arms. Blue had dozed off slightly during the tale and began to stir at the petting.

"Does it have to?" He asked not wanting to loose his parents again.

"Yes," both Vio's and Oni's voice rang into the air, Oni blinking at the somewhat surprised teen. "Ehem, it's a gift the goddesses allowed us this one time," Oni continued, eying Vio.

"And we have to remember," Vio tacked on, shaking off his surprise, "Our bodies are little to not protected. We have to get back down, even if it's upsetting." Vio's eyes flicked to his mother, a sad expression on the surface before disappearing again.

"Smart deduction," Oni chuckled and nudged Blue, "How did you pick the smart one? Don't answer that, I already know how." He grinned wolfishly, sharp dragon teeth showing passed his lips.

Blue sighed and nuzzled against Link and Dark. He was glad he'd had at least a little time though, and his parents had both given him many ideas and information... especially Oni. Looking up sadly the young dragos spoke. "I'll miss you..."

Link made a loud 'Aww' before hugging Blue tightly, but Dark got a rather contemplative look on his face. "I... I'm coming back with you." He stated suddenly looking up and daring anyone to object. "I want to know... what real life is like."

Oni nodded, "Alright, though you do know the consequence of leaving this place, correct?" Oni's eyes, clear seemed to be a millennia old, which they were, but from this Drago who had, only a few seconds ago, been playing and teaching, giving side-tips to his son... It was as if he was a new person. Not the cheeky, grinning, warm and homey Pappa. He looked at Dark, awaiting his answer, Vio looking to the man quietly in respect. The ex-deity had been through alot...and Vio couldn't help but respect him.

Dark bit his lip then nodded. "I understand..." if he left this realm he would cease to be his own person with his own body. He would become little more than Blue's own inner instincts.

"Alright then." Oni nodded, then looked to Blue, "Would you mind if your brother traveled with you, Blue?" He asked softly, "You're the deciding factor in this, if you say no then...Dark cannot go with you."

Vio cocked an eyebrow. What? Why was this so reliant upon Blue?

Blue shared Vio's confusion but he nodded, he'd enjoyed his time with his family and the brother he never knew he had. "Sure." He smiled at Dark. "I'd love it if you came with us."

Dark raised his head and smiled back.

Oni chuckled, the mirth seeming to come back into his voice. "Well then! Time for Dark to finally leave the nest, though...not quite." Oni leaned over, nudging Blue before giving another lick to the Drago's head.

Blue smiled and murred slightly at the affection.

"You know that old saying, 'If you love something, let it go?'" Oni asked.

"Yeah..." Blue said opening his eyes to look at his Papa.

"Well it's a load of bull." He scoffed. "Made up by some mortal who was too cowardly to fight for what he wanted. If you love something, TRULY love something! You do not just let it get away. You fight for it! You protect it! Love is not passive! Love is Fierce!"

Vio at this scoffed at that, "Do not tell him that, he already rammed down my castle and staged my death once and once was enough, thank-you."

Zelda chuckled and Link giggled each wrapping an arm around their respective child. "Oh, Vi, don't be so hard on him." Zelda said ruffling Vio's hair.

"You get your ribs crushed by someone who was previously threatening to eat you and then we'll talk..." Vio grumbled softly, pouting as his mother ruffled his hair. "...comes drunk and I offer him a bed and..." continues to grumble softly.

Zelda just laughed and gave Vio a light hug. "You take good care of him. Goddesses know he'll need it"

"Hey! I can take care of myself!" Blue snapped with a huff going off on his own grumbling tangent.

Link just shook his head. "Its like you were made for each other~" he gave Blue another hug, and then turned to Dark a sad look on his face. "I'll miss you too Dark." He hugged his youngest both knowing they would never meet face to face again.

Oni licked Dark's head, nuzzling it softly. "We'll all miss you, son..." Oni's tail wrapped around the three of them. "...if this had been different, both of you would have grown up with us." Oni sighed, a smile, soft and sweet as he went to nuzzle Blue as well, "Can't change the past. Only bend the future to what you want it to be."

Dark smiled sadly and nuzzled Oni back. "I'll miss you too.."

"We both will..." Blue continued his own sad expression on his face.

"Oh come on you two! Cheer up!" Link smiled pulling his infamous light blue ocarina. "We'll always be here watching over you..."

"Which should we play this time," Oni's baritone voice rippled smoothly, using the ocarina barely, "nor shall this simply be a solo for you today?" He asked quietly, the humming in the back of his throat. The deep, soothing, smooth melody seeming to have picked a song already.

Link smiled and placed a small kiss on the Draconians snout. "No, I think we should all play today." He nodded at Zelda who smiled and pulled out a small harp.

Vio looked up at his mother in question. Seeing her harp, a half smile crossing his lips, Oni's voice low, meeting the missing bass octave.

The three parents played a combination of haunting melodies the three boys feeling themselves nodding off thanks to the glorious sounds the musicians created. And all too soon their eyes closed and the sounds faded away...

Blue yawned loudly as he came too, his body now in his dragos form and his clothing now shredded and littering the floor around him. "Vio?" Yawn. "Dark?"

Vio was sleeping, curled up next to Blue's belly, eyes closed, hair splayed around his head in a golden halo of hair.

Blue smiled and nuzzled his mate. Now where was-

"OH MY GODDESSES!" Blue jumped as he heard Dark's voice. "WHAT IS HE WEARING?!"

"I'm here! Up here!" Dark's voice bubbled, "BUT enough of me! What about HIM! You LET him wear...he ENJOYS wearing...Good goddesses, y'know I was curious what you saw at first but hot DAMN!" Dark made a whistling sound, grin obvious in his head, "You gotta looker!"

Blue growled at Darks wolf whistles at his mate. His head darting around trying to find his brother. "Up where you little brat! And you better not even think about getting near my mate!"

"Bit late for that one," Dark piped, "and up here, as in up in your head!" He replied, giggling happily. "I'm your 'inner voice' now since Oni found you didn't already have one." He explained, smiling cheerily, though unseen, "I'm basically the desires you don't act on because you don't realize that's what they are!"

Blue blinked and he got a look of utter disbelief on his face. "You... you're kidding me... please tell me you're kidding me!"

"Okay, I'm kidding you!" Dark laughed as Vio stirred slightly.

Blue growled. "Don't mess with me!" he didn't seem to hear Vio stirring.

"Hey! I'm just saying what you told me to say!" Vio blinked slowly, yawning and stretching languidly before laying back again, watching Blue argue with himself coyly.

"What are you doing there anyway?!" Blue demanded angrily.

"I told you, I'm your inner thoughts! If you have any drago desires you're not sure about, I'm here in the back of your mind to show you and tell you about what's what..."

Vio continued to watch, shirt raised above his abs, just teasing to show his pecks. The pants, were hanging low, lower than usual. Who was Blue talking to? Vio's half-lidded eyes stared on.

"...and dude...dude... Vio's awake...and shit...wow... Look!"

"What?!" Blue snapped his eyes to Vio and his eyes widened. Had he been in Hylian form his face would be beat red. He opened and closed his mouth a few times as his eyes devoured his mate.

"Promise me you will hit that after the kids born...ho shit..."

Vio yawned, tilting his head as his hair slid from under him and he slowly wriggled upwards. "Good...morning? Evening? I'm not sure which it is."

Blue just nodded. "uh.. huh..." he answered both Dark and Vio at the same time, eyes never leaving his mate.

Vio gave another yawn, stretching again and popping his back. Rubbing his eyes he stood. "So..." he began before noticing... "Blue, you're drooling."

"uh... huh..." Blue said again not really comprehending what Vio said as he continued to stare.

"..." Vio glanced down at his attire and sighed, "Down boy." He said with a roll of his eyes, glaring at Blue, "Blue, snap. Out. Of. It. You're not getting sex until at LEAST the kid is b-"

A cackling echoed from the room, "Katoke~ sister dear, look who's up!"

"Oh my, my! It's about time Koume~ I thought they would never wake up. Kekekeke!" Another cackle replied to the first.

"H-huh?" Blue seemed to shake himself out of his daze at the voices and finally looked away from Vio.

"Fresh from the lands of the reborn~" Vio's ear twitched and he looked up, voice strong and calm,

"Who are you?" He questioned, "Why are you here?" His hand slowly encased in ice in warning. His other hand slid back to his pocket, looking for... His eyebrow furrowed as his hand touched a leather-bound book.

Blue growled a warning as the two witches just laughed again. "Oh Koume, aren't they precious? Why they're the spitting image of their parents~!"

"Are they not~ Kotake~?" The other witch cackled back in response.

"How do you know our parents?" Vio shot a look to Blue, thankful the horny Drago had decided to use his head instead of his...other parts... for once. "And will you come out or must we be forced to converse with the shadows?"

"Oh my~ Aren't we being so rude, Koume? We better come out~ the King demands it." she cackled

"I do demand if what you wish is to hurt either my person or my mates. I also demand you kill yourselves if that is the case since if you lay a finger or a spell upon Blue your heads will be rolling before you can ask the Three for help." Vio's eyes were narrowed, but his voice was calm and collected, almost icy. He would protect Blue...

"Oh a little feisty one~" Kotake coo'd as the two witches finally came out of the shadows, Kotake flying right up to Vio's face on her little broom. "Calm yourself, Hylian King~ We are not here to fight you."

"Uh-oh, Kotake, I'd say Hylian Prince would be a better description." Koume snickered and pointed at Vio's ears. "He's not pierced yet!"

"Oh how sweet~!" Kotake pulled away making an almost fangirl pose. "The Prince of Hyrule and the Prince of the Gerudo~"

Vio growled, watching the witches suspiciously. He didn't trust these two. The stereotypical witches...a thought peeked in his mind. Kotake and Koume... "Is there a reason why I should trust the words of the two witches who raised Ganondorf?" He asked, watching calculative.

"Oh look~ the young prince knows us!" Kotake giggled and flew around Vio's head a few times.

"Well really we have no proof that you should trust us~" Koume answered hovering next to Blue. "But with the great Oni as our last king, it would be very unbecoming to harm his only son and son-in-law, would it not~?"

Vio's expression changed, somewhere between surprise and interest, "Oni was... Does that mean...Blue..." He looked towards the Drago and snorted, laughing, "Him?!" He couldn't help himself, "I think you're looking at the wrong person for a prince!"

Blue gave a confused look at Vio as Koume wrapped her arms around Blue's head and tugged him close. "Oh hush! He's the spitting image of our dear Deity!" Blue make a disgusted face and tried to pull away but the witch's grasp was surprisingly strong.

"I don't see it," Vio stated, expression falling blank as he watched the witch latch onto Blue, "Blond hair, deep in color, dark blue eyes, pupils, I'd say he takes more-so after Link than Oni."

"Ah yes, the little Hylian man." Koume said pulling away from Blue finally. "Well perhaps a little. But I still see the Fierce one in him!"

"Did you enjoy your trip by the way?" Kotake asked with a giggle. "I hope our spell didn't leave you too tired when you arrived."

"Very much, but I do not appreciate being casted into such a spell with no warning." Vio's voice was back to it's fake charm, "but more-so, why are you here? Not that I don't enjoy company...just curiosity and the cat."

"We live here!" Kotake cheered with a wide grin and a cackle.

"And you are clearly in trouble if the gerudo brought you all the way out here!" Koume continued. "But where are my manners? Come come! We've got tea and food already laid out. I'm sure at least the Gerudo Prince is hungry~" she cooed and pet Blue on the head making the dragos flinch.

Vio kept up his mask, smiling graciously, "and I beg that you will forgive my terrible manners as the intruder to your home." Moving closer to Blue, Vio's hand slid to touch his scaled arm shoulder, "I speak for both of us when I say tea sounds lovely, if you two would show us the way we will gladly follow."

Blue growled lightly and lowered his head to be closer to Vio as the witches cackled and flew circles around them before leading them deeper into the temple all the way to the mirror chamber.

Following after the witches, his eyes scanning the room's mirrors before looking back to the witches, keeping silent. Where were they going? Was there some plan...he supposed if the two witches wanted to kill them they'd have done so while they were asleep... but then what...

"be careful, these two are creepy!" Dark said in Blues head making the dragos roll his eyes. 'Really? I hadn't noticed.'

"Right in here deary's~" Koume cackled and opened a door gesturing for them to enter. Unable to hesitate due to Kotake right behind them, the two entered the room. Inside it looked like a rather homey sitting room some large windows to let in sunlight, and a hot pot of tea sitting on the coffee table next to a tray of cookies.

Vio's mind blanked at the site, eerily reminded of his little sister's 'tea parties'. Which, by the by, was where Zel had her biggest rumor spree.. "Smells delightful," Vio smiled, voice calmed and easy, "Come on, Blue."

"Well, don't just stand around! Sit sit!" Kotake insisted flying to the other side of the room to sit on a fluffy blue chair. Koume doing the same except her chair was a deep red.

Blue gave Vio a hesitant look waiting for the Hylian to make his move before deciding what to do.

Vio smiled, "But of course," he responded, moving into the room mind twirling around the spell his mother just taught him. A backup in case something went wrong as he sat down in a fluffy light purple chair, "Were you expecting us?" Be asked, gesturing towards the tea.

"Well you WERE unconscious for an either day." Koume said pouring the tea into cups and handing them out. Blue lying down on the floor next to Vio's chair, his tail wrapping around it.

"Ah...I was wondering if the other realm passed the same amount of time as here." Vio replied smoothly, "But still, to have made tea and...cookies, it's a bit of a surprise to say the least."

The witches giggled together. "Well you are our HONORED guests, it is the least we could do!" Kotake said sipping her tea.

"Now! How is Old Oni and his mate anyway?" Koume asked setting her cup down and crossing her legs. "Tell us ALL about it!"

Blue snorted. 'What is with these two?' "Obviously Fangirls of Papa's" Dark answered Blue's thought.

"I'm afraid you'll have to ask your prince," Vio chuckled, looking to Blue, "I was a bit pre-occupied with my mother."

The witches turned to Blue expectantly. "U-uh... Fierce?" He said not sure what else to say on the spot, but it seemed to be enough as Kotake and Koume gave fangirlish squeals and began chattering excitedly between themselves. Blue looked at Vio confused.

Vio shrugged and picked up the teacup, breathing over the boiling liquid, a soft cloud of blue coming from his fingers and cooling the cup as he took a cautious sip. It tasted fine at least... Glancing up at the witches who were whispering to each-other in hushed tones, giggling every once in awhile. He shifted awkwardly.

Blue just shook his head and went for the cookies taking several in one bite. "So now what do we do?" he asked after swallowing for once.

"Enjoy refreshments?" Vio suggested offhandedly, taking another sip of his tea, eyes looking up at the witches. "You aren't out to kill us, you've had several opportunities to do so, you say you wouldn't because of who Blue's father is, or at least one of them, and you two do not seem to be much of a threat in general. No offense is meant from my observations, I do hope you'll pardon them and not be insulted." He took another sip, setting the drink down, smiling calmly. "I have a bad habit of making others irritates when I point out what goes on in my head."

Koume looked up. "Eh! We take no offense." She cackled and picked her cup back up taking another sip. "So! What was the danger that lead you here?" She asked making small talk.

Meanwhile Blue frowned as he felt his unborn start kicking him again. 'Ugh! Will this kid ever stop?!' He huffed and lay his head in his front paws trying to get comfortable but utterly failing. Why was he so uncomfortable all of a sudden?

"...Byrne, if my mother is correct. Which I don't doubt, my sister is also predictable..." Vio breathed a sigh through his nose, thinking, "A semi-powerful hunter..."

Dark jumped in "Just calm down and stop wriggling so much." he offered, "Trust me...the more you move the worse it will get."

"Urgh! Hunters! The lot of them should be wiped off the planet!" Kotake snapped grabbing a cookie before crossing her arms.

'Urgh! You come feel this then tell me to stop moving!' He snapped in his head shifting again. He wasn't sure what was going on, perhaps a spell from these witches! But they didn't seem to want to hurt them... 'Damn it!' He slammed his tail on the floor in agitation.

"Perhaps, Byrne didn't seem like a bad man, just a bad career choice..." or so I thought before. Now I know he killed Blue's parents... "Blue, what's wrong?"

"Do you want to force yourself into labor?" Dark asked, "If so, keep moving! You're close enough as-is, the more you wriggle the faster he comes."

The witches glanced over at Blue curiously just as the Drago gasped and jumped to his feet a look of utter horror on his face. "FASTER?!"

"Yes! Stop moving!" Dark shouted as Vio flinched, blinking at the puddle underneath Blue.

"Water broke," Vio breathed, eyes wide in surprise, his brain shutting off, his eyes dimming as his expression twisted into complete apathy as he stood, looking at the witches, "Water, preferably two buckets, one hot one cold, the hot needed now if not sooner. Towels, cloth, something along those lines. Now." His voice didn't speak for question, "As well as a place for a birth, this room is fine, but do you have somewhere better?"

Kotake jumped up quickly mounting her broom and collecting the items needed.

"The only place big enough is the mirror room." Koume replied mounting her broom as well before helping Vio escort the currently panicking Blue.

Said dragos kept looking fearfully at Vio begging for some sort of assurance, but all he found was the cold calculating mask Vi used when discussing politics. Blue whined and tried to curl up. Maybe he could make this stop! He wasn't ready for this! Not yet! Probably not ever! 'Oh goddesses!'

Vio shifted next to Blue, cool hand wiping across Blue's scales, "Blue, the baby won't wait for you. He chose now, we have to go along with it." looking up to the witches, "Where is the cloth? Grab extras for when it's born to help wipe off the excess blood!" He barked, thanking the midwives had been loud during every birth in the castle. (Four, not including his sisters.)

Koume nodded and rushed after more towels just as Kotake entered with the supplies she'd been sent to get.

Blue whimpered again at all the supplies. This was going to be horrible...

Byrne was wandering the desert, having escaped the Gerudo during the night only heightening his spirits. The prince was alive! He was traveling around with the drago, probably dragged, and from what he had gotten off the guard, it was pregnant. He cursed himself, the creature would more than likely feed the prince to the baby for food! This was not good...peering into the sand storm, a temple rose and he grinned. And Bingo was his namo.

Kotake and Koume both let out a sigh of relief. The hatchling had been born with little to no trouble, the entire birth taking no more than a couple hours. Currently the small baby drago was being toweled dry by Vio as Blue struggle to stay conscious.

Vio toweled down the grey dragon, expression one of relief, a small smile coming to his lips as he finished rubbing the child off, pulling it closer to Blue as he whispered softly to Blue praising and pressed small kisses to the Drago's snout softly.

-

Byrne walked into the temple, beginning his journey. He was thisclose to getting the prince and the drago! He could taste it...so close...

The two witches had started to leave to give the new parents some time alone before they both shuddered. "Did you feel that Kotake?"

"I sure did, Koume."

They looked at each other worried then flew back to Vi. "Prince of Hyrule! Someone has entered the temple!" Koume shouted.

"Someone... NOT Gerudo." Kotake continued a serious look on her face. "And they are coming closer. Fast!"

The two witches suddenly pulled away and spun together magically merging themselves into their battle form, Twinrova. "We shall stop him. But be wary... if he somehow manages to get past us..." Twinrova didn't finish the comment instead just nodding before teleporting out of the mirror chamber and to the front of the temple to face this threat to their future King and his family.

Byrne slid passed the Twinrova easily, having beat them thanks to his mirror and studying their previous fighting habits and he smirked. Yes. He was on the right track. This was good...this was very good. If the Twinrova wanted to stop him he was on the right track.

Blue murred and nuzzled his new-born with a slight tired smile. It merely squeaked in reply and crawled closer to the warmth of its parents, it's eyes not yet open and its legs to weak to support it yet. "Do you think... they're take care of it?" Blue asked Vio tiredly.

"Let's hope," he whispered softly, leaning close to Blue, pressing another soft kiss to his snout. "Let's hope..." Shifting he pulled out the odd book again. He's felt it earlier when advancing against the Twinrova and had originally pulled it out while searching through his bag for a potion... Flipping it open, a photo fell onto the ground, previously snug between the pages now loose, Vio guessed as he plucked the photo from the floor.

...His eyes widened, this was...it looked almost like... He glanced at Blue before turning open the book to the first page and began scanning the text, his fingers shaking. This was...a journal...Link's journal...

Sliding it closed he replaced the picture back in it's pages, swearing to himself he'd read it at a more opportune time.

Byrne wandered closer to the mirror chamber, smirking as he heard the soft squeak, "Found you creature..." he growled opening the door.

Blue looked up as the door opened expecting the witches but freezing as he saw who entered the chamber.

"Prince Vio!" Byrne shouted readying his weapons and metal hand, not sure what was going to go down, but knew a fight would soon ensue. "I'm here to rescue you! Get away from the monster!"

"Lord Byrne, leave now. Your services are no longer required." Vio's voice was sharp, looking up from his position on the floor. "Leave now, it's better for you."

Byrne clenched his fists and boldly took a step closer his mechanical arm raising and aiming at Blue. "I'm afraid I cannot do that my prince. By order of the royal family, and the princess it is my duty to bring you home safe and present the hide of this beast to the royal court."

Blue sunk down at that statement, fear obvious in his eyes as he wrapped his tail around his new-born.

"Was that really your order, Byrne?" Vio asked, voice a mask in itself, betraying none of his emotions as he stood, "What were my sisters direct instructions, to the letter? Kill the beast that killed her 'sister', no doubt." Vio's eyes looked like ice as he shifted, moving one step closer. "Were you even supposed to know I was alive?"

Byrne lowered his guard slightly. "No, she insisted you were already dead." he scoffed and re-aimed his arm. "But I knew you were the whole time. Now quickly! while it's down, get away from it! I do not wish you to be near the line of fire."

Vio contrary to what Byrne said moved further to be completely in front of Blue, "Attack him, I dare you..." He said softly, watching the mechanical arm. A plan hatched already in his head. Mechanics, electrical currents combines with water, freeze with ice, chain... "Try it..." But first, need to stun. Force him to attack by going on the offensive.

Reaching in the bag he pulled out the bow and quiver, "I'm sure you've heard about my archery in Hyrule castle...if you haven't, study up." Pulling back the bow, he felt the familiar resistance break as he finished pulling, aiming for the base of the neck. "Try. Or I will kill you right here and now."

"What are you-?" Byrne's eyes darted to Blue and his eyes narrowed. "You BEAST! Prince Vio! The monster is controlling you! You have to fight it!"

The arrow sliced through the air, Vio's lips twisting into a frown. "Attack," the arrow buried itself in Byrne's good shoulder as he pulled another arrow from his quiver, "I won't miss a second time."

Byrne growled and without hesitation fired his mechanical arm at the target. 'Goddesses forgive me...' he thought prying Vio would not be hit.

The arrow slid through the air again, slamming into the palm as it encased within ice, Vio's eyes glowing as a shield encased him, the ice covered hand slamming into it giving a loud snap and crack, Vio's lips twisting up slightly. His magic worked.

"Lord Byrne, let me make this as painfully clear for you as possible," Vio looked into the man's eyes, "As my mother's son, it is my duty to protect my people, and this person behind me is one of my people. As he is also my mate." Letting his arrows drop to the floor he walked, stomping on the ice as it gave another crack, the room itself decreasing in temperature. "As my mother's son, I am also. Very. Protective of what is mine. Kingdom, Drago and all."

Byrne's eyes widened and he took a step back from the approaching Vio. "Prince vi, please! You don't know what that beast is capable of! It's going to feed you to it's spawn!"

"What did you just call my son?" Vio asked coldly, the room's temperature dropping instantly, "And trust me, I've already had the whole 'eating virgins' thing tossed out the window." His finger twitched as he looked at the mechanical arm, "Not waterproof, I take it. From the way the ice affected it my suspicions of how easy this will be has solidified."

Taking a few more steps forward, Vio breathed, tilting his hand which was coated in a light frost towards the arm, a sudden snap and crackling of ice beginning to create on the metallic surface. "Taking the hand away means the only route left to attack me is by your actual hand which I took care of by embedding the arrow in your shoulder, cracking the bone there."

'Shit! he's right! I'm defenseless!' Byrne's mind rushed trying to come up with some way to counter the 'control' he was sure the Dragos had placed on his prince. But another step back from Vi placed his back to the wall and gave him no where else to run. He looked up at Vio calculatingly. "Prince Vio, listen to reason!"

"I am always open to reason, you have yet to prove what you say is true with facts that I have to contradict you." Vio stared, eyes even with Byrne's "I am in my own mind, Byrne. And you, for your harm to my kingdom must be punished as is my duty." Vio raised an arm, tilting his head, ear twitching as the ice seemed to grow from the wall, wrapping around Byrne's legs and other arm.

"But humor me, what reason are you speaking of?"

Byrne quickly shut his mouth that had managed to drop wide open during Vio's small speech. "That THING!" he shouted nodding his head at Blue being he couldn't move his arms. "Those things! they're monsters! Don't you know what they do to people?! The only way to keep you and everyone else safe is to eradicate them!" Memories of a smaller green dragos came to mind and he growled. That Monster.

"The deity of these "beasts", these "monsters" is actually the god of love." Vio replied offhandedly, "That 'thing' is the person whom i chose, myself to follow and be with, and you, a person who massacred the Hero of Time and a defenseless creature have very little standing to me." Vio watched the man's expression, thinking quietly before pulling forward and slapping Byrne. "Sorry," he said afterwards, "I wanted to do that ever since I got done talking with my mom."

Byrne blinked then raised a brow. "Hero of Time? What does the hero from legend have to do with dragos?"

"You are a dolt, aren't you?" Vio asked, leaning forward, "A few days after my father assigned you, you found a Drago, a baby and a Hylian man, didn't you?"

Byrne blinked then scoffed. "No. I found Two dragos and their spawn!"

"No, you found one Drago and one Hylian." Vio corrected again, "Blonde hair, blue eyes, short pointed ears, wearing a green tunic, trying to protect his mate while he had another child." Vio was staring down Byrne, "And correct me if I'm wrong, but if a Drago was being attacked, why wouldn't it transform to defend itself? Scales are much more difficult to rip through than clothing."

Byrne blinked again and his eyes widened before snapping to blue finally seeming to realize something. "His... he has Hylian eyes..."

"You killed him and an unborn child within the Drago. That man you killed, his name was Link, my mother called him 'hero' several times." Vio's temper flares again, hand coating red as the sudden rise in temperature around that area making the ice melt. "Link, Hero of Time, and you killed him, his mate and his unborn child." Vio hissed through his teeth. "You expect the Prince of this kingdom to ignore such arrogance?"

"Wh-what?! B-but I..." Byrne looked horrified as realization finally worked through his years of racism and bias towards dragos... all based off one bad experience.. and now... he bit his lip behind his bandanna and lowered his head. Whatever punishment the Prince bestowed upon him would be all to kind.

Raising his hand, Vio breathed, "As the Prince of Hyrule, I Vio Harkinian, sentence you for the murder of Hyrule's citizens...punishment is death." He looked down at Byrne, the cold look still there, "May The Three be merciful." And with that his hand dropped, the heat slamming into Byrne's head, flames increasing in temperature before a crack was head, skull collapsing and Byrne's body slumped back, Vio's arm and hand coated in crimson. "...well there's the good thing about wearing no sleeves..."

Blue winced as Vio sentenced the Hunter and pulled their child close, glad it's eyes had yet to open. "Is it... over?"

"Finally..." Vio replies softly, "...it's finally over..." He looked up, turning and walking closer to Blue, leaning down as he picked up a towel previously used to clean off their child and wiped down his arm. "Now we don't have to run...no-one is chasing us..."

Blue smiled and let out a sigh or relief. "Finally..." he glanced at their baby and grinned licking the now sleeping child's head.

Vio kneeled down next to Blue, giving a soft smile as he saw the gray scales of their son. "He's precious..." Vio murmured softly, scooting closer to Blue, "and he can grow up without worrying about having a hunter on his tail..."

"And with both of his parents." Blue grinned tiredly giving Vio a loving lick as well before laying his head down, completely exhausted. "Good night Vio..."

Vio slid closer so that he was between Blue and their to-be-named child, tiredly nodding in agreement. He'd used up...so much magic... "Good night, Blue..."

Then the two fell into a peaceful slumber curled up together with their new baby.

Nabooru panted as she rushed through the desert, the Spirit Temple in sight. She prayed to the goddesses that she wasn't too late. As soon as she discovered Byrne had escaped the cell they locked him in, she had rushed to the temple knowing that's where he would be headed. "Vio, I hope that training paid off!"

As she entered the temple the sight of the unconscious Twinrova sisters made her heart beat a hundred times faster. If he could defeat them... she rushed through the temple and bashed her way into the mirror chamber. "BLUE-!" She gasped at the sight before her and sighed with relief a soft smile coming to her face. They were okay... and as she noticed the bloodied body of the hunter against the wall she knew everything would continue to be okay. "Rest easy boys." She smiled crossing her arms. "Tomorrow we're heading back to the fortress." She finished mostly talking to herself as the boys never stirred. She shook her head before leaving the room. Deciding to go wake up the blasted witches already.

Everything was right with the world.
