A/N: It's been a looooog time coming, but I've finally managed to get myself together enough to post SOMETHING. I haven't given up on this fic, but life keeps getting in the way. This is just a short, fun little piece that I needed to lighten my mood. I hope you enjoy it. Please review!

Knock, knock, knock!

"I'm in here!" a voice replied.

It was only out of habit to knock, but Belle had already stepped inside of the room when Aurora called out. Closing the door behind her, she followed the sound of the other girl's voice. By the window she found the princess in a silk dressing gown that ended mid-thigh, gazing out of the slightly ajar window. Aurora was holding a bag of kettle corn and chewing slowly with a slight leer across her lips. "Yeah, that's it. Nice and slow. That's how I like it…" she softly whispered.

Belle gave a little cough, startling the mesmerized girl. A few kernels flew out of the bag as Aurora jumped. "Oh, I'm sorry! I heard you knock, but I was, er, preoccupied." Trying to hide her slightly flushed cheeks, she bent down to retrieve the fallen pieces.

The librarian set a basket down in the tiny dining table. "I brought some extra muffins from the diner. They seem to have delivered more than Granny ordered so she had me send a few to you and Mulan. Speaking of whom, where is she? I know Ruby and David are on the morning patrol." Belle crossed over to where Aurora had been previously standing at the window and gazed out. On the lawn under the bright, morning sun she saw Mulan in tight, aqua yoga pants that ended just above well-toned calves. The form-fitting, gray sports tank had a much lower neckline than she was accustomed to seeing the young warrior, and she couldn't help but notice the soft curves it accentuated. Her face was glossy with perspiration, eyes hidden behind her now signature aviator sunglasses. Long, black hair swung easily in a high ponytail as the warrior seemed to dance barefoot on the lawn.

"Isn't she incredible?" Aurora beamed down, joining her friend's side. Still looking down, she replied, "It's called Tai Chi. It's a form of Chinese martial arts, but it's more of a calming and strengthening exercise. Mulan was about to go for run, but it's so wonderful out. She called up to me once she got outside and let me know her change of plans. I've been watching her since."

Belle leaned over, taking a handful of kettle corn but never taking her eyes off of her friend on the ground level. "I never knew she was so graceful," she murmured in awe.

Sighing through a mouthful of her sweet and salty snack, the princess replied, "She's strong and graceful, gentle and fierce… She's her own yin and yang all wrapped up in a beautiful package."

They continued to watch, sharing the bag back and forth between them. It could've been hours or minutes that passed, but neither spoke as the strong soldier's fluid movements held their attention. Both women gasped as they observed Mulan take a strong stance with her legs apart and knees bent at right angles, while her arms stretched above her head and slowly lowered. Tan muscles glistening in the sunlight, shifting under the smooth skin as they flexed with the movement. Feeling slightly guilty for ogling her friend's lover, Belle shoved another handful of kettle corn in her mouth.

"So, what are we all looking at?" a muffled voice asked behind the two. Both women jumped, and Belle blushed once she recognized her lover's voice through her shock.

With a mouth full of muffin, Ruby let out a noise somewhere between a yelp and a choke. After a few sputters and several pats on the back, she called down, "Looking good, buddy!"

Mulan's head snapped up towards the window to see three faces looking down at her, though two disappeared shortly after. Ruby waved the muffin at her happily, then continued to snack on it. Frowning, the deputy closed her eyes and tried to return to her previous state of concentration.

Belle sat at the table with eyes closed in concentration, breathing slowly and intentionally as if trying to rid her mind of something. Aurora giggled with her back against the wall next to the window, clutching the bag of kettle corn to her chest. Her face was bright red with embarrassment and flushed with excitement.

Shrugging, the waitress looked back down to see a now empty lawn. She turned back to the others, still eating her baked good. "What?"

After a deep breath, Belle asked her girlfriend, "What are you doing here? I thought you were supposed to be at the station."

Ruby shrugged again, making her way to the coffee pot and helping herself. "Emma and I switched shifts. She wanted to spend more time with her dad, and have the evening with Regina and the kids. I figured, 'Why not?' Mulan and I can more than handle the night shift together."

Now calmed, the princess joined her friend at the table, who greedily took the kettle corn bag from her. "Oh, I was just admiring my girlfriend from afar. Belle came to deliver the muffins," Aurora grinned, taking a rather large blueberry muffin and slathering it with butter before taking a large, bliss-filled bite.

A sly grin spread across the wolf woman's face as she looked at her girlfriend, whose own face was hard with determination. "Oh, I see what's going on. You guys were peeping."

"We were NOT peeping!" Belle retorted indignantly, shoving more of the snack in her mouth to avoid the perceptive gaze.

The white mug pressed against bright red lips as knowing eyes shifting from one woman to the other. "Oh, yes you were! You were spying on Mulan, with her muscly arms and sculpted back and round, tight, firm-"

"What is your purpose here?" a voice called out sternly. Mulan entered the room to find her beloved and two of her closest friends gathered at the table. The aviator glasses hid fierce eyes. "My workout is ruined. My chi will be off for the rest of the day," she scolded, throwing her hands on her hips.

Aurora jumped up and embraced her lover, planting a sweet, buttery kiss. "Oh, you're so sweaty!" she complained. Still, the princess held tight and letting her hands explore the fit form against her. Mulan held her position and continued to glare at the others, while still allowing her girlfriend clutch at her.

Snorting into the mug, Ruby stood up and gave Belle a quick kiss on the forehead, who still avoided any eye contact. "Come on, babe. Mulan's gotta finish her workout," she chuckled.

Still clasping the bag of kettle corn, Belle walked silently out of the room.

"Enjoy the muffins! You'll need it once you get your chi back!" Ruby winked, and closed the door as she followed Belle out.
