Sailor Moon V.M. Secret of the Lost Princess

Chapter Twelve: "The Evil Space Queens!"

The morning sun shone brightly as it arose above rooftops... Hearing her alarm clock go off, Usagi slowly awoke from her sleep, she stretched her arms and yawned, before sleepily rubbing her eyes. "Good morning Usagi, you've slept well I see", greeted Luna cheerfully.

"Oh yes, Luna I did, I hope today is going to be a good day" smiled Usagi "Ooh I still really sleepy though... maybe a few more minute..." she sighed, playfully burying herself under the bed covers.

"Usagi, really..!" scolded Luna crossly, Usgai peeked out from the covers with a cheeky grin.

"Only joking...you know I'm trying to be more responsible now" giggled Usagi, poking her tongue out.

"Humph! You could have fooled me" snorted Luna, rolling her eyes, "Well I guess that means you want to be more like me, hmm?" she suggested proudly.

"You mean a sour-puss... no thanks, Luna..." teased Usagi mischievously as she crawled out of the bed.

"I'm not a sour-puss!" exclaimed Luna indignantly, "I'm not!" she continued sounding hurt

"I'm sorry Luna... I didn't mean-" began Usagi apologetically, Luna jumped up onto Usagi's shoulder.

"Got yeah!" chuckled the cat jokingly, nuzzling her.

"Mmm, is that fresh toast and coffee I can smell..?" smiled Usagi, sniffing the air...

A few moments later, after sending a good morning text message to her friends. Usagi washed and brushed her teeth, leaving the bathroom she walked past Shingo's bedroom, whose door was wide open, Usagi casually glanced in and saw Shingo sitting, playing a video game on his new console, completely transfixed on it. he had heavy bags under his eyes, Usagi wondered if he had even slept.

"Meeow!?" questioned Luna, puzzled as she watched him suspiciously.

"Yes Luna, that is a little weird, is your 'Luna sense' telling you something?..." replied Usagi with a sigh, "Shingo, stop that playing, you'll be late for school...!" she warned, but Shingo completely blanked her, "Fine, ignore me then, I'm telling mom!" growled Usagi, Shingo, still focused on his video game didn't respond. with an exasperated 'Humph!' Usagi frowned worriedly, she shrugged and carried on down the stairs, it wasn't that unusual she figured, yet she felt she was missing something important. Now downstairs she sat to the table. and her mum gave her some breakfast, suddenly her mobile phone rang, she looked at it and saw it was Rei calling her and quickly answered...

"Hi Rei, what's up?" greeted Usagi cheerfully as she munched on some toast.

'Usagi, you need to check out the tv news right now!".Rei replied urgently.

Usagi quickly grabbed the tv remote and turn on the news, there was a special live report, the C.E.O. of K.D.K. Technologies, in her first public appearance was announcing the launch of their online video game 'Space Queens'... Usagi's toast dropped from her mouth as she stared at the tv with a stunned expression on her face... the C.E.O. was Naru and next to her stood a girl who looked a lot like Ami, (yet wasn't), as Naru was being interviewed, the Ami look-a-like was holding a game console, Usagi's mind raced what she saw in Shingo room... it was the same console.

"...Yes, our servers are now online and our revolutionary game 'Space Queens' is ready... it's absolutely free to play and no download is required as it's built into all our game machines as well being available on all competitive consoles, P.C.s, and mobile phone apps. across the planet ... it's already a global sensation... everyone can play..!" Naru explained to the reporter politely.

"Oh-no..!" gasped Usagi, the toast in her mouth dropped to the floor, Usagi, to her horror, realized the game was being run by the Dark Kingdom, it must be something very dangerous and it was in her home.

"I tried calling Ami and then tried calling Minako, neither of them are answering, I bet they had the same mysterious package I got yesterday!" continued Rei on the phone, sounding very worried.

"I didn't get a package... but... but Shingo did... he has that game console..!" exclaimed Usagi in panic.

"Shingo was acting oddly just now wasn't he, he must be playing that game!" exclaimed Luna. Usagi jumped up and hurriedly rushed upstairs to Shingo's bedroom, followed by Luna.

"Shingo Tsukino! Stop that game right now... please, it's dangerous!" yelled Usagi as she tried to pull the game controller away from her brother but he pushed her back, accidentally slamming the door shut on Luna, Usagi read a message on the display screen.

"Announcement to all players: ... Mercury Queen and Venus Queen now acquired... now available on all servers..." it read, with CGI images of Ami and Minako dressed up as villainous Space Queens from the game, Usagi wasn't sure what it meant exactly but she realized it couldn't be anything good, she wondered if it had something to do with them not answering their phones...

"Come on Shingo! you've got to stop this now, I really mean it!" pleaded and warned Usagi desperately.

"Usagi! what's going on in there!" called Luna desperately, scratching at the door.

"No... Usagi! I must play... must defeat the evil Space Queens... I must save Earth..!" Shingo flatly replied, as if in a trance.

"Riiight! I know how to fix this, saving Earth is my job..!" snapped Usagi as she went to pull out the plug from the wall but she was interrupted.

"Privet User Alert: Identity confirmed... USAGI... TSUKINO..." announced a message, that also appeared in the text on the monitor screen, Usagi stared in disbelief.

"It knows me..?" she gulped. suddenly a beam of dark energy shot from the game console Usagi screamed in terror as the energy struck her, holding her firmly.

"Hello, Usagi... You're probably too dumb to realize that this is a pre-recorded message but this is a special trap just for you and your stupid friends", sneered a familiar voice as an animated cartoon image of Naru appeared on the screen, "I sent your brother one of our K.D.K consoles as a special gift, don't worry he won't be aware of our little conversion, you see, you're one special character in this game just like the rest of the Guardians, don't worry 'old friend', there plenty of enemies you and you're pathetic friends will get to fight, in fact everyone in this game will hate you and your team..." sneered Naru's avatar.

"What..!?" gasped Usagi with incredulous disbelief and confusion.

"...We had to use a stand-in program in your place but now we have the real you, you'll forget your true identity both as Usagi Tsukino and as Sailor Moon, you'll 'die' in this game, every time someone completes your level, so to speak..." explained Naru's avatar "This super addictive game will then reset itself over and over, meanwhile we will train the players to become our mindless, obedient slaves and the Sailor Guardians will be seen as the aliens invaders that you are..!" chuckled Naru's virtual avatar.

"Wait..? What? I'm not dumb and we're definitely not aliens..! I will stop you Naru I bring you back into the light I sware..!" declared Usagi angrily, with a hint of sorrow in voice.

"...How delusional... Usagi... You can't escape, you'll repeatedly 'die' in this game and you won't even be aware of it..!" Naru's avatar continued malevolently.

"How could you do this to us, we were friends... you were my best friend, the Sailor Guardians will come, they will punish you, and save meeee..!" cried Usagi as the energy turned her into digital data and pulled her into the game console.

"Usagi!" called Luna again from outside the bedroom, realizing she was in trouble, she then saw Chibiusa, still in her pajamas, going into the bathroom, still half asleep, Luna quickly she ran over, "Chibiusa! Usagi's just gone into Shingo's room, there's something terribly wrong with his video game, she might be in danger!" warned Luna urgently.

"Video... game..?" yawned Chibiusa, confused, then her eyes widened in horror, remembering something bad, "Video game! Oh no, it's begun..! Luna, it's too late... Usagi's being turned into a video game character..!" she gasped, rushing to Shingo's bedroom door in a panic.

"You two stop fighting up there, Shingo you need to get ready for school!" called Usagi's mum up the stairs, oblivious to what was going on.

"I've already have our two biggest threats, Ami and Minako in the game... your remaining friends don't stand a chance... I've already won, goodbye old friend..!" sneered Naru's avatar evilly, as Usagi disappeared... a c.g.i. image of Usagi dressed as an evil looking Space Queen appeared on the monitor screen along with a message. 'Announcement to all players: ...Moon Queen now acquired... now available on all servers... have fun with her...' announced the message on the screen, Shingo simply went back to playing the game as if nothing had happened, Luna and Chibiusa burst in and realized Usagi was now missing...

Meanwhile downstairs, the doorbell rang and Mrs. Tsukino answered it. Mamoru was standing there on the porch. "Hello Mrs. Tsukino, is Usagi up yet, I was hoping to walk her to School today but the School's seems to be shut today it seems", he greeted cheerfully.

"Not enough students coming in, almost everyone's off sick..!" piped a familiar voice from behind him.

"Oh, I found the other 'bun-head' on the way here" chuckled Mamoru as Yuzuki popped out from behind him cheekily, with a little skip, she seemed to be in a particularly playful, silly mood this morning.

"Ha, look at us, we've matching shades, I hope Usagi doesn't get the wrong idea about it..!" giggled Yuzuki, tapping her sunglasses.

"Everyone knows you're sensitive to sunlight Yuzuki..!" chuckled Mamoru, suddenly Luna Chiusa brushed passed them in a hurry

"Umm, guys, there's no school today..!" yelped Yuzuki, Chibiusa looked back, without stopping.

"I know! You guys need to come with us, we have an emergency!" cried Chibiusa.

"But what about Usagi!?" questioned Mamoru

"She's... gone already! Come on you two we need to find the others before it's too late..!" replied Chibiusa desperately, Mamoru and Yuzuki looked at each other in confusion then ran after her.

"Oh dear, typical, the day Usagi decides to rush off to school, is the day it's shut..." exclaimed Mrs. Tsukino, with a confused shrug, misunderstanding what Chibiusa said, as Mamoru and Yuzuki chased after her and Luna...

Mamoru and Yuzuki quickly caught up to Chibiusa and Luna ran through and Mamoru asked what was going on.

"Usagi's disappeared, Chibiusa said she's been turned into a video character... she also said 'it begins'..!" panted Luna desperately.

"Wow! that's so cool! I want to be a video game character too!" squealed Yuzuki excitedly.

"That's not cool Yuzuki, we may never see Usagi again!" cried Luna.

"Ooh no!" whimpered Yuzuki in shock

"Don't worry Yuzuki, I'm sure you'll get your turn... just not under enemy control..!" smiled Chibiusa mysteriously.

"You're not thinking what I think you're thinking..!?" gasped Luna in horror "No, it's far too dangerous..!" she added.

"What are you two talking about, what's you're plan Chibiusa?" asked Mamoru.

"I can't really say yet, besides it's not exactly my plan, it'll be Artemis'... but we won't have much choice, Yuzuki's our best gamer... " replied Chibiusa.

"Why do you have to be so cryptic?" sighed Yuzuki. "Wait isn't that Makoto..!" she pointed as they reached the Crown Game Arcade.

They stopped and peered into the arcade's window, which was packed with blank-faced customers and they spotted Makoto trying to stop them, shouting something she tried to attack one of the K.D.K. arcade machines. Chibiusa banged to get her attention but it was too late... a bolt of dark energy shot from the machine, hitting her and like Usagi, she disappeared into the machine...

"Ooh-no! not Makoto! we have to warn the others!" gasped Mamoru.

"I hope the Outer Guardians are alright!" cried Chibiusa. suddenly Mamoru's mobile rang

"Rei, thank god you're safe... the Sailor Guardians are under attack... don't touch anything..!" he answered urgently.

"The game console's alive! Ahhhh! It's got me help meeee..!" screamed Rei in terror down the phone.

"Rei..!" cried Mamoru desperately, but he heard Rei's phone drop from her and then nothing.

"We need to find Ami and Minako..!" realized Yuzuki worriedly.

"They've already been taken..!" called a voice as Artemis ran towards them.

"Artemis!?" gasped Luna.

"They were both checking out the game consoles they'd received yesterday but it was a trap and they both got zapped!" panted Artemis, out of breath. "I was heading to your place to warn Usagi..." he continued.

"You're too late, It's taken Usagi as well..!" replied Luna in distress. "Makoto and Rei are gone as well!"

"Oh no, that's all the Inner Guardians, except Chibiusa! What are we going to do now!?" yelped Artemis, panicking.

"What about me, I want to help, I'm good with video games... I think it's my special talent..!" suggested Yuzuki sweetly, wanting to be useful.

"I'm sorry Yuzuki, you're not yet a Guardian and it's far too dangerous!" chided Luna dismissively.

"Well you're going come up with an amazing plan, Artemis... that involves dose involveYuzuki..." chuckled Chibiusa.

"Am I..? I can't think of anything off the top of my head..." groaned Artemis.

"It'll come to you Artemis..." sighed Chibiusa knowingly.

"I have a nasty suspicion what it might be... but it can't be our only option, we have to come up with a rescue plan to save the others... without putting anyone in danger..." sighed Luna coldly.

"What about the Outer Guardians, we need to warn them..!" prompted Yuzuki urgently...

Meanwhile, at their home, Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna suspiciously examined the newly unboxed K.D.K. game console they hooked up to their television.

"Haruka, this is unwise... I'm sensing something evil about this console", warned Michiru worriedly.

"We need to find out why this was sent to us and by whom, I'm hoping we'll find a clue" replied Haruka confidentially "Don't worry we'll be careful, besides, I good with video games remember" she added reassuringly

"But this isn't a racing game... I don't think we should..." began Setsuna. Suddenly the game console booted up on its own accord and a message appeared

."Privet User Alert: Identity confirmed... HARUKA TEN'OU...", announced the message, Haruka was then struck by a bolt of dark energy.

"Stay back, it's a Traaa-!" she yelled out as, just like Usagi, was digitalized and pulled into the console, another message appeared.

"Haruka! Nooo!" screamed Michiru desperately, she tried to grab Haruka but her lover faded away.

"Michiru! stop! she's... gone!" cried Setsuna, pulling her back, Michiru fell to her knees, weeping uncontrollably.

."Privet User Alert: Identity confirmed... MICHIRU KAIOU...", announced another message, a second bolt struck Michiru, barely resisting, she screamed in agony and she too was pulled into the machine.

"No, no, nooo, this is bad, this is very bad..." gasped Setsuna, the usually unflappable Sailor Guardian was on the verge of panic, just at that moment Hotaru, entered the room.

"Setsuna... what's going on!?" she cried in terror and confusion.

"Stay back, it's too dangerous, it's a trap!" warned Setsuna urgently, "Oh no... it responds to-" gasped Setsuna, realizing something, before she could move, she like the others were struck and pulled in,

."Privet User Alert: Identity confirmed... SETSUNA MEIO...", announced a third message, that appeared on the screen, a speechless Hotaru stared at the tv screen, now alone and petrified...

Meanwhile, a short distance away, Chibiusa, Mamoru, Yuzuki, and the two cats hopped off the bus and ran towards the Outer Guardians' banged on the door desperately. They saw a bright flash of light through the window and they realized there was trouble inside and burst in. they saw Hotaru standing in front of the television, in a state of shock.

"Hotaru..! stay back from the tv, that game console is dangerous!" cried out Chibiusa desperately warning her.

"Chibiusa...!" whimpered Hotaru, slowly turning to face them, her eyes widened in terror, realizing what was about to happen.

"Uh oh..." gasped Chibiusa, also realizing what was about to happen.

."Privet User Alert: Identity confirmed... HOTARU TOMOE... Additional User: Identity confirmed... 'CHIBIUSA, AKA... USAGI... TSUKINO'..." announced a new message on the tv screen, in an instant, the two girls were both zapped by the dark energy and like the others, they were drawn into the console.

"No! The console's A.I. has been responding to their names!" realized Mamoru angrily.

"Th-that's everyone... they've taken everyone, all the Sailor Guardians are gone, we've lost them all..! we're on our own..!" yelped Yuzuki horror and disbelief, seeing images of all the Sailor Guardians now as 'Evil Space Queens'.

"Well, every Guardian except us it seems..." said a voice as Sailor Galaxia the from the front door, as she entered along with Sailor Chibi, "what exactly's been going on..?" she asked worriedly, with a concerned, raised eyebrow...

A short time later, Mamoru, now in his Tuxedo Mask guise and the cats were explaining the current situation to Sailor Galaxia, while in the background Yuzuki entertained Sailor Chibi, who seemed to take particular interest in Yuzuki's amulet, "No, no, Sailor Chibi, please do touch my amulet it's very precious to me... and she really doesn't like being pulled and prodded... sorry" warned Yuzuki gently.

."Chibi-chibi..?!" blinked Sailor Chibi in confusion.

"So it seems the Sailor Guardians that the Dark Kingdom knows about all received a game console that's brainwashing everyone and they've disappeared, pulled into a video game called 'Space Queens'..." summarized Tuxedo Mask, cats nodded in agreement.

"This is bad... very bad, we need to somehow retrieve them... before it's too late... if the all the Sailor Guardians are trapped they won't be able to protect the planet!" realized Sailor Galaxia. 'Especially if the threat that's coming is about to be unleashed...' she mused to herself.

"Hang on... I didn't get a game console..." piped in Yuzuki with a frown.

"Don't tell me you're jealous you didn't get one!?" exclaimed Luna, incredulously

No, no, of course not, it's evil and I don't want to get trapped... it just seemed strange, that's all" replied Yuzuki awkwardly.

"Maybe they didn't think you're worth their time..." suggested Artemis, a little insensitivity.

"Artemis..! How could you say something so rude..!?" snapped Luna protectively, "I'm sorry Yuzuki..." she apologized.

"Umm... it okay Luna... I guess I know what he means" whimpered Yuzuki, looking a little hurt and left out...

Meanwhile, at Yuzuki's hospital/ care home, Yuzuki's neighbor was mindlessly sitting blank-faced at a television screen, playing a video game, drool dripping down his chin, behind him was a large opened parcel addressed to Yuzuki...

Somewhere within the virtual world of the K.D.K's computer network... The Sailor Guardians, paralyzed and unable to move, found themselves suspended within an eerie void of darkness suspended in glowing cocoons of pure energy the unconscious Sailor Guardians were being held, completely unaware they were being watched by someone in the darkness, "What's this... the Sailor Guardians... here, they've all been captured... What's going on... could it be they're being sent into that weird video game world..?" whispered a voice curiously "Seems they're in big trouble this time... hmm, there was a time I'd be happy about that, a time I would have wanted revenge... but now...I feel really bad about this, I must do something to help... but how..?" continued the mystery voice,... Suddenly another figure started to materialize, there was a brief glimpse of a black and yellow dress as the first figure quickly darted back into the darkness...

Back at the Outer-Guardian's home, "With the Sailor Guardians trapped inside the K.D.K.s computer servers, I don't know how we can retrieve them or if it's even possible" explained Tuxedo Mask, as he anxiously examined the game console cautiously.

"Seems the Dark Kingdom has outsmarted us on this, how is this even possible .." sighed Sailor Galaxia worriedly. 'Damn it, all this is distracting me from my mission... they don't yet know about the greater threat that's coming, I only came here to investigate the strange power surges as I assumed they were something to do with it... but Usagi and the others must be saved... this world... and the entire Universe needs them to face this ancient enemy, she just hasn't shown itself yet...' mused Sailor Galaxia to herself, in frustration.

"Chibi... Chibi...?" interrupted Sailor Chibi anxiously, snapping Sailor Galaxia out of her train of thought.

"Oh sorry I was just thinking something... it's not important... well not yet at least" apologized Sailor Galaxia and she gave Sailor Chibi a knowing nod.

"That's Okay, we're all worried about the others..." reassured Tuxedo Mask "Anyway, on top of that, the video game is brainwashing everyone who's playing it..." added Tuxedo Mask angrily.

"This is very bad, the Dark Kingdom must be stopped, but how did they trap the others inside the game like this, you said it responded to our names" Asked Sailor Galaxia.

"Yes, but I doubt anyone in the arcade mentioned Makoto's name out loud, when she tried to break one of the K.D.K.s arcade machines, they all seemed completely transfixed on the game to even notice her, the arcade machines and presumably the game consoles must have a defense mechanism built in" noted Tuxedo Mask .

"But how were the Sailor Guardians pulled into the computer system?" pondered Sailor Galaxia.

"We've seen something like this before, this reminds me of how one of Witches-5 used a device to enter a large TV screen a while back", remembered Luna thoughtfully.

"...Mimete... one of our old foes who was part of an evil group called the Witches-5, she was effectively killed using Eudial's Witches Electric Warp device... when Tellu pulled the plug on her..." mused Artemis, remembering what had happened years ago.

"But how does this help us now?" questioned Sailor Galaxia.

"Hmm, If I remember correctly, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune saying they took the device and stored it somewhere safe..." replied Luna.

"That's convenient..." chuckled Sailor Galaxia thoughtfully.

"Wait I got it..! if we find the Witches Electric Warp we can sneak someone into the K.D.K.s servers without being assimilated into the system... but who should we send in..?" pondered Artemis.

"I believe in fairies I do..! I do..!" giggled Yuzuki loudly, the others looked at her, confused by her randomness. realizing everyone was now staring at her she blurred shyly, " Sorry guys... I was telling this little one the story of 'Peter Pan'" she apologized awkwardly.

"Hey, Yuzuki... you're pretty smart aren't you..." smiled Artemis warmly.

"Err, I don't like bragging and I'm certainly not as smart as Ami..."Yuzuki replied modestly, blushing shyly.

"Don't sell yourself, short kid, you also like video games.. right?" he continued thoughtfully.

"I love video games... obsessed even, it's the one thing I'm really good at..!" beamed Yuzuki excitedly, her eyes lighting up.

"No..! No way! you can't be serious Art- err, I mean, you can't put her inside that thing... it's far too dangerous!" exclaimed Luna, horrified at what Artemis was suggesting.

"Pu-put me inside what..? gulped Yuzuki nervously.

"Inside the game of course ... which is a very bad idea I might add" scoffed Luna crossly

"She did say she wanted to be a video game character, besides you're skilled in stealth which gives you an advantage" explained Artemis.

"I agree with Luna on this, this plan is extremely dangerous", Tuxedo Mask pointed out, shaking his head worriedly.

"This sounds really scary but... I'm willing to do this, we have to save our friends..." replied Yuzuki, trying to sound confident

"Once you make contact with the others, the enemy will probably know the system has been compromised, you'll effectively be a computer virus and they'll try to stop you..." warned Sailor Galaxia.

"You'll also be on your own on this mission..." added Luna.

"If it means bringing back everyone and shutting down this evil video game then I'll have to try" sighed Yuzuki meekly.

"Surely we can come up with a better plan..." protested Luna, with a sorrowful whimper.

"There's no other option..." groaned Artemis sorrowfully.

"Yuzuki... you're such a brave girl, Sailor Moon... Usagi... would be so proud of you" smile Sailor Galaxia gently.

"But I'm not brave at all, I'm not a hero like Usagi and the others, the Sailor Guardians are never afraid when they have to be, I'm so afraid... I'm always afraid ... I'm such a coward..." replied Yuzuki timidly.

"Nonsense, Yuzuki, being brave isn't about not being afraid, it's being afraid and doing something about it, besides Usgai's always gets scared too, you know", reassured Luna softly. "Anyway you don't have to do this, no one will make you do something you don't want to do..." she added kindly.

"I want to do this, I want to do the right thing and save my friends!" declared Yuzuki, masking her obvious fear.

"Good girl, Yuzuki... We still need the Witches Electric Warp device though, I'll check the attic to see if it's there, Mamoru, could you give me a hand..?" continued Artemis, Tuxedo Mask reluctantly nodded and they went off to find it...

Within the strange dark void, the Sailor Guardians, now free from their cocoons but each bathed in eerie light, electricity arcing from them, from seemingly nowhere a malevolent and cruel yet familiar laugh could be heard "At last my old enemies Sailor Moon and her Guardians are finally my prisoners... ooh, you can't stop me now..!" sneered the shadowy figure that had materialized, oblivious to the fact she and the Sailor Guardians were being spied on by someone who shouldn't be there.

"Queen Beryl, my oldest enemy... is that you..? I still don't know how you came back but... how dare you trap us here *ugh!* how dare you turn my best friend, Naru against me... we will escape... Vampire Moon will save us... and together we will defeat you again... we are a lot stronger than we *aagh!* were before... I'm Sailor Moon an I will Punish... you..!" challenged Usagi weakly, recognizing the voice, as Queen Beryl herself stepped into view, spitefully grabbing Usagi by her anguished face.

"My dear Serenity... or should I call you... Usagi, I think not, you understand nothing and you are in no position to do anything to stop me... I've certainly already won my dear, all you can do now, 'old friend'... is to submit to my will..!" mocked the evil queen as she slammed her scepter down, causing a blinding green blast of light around them.

"I... must somehow help them, my old adversaries... but how, could they even trust me..?" questioned the mysterious spy...

Sometime later in the real world, after searching the attic, Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Galaxia carefully carried down from the attic, a heavily looking yellow metallic box on caster wheels with a large dish on top, the device had various controls on it, they cautiously plunged it into the TV and game console, using a makeshift connection, fortunately the Witches Electric Warp device seemed very user-friendly. Yuzuki walked over to and stood in front of the machine nervously. "I just realized something..." gulped Yuzuki suddenly, with an urgent look on her face, "how am I supposed to get back to the real world?" she questioned sheepishly.

"Oh... wait... I... umm, didn't think of that..." groaned Artemis.

"Artemis..! How could you come up with this ridicules and dangerous plan and not think of a way out for her!" scorned Luna crossly as she face-pawed.

"Maybe we could somehow modify Yuzuki's comm bracelet so we can tether her to the real world, as well as being able to stay in contact with her?" suggested Tuxedo Mask thoughtfully.

"Will that even work, electronics is not something I'm very good at, as much as I love video games, I really don't fancy being trapped inside one?" asked Yuzuki worriedly "Ohh, I wish Ami was here, they'd know what to do..." she sighed.

"I believe it's possible... we just need to give Yuzuki's bracelet an upgrade, and a Star Seed to borrow" smiled Sailor Galaxia knowingly, as Sailor Chibi playfully grabbed Yuzuki' wrist. Sailor Chibi then started to glow.

"Whoa! steady on little one... huh..?" began Yuzuki before realizing something was happening, "I.. I don't understand what is... this... this warm gentle light... I've never felt anything like it before... oh my lord, wh-what's happening, what's going on..?" gasped Yuzuki in surprise, she was starting to freak out as Sailor Chibi began to transform, turning into a small glowing red crystal which then merged into Yuzuki's comm bracelet, which also changed appearance.

"Sailor Chibi is is actually my own Star Seed, it... or rather she has developed a mind of her own, choosing the form of a little girl... it seems she wants to go with you" chuckled Sailor Galaxia, Yuzuki was confused but with a shrug she resigned herself to the fact that this was all a little beyond her understanding.

"I wish I had a Star Seed..." she mumbled quietly, with a hint of sadness in her voice, "anyway... what did she just do and how does this solve the return problem?" she questioned.

"Yes, Usagi mentioned that to me, it's strange you don't have one, how you are alive without one or haven't turned into an abomination is a mystery.." pondered Sailor Galaxia.

"I'm not an abomination... I'm not..! at least I... er don't think I am..." protested Yuzuki, misunderstanding and feeling a little hurt

"It's okay Yuzuki, I know you're not, as for what Sailor Chibi did, she's merged herself into your communications amulet so you have a tether to this world and to me, in fact she'll temporarily amplify and add to your abilities while you're in the game world, a taste of the power of a true Sailor Guardian for a time" explained Sailor Galaxia, "We just need to build a device that'll allow us to utilize this connection" she continued thoughtfully.

"A... true Sailor Guardian... like Sailor Moon...!?" yelped Yuzuki excitedly.

"Yes... that is to say that... maybe... if you somehow gain a Star Seed you'll be a true Sailor Guardian, which I've been told seems to be your destiny..." smiled Sailor Galaxia.

"Being a Sailor Guardian is all I've ever wished for... and, well being 'normal'... it's umm, complicated..." sighed Yuzuki "With Usagi missing from this reality, I can't even turn into Vampire Moon at the moment"

"Once in the game that shouldn't be a problem as Usagi will be in there, somewhere... I hate to say this, but we'll have to work on the game console itself, it's certainly booby-trapped, so we must be very careful with it" suggested Mamoru.

"I'll help you with that" agreed Artemis. suddenly there was a soft thud and everyone looked at Yuzuki, who was now slumped over the Electric Warp Device, fast asleep.

"Oh, dear..." sighed Luna awkwardly...

At the K.D.K. Headquarters Raider Mercury approached Naru "Excuse me I wish to inform you that we have successfully captured all but that unknown Guardian, that just leaves Tuxedo Mask and Vampire Moon" she informed smugly.

"I already know, but excellent work Raider Mercury, The Queen is pleased and with the Sailor Guardians out of the picture, soon our ultimate plan will begin and the Earth will be... ours!" laughed Naru wickedly.

"Yes... 'ours'..." smirked Raider Mercury sarcastically, rolling her eyes incredulously, missing Naru's slip, "Naru, I think you should inform Queen Beryl of our victory" she advised coldly, annoyed that Naru wasn't surprised.

"Oh, didn't you know, she's already aware..?" chuckled Nuru mockingly, with a knowing glint in her eye.

"But... how..?" growled Raider Mercury under her breath, shaking her head in confusion.

"Queen Beryl and I have grown very close and is very dear to me... she's almost like a second mother to me now... we have a special connection... more so than what that traitor Usagi and the upstart Yuzuki have..." purred Naru in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Okay kid, you're delusional, but anyway... this is more important, I've found an unexpected problem... there seems to be a strange anomaly within our Computer Systems, a computer virus may be, it's as if there's something... or someone is inside the program that's not under our control... I've been trying track it for weeks now but was unsure if it was really there and not some random glitch which I initially assumed it was... that was until I detected it lurking near where the Sailor Guardians are being... reprogramed..." she continued urgently.

"That makes no sense, even if our remaining enemies could find a way in, they couldn't have done this so quickly... whatever this is, it could pose a major threat to the master plan, it must be eliminated, exterminated... destroyed!" shrieked Naru, almost in a state of panic, "Send our Cyber-Minions to locate and deal with this... computer virus..!" she barked angrily...

Sometime later, Yuzuki opened her eyes and still a little sleepy she got up with a little stretch. "Sorry guys, I had one of my narcolepsy attacks... Oh, did I miss anything..?" she asked awkwardly.

"No not really, though we managed to examine the K.D.K. game console, it seems the Dark Kingdom isn't as clever as they think they are, as tricky as it was, we've carefully made some modifications to the console we should be able to communicate with you once you're inside and pull you out whenever you need to" explained Sailor Galaxia, Yuzuki looked at the partially disassembled game console which was now hooked up to both the television and the Electric Warp device, the tv display showed a CGI word depicting an almost barren futuristic dystopian urban setting strangely mixed with medieval features, with various NPCs wondering around aimlessly.

"Wow, that place looks both terrifying and strangely beautiful at the same, I... I guess that means we're ready..." gulped Yuzuki anxiously.

"I don't understand why Sailor Galaxia can't go in instead, anyway there no sign of the Sailor Guardians in that area... but we know they're in there somewhere" grumbled Luna worriedly.

"I would go... except... I've.. err... never in my life played video games before..." blushed Sailor Galaxia, totally embarrassed by this.

"Never..?" gasped Yuzuki incredulously, Sailor Galaxia shook her head with an awkward .look on her face.

"Regardless, even if I went in, they may have trouble trusting me, especially if their minds been messed with... You, on the other hand, have a much stronger bond to them than I could ever have" smiled Sailor Galaxia sweetly, she leaned over to Yuzuki "Plus the fact I used to be a villain..." she whispered half-heartedly.

"Umm okay... but you're not a bad girl now.. right..?" giggled Yuzuki cheekily.

"No! Of course not!" chuckled Sailor Galaxia, again blushing, she then sorrowfully.

"I'm sorry Galaxia, Usagi explained it to me... I didn't mean to upset you. what happened in the past stays in the past, you and Usagi are friends now and that's all that matters..." reassured Yuzuki kindly

"Ah yes... forgiveness... how nieve..." hissed the voice from Yuzuki's Shadow Moon Crystal irritably.

"Ohh umm, sorry, don't mind my talking crystal, she's grumpy but usually she tries to be helpful when she's in the mood to be..." apologized Yuzuki "You been very quiet... any thoughts on all this?" she gently asked the Shadow Moon Crystal.

"I didn't need to say anything except you are doing the right thing, child, going into that game to rescue your friends, even if I was against this you would go in anyway, that's who you are, I hope they'll remember all this..." sighed the entity, sounding disinterested."and I'm not grumpy!" it snapped coldly.

"Hmm, your Shadow crystal interests me greatly, I wonder how it compares to my Sapphire Crystal, I'm not sure if we should... ahh, I've said too much... Anyway, I hope we can talk more about it when you return" suggested Sailor Galaxia thoughtfully, try to cover her near slip of the tongue.

"Sure..." replied Yuzuki, looking perplexed, she had the impression that Sailor Galaxia was hiding something. "That was odd, I wonder what she was going to say..?" she thought to herself then gave a discreet little confused shrug.

"Are you ready to proceed Yuzuki..?" asked Artemis who was sitting at the Electric Warp's controls.

"Yuzuki... I must emphasize that this is incredibly dangerous, you don't have to go in, you don't have to do this... maybe we can find them and pull them out from this end..." protested Luna, almost in tears.

"I agree, you don't have to do this but if the Sailor Guardians are brainwashed and we try to pull out... the effects could be permanent..." warned Mamoru, "Your psychic powers should undo any brainwashing on them when you find them in there" he smiled, giving Yuzuki a reassuring pat on the shoulder

."I just don't want to let anyone down" whimpered Yuzuki, She took in a deep breath and stood before the Electric Warp Device, "Okay... I'm, err, ready, 5... 4... 3..."

"Yuzuki why are you counting backwards?" questioned Artemis.

"Oh, I thought there was going to be a countdown" giggled Yuzuki awkwardly, Artemis groaned and activated the controls, Yuzuki's eyes widened.

"Wait! is this going to hurrr!-" began a panicked Yuzuki, before vanishing into the game console.

"She's such a brave girl..." sighed Luna, tearing up, the others nodded in agreement...

Somewhere within the video game trying to stay in the shadows, a female figure was running through some incomplete, poorly rendered, virtual streets, running as fast as she could from squadron of Proto-Minion like creatures that were armed with various weapons and equipment that were merged into their sleek metallic humanoid bodies, that was made of a silver ooze. the young woman quickly dives behind some crates and barrels to take cover as the Cyber-Minions fired upon her, "Leave me alone you monsters, I've done nothing to you..!" she squealed in terror...

..."Uuuurrrrrt!?" screamed Yuzuki as she traveled through a vortex of electrical energy and computer data, she fell through a portal and before hitting the 'ground' she hovered and landed safely in a crouched 'superhero' pose, then awkwardly tumbled over backwards onto her backside "Owiee... my bottom!" she winced painfully, "hmm, that wasn't so bad, the landing could have been better though..." she groaned, as she picked herself up and brushed her self down, at least I didn't land in something yuky this time" she giggled, remembering something embarrassing that had happened before. Yuzuki surveyed the area, "Oh my... I'm really am in a video game... it's all CGI.!" Yuzuki squeed excitedly, suddenly her ears prick as she heard something.

"Help! Somebody! Anyone! Help me..! They're trying to kill me..! It's not my fault I shouldn't be here, I'm a prisoner in this world..! HELP ME PLEASE..!" cried a desperate voice not far away, Yuzuki could also hear the sound of blaster fire.

"Oh no! Someone's in trouble..! It might be one of the others, I think I better turn into Vampire Moon..!" gasped Yuzuki.

"Chibi-Chibi..!" came Sailor Chibi's voice from Yuzuki's comm bracelet.

"To turn into your new Sailor form say Shadow Moon Crystal make-up..." instructed Sailor Galaxia through the comm bracelet.

"Err, okay, Shadow Moon Crystal... Make-Up..!" yelled Yuzuki transforming into her new temporary Sailor Vampire Moon form... her new costume wasn't that different from her usual one, except it was white instead of black and the silver on her costume was now gold, yet the red and blue was still a reverse of Sailor Moon's costume, "Wow I'm actually a Sailor Guardian now... at least for the time being... now it's time to save someone... whoever that might be..!" cheered Sailor Vampire Moon joyfully "I wonder what my new powers are..? ahh, I've got it figured out..!" she continued as she recklessly rushed over where all the noise was coming from.

"Be careful Sailor Vampire Moon... this sounds dangerous!" warned Tuxedo Mask over the comm bracelet.

"Danger is my game..! laughed Sailor Vampire Moon nearly dizzy with excitement, 'hmm, I'm not quite sure white really suits me, does it..?' she pondered to herself as she ran towards the danger.

"Oh dear... that doesn't sound like the Yuzuki we know..!" sighed Luna over the comm bracelet.

"I think being a Sailor Guardian, literally inside a video game has gone too her head..." Yuzuki heard Artemis reply despairingly, "You need to be careful!" he warned her.

"Don't be such a kill-joy, I've never had this much fun..!" giggled Sailor Vampire Moon happily.

"Still think sending her in there was a good idea... Artemis..?" Sailor Vampire Moon heard Luna snort crossly.

"Uh-Ooh..!" gasped the now hyperactive Sailor Vampire Moon, as she almost ran straight into the Cyber-Minions, who promptly fired upon her... Sailor Vampire Moon quickly leapt high into the air, dodging the energy blasts which narrowly missed her, "Shadow Twilight Vale Surprise!" she yelled as she removed her tiara and slung it over the Cyber-Minions, creating a dark fog around them and disorientated the monsters, her tiara swung back around striking each of the Cyber-Minions, destroying them easily. as the fog cleared the red gems that were embedded in their foreheads shattered, releasing arcs of energy that swirled around and enveloped Sailor Vampire Moon, which she absorbed into herself "Wowza! is this how it feels to drink loads of coffee! I feel so... active... at least I don't have to worry about feeding for a while!" giggled Sailor Vampire Moon, strangely speaking faster than usual as she hovered back down gracefully.

"FATALITY..!" cheered an impressed voice from behind the crates... "Hmm? That can't be Sailor Moon, she's a prisoner of those bad guys... who is she... who is this new Sailor Guardian..?" whispered the mysterious figure quietly, hiding, while watching the scene, "She looks so much like Sailor Moon... I didn't know she had a twin, I hope she doesn't know who I am, maybe if I pretended too..." she continued anxiously.

"Hello..? I know you're behind those crates, I can hear someone talking, it's okay, please don't be afraid of me I won't hurt you... and I really could use a friend around here..." reassured Sailor Vampire Moon kindly, as she peeked behind the crates but no one was there, she blinked in confusion.

"Wow, Sailor Moon you're here... inside this world... my prison... I like your new dark hair look, it's so gothic, I never expected you to dye it though " chuckled a voice from behind, making Sailor Vampire Moon jump, she spun around to face whoever this was and saw a young woman with frizzy blonde hair and a short, frilly black and yellow skirt, while she didn't recognize her, the Sailor Guardians would have.

"Umm, hello there... I'm not Sailor Moon, my name is Vampire Moon, well actually at the moment, while I'm here I'm Sailor Vampire Moon, it's a temporary upgrade, I'm here to rescue my friends... the Sailor Guardians" explained Sailor Vampire Moon shyly.

"Oh, sorry, my mistake" giggled the young woman, although she knew full well this wasn't Sailor Moon. "I know this place like the back of my hand... maybe I can help you" smiled the young women.

"That'll be great I'm sure we'll be great friends!" replied Sailor Vampire Moon cheerfully.

"Yeah, I'll help you and you can help me right? I guess you have a way out of this hell..?. I've been trapped in here for years..." replied the young woman, looking hopeful, with a hint of slyness in her voice.

"Yes, I'll help you, once I've rescued my friends we can all get out of here... together" smiled Sailor Vampire Moon kindly.

"Thanks!" cheered the young woman joyfully.

"Excuse me... Sailor Vampire Moon, who are you talking too?" questioned Luna through the comm bracelet.

"Oh Luna I've made a new friend!" answered Sailor Vampire Moon cheerfully.

"Oh, that's umm, that's strange but that's great news... I guess... can we see who it is?" asked Luna sounding confused.

'Oh no... since Vampire Moon is trying to save the Sailor Guardians, whoever's on the other side will probably recognize me' thought the young woman, she closed her eyes and consented hard 'if I can alter my photonic energy signature...'

Back at the Outer Guardians' home, Luna and the others peered at the screen they saw Sailor Vampire Moon but the young woman next to her only appeared as a pixelated blur of static. "How strange, we can't actually see her... only her outline... who is she..?" wondered Luna

"It must be some sort of glitch in the system..." suggested Artemis.

"That's me, I'm a glitch, just a ghost in the machine!" giggled the young woman jokingly. though the comm bracelet.

"Hmm, there's something oddly familiar about that voice" mused Tuxedo Mask...

Meanwhile back in the game world. "Ah, I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Mim... err, Minako" lied the young woman awkwardly.

"Minako...!? I have a friend called Minako, that's a weird coincidence" gasped Sailor Vampire Moon, "Maybe I should call you... 'Mim-Min', so I don't get confused if you don't mind?" she suggested.

"I don't mind... you could call me Mr. Tibbles if it means getting me out of here!" giggled the young woman

"So, umm, 'Mim-Min', how did you get trapped in here, you said you've been trapped here for years, as far as I know, the Dark Kingdom only resurfaced about a year ago?" asked Sailor Vampire Moon curiously.

"Ahh, it's a long story, I used to work for a brilliant... dreamy scientist" she began, blushing, "Anyway... I sort of borrowed a colleague's experiment to further my own goals to impress my boss... turns out it was a really, really bad idea and another colleague, a nasty piece of work, literally pulled the plug on me because she was jealous of me... I was so close to winning..." sighed the young Woman sadly.

"Winning..? winning what?" questioned Sailor Vampire Moon, intrigued.

"Ooh, it was nothing special, I could have beaten them... I could've... but it was all for nothing, I guess I could've suffered worse fates... seeing this world got me thinking about other worlds... other realities... and what may have happened to other versions of me... this may seem like a fate worse than death but maybe... just maybe I was the lucky one... at least I'm still alive..." sobbed the young woman "Do you have any idea what it's like to be... so lonely..." she continued, starting to cry tearfully.

"Yes, yes I do, 'Mim-Min'... better than most... I can't compare to what you must have been through but I've been lonely all my life... until I met my friends that I, I just didn't know it... and now I count you as a friend... if you want us to be friends..?" replied Sailor Vampire Moon gently, tears trickling down her fa.

"Ooh, yes! Yes! Thank you... Thank you so much... *sniff* my friend..." cried the young woman, hugging Sailor Vampire Moon tightly.

"So you've made a new friend... I hope she proves worthy of your friendship... now we have a mission to complete... we still need to rescue the Sailor Guardians don't we?" reminded the impatient voice from the Shadow Moon Crystal, with a hint of Sarcasm.

"Woah! did your broach just talked to you!" jumped the young woman in surprise.

"Yes, I don't know who she actually is but she's an entity trapped within my Shadow Moon Crystal... betrayed by an evil sister, I guess you two have something in common" replied Sailor Vampire Moon, her comment proved to be a big mistake.

"You dare to compare me to her... don't you know who she is!" roared the enraged entity, the young woman gulped nervously, "Yes I know exactly who you are... I know you were betrayed but you betrayed your predecessor..!" continued the entity angrily.

"Please... Please don't.. don't do this to me... please!" pleaded the young woman sorrowfully, Sailor Vampire Moon looked at her in utter confusion.

"I also know you were one of the Witches-5, a petty villain trying to steal pure hearts and you were an enemy of the Sailor Guardians... Mimete!" growled the entity mercilessly, Sailor Vampire Moon looked at the trembling Mimete completely stunned.

"How... How could you possibly know all this..?" whimpered Mimete falling to her knees in tears

"I am omniscient, I have seen the web of time... I know everything..!" snapped the entity.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry I lied... please don't unfriend me..." sobbed Mimete pleadingly, shocked by this revaluation, Sailor Vampire Moon's face was at first unreadable, trying to process this, she then smiled kindly and gently placed her hand on Mimete's shoulder.

"I understand why you were so scared about revealing your true identity to me, you may have been an enemy of the Sailor Guardians but that doesn't mean we have to be enemies unless you're still evil... I don't really know you so it's not really my place to judge and I admit I've done thing's I'm not proud of, everyone deserves a second chance and as I said to Galaxia, what happened in the past, stays in the past... if you genuine about helping me save the others, if you prove yourself and don't turn on me, maybe they'll surprise you, they're surprisingly forgiving you know..." reassured Sailor Vampire Moon.

"Sailor Vampire Moon... You are so kind to me, why are you so damned kind... I don't deserve it..." smiled Mimete tearfully. "You're such a wonderful person, you're such a good friend to me, I promise you I won't ever lie to you ever again... I just want to go home..." she.

"Please trust me, I'll help you leave this place" smiled Sailor Vampire Moon sweetly.

"Thank you..." replied Mimete simply, wiping away her tears, she slowly uncrossed her fingers behind her back, she grabbed Sailor Vampire Moon's hands "I can't ask you to trust me but I Promise I will help you, umm are you really a vampire?" she continued, Sailor Vampire Moon blushed and nodded, 'She's so nieve but... I don't I won't let my friend down, I can't let her down' she thought to herself, making her decision.

"I wouldn't be so forgiving, you're far too trusting... and I'm certain you're making a mistake with this fool..." growled the entity within the Shadow Moon Crystal with savage obstinately.

"Hang on..!? didn't you just say you're omniscient and you know everything..?" noted Sailor Vampire Moon suspiciously.

"That is correct..." purred the entity proudly.

"Then you must know about Princess Selena... about who I was... I'm certain Usagi knows something but she just tells me we have a connection, I know we have a connection, but what is she not telling me..? I need to know the truth..!" challenged Sailor Vampire Moon, desperate to find out.

"As much as I want you to discover the truth about who you are... it was somehow hidden from me... but don't worry child, together we will uncover the secret soon enough..." groaned the entity irritably.

"How convenient..! Well, I guess you don't know everything, after all, so be quiet, I'm very disappointed in you right now..!" chastised Sailor Vampire Moon crossly, struggling to hold back her tears.

"Wow..! did the air just turn cold around here, which is funny since there really isn't any air in this world, or temperature for that matter, you know, because we're in a virtual world..." anxiously reasoned Mimete awkwardly.

"Ooh, don't mind her, she's in a grumpy mood today..." sighed Sailor Vampire Moon awkwardly.

"I'm not grumpy...besides we have a mission do we not..?" hissed the entity angrily, clearly offended...

At the K.D.K. Headquarters, Raider Mercury, now join by Raider Moon and Raider Saturn, was looking at a monitor screen, with a look of utter disbelief, she had just witnessed Sailor Vampire Moon easily take out the squadron of Cyber-Minions and rescue someone she didn't recognize. "How the hell did Vampire Moon get into our game system like this and who is that girl with her, she must be the anomaly I found earlier..!? Gah, so annoying..!" she spat furiously, uncharacteristically on the verge of a temper tantrum.

"Well we could give them both a nasty surprise... if you know what I mean...!" smirked Raider Moon gleefully.

"Ah, our secret weapons, that's not a bad idea, Raider Moon... I just hope I, I mean we can control them..!" chuckled Raider Mercury slyly. "I wish I had more time to reprogram Sailor Moon, she's so resistant, grrr, this better work..." snarled Raider Mercury under her breath irritably.

"Ooh, I can't wait till I see the look on Vamp's face when she sees what she's up against, tee-hee, it's going to be reeeally messssy!" giggled Raider Saturn mischievously...

After a while, in the game world, after a bit of exploring and after jumping through some sort of portal created by Mimete, she Sailor Vampire Moon found themselves in the middle of a large city center with various NPCs wondering around aimlessly. Sailor Vampire Moon quickly rushed up to one of them to get some information "Err, excuse me but could you tell me where my friends, the Sailor Guardians are... I need to find them" she asked frantically.

"Hello it's a fine day today, you look a little pale are you allergic to sunlight?" replied the NPC flatly

"Umm yes... okay, hello, err, yes I mean no, it hurts my eyes but the umm 'weather' is nice here, could you please answer my question, it's very important" continued Sailor Vampire Moon urgently, the NPC looked at her blankly for a moment making her feel even more awkward.

"Stay clear from the north district and the palace, the Queens have armies of robot aliens, it's dangerous to go there... goodbye..." responded the NPC emotionlessly, then he walked away carrying on with his business.

"Wait..! that's not what I'm asking... but, err, thanks for the warning anyway!" yelped Sailor Vampire Moon a little confused but NPC whom she was talking to was now gone, she hurried over the next NPC and the next, frantically asking around for the whereabouts of her friends, however the response was always the same, seeing how upset and panicked she was becoming Mimete grabbed her shoulder.

"Hey silly... I see you really care about them but won't do any good, the NPCs responses are all pre-programmed, we're in a crazy video game remember!" giggled Mimete, Sailor Vampire Moon thought about it for a moment.

"Oh, of course, I should have realized that... I'm so stupid sometimes and I'm supposed to be really good at video games!" whimpered Sailor Vampire Moon "What are we going to do, how are we going to find them..." she groaned.

"Well I'll tell yeah, I can't believe I'm saying this but we do this together... we'll save the Sailor Guardians!" smiled Mimete gently, Sailor Vampire Moon sniffed and nodded slowly.

"Hmm, Those NPCs did mention the north district and a palace, is it possible that's where the Sailor Guardians are being held?" suggested Sailor Vampire Moon thoughtfully.

"Wait are you nuts, those places are heavily guarded by those slimy robot things and it's also where the Space Queens live, they're kinda a big deal around here, you know!" gasped Mimete, horrified at the notion of going anywhere near there.

"I know those NPCs said it's dangerous but you promised to help me..." sighed Sailor Vampire Moon awkwardly, "If the palace is the villain's main lair it's most likely that's where the Sailor Guardians are

"You just don't get it, the Space Queens are the evil villains who control this world, they're the final and most powerful bosses in the game, I don't think anyone's ever beaten them..!" explained Mimete nervously.

"Then we'll have to be the first then... I don't want to boast but I'm supposed to be really good at video games" reassured Sailor Vampire Moon smiled confidently.

"It's rare to see you so confident but Mimete has a point, we don't yet know what we are up against" warned the entity within the Shadow Moon Crystal.

"Chibi-Chibi..." agreed Sailor Chibi, reminding Sailor Vampire Moon of her presence.

"I agree with both of you... this palace and the Space Queens sounds very dangerous... but that where the Sailor Guardians are most likely to be there, you need to be careful Vampire Moon" advised Sailor Galaxia through the comm bracelet.

"Also be careful of Mimete, she was a dangerous enemy of the Sailor Guardians, we're not sure she can be trusted..." warned Luna worriedly.

"I choose to give her a chance, the enemy just tried to kill her so I don't she's working for them and this is her opportunity to redeem herself..." declared Sailor Vampire Moon protectively.

"We understand and we'll give her that chance... but just one, be careful Yuzuki, be very careful..." sighed a very concerned Luna.

"Thank you" replied Sailor Vampire Moon, with a sigh of relief.

"Umm, Thanks..." smiled Mimete sadly, with a sniff, she seemed genuinely upset but understanding of their distrust, "we can use a jump portal to get to the palace quickly, hopefully without being detected" then suggested, opening a portal, reluctantly she jumped through first, Sailor Vampire Moon was about to follow when suddenly she heard Mimete call out a warning to her. "Don't come through Vampire Moon, it's a trap..! Ahhh..!" screamed Mimete's panicked voice.

"Don't do it Yuzuki!" cried Tuxedo Mask over the comm as Sailor Vampire Moon prepared to jump.

"No! even if it's a trick I can't just abandon her..!" yelled Sailor Vampire Moon urgently, she jumped through the portal to rescue her new friend...

Sailor Vampire Moon found herself in a small room, maybe an abandoned storeroom, Mimete stood calmly against the door with a mischievous, playful smirk on her face "Gotcha!" she giggled teasingly.

"What... you just... pranked me..!? I thought you were in real trouble..!" gasped Sailor Vampire Moon, confused and a little miffed.

"I'm sorry... I was only joking" smiled Mimete with mock innocence.

"Oh and what if I just didn't follow you here like you told me..?" snorted Sailor Vampire Moon crossly.

"You would have, you hero types are all the same" chuckled Mimete gleefully.

"Remember the story about the boy who cried wolf?" glared Sailor Vampire Moon

"I, err, never read it... besides I'm not a boy" giggled Mimete cheekily.

"That's not the point!" scoffed Sailor Vampire Moon with an arched eyebrow.

"I sorry, I really am... I won't do it again" sighed Mimete "so what's next?" she asked

"Well... we explore, that what we do in these type of games, just don't do that to me again" smiled Sailor Vampire Moon.

They cautiously left the storeroom and they found the main lobby that was swarming with Cyber-Minions."Eep!" squeaked Mimete and they quickly dived behind some massive curtains,

"Ssh!" hushed Sailor Vampire Moon, for a moment they thought they'd been detected as a Cyber-Minion scanned the area, the Cyber-Minion then stood stationary for a long moment then moved on.

"That was close, strange I don't recall ever hiding behind curtains before... yet it feels oddly familiar, was it something Princess Selena used to do?..." mused Sailor Vampire Moon "Anyway, keep an eye out for suspicious areas, we don't want to walk into any mini-bosses or anything, we better not touch anything... no matter how tempting" she then warned, she frowned as Mimete was trying to reach for a suspicious looking book, that seemed out of place, conspicuously sitting on a nearby table

"Oop... I guess I should leave that alone then" winced Mimete awkwardly.

"Yep, that's probably a trap... so don't touch it... okay..!" groaned Sailor Vampire Moon...

After a bit of exploration, they found themselves in an arena-sized throne room that also seemed to be a control room of a spaceship, fortunately, nobody seemed to be around.

"This palace is huge and is it me or does it seem more like something out of a sci-fi?" questioned Sailor Vampire Moon. thoughtfully.

"Yeah... there must be some sort of laboratory or dungeon around here, odd there's no one here" pondered Mimete, turning her head, her eyes then widened in panic."Umm... uh-oh, we're not alone... really not alone!" she squealed, tugging at Sailor Vampire Moon's arm.

"If this is one of your jokes..." began Sailor Vampire Moon, "Oh no, it's not possible, that's just not fair..!" she gulped as a look of horror crept across her face, surrounding them was the Sailor Guardians, Rei and Minako were dressed in the same costumes they modeled fir the K.D.K., the other Guardians were also wearing similar costumes, as Usagi who stood in the middle stepped forward, ready to attack... their eyes were blank, lifeless and with murderous intent, the horrifying realization quickly dawned on Sailor Vampire Moon, they were all brainwashed. "The Sailor Guardians are the 'evil' Space Queens..!" she exclaimed in panic, suddenly Usagi, with a malevolent look on her face rushed towards and lunged at her, grabbing Sailor Vampire Moon by the throat.

"Now, You're supposed to die... Vampire Moon... so die already..!" sneered the corrupted Usagi, tightening her grip, a single tear trickled down her cheek as she tried to resist the mind control, as Minako blasted at Mimete to the ground, Yuzuki realized this was not going to just be her toughest fight, it was probably an impossible one...
