hey guys something happened when i tried to post this chapter it show like code or something so i'm trying again.

Ahsoka POV

I walked away laughing trying to cover up my embarrassment. Of course the first time I got to have a conversation with Lux in months I had to be in my Pajamas.

When I got to the Dinning room Padme was there in front of her was a cup of tea a bowl of fruit and a huge stack of files.

"Good morning Ahsoka!" Padme said looking up from her files "How was your first night in your new room, is everything to your liking?"

"Good morning Padme" I responded "to be honest I have been so tired I haven't explored my room much the room I had back at the Jedi temple-"

I stopped myself for a second almost forgetting that only a few weeks ago the Jedi temple was my home. But not anymore. The palace of Naboo, Padmes wing in the palace this was my home now (or was for the time being). I couldn't keep choking up over the past I had to keep going. This was Home now.

"Was fairly plain" I finished "I'm not use to having so much stuff in my room"

Padme laughed "Actually Ahsoka, your room is barely has anything in it. While it is fully furnished there are very few things in there. I could have had it filled with things but I thought it would better help you with the transition if you decorated it and move in at your own pace. I thought it would feel more like home if you did it that way." She finished

A maid came into the dinning room and set down a plate of food and a cup of tea in front of me I began to eat as Padme continued talking.

"I'm busy today but tomorrow afternoon we can go into town and buy you anything you need."

"Padme, I may not be a Jedi anymore but I still don't need to own a lot of things… however, I would like to get some new cloths. Back in the order I had multiply copies of the same basic outfit but when I left I only took one and now that I'm gone… well I think it's time for some change."

"That sounds wonderful! Of course you can get new clothing! Here's and idea we can go into the shops in town and get some clothing their so you can get an idea of what your preferred style is, and help out the local businesses. Then I can make an appointment with my seamstress to make you some cloths by the end you will have a whole new wardrobe!" Padme exclaimed gleefully

I wanted to tell her that this was all overwhelming but she sounded so excited that I couldn't bear to tell her so all I said was

"That sounds like a lot of fun! Thank you"

"oh and while I have you the Queen gave me this," she handed me a thick packet from her pile of papers "This is all the information about the program you will be running. Due to the current Death Watch situation many people who had their daughters in the program had to pull them out for safety reasons there is now only five girls in the program which should be easier on you"

I took the packet and began to look at all the papers. There was so much information I had to process and I only had a few days to get everything together.

"I don't know if I can do this," I whispered to myself

"Why would you think a thing like that?" Padme responded

"I haven't ever done anything like this before" I explained "I mean, yeah I trained younglings but that was no as, as BIG as this. This time the kids I'm teaching are the kids of important diplomats, and I'm serving the Queen if I fail this prototype program then all her efforts for a girls program will be for nothing because of me."

"So?" Padme said "I'm not going to lie to you, everything you said is true. For the most part. By why should that stop you? Everyday of your life for the past seventeen years you plunged yourself into the unknown! And in most of those cases you had a very high chance of dying but did that ever stop you?"

"no" I responded

"Don't let the fear of the unknown and the fear of messing up keep you from taking a great opportunity."

"thanks Padme, that means a lot to me" and it did.

So what if I messed up? Nothing could be worse then what I already went through.
