Chapter 12- A/N Apologies again for the delay in updates. I decided I would put off doing my activity calendar for work and do this instead. The whole story is written I just need to type it.

Bo grabbed three big flat cardboard boxes and Tamsin grabbed a sharpie and packing tape. The two of them headed off upstairs to tackle packing up Bo's childhood bedroom.

"So this is where my favourite Succubus grew up and slept huh?" Tamsin asked looking around Bo's old bedroom.

"Yup. I see my mom hasn't gotten rid of anything." Bo said opening the closet, as Tamsin assembled the boxes.

"Ok, so what's going in each box?" Tamsin asked with a sharpie in her hand ready to write.

"Keep. Donate. Trash. Oh and if you see anything, feel free to take it" Bo said pulling out four summer dresses as Tamsin labeled the boxes.

2 hours later Ava appeared in the doorway.

"Hey sweetie." Bo said when she saw her. Ava entered Bo's room and went over to her.

"There are a lot of people downstairs," Ava said as Bo picked her up.

"Oh cousins. I forgot my Aunt had mentioned that" Bo said as Tamsin came back into the room.

"How does the pie look?" Tamsin asked as she crossed the room to join Bo and Ava by the dresser.

"It looks good. This is pretty" Ava said pointing to a summer dress that looked her size.

"If it fits you can have it" Bo said setting Ava down.

"Really? Thanks Bo" Ava exclaimed picking up the dress. It was a cute yellow sundress with pink roses on it.

"You're welcome. Ok, that's this room done. Now lets go see how and what else needs packing up," Bo said as the three of them left Bo's old room. Tamsin was carrying Ava and Ava had the dress.

"Well, look who it is. Beth." Said Bo's cousin Shelley in a snarky attitude as Bo, Tamsin and Ava entered the dinning room.

"Shelley." Bo replied coldly, as she scanned the dinning room for Kenzi. She turned to Ava.

"Do you know where Kenzi is?" Bo asked quietly.

"She said something about going to the store with your mom" Ava replied quietly, not liking how Shelley was glaring at her. Tamsin tightened her grip on Ava.

"I see you brought some city trash with you. Really Beth. A blond, a Goth and a kid? You really are a.." Shelley started before Tamsin cut in.

"You really don't want to finish that sentence," Tamsin said, her facial features going dark. That shut Shelley up.

"Now. How is the rest of the house getting packed up?" Bo asked her cousins, as Tamsin and Ava slipped out and headed to the truck.

"Why don't we put the dress in the truck so we don't forget it?" Tamsin asked.

"Ok." Ava said as Tamsin opened the back door and Ava put the dress next to her seat.

"You ok?" Tamsin asked shutting the truck door.

"I don't like Bo's cousins" Ava said laying her head on Tamsin's shoulder.

"That makes two of us. But you know who I do like?" Tamsin asked with a grin

"Bo?" Ava replied with a smile.

Tamsin was caught off guard with that answer. "Yes. But also, you, Monkey!" Tamsin said tickling Ava, causing Ava to start laughing just as Kenzi and Mary pulled into the driveway. Kenzi and Mary got out and started removing groceries from the car.

"Hey TamTam. Lend a hand will you?" Kenzi asked.

"Sure short stack" Tamsin replied putting Ava down.

"Here Ava, can you carry this bag for us? Kenzi asked handing Ava a light bag.

"Sure." Ava said happily.

"Head's up, Bo's cousins are here, and I may have cast doubt on one of them. Maybe" Tamsin whispered as they walked to the back door.

Kenzi chuckled. "Guess this should be interesting." She whispered as they entered the kitchen. They set the groceries down before joining everyone in the dining room.

Shelley looked away when Tamsin entered and quickly left to go pack another room. Tamsin smiled, pleased she got the message.

"Hey, BoBo. What can we do to help?" Kenzi asked.

"Well, the kitchen will have to wait till after diner, but maybe could you guys do the living room?"

"Sure. Any particular way you want the living room packed?"

"No, just make sure the photos are all together, wrapped and in a box together."

"That we can do" Kenzi said as she, Ava and Tamsin headed to the living room.

"Mom, why don't you and I head upstairs and start organizing your room" suggested Bo.

"I guess we can do that" Mary replied as Bo grabbed some boxes, packing tape and a sharpie, and they headed upstairs to Mary's room.

"Ok, so do you want to pack up your clothes or pictures first?" Bo asked.

"Well, I'll need an outfit for tomorrow dear" Mary said.

"Alright. So lets start there, then we can pack up your other clothes."

"That sounds ok. I don't understand why I need to move" Mary said going over to her wardrobe.

"Because the house has gotten a little too big for you. This is more like an apartment. You have your own room, own bathroom, and there is a dining room where you can eat." Bo explained.

"Will I still get to bake? I like baking and I don't want to give that up"

"I'm sure we can work something out. There are lots of activities to do each day. Plus you'll be closer to me, which means I'll be able to come visit more."

"Oh that sounds nice." Mary said smiling as she laid an outfit on the bed. Bo and her mom continued to pack everything up and were finished a short while later. They had just finished when Kenzi came in.

"Hey Bo, your cousins and Aunt are downstairs and want to talk to you."

"Oh joy. This should be fun," Bo said sarcastically, as all three of them left Mary's room and headed down stairs.

Half an hour later, Bo's aunt and cousins were gone, Kenzi and Ava were helping Mary with dinner and Bo and Tamsin were sitting on the porch.

"How are you doing?" Tamsin asked.

"Ok, I think. Thanks for coming with me, and for sticking it to Shelley. She's always been a bitch." Bo said laying her head on Tamsin's shoulder. They sat there quietly, while Tamsin worked up the nerve to ask Bo something.

"You're welcome. So… remember when you asked me the other day, if I would ever consider having another kid. And I said it would have to be with someone who wouldn't leave me, and then you added in the future?" Tamsin asked looking at her hands in her lap.

"Yeah.. I remember" Bo said sitting up straighter.

"Well, how would you feel if the future was closer than you thought?" Tamsin asked looking at Bo.

"Tamsin. What are you saying?" Bo asked looking at the blond, wondering if this was Tamsin's way of telling her, she was pregnant.

"I'm saying, I'm ready when you are to have a kid together."

Bo was speechless. She just kissed Tamsin hard.

"Are you sure this is what you want?" Bo asked, checking this was in fact what Tamsin wanted.

"More than anything right now. Every time I see you with Ava, I get this feeling that says 'you two can do this' and it makes me love you more."

Bo laughed. "Why is that funny?" Tamsin asked.

"I'm laughing, because fate has a funny sense of humour. I feel that same way every time I see you with Ava. Wait. You're not trying to tell me you're pregnant currently are you?"

Now it was Tamsin's turn to laugh. "No. Trust me. Plus I think we agreed you would be the one to carry our offspring."

Bo did the only thing she could think of. She kissed Tamsin with more passion than she ever thought was possible.

"Slow down succubus. By closer, I didn't mean jump my bones on your mom's front porch with your pet, and my six year old granddaughter inside" Tamsin said pulling back, looking at Bo and smiling.

"Sorry." Bo said sheepishly looking down.

"Don't worry about it. Now, shall we go inside and find out what's for dinner?" Tamsin asked smiling.

"Sounds like a plan" Bo replied, grabbing Tamsin's hand as they stood up and headed inside.

"Oh there you girls are. It's dinnertime. Go wash your hands and then we can eat" Mary said as Bo and Tamsin entered. They quickly headed to wash their hands before joining Kenzi, Ava and Mary at the table.

"Dinner is delicious mom. Thank you" Bo said as she put more potatoes on her plate.

"Thank you dear. Your friends helped" Mary said.

"You cooked Kenzi? And the house is still standing?" Tamsin asked eyeing the little human.

"For your information detective snarky pants, I did the vegetables" Kenzi said, making Bo laugh quietly.

"A-and I did the table" piped in Ava.

"You did a wonderful job sweetheart. And Kenzi the vegetables are really good" Bo said smiling at the pair.

"Thank-you" Kenzi said, before sticking her tongue out at Tamsin. For dessert, they had the pie Kenzi and Ava made earlier in the day.

By 7pm Tamsin and Ava were ready to leave. Ava was in her pjs and Tamsin had the left over dinner.

"Ok, we should be hitting to road. Someone has school tomorrow. Mrs. Denis, it was very nice meeting you, thank you for dinner." Tamsin said when they were on the porch.

"The pleasure was mine dear. Safe travels." Mary replied.

"Call me if you need anything tomorrow. You can do this; it's the right call. I love you" Tamsin said hugging Bo.

"Thanks. I may take you up on that offer," Bo said hugging Tamsin back. It was then that Bo noticed how sad Ava looked.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Bo asked crouching down to Ava's level.

"I wont see you again" Ava sniffed.

"Oh honey, that's not true. Trust me. We'll see each other again. We have to come back here in July for the Cherry festival remember?"

"Oh yea." Ava said brightening.

"See that's better" Bo said smiling.

"I think you're pretty cool Bo" Ava said hugging Bo.

"Well I think you're pretty cool too"

"And thank you for making Tamsin happy" whispered Ava.

"I'll let you in on a secret, she makes me happy too" Bo whispered back, as she gave Ava a final hug.

"Will I see you again Kenzi?"

"You know it! Remember what I said, anyone who's mean to you will get his or her little butts kicked by the Kenz-master. Plus, you're my ice cream buddy after all" Kenzi said as Ava hugged her.

"I think you're super cool and awesome" Ava whispered. Kenzi couldn't help but smile.

"I think you're extremely awesome and a special kid" Kenzi said hugging Ava again.

"Ok Ava. Lets get going" Tamsin said.

"Hang on" Ava said running over to Mary.

"Thank you for letting me help bake the pie" Ava said giving Mary a hug.

"You're welcome sweetie." Mary said as Ava went back over to Tamsin.

"Bye. Thank you again" Tamsin said as she and Ava headed down the steps to the truck. Tamsin had just buckled Ava in, and turned around and jumped.

"God! Bo! Don't sneak up on people," Tamsin said, catching her breath.

"Sorry. I just wanted to say drive safe," Bo said as she gave Tamsin a kiss.

"Always do succulette. Love you" Tamsin said climbing in and starting the truck. Ava stuck her hand out the window and waved as they backed out of the drive. Bo stood on the porch waving back.

Tamsin turned on the radio, as they began their drive home.

"Did you have fun today?" she asked

"Yea. I liked baking the pie" Ava replied with a yawn.

"Glad to hear that you had fun. Close your eyes and sleep. I'll tuck you in when we get home, then drive you to school tomorrow. Sound good?"

"Yes" Ava said yawning again.

"Love you monkey"

"Love you too TamTam" Ava said closing her eyes and letting the radio and road lull her to sleep.

Tamsin smiled to herself. 'Bet she picked that nickname up from Kenzi. Yea can't wait till Bo and I have one of our own. Man I have gone soft since hanging with the happy sunshine gang. Oh well. I'm finally happy' thought Tamsin as she drove towards home with a smile on her face.

They made it back to Tamsin's place around midnight. Tamsin tucked a sleeping Ava into bed before sending Bo a quick text

'Made it home. Ava is sound sleep. Night' Tamsin hit send, and turned out the light and drifted off into and enjoyable slumber.

Bo read the message before turning out the light and falling asleep. Bo dreamed of her and Tamsin having a little girl with dark hair and emerald green eyes. They were at the beach with Kenzi. Tamsin and Bo were sitting in the sand watching as Kenzi splashed in the water with her niece. In the dream, Bo noticed how happy and content Tamsin looked, and how carefree Kenzi seemed. Bo was truly happy.
