Hey everyone! I finally updated!

Truthfully I have no time for fanfiction. At. All… Which sucks really. School is taking up a lot of my time. Mostly Cross Country though. I run more than 3 miles every day usually and today the coach tried to overwork us. I couldn't even breathe correctly (if at all) in some parts of practice. And by the time we all started to slow down the running, it had been almost two hours of nonstop madness (it doesn't seem like a lot but it feels like it when you run).

I have to do homework right now, but I thought I should update because I'm getting new favorites and follows and reviews (THANK YOU BY THE WAY!). I don't know College people do it …

Anyway, here's the disclaimer: DON'T. OWN. ANYTHING.

Chapter 12

"Yo, Canada bro? Why'd you want to leave them?" America asked as Seychelles purchased a world map. "They were totally cool, yo!"

Canada frowned. "They were cool but I just didn't want to get tied up in their affairs."

"Dude," began his brother, "It was just making a sword. All we were going to do was watch."

Seychelles approached the two and unfurled the world map in front of them so they all could see it. "For once I agree with America," she muttered. "But that doesn't matter now. Look at this map. Apparently this is the Water Tribe well actually there are two. Almost like the north and south poles from where we come from. The Earth Kingdom is over here and this is the Fire Nation. So we're somewhere here." The Island girl pointed at the land colored red.

"Wow, the Fire Nation is pretty big compared to everything else," Canada commented.

"Almost like me!" America exclaimed, only to be hushed by Seychelles. The three nations continued to observe the strange world map in awe. The world wasn't as complex as theirs but it was interesting to say the least.

"If you didn't fully believe we landed ourselves in another world, you'd definitely believe it now," murmured Seychelles.

Canada's eyes glanced East to West, then North to South. He sighed. "So air benders really are wiped out …"

Seychelles squinted. "Now that you mention it, there really isn't any land labeled 'air' something unless they're ruins. Just out of curiosity, how many civilizations were wiped out in our world?"

America scratched his chin. "Well, you have the Aztecs, the Mayans, the Incas, a few other Native American lands …"

"The Roman Empire, Germania, Ancient Greece," Canada paused. "Didn't Arthur's mom die?"

"Oh, you mean Britannia, right?" Seychelles nodded. "She did but I don't know much about her. Arthur likes his privacy, you know?"

"Tell it sister," muttered America.

Canada just sighed. "Well, anyway. I really wish by some chance, there was another air bender out there. You guys are lucky because your bending is more common, but for me …"

Seychelles patted him on the shoulder. "Don't worry Canada. I'm sure we can find someone or at least something that will help you learn about your powers."

"Hey, Bro. Why are you so interested in it anyway?" America asked.

"We're in a country full of 'evil' fire benders. I sort of want to know how to use my bending just in case if I'm forced to protect myself. We don't know much about this world, so I need to be prepared for anything."

America grinned. "And that's why … We should totally stay with those guys from earlier~!"

Seychelles nodded in agreement. "Yeah! I like them a lot and they're really nice people! Plus, if I want to get a handle on my powers, I'd like Katara to assist me."

"I get where you guys are coming from, but I'm still just a little wary," Canada told them. I mean, they're sneaking around the Fire Nation doing who knows what … Canada thought to himself.

America hooked an arm around his brother's shoulders. "Don't worry, Mattie bro! If anything happens, the Hero will be here to save the day."

"Or completely ruin it," suggested Seychelles. "If water is drenched on you it's not so bad. If you get caught on fire, that's worse. You need to get a handle on that fire of yours or you're banned from bending."

"Awww! Not cool bro!"

She turned her gaze back to Canada. "We can still meet them back at their campsite right? I mean, we have to go already because we left Kumajiro there."

"Who?"

"Dude! You sound just like your panda!" Alfred laughed.

"Kumakichi is a polar bear!" his brother corrected.

"Whatever you say, dude!"

Seychelles just shook her head at the two before saying, "We got our map, so let's go back to the campsite."

Canada nodded. "Okay, but did you want me to hold it?"

"… Well, if you want," she answered, handing it to him before heading off towards the edge of town. America and Canada followed after her until all three of them were in the forest. It took a while but finally, the trio found the Avatar Gang's campsite deep within the greens of the forest.

America jumped with joy once he saw Appa and Momo. "Oh wow! It's that big Buffalo again! I'm gonna pet it!" he exclaimed, running towards the bison.

"His name is Appa, remember?" Seychelles watched the American idiot from a distance. "Wha-Hey! What are you doing?! Get off of him!"

"But this is like, totally cool yo!"

Canada scooped up Kumajiro and stared at his brother weakly. "His stupidity is a daily occurrence so I should be used to it by now but …"

"Who are you?"

"I'm Canada, your owner."

As Seychelles struggled to pull the American nation down from Appa's back, Canada sat back on a stone and watched the scene with Momo at his side. The lemur jumped atop Matthew's shoulder and stared down at Kumajiro. The polar bear stared back before saying cutely, "I don't like you, go away."

Momo responded with an incomprehensible noise.

"Alfred! If you don't come down here right now-"

"Relax, Sey," said America, waving her off and petting Appa's fur. For some unknown reason, the flying bison didn't refuse his touch and instead enjoyed it. "See! He likes me!"

"I think it's because your big fat hands seem to scratch in the right places," she muttered.

"DID YOU JUST CALL ME FAT?!"

"Of course not!"

"B-But I heard 'FAT'!"

"Stop being paranoid!"

"But I totally heard you say it." America turned away from her and pouted before becoming engrossed in Appa's fur again. "… Wow! This is so cool! And I'm so high up!"

"W-What are you doing?"

Seychelles heard the voice and it definitely didn't belong to Canada. She spun around quickly only to notice the Avatar gang behind her staring wide eyed at the spectacle before them. "I-It's not what it looks like, I swear!" she cried before shouting, "Alfred! Get down here now!"

Alfred just continued on laughing. "Yay! Woohoo! Yippy! Yahoo! Yip-yip! Hazaa!"

Canada, who had been watching from the sidelines didn't miss the look of horror on Aang's face.

"Oh man …" the bald boy murmured. "Alfred said it."

The American Nation was surprised and shocked when all of a sudden, the bison began lifting off the ground. Its body slowly rose into the air almost higher than the trees. "W-What's happening?!" America whaled.

"Alfred! What did you do this time?!" Seychelles shouted so that he could hear her.

"I don't know! Someone save the hero!"

"Don't worry! We'll think of something!" Katara called out. Aang got ready to take off after Alfred but Sokka stopped him.

"Wait, Aang. These guys don't know you're an air bender. Or the Avatar for that matter. Just let Katara and Toph handle this."

Toph grinned smugly. "Alright, my turn to shine!" She planted her foot roughly against the dirt and a huge plateau emerged beneath her and Katara's feet. As the bunch of Earth kept growing Katara grabbed hold of Toph's hand. As soon as they were close enough to jump onto Appa's back, Katara leaped, carrying the blind girl along with her. America squeaked unmanly before scooting out of the way and letting the girls take over.

"Appa, let's go back down," she said to the bison. "Yip-yip!"

Appa did as he was told and slowly descended to the ground. Katara smiled victoriously before looking back at Alfred. "Are you okay?"

America laughed shakily. "H-Ha … Never better … B-But how did you control this big guy?" he asked, hopping down first, followed by Toph and Katara.

"Well it's actually quite simple," began the water tribe girl. "You just have to-"

She was cut off by Sokka's hand. "Nu-uh. We are not revealing secrets to these guys!"

Toph rolled her eyes. "Oh, lighten up Sokka." It was true that when they first met, Toph sensed that they were lying but they were telling the truth about not knowing about the war and where they were. She trusted them a little more knowing that fact. It was still a little strange though …

Canada approached the group and sighed. "Sorry about all the trouble."

Aang laughed as Momo climbed from Canada's shoulder to his. "Don't worry. It's fine."

"So," said Seychelles. "How did the making of the sword go?"

Sokka grinned widely at the question, forgetting his uneasiness towards them. "It was AWESOME! Master Piandou is amazing too! He knew all along I was from the Water Tribe and he still taught me!"

"Yeah, that was a big surprise," commented Katara with a smile.

"The Fire Nation and Water Tribes really don't get along well, do they?" spoke Canada.

Sokka frowned. "Stop living under rocks or people are going to assume you come from the Earth Kingdom and then we'll all get killed!"

Aang and Katara burst out into laughter while Toph crossed her arms over her chest. "So you're saying I live under a rock?"

"Uh … no comment."

Aang and Katara let out yet another laugh. "We're glad to have you back Sokka," said Aang.

Sokka grinned widely. "Well, it's great to be back." The trio of ex-colonies stared at the Avatar gang with puzzled looks before shrugging and letting it slide. "So," started America earning him the attention of the reunited team Avatar. "I know we hardly know each other but we … um … we wanted to know if we could travel with you dudes."

"Travel with us?" questioned Katara.

"Well, yeah. You guys seem to know what you're doing. Us on the other hand," Alfred let out a wary laugh.

"The truth is, we want to find some friends of ours as well," Matthew informed them.

Seychelles nodded. "And we can't do that without some form of help. We don't know much about the world either so it'd be a hassle."

"So you want to stay with us until you find your friends?" asked Aang, hoping he got the gist of it. In response, Matthew nodded. Katara smiled brightly at the trio before saying, "I really don't mind but we'd still have to hold a little meeting."

Sokka nodded before bringing his three companions into a closed circle. "Alright, so do we bring them with us or not?"

"I actually want them to come with us," spoke Aang in a close whisper.

"Why?!" questioned Sokka.

"Because, they're nice people Sokka. Plus, they look like they need our help," was his answer.

Sokka frowned. "You don't know that. For all we know they could be spies for the Fire Nation."

Katara huffed at her brother. "Sokka, you don't know that either. What if they aren't spies? Then we'd be denying innocent people." Honestly, the real reason why Katara wanted them to come along was so that she could train Michelle (another pupil!) and get to know her better. It'd be nice to have another 'girl' in the Avatar group (Toph didn't count).

"Yeah, besides in all honesty they don't know where they are and they really are looking for friends of theirs. I could tell. And even if they somehow were spies," grinned Toph. "We could take 'em."

Aang smiled. "Yeah. Come on Sokka, its fine."

"Yeah, and I want to help Michelle learn how to use her bending," Katara told them. "It'll be alright." Sokka glanced at each and every one of them before spinning around to face the trio once more. With a sigh he said, "Alright … you can come with us."

"Yes!" they exclaimed.

"BUT!"

"But?!"

Sokka frowned. "If you hurt any of my friends you're going to regret it," he threatened. At this, Alfred laughed, "Ha! Don't worry dude! The hero doesn't hurt people unless they're evil!"

Aang laughed at the American before saying, "Well at least we're on the same page."

"Alright, lets pack up and keep going, alright?" suggested Katara. "And maybe later, I can help you with water bending Michelle."

Seychelles brightened up. "Really? Yes, thank you!"

America pouted. "How come you have someone to help you and I don't …"

Sokka frowned. "Because all Fire benders are evil and we don't travel … WITH FIREBENDERS!"

Silence.

~Caw Caw Caw~

Alfred stepped back, his eyes wide, at the water tribe warrior's outburst. Alfred then chuckled. "Wow, dude. Racist much …?"

"I-I'm not racist!"

Katara in response slapped him over the head. "That was rude Sokka."

America just grinned at the two. "He's fine. I'm used to discrimination taking place. But I come from the land of the free! The home of the brave! Where there is generally religious tolerance, racial tolerance, and the tolerance of idiots because we all know one~!" he exclaimed brightly.

The Avatar gang cocked eyebrows at him. Seychelles chuckled warily before saying," J-Just ignore him."

"Alright," began Katara, still confused. "… Let's pack up. Matthew, do you think your … bear will be okay riding on Appa?"

Canada smiled. "Yeah, Kumakema will survive, right?" he asked the bear.

"Who are you?"

"Yippee! I get to ride Appa again~!"

"Hey! Don't get on yet! We still have some packing to do!"

Seychelles sighed. "Sorry Katara. We're an odd bunch."

In response the water tribe girl laughed. "Don't worry. We may not look it, but we are too. Now … could you help me carry this?"

YEAH! They're finally going to travel alongside Aang his friends!

The next chapter will be a slight insert with Germany and England, just so you know how those two are getting along. Also, be ready for a lot of episode swapping. I'm changing it up a bit.

BUT WAIT! I have to thank people!
