Sorry for the long update. Being in high school, being a 11th grader and training to be a hair stylist has taken up most of my free time to type. I am currently using the Wattpad app to type up most of the chapters since I no longer have a computer but I am managing for you guys.

Thank you for hammering me with PM's requesting that I get back on the story. Here I am and putting up this chapter.

Love you guys xoxoxo! Thanks for sticking by my side!

Enjoy.

"Have I ever told you...the definition of Insanity? It's...doing the same shit over and over again...expecting shit to be different every time. Now that's...crazy."

-Vaas

"Listen, Boss,"Nathan heard Pierce say behind me, as we rounded the corner heading towards the Powder Gun Store. Their clothes were starting to become soaking wet due to a unexpected rain storm that appeared out of nowhere, "I think going in head on isn't the brightest idea you have."

"Heh. Brightest idea I've come up so far," he answered back. "Nothing bad bout having a little more fun."

"I don't think so Boss. Remember the robbery attempt? And the armory? Where we had to fight like two hundred plus police and military forces?" reminded Shaundi, causing him to roll his eyes at her and groan in remembrance, remembering neither event went according to plan. One led to the death of his beloved friend and brother, the other a helicopter pursuit with the military. "Yeah. You never have the brightest idea Boss. No offense." He simply sighed as they came to a stop directly outside the gun store.

"We'll do either of you pansies got any other brilliant idea that wouldn't involve us dying within seconds?" he asked bitterly.

"We could try the back. Doubt it'll be guarded heavily. Maybe a guard or two," suggested Pierce.

"Let's go," he mumbled under my breath, "Every time I want to have a little fun they have to dampen the mood!" As they rounded the corner, there were exactly two idiots standing guard. Nathan took out his pistol. "There are two punks. How we gonna take them out without alerting anyone inside?" He immediately gazed at the Pierce.

"How the fuck should I know?" stated Pierce, "Rush in on them?" He just stared at his face as if he was serious.

"Yes! Let us just die faster!" he spat.

"Hey! You asked! I fucking suggested!" he retorted. Shaundi, out of annoyance with Nathan and Pierce, she grab the Boss's gun without warning and pointed the gun at the two unexpected enemies and pulled the trigger twice. Her remarkable marksmanship radiating off her when both bullets precisely hit there marks, finding there way cleanly through their skulls, making them fall to the ground with a thud, and blood quickly pooling around them. She turned to Nathan and Pierce.

"Can you two put your fucking tampons on and let's get this shit over with?!" she snap on them bitterly. Both men looked at each other, before sighing.

"Let's go than," stated Nathan, as they started to head to the back that ththought Shaundi 'cleared.' She didn't actually clear it. To be exact, since they were at an angle that left them blindsided to see what was behind the two, now dead, enemies Shaundi didn't realize that they had a shipment they were unloading and well, she literally alerted every single enemy outside and inside. When they looked up, all the saw were the opposing enemy coming their direction, guns a blazing.

"Great fucking plan!" yelled Nathan, as he ducked behind cover.

"You said there were only two punks! Not my problem!" yelled Shaundi back.

"No for real! This is a great fucking plan!" Shaundi and Pierce were just baffled with the Boss sometimes.

Gaia's P. O. V

Business partners? Nathan and him, business partner's?! I didn't know what to believe. It felt like everything this man was saying to Helena was utter bullshit. He kept saying Nathan and him shared a company. Company? What fucking company? A prostitution ring? The hell! If him and Nathan 'did' own a company together, why didn't he mention that guests will arrive after he left huh? What this Loren guy was saying wasn't adding up. Pierce said that my 'father' was a leader of a gang. What gang? A gang of coward idiots I would suspect. I might be young, but I've been taught enough by uncle Oleg to tell the difference between bullshit and actual facts. And what Loren was saying was bullshit.

He had his entire cherry red army standing guard everywhere. At the helipad, at the pool, in the kitchen, some were eating those fatties, on the second floor in which I have yet to explore and at the elevator doors. What for, Helena and me have the slightest clue. We barely have a clue to why someone who looks to be of high rankings and standards is here talking to a young woman and a young teenaged girl who wants nothing to do with anyone and just go back home. To her wolves. To her home that she was raised in. To her mother's grave stone. I think that was the hardest thing to leave besides everything else. Was to leave my mother behind.

"So, um. How did you and Nathan become associated?" questioned Helena awkwardly, while she poured fresh made tea in a cup for him and her while I was sitting upside down on the sofa, my legs dangling over where my head is suppose to be while my head was dangling where my legs were suppose to be. My long hair touching the floor while I played away on Helena's iPhone. Playing some little adorable game called 'Cut the rope.'

"Associated? You can say, it was by faith that our paths crossed. I am, how do you say, grateful to come across such a loyal business partner," answered Loren while he sip his tea while Helena sat down properly, after putting the pincher down containing the hot liquid. "Why don't you pour yourself a cup love." From the corner of my eyes, I could see my godmother's left eye twitch at his comment. There was this look of recognition in her eyes, but I think it's just my eyes playing tricks on me.

"I...I don't drink tea Mr. Loren," she stated kindly and politely declined his request. She felt uncomfortable, for one having to talk to a completely stranger and two, she wasn't alone with Gaia. She felt that something was off with this guy.

"Miss Reya," he stated as he handed his cup of tea to one of the identical twins who wore different framed colored sunglasses to tell apart, "It's an honor to finally meet you." I didn't take my eyes off the iPhone. I ignored him. He didn't interest me enough to answer him. He was just a random French guy that by some ungodly way found out about my existence and I haven't been in Steelport for more than an entire day. I doubt that Nathan would even mention me to anyone since he's been trying to get rid of me since the beginning when I arrived through the front doors. 'She isn't mines and will never be.' Damn why did those words sting at my heart so much? "Miss Reya," repeated Loren again to catch her attention. This time it annoyed her. Usually she kept a calm composure, but something about Loren just pushed her buttons.

"What do you want Frenchie?!" I asked slowly and bitterly, though it sounded a lot more threatening since of my Russian accent. At the mention of Frenchie, memories of Saint's leader calling him a 'French Fuck' on the plane crossed his mind causing him to get irritated immediately.

"I am Belgium!" he snap slightly at me, and I tilted my head to gaze at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Oh really? I heard they make fantastic waffles there," I stated, "I heard they are quite marvelous and tasty." Loren give a distasteful look. What's up with him?

'She's just like his dead lieutenant, Johnny,' he thought bitterly.

"I have also!" butted in Helena, breaking the tension, "I like the one they put chocolate chip in it!"

"That's sounds delicious and delightful right about now," I sighed as I turned my attention back to the little game, "I wish this little frog existed. I would buy it and tickle it. It's so cute," I mumbled to myself as I cut the rope that held the little candy mint and it reached the little froggy, he ate it. It was adorable.

"Miss Reya." What does he want?

"Yes Sir Annoyance? What is it that you must keep bugging me?" I asked, a bit rudely.

"How long have you known your father? Nathan?"

"A day," was my answer, as I focused on getting the three stars on level 26 on the game. This one had the bubbles that made the level much more complex.

"When did you find out about him?"

"Doesn't everyone have a damn father?" I questioned back.

"Why are you here? Seeing you aren't natively born here."

"No shit captain obvious. Don't know how much more obvious it can get since I have a Russian accent!" I felt like he was purposely asking these idiotic questions to get under my skin, and man was he succeeding. I could see Helena body was tensed, her hands that were resting on her lap were clenched into tight fists. I could see the muscles in her arms straining, as if holding herself back and her eyes were slightly big and held fear. What the heck is going on, but the position I was in, I couldn't see what she was seeing. So I could only think she was freaking out that I might lash out at the man since my temper isn't the most pleasant thing to witness or deal with. That's why I've been home schooled since I pretty much been expelled from every school back home. It isn't my fault though. Putting a mature mind in a school of idiotic, simple-minded children something was bound to happen. Worst thing that had happen was when four girls attempted to jump me in the front of school in the morning in front of everybody and well, I think one got head trauma, two ended up with a few bruised ribs and broken noses, and one ended up with a fractured knee when I kicked her shin to get her off me when she tried to grab my arms from behind to restrain me and also received a lovely shattered jaw.

"You have a quite mysterious vibe about you Miss Reya. You seem like a simple child and yet you got the body of a grown woman and the mouth of scornful viper." Creepy pedophile much? I laid the phone on my stomach and gazed at him with a questioning gaze, not realizing that he was evaluating Helena and me. Body wise. Attractiveness wise. Sexual appeal wise. Loren was branding, labeling, and tagging a price on both of them already.

"Um? Okay?" I answered slightly grossed out.

"And Miss Riley," he moved his gaze to Helena who stiffened even more and who's gaze darken dangerously with a murderous glare. He simply laughed, as he got up, walking about. "You amuse me."

"I'm glad that I have manage to entertain you," she growled through her teeth, though she attempted to sound friendly. Which she pulled off greatly. "I like to please unwanted guest."

"Helena?" I called out to her softly, though she didn't hear me. This was a total new her. I never seen her so hostile towards someone before, but something in her eye told me that she remembered this Loren guy.

"Unwanted? My Helena dearest, you, this girl, her father and his friends are the unwanted guest here! Waltzing into my city thinking they could take over," he stated. I stared lost. I pulled my legs on to the couch and sat upright.

"Whatever Nathan and his friends are doing we have nothing to do with it. We arrived only yesterday," hissed Helena. I wasn't the only one who could see past his smooth words of bullshit. He took out a cigarette and placed it in his mouth. One of the twin sisters, came forward and took out a light and light up his cigarette for him before stepping back. Her and her sister's face neutral. We watched Loren take a inhale of the smoke, before blowing it out and holding the cigarette in one of his hands before gazing at me.

"How's you mother Miss Reya?" Sudden anger filled me and I drop Helena's iPhone and lurched forward at him. Before I could reach him, I felt cold metal being pressed against my head, causing me to stop. I turned my head slightly to the right, and saw that one of his men had a assault rifle pointed directly at my head. My heart drop and instant fear filled me.

"Get away from her!" I heard Helena scream. I gazed behind me to see that two another of Loren's men had her restrained to the sofa by holding her down by her shoulders and grasping on arm. I turned back to face Loren.

"You wouldn't even dare," I stated my voice slightly breaking.

"Test me my dearest," he softly caressed my face and I violently flinched away from him. He smirked. "Sit back down like a good girl or," he motioned to his guard. I felt the tip of the gun being pressed against my head, harder this time, "Well. Do I need to explain?" I simply stared at him, as I backed to the sofa and sat down. The men holding Helena down let her go and she immediately grab me, pulling me to her chest as we both stared terrified, though our faces didn't express it, our eyes did.

"Shaundi?! How much longer?" I yelled, as Pierce and me provided cover. Taking out the MorningStar as they flocked in waves at us.

"Almost done! A few more seconds!" answered Shaundi from the managers room, as she typed away at the computer, managing to bypass the password requirement.

"First that big ass guy, now snipers?! The fuck else does Loren have up his sleeve?" yelled Pierce, as he shot at the enemies, hitting them. Blood spilling everywhere.

"Don't jinx it Pierce!" I yelled as I ducked behind a wall, closing my eyes as bullets hit the edge of the wall, spewing dust. Once I heard them reloading, I pop back out and unloaded on them. I watch as their body flinched with every bullet that hit them and exited out of them before falling to the floor. Dead.

"Done!" yelled Shaundi, as she ran out the room.

"What did you find?" I asked, as we started running to escape before more of their backup arrived.

"He's definitely in that tall ass sky scraper," answered Shaundi as we jump inside the car and sped off back to headquarters.

"Where's my ten grand?" butted in Pierce, as he watched behind us to make sure we weren't being followed. Besides our back up, which was four purple cars full of my crew members.

"Pierce," I warned as I dodged around cars, speeding. Something felt off. Very off.

"Anything else?" I asked.

"Anything else? No. Besides whatever business related things I manage to dig up from the computer, but none of that is important. We're killing Loren. We know his location. We know where he's going to be and he can't run this time. We got him," she stated coldly as we agreed with her. Surprisingly enough, we weren't that far from the headquarter's. As we approached, for some reason my gaze drifted upwards. Toward the helipad. I squinted my eyes, noting that there were helicopters. Red helicopter's with big stars on the outside.

"Oh no."

"Don't touch her!" Helena cried out, as they held me down on dining room table. Two of the men manage to to pin my arms down, but the couldn't pin my legs down. I kicked the nearest in his balls, causing him to double over in pain before I slammed my foot against his head. I kicked another in his face hearing a sickening crack, another in his stomach before one manage to time my kick and grasp my right leg and pined it down and another manage to grab my left. I screamed.

"LET ME GO!" I attempted to buck them off but I couldn't. I tugged and pulled. No use. Their grips were solid.

"Stop! Leave Gaia alone!" Suddenly I heard a sharp yelp and a cry. I gazed where Helena was and she was on the floor. She manage to sit herself up and lift her head where I could see she got hit in the face for I saw a trickle of blood slide down her face from her forehead. I felt tears pour out of the corner of my eyes in anger.

"Get away from her you French-Belgium waffle fuck!" I screamed at the top of my lungs as I struggled harder to get out. Loren laughed, before he crouched down and grasp her face. She simply spat in his face in which he slap her hardly.

"My, my. You two need to be taught manners. But my schedule can only offered go teach on sadly," he stated as he stood up and pointed his gun at her head, "And the girl is more important than you my dearest Helena. You can be reunited with Megan. Your poor friend who sold herself."

"No!" I screamed, crying. Before he could pull the trigger, shots went off from another gun rather than his. A bullet managed to knock the gun out of his hand and the others hit the men pinning me down. Blood splattered all over me, causing me to panic. I bolted upright on the table, hot angry tears streaming down my face. I felt someone grasp me causing me to flinch away from them. Only to realize it was one of Nathan friend who I didn't recognize. He grasp my shoulder's.

"Ssh. It's okay sweetie. It's okay," reassured the boy who looked no older than me. I leaned into him, crying into his chest. He wrap his arms around me, cradling me like a baby.

"Get away from her," spat Nathan bitterly as he pointed his gun at Loren. He simply smiled, as he back away from Helena. Pierce rushed in, pulling her against his chest. She looked up at him and he saw the nasty cut and bruise she received from getting smacked with the butt end of a gun. "Leave before I put a bullet in that skull of yours."

"As you wish. I was just introducing myself to your girls."

"Listen hear you french fuck. I have two rules. Don't fuck with my friends. Don't lay a hand on any of my girls. Now leave." Loren left, the sisters and the his remaining guards following him. Nathan and his crew watched as he boarded his helicopter, not before Loren looked at him smirking, causing Nathan to shoot a warning shot through the glass wall. Shattering it, the bullet missing Loren's head by mere inches. They watched as the helicopter's ascended into the air, minus the one who's owner and passengers laid dead in dining room floor, before they took off.

The only sound filling everyone's ears was Gaia's scared cries. Nathan approached Mike and Gaia.

"Gaia?" he called our softly. She gazed up at him, her eyes puffed up and red. He gently grasp her right hand, gazing at her sympathetically, knowing that she was beyond scared.

"He's was going too-"

"Don't say it Gaia. I got here on time. I got here on time, she's alive, your alive and that's all that matters right now." Nathan might not liked Helena and Gaia, but he had to admit, in a day, he had this small soft spot for them.
