A/N-I update on mondays but usually early; it's almost 8 pm where I am. Anyway, enjoy!

3rd Person-

Thalia paced back and forth in her bedroom, waiting for the moment that Percy would walk in. She was scared—nervous about seeing him. She wasn't entirely believing all that Nico had said, but she wasn't about to let it slip away either. She was angry with him and when Rachel called to ask where Nico was, she grudgingly answered that he wasn't feeling well.

Downstairs, Beryl was racing around and getting things packed for another business trip. She was going to be gone for a few days. Gabe still wasn't back, which made Thalia slightly at ease, but he would be back soon enough, and then she would have to face him again—all alone. She didn't want to even think about the things he could do to her with Beryl gone.

Suddenly, Thalia heard a knock on her door and jumped out of her skin.

She clasped her hands together and sucked in a deep breath. She knew who it was and she dreaded seeing him. She sat down on her bed, trying to calm herself down.

"Come in," She said, taking another deep breath.

The knob turned and the door creaked open, Percy stepping into view. He was carrying a small bouquet of white flowers and smiling, his face glowing.

"Hey, Trouble." He greeted her, holding out the roses in front of him.

The girl felt her chest tighten when she saw the roses. How could someone so sweet and perfect hold some big, dark secret? She tried to shake off Nico's words about her and Percy but they kept repeating in her mind. Promise me that you won't fall in love with him. It never ends well for either of you.

"Hey." She whispered, feeling her heart go numb.

Percy set the roses down on her dresser before staring at her with careful eyes. "What's wrong, Trouble?" He asked softly, pulling her into him.

Thalia unclasped her hands and snuggled into him, pushing herself as close as she could to him. She wanted to stay like that forever—wrapped in his secure arms—and never leave him again. She didn't care what Nico said anymore, he was wrong about Percy. She sniffled into his shirt but neither of them pulled away.

"You know that you can tell me anything, Thalia. I won't be upset." He promised her in a calm voice. "Did something happen?"

Yeah, your great friend tried to get me away from you

"I just missed you," She whispered, caressing his cheek.

He smiled too, but it was quickly replaced with an expression of regret. "I'm so sorry I left earlier, I—"

"No, it's okay. You're back now, that's all that matters." She brushed her hand through Percy's hair and smiled at him.

"Thalia," his voice trailed off when he saw her—really saw her—and looked into those blue eyes that held so much desire. He saw her desire and felt the same way. He wanted to get closer to her but there was always something pulling him back. He didn't want to hurt her.

"We can't be anything more than just friends," Percy blurted out when Thalia pushed herself closer to him.

Thalia frowned and felt her heart drop into her stomach. "Who said we were more than that?"

Percy sighed and took her hand in his. "Listen, you mean so much to me, you always have. But we don't know each other all that well, and even though I feel as if I have known you forever, it's not the truth. I lo—care about you, but we should just stay friends." He knew that he didn't want them to be just friends, he wanted for them to be more, but it just wasn't right.

Thalia backed away in shock and pain. Did he really just say the words that she wished he would never say? Thalia realized she really was falling in love with him and that was being covered with a veil before it could ever happen.

"But Percy, I don't need something more, I just need you to stay by me. Please Percy, don't leave me."

"I won't leave you; I would never be able to leave you. I'll be here for you, Thalia. Always," He looked at her with an expression of regret. He felt terrible, she looked heartbroken and scared.

"Percy," she breathed, clutching his shirt in her fists. "Please, save me." She slipped into a deep sleep, still nuzzled in his arms.

He smiled and lied down, bringing her down with him. "I will, Trouble, I will." He held her in his arms as if she was his own and he didn't once let her go; he would stay with her forever.

Thalia awoke to the quiet sound of someone's heartbeat in her ears. No, not just someone's—Percy's. She could feel his hot breath on her and she smiled as she thought about how he stayed with her all night. She blinked and slid out from under his arms, not wanting to wake him. She stared at his sleeping face for a minute. He drooled and Thalia thought it was adorable.

Thinking about how much trouble she would be in if Beryl walked in on her and Percy in the same bed, she crawled off of the bed and wobbled over to the bathroom. She had slept in, and considering the fact that Percy was with her, she must have slept peacefully.

She slipped out of her clothes from the day before and got in the shower, drenching herself with hot water. After she scrubbed herself clean, she turned off the water and hopped out of the shower. Thalia wrapped a towel around her and stared at the reflection in the mirror. For the first time in a long time, her face didn't have any scratches or bruises, just the leftover scars from the past. She dried her hair with a towel and smiled before opening the bathroom door.

Thalia peered out and looked for Percy. He still lay on the bed, his hair askew and a silly smile plastered on his face. She chuckled and sneaked over to her dresser, pulling out a tank top and jean shorts then slipping them on over her undergarments. She watched Percy as he slept. She watched the rise and fall of his chest, the silly smile, and the still beautiful and peaceful face he featured.

Percy started to stir and Thalia backed away from the bed, chuckling. He reached out for something but frowned when he didn't feel it. Turning around, he saw Thalia and smiled.

"Morning, sleepy head," Thalia greeted cheerfully.

"I don't think it's morning anymore, Thals." He grinned and sat up, patting the spot next to him.

Thalia climbed onto the bed, sitting next to him before glancing at the clock. It wasn't morning, it was already noon. "Okay, you're right."

He draped his arm around her shoulder and grinned even wider. "As usual."

"Shut up," Thalia hissed playfully.

Percy laughed under his breath and pulled her into a hug. "Did you sleep well last night?" He paused and smiled mischievously. "On me?"

"I did actually. Don't flatter yourself though; I couldn't have cared less if you hadn't been there." She stated.

"Oh really? Well how about I test that theory and leave right now then?" He teased.

"No!" Thalia squealed, "I-I mean, I don't care."

Percy mumbled something under his breath and let himself fall onto the bed, pulling Thalia with him. The girl giggled when she felt the close contact they were in. Smiling, she wiggled herself around so that she could see Percy. They stared into each other's eyes for a moment, studying every detail.

Thalia then pinned Percy's arms against the bed and laughed. "You're a silly boy, Mister."

"I am, and you like that. Who knew you could be playful, too," He grinned.

Thalia rolled her eyes and brushed a hand through his bed head hair. "I am, and you like that." She restated.

Percy chuckled and released his arms to spin her around so that he was the one on top.

"You cheated," she pouted, pushing on the arms restraining her,

"How?" He gave her a wink and displayed that breathtaking grin once more.

"You're stronger than me, I was supposed to be the one winning here."

"How 'bout I let go and you, in return, admit that you liked sleeping with me."

"Percy! Don't say it like that—what if Beryl heard you? Keep your voice down."

"Does she even know that I'm in here?" He asked, his eyes shining.

"I don't know, but she will if you don't shut up."

"Aw, you're not going to tell her I slept over? We're just friends, Trouble; I think we can handle sharing a room." He teased.

Thalia didn't like hearing those words over and over again.

She averted her gaze and frowned. "Percy, you're a clueless wonder."

"Oh? You mean I'm wonderful? Yes, I know."

"Percy, stop it." She whispered, laughing under her breath.

He let go and rolled off of her, laughing. They lay there and enjoyed being carefree. Eventually, they both settled down and Percy was the first to speak.

"I need to use your bathroom," He announced, jumping to his feet and starting towards her bathroom door. He closed the bathroom door behind him. A few minutes later, the water turned on and Thalia sat down on the bed, waiting patiently for him.

Percy walked out of the bathroom, his raven hair damp and falling slightly into his eyes, and smiled when he saw Thalia. He was wearing the same jeans that he wore before, but as for his shirt, it was bunched up in his fist, leaving him exposed.

"I hate to break it to you, but you have to put a shirt on if you want to leave."

"What if I don't want to leave?" He grinned, sitting down beside her and leaning into her side.

Thalia pushed him off of her and stood up, rolling her eyes. She didn't want him to play with her emotions, as far as she knew, he could be trying to break her heart. "You have to. My mom's leaving and you can't still be here in my room." She sighed, she hated telling him to leave.

"Does that mean that you don't think she'll like me because I think she'll adore me."

"Besides," Percy continued, brushing his fingers playfully through her hair. "She shouldn't be mad if she finds us in here together. You were the one who fell asleep on me."

"I'm sorry if I fell asleep and held you back, it's not like you told me not to though."

He chuckled and brushed his thumb over her cheek. "Is that all you have to say, Trouble? That's not a very strong case." He looked proud of himself.

"Wipe that smile off your face, Percy; you're not making anything any easier." Thalia complained, pushing him on the shoulder as she walked over to window and opened the blinds.

"Who said anything about making things easier. Thalia, I don't want to make things difficult, but I never said anything about making things easy. Will you come with me somewhere today? I want to show you something." There was a sincere pleading within his calm voice and she wanted to accept his offer.

Only, she couldn't. "Look, Percy; I know that you want for us to be just friends, and it seems to be the norm in your friend circle, but doing and saying all of the things that you're saying isn't helping at all. I don't want you to play this game with you, I really don't need any more 'games' going on in my life." She told him, sighing.

"Thalia, I'm not trying to play with you, I mean—maybe I am but I'm not trying to make anything hard for you. If you really want to be just friends, then maybe that's all we'll be." He walked over to her and wrapped her into his arms, not cuddling or smothering her, just hugging her as a good friend.

Suddenly, Percy remembered a part of what she had said. "Hold up, did you say that it's common thing in my friend circle? What do you mean by that?"

"It's nothing. Nico just told me that he thought it would be best for the both of us to stay away from each other. He said that you're dangerous and that it wouldn't end well for the both us if we ever got close to each other. Is that true Percy? Is something bad going to happen if we get close to each other?" Thalia was fighting the pain of her twisted stomach. The knot was tightening the more she spoke.

"He said that?" Percy blurted out, shaking his head. "I can't believe he told her that," he mumbled so quietly that Thalia didn't hear him.

"Thalia," He tried to take her hand in his but she shook it off and brushed herself away from him. "Please, don't do that. Don't push me away, I need to tell you the truth, you asked me to." Percy didn't let Nico's words drag him down—he cared for her too much to let that happen.

"Pushing people away is what I do best, it's all I've ever done well!" She snapped, her voice quivering as she thought of the man who left her before giving her a chance.

Percy drew back at her words, feeling pain strike at his heart. "No, Thalia, that's not true. You're beautiful inside and out and if someone has ever left you it was because of their own stupid decision, you had nothing to do with it. Thalia, if Nico told you that I'm dangerous then he must've meant it was dangerous how much I care about you. You've become something so much more than I could have ever expected, you seem to be the only thing keeping me sane sometimes, and I don't want that to change. Nothing bad is going to happen if we get close." Percy was standing beside her, their bodies' inches apart. He wanted to touch her but he feared that if he did, she would reject him, sp he stayed in place, his emerald eyes calmly staring into hers.

Thalia felt the same way, but was questioning whether or not he was actually telling her the truth—it just seemed too good to be true. She traced her hand over his arm and up to his hair, entangling her fingers in it, and pulled his head down to hers. She hesitated a moment before pulling herself into him and pressed their lips together. When their lips met, Thalia felt as if the whole world faded away and it was only the two of them.

After a moment of hesitation, Percy loosened up and lifted her slightly off of the ground, kissing her back with a careful desire. He didn't push her into it but he also didn't push away.

Thalia stopped first, supporting herself against him and looking into his bright eyes. He looked satisfied with the slight hint of surprise; he really hadn't been expecting it.

Thalia hadn't either. The kiss felt starkly different from Luke's. It felt right, clean, and gentle. For once, she felt good about being close to Percy. She let Nico's words slip away and she didn't care about Percy's past—she just wanted to be with him.

"Wow," Percy breathed, stepping back without losing his gaze on her.

Thalia nodded slowly and tried to catch her breath. Her heart was pounding against her chest and she had butterflies swarming inside of her.

"Can't you see that we can't just be friends?" She said, her body tingling.

Before the boy could respond, there was a knock on the door and Beryl's voice called through, "Thalia, can I come in?"

Thalia jumped at the sound of her voice, springing forward and pressed her hands against Percy's chest with her hands. He walked backwards, allowing her hands to push him back and chuckled when he hit the door of the closet.

Thalia tried not to laugh when she caught his bright smile and quickly glared at him. "Get in," she whispered as she pointed directly behind him and backed up a little bit.

A smirk crept upon his face as he stumbled upon his own t-shirt in the bottom of the messy closet. Through the crack in the closet door, he could Thalia hurrying over to the bedroom, fixing her hair.

"Hey Beryl," she said, opening the door and faking a smile. "Can I help you with something?" Thalia's breathing still hadn't caught up with her still and she was slightly panting.

Beryl looked at her daughter with a quizzical stare, picking up on her odd behavior.

"I just wanted to say bye before I left. You do know that I'm going out of town for a few days?" Beryl questioned, laughing a little at how Thalia was acting. She hadn't seen her that quirky before, and in away, she found it very calming. She was finally seeing a change in Thalia, a good one.

Thalia chuckled and nodded. "Yeah Beryl, I know. How could I forget, I'll be here with your fantastic husband. What's his name again? Oh yeah, Gabe." She muttered. Gabe made her upset enough to the point that she couldn't care less about Beryl thought of their relationship.

Beryl only wanted for them to get along. "He's a good guy, Thalia, give him a chance. Please, it's been four years."

"I'll try, I really will." Thalia assured her mom, despite her own worries and fears about Gabe.

"Hey, sweetie, it'll be alright. Gabe cares about you and he's not going to let anything happen to you while I'm gone."

"I know, he'll keep me safe." Thalia lied, thinking better than to express the dark truth. She couldn't be sure that either of them would be safe for long, and, according to Gabe, if Thalia ever spoke a word of their "games" both of them would be suffering, and she was determined to keep her mom out of it.

"I love you, sweetie. Stay safe, and whatever it is you're doing in here better be rated G. I may be leaving, but if your hiding something in your closet, I'll figure out whatever it is and I won't shy away from a punishment." Beryl teased warningly, kissing Thalia on the cheek. "Bye, Thalia."

Even though she knew Beryl was teasing her and probably hinting at her newly developed "cutting", she somewhat tensed up at the thought of her finding out that Percy had stayed over.

"I love you too, Beryl." Thalia wrapped Beryl into her arms and held on as tight as she could for a few moments, never wanting to let go. "Bye, I'll see you in a couple of days."

They separated and Beryl stepped back into the doorway, smiling at her daughter. "Just a couple of days. Be good, baby girl."

"Promise." Thalia finished, waving daintily at her mom as she left.

"You can come out now, Percy."

At the sound of her words, Percy perked up and made his way out of the closet.

"G rated? I'm sorry, but who says that?" He snickered, grinning like an idiot as he stepped out and wrapped her in a bear hug.

"My mom," Thalia laughed. "You listened?"

"Not really, but when she brought that up, I just had to hear it." Pulling away, Percy examined the girl's expression, trying to read her thoughts. "Hey, are you okay, Trouble?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. Things are just a little awkward when Beryl's not here."

Gabe's not going to be easy with me this time, he'll cross the line, and Beryl is gone. She thought with remorse, subtly blinking away a few tears of fear.

Percy flinched, noticing her tears but not saying anything about it. "I'll be here, whenever you need me. Things don't have to be awkward, Thalia, I won't let them get that way." He traced his finger around her jaw and carefully bent down to kiss her, momentarily forgetting the "just friends" bit. The touch of their bodies and sent them into shock, frenzying their bodies into a gentle but more aggressive, passion.

Just as before, when she and Percy kissed, it was as if the world all melted away and they were on top of the universe, alone together.

Chuckling, she took another breath and pulled her lips away. "You know what? I think that you should put on a shirt, it's more mannerly." Thalia teased the boy, feeling his muscular abs as she put her hand on them, scooting him away from her.

Percy laughed and ruffled his hair, regarding her with a playful smirk. "Should I put on the shirt from the closet? Or the one from last night? I think that they both belong to me?" he played, displaying both of the shirts in his hands.

Thalia's cheeks flushed a bright pink as she thought back to when Percy gave her the shirt after swimming. "Sure, whatever you want, hotshot."

"In that case, maybe I'll just leave like this; I bet it would freak out the neighbors." Percy chirped, tossing the shirts on the bed.

"Stop it, Percy! Put your shirt on and get out. I'm not keeping you away from getting home and your mom's probably mad that you stayed out all night. Not to mention if she sees you without a shirt."

The boy groaned and rolled his head. "Do I really have to leave? I know you don't want me to." He traced a thumb over the girl's cheek and batted his eyelashes playfully.

Thalia laughed, "Will you ever stop acting like this?"

"You know what? I don't know. You're right though, I should probably get home, but I'll see you soon. Tomorrow, you and Rachel meet me and Nico at the beach?" He raised his eyebrows and grinned. "Sound good?"

"Um—sure." Thalia stammered, trying to think of something to say. She wouldn't turn him down, that much she knew. "See you tomorrow, then." She smiled as she thought about the four of them at the beach together. She still didn't like Nico, but she was going to have to warm up to the idea of him being around if she wanted to be around Percy.

Percy flashed Thalia one last smile before ducking out of her bedroom and hurrying down the stairs, leaving the house.

Thalia Grace was cleaning her room when she heard a knock on the front door. Snapping her head towards her doorway, she frowned.

Who's there?

She hadn't asked Percy to come over and Rachel wasn't that kind of person to stop by without calling in advance.

Thalia scrambled out of her room and down the stairs. She looked into the peep hole and sighed.

It was Maria.

Opening the door, she felt her anxieties slip away as annoyance took its place.

"What do you want?" She asked Maria wearily.

"Is Gabe home?" The woman countered, feigning a smile again.

"No, he's out of town." Thalia mumbled, leaning her head against the door and regarding Maria with a distressed look. She hated seeing the woman that Gabe had a secret affair with, it made her hate her step-dad even more. "You do know he's married, right?"

The dark haired woman laughed a little at the teen, "Of course I know that he's married."

"And that doesn't bother you one bit? I mean, he's not married to you."

"I mean, it does sometimes—Gabriel and I have something. It's not a big deal."

"Well, he's not here, so you best be on your way." Thalia probably sounded rude, but she couldn't stand to look at Maria for very long.

"You're right, I should. Sorry for being a bother, I'll just call him." The woman smiled before turning to leave.

"It wasn't a problem."

"Bye," Maria turned back for a moment, "When he gets back just tell him that everything's fine with me, I already saw the doctor."

Thalia's heart jumped into frenzy for a moment and her jaw threatened to drop.

"D-doctor?" She stammered.

"Yes, thank you." Maria replied, getting in her car.

Shocked, Thalia closed herself back inside the house leaned against the door, sighing.

What could she possibly need to tell him about? Why did she go see a doctor?

She tried to deliberate between any possible answer but she couldn't resolve anything. In an attempt to find an answer, she mounted the stairs and ventured down the forbidden office-it was Gabe's but neither she nor Beryl had been inside before.

Twisting the doorknob, she sucked in a breath, hoping that the door was unlocked. To her surprise, it was. Thalia let out the breath she was holding and closed her eyes for a moment, her nerves jumping to high alert.

He's not here; he's not going to see me. I'm safe.

Thalia ducked into the room, carefully shutting the door behind her, as if he really was at home. Her body objected as she walked over to his desk, her hands grasping the handle and pulling it open.

In the first drawer there was nothing but papers about his job.

The next drawer contained notepads of reminders, appointments, and bills.

Drawer number three was different story. When she saw the inside of the drawer, her eyes bulged and for a moment, she didn't breathe. There was a file with her name on it-Gabe must've been keeping tabs on her. Her hands shook as picked a picture of her at five years old, playing on the playground with Beryl. She looked genuinely happy, an emotion she hadn't felt in a long time.

After having picked up that photo she uncovered many more, plenty of her life growing up.

The same question kept replaying itself over and over again in her mind: why did he have these photos?

She couldn't think about the fact that he could've known her as a child, the fact that he could've been watching her and Beryl for years. It frightened her, chilling her every bone.

Gabe didn't love Beryl, and he sure didn't care about Thalia as anything more than just a toy. Gabe was suddenly even more frightening than before.

A loud thudding sound crashed beyond the barrier of the door and shook the girl from her daze. She hastily ducked down and scrambled to pick all of the pictures up, her dainty hands thrashing around the floor for them.

Why is he back so soon? She panicked, feeling her heartbeat instantly fly into a quick pace. Her heart was pounding so loud that she thought it just might explode, threatening pressure against her lungs.

She heard footsteps in the hallway and instantly sucked in a breath, snapping her head back to the door. She gathered all the photos from the ground and shoved them in the drawer-carelessly forgetting the one on the desk-as she jumped to her feet and ran behind where the office door would open.

Fear took over her body and caused her to fall into overdrive, just as it had done when she was with Luke that night. Pulling her herself straight up, Thalia glanced over at the desk and saw the one picture of her and Leah that she had left out.

No, she froze, not that picture. Please Gabe, don't come in here.

The sound of footsteps stopped just outside the door and she squeezed her eyes shut, hoping that he wouldn't turn the knob and enter the room. She held her breath as the knob rattled, and all her hopes fell apart.

Her step-father opened the door, opening it so that she had to press herself hard against the wall to keep away from it, and walked within her peripheral vision.

He was whistling a tune under his breath, but when he looked towards the desk, he stopped.

He saw it, oh no, he saw it!

Thalia panicked, keeping her eyes closed as tight as she could. She didn't want to see him when he realized that she was in his office; this time she probably wouldn't get out alive.

He looked around before taking a few steps forward and handling the photograph, twirling it between his fingers. Anger pulsed through his veins when he clearly got the picture that Thalia was in the room. His jaw tightened and he clenched his teeth as he slipped the photograph back into the bottom of the third drawer; and it was only then that she remembered that she had left the drawer wide open too.

Gabe slammed the drawer shut and turned around, perching himself up against the desk and regarding Thalia's terrified presence with a smirk, despite his own anger. He played off her fear, and the fact that she couldn't even open her eyes to see if he was watching was a dead giveaway that she was afraid.

"Thalia Grace, what would you be doing in my office?" He drawled, rolling off of his tongue with a sheer coating of anger and threat. There was anger in his eyes, replacing the onyx with a darker, more menacing color.

Terrified of seeing him, Thalia slowly opened her eyes and flinched when she realized how close he was. She let out a scream and scrambled away from his devilish self.

Gabe grabbed her arm and yanked her into him, growling, "I asked you a question, Princess."

"I-I don't understand," she stammered, whimpering as he shook her.

"Why. are. you. in. here?" His hand gripped her arm painfully, causing her to wince.

"I-I'm sorry. I just came in here to find a pencil," she lied, crying out as his hands bruised her arms.

He laughed at her and shoved her against the wall, growling under his breath. He was upset and was not about to allow her to play the lying game. "Don't lie to me, Thalia, I know when you're lying."

"What are you doing with all those pictures of me and Beryl? Did you steal them from her, or are you really just so sick that you've been spying on us for years?" She said through clenched teeth.

Gabe slapped her across the cheek and tossed her against the door, sending her sprawling to the floor and the door slamming shut. She winced and raised a hand to her head, dizzy. "You shouldn't have looked in those drawers, Princess. You're going to wish you never had." He sneered, walking over to her slowly.

Thalia backed away frantically, suddenly very cold and aware she could use in defense. "Please, Gabe, don't do this. You don't want to do this. I know you don't." As he advanced forward, the girl knew she was running out of options. Something on the corner of the desk caught her eye and she scrambled to get up, kicking with all the momentum she could gain.

She dove for the phone and picked it up, dialing 911.

Her heart skipped a beat when arms wrapped around her stomach and yanked her back, eliciting a shrill from her lips and the phone flying. "No, Gabe! Please don't-" She gagged when Gabe's hand covered her mouth and muffled her words.

"You make a mistake, Princess, and now you have to pay for it." He whispered with venom, springing such distaste into her mouth.

On the phone, the first responder spoke and Thalia tried to scream, but Gabe slammed her against the door, crushing her body. She didn't make a sound as she slumped to the ground, her head throbbing and her body shutting down.

Gabe muttered a quick excuse to the responder then hung up; pulling something out of his pocket-a knife. "Princess, it's time for your payment."

Thalia fell on her back and looked up at him, whimpering.

He fingered the sharp knife as if it were a toy, tracing over the blade and twirling it between his fingers. He stared at the girl, walking towards her and lowering the knife. Chills prickled the teen's body and she couldn't move, frozen in place, waiting for the end.

He dropped down on his knees and traced the knife over her arms, red lines appearing from underneath, and then down over her shirt. In one swift motion, he slashed the knife against the fabric; exposing her chest.

Thalia closed her eyes as pain struck her body. "J-just d-do-it. " She whispered, finding enough breath between a sob to speak.

He grinned and slashed the knife across her bare chest, chuckling as she let out a strangled cry. "I don't like it when you cry, Princess."

Gabe's free hand yanked on her hair, causing her to grimace, and slammed her head against the floor again, with skull cracking force. Her eyes fluttered shut and her world went black.

A/N-Hope you enjoyed that and in a few weeks, this story should be getting two updates a week. I plan to finish Cursed, Loved, and Betrayed in three weeks and Marked in two weeks. Of course in those weeks, I'll still be updating this story but it'll be once a week like it is now. We've got alot of ground to cover plot-wise but we're getting there. It's so strange writing a mortal/AU fic because typically, I'll end the story when the prophecy is over but there's no prophecy so I'm like well eventually I'll have to end the Gabe and Luke abusing thing but I'm not sure when. I love how some people review 'I can't wait to see what you have for next chapter!' and I'm like 'Same!' Anyway, favorite, follow, review if you'd like and I'll see you next week!
