Hi lovely readers! I'm finally back! I don't know for how long, though... I don't really like this drabble but, well, I uploaded it in French so I had to translate it anyway. My English is getting worse and worse so I hope I haven't left too many mistakes... But I hope you will enjoy these 2 following drabbles anyway!

PS: I'm sorry if I rarely update... But the university is quite invasive :/ Moreover, my beta doesn't have a lot of time either :(

Enjoy!

"Say Grandma, who's the strongest between you and grandpa?" asked a little boy of eight years old with scarlet hair.

"Hmm... Well, when we were young – a bit older than you – your grandfather used to challenge me... several times a day."

"So it was you? Since he challenged you..."

The grandmother of the little boy smiled.

"Actually, he never fought against me seriously,"

"Why?"

"Well, probably because I was his friend..."

"Seriously mom?" said a young woman with raven hair.

"Aunt Ul!" exclaimed the boy of eight years of age.

"You've been together for almost forty years and you still don't know?"

"What are you talking about, aunt Ul?"

"Aunt Cana and aunt Mira talked about it to me when I was young. They said that dad has loved you ever since he knew you," went on the young woman, which made her mother blush. Even though she had been married for years, she was still as shy as when she was young when it concerned talking about love.

Suddenly, the little boy's face lit up when the front door opened, giving way to a man of about sixty years.

"Grandpa Gray!"

The ice mage smiled when seeing his grandson. He hugged him and kissed his wife and his daughter.

"So, what were all three of you talking about?" he asked them.

"How long have you been loving mom?" Ul asked point blank, ignoring his question.

Gray, who was taken by surprise, could only blush just like his wife had a few minutes earlier.

Ul sighed. Her parents really were the only ones who could act like that after thirty-five years of marriage... Suddenly, she turned toward her nephew.

"Listen up, when you'll love someone, don't be like your idiot grand-parents and tell her. You'll lose less time and you'll suffer less."

The young boy looked at her, disconcerted. Adults' affairs were beyond him...

As for Gray and Erza, they stared at their daughter and then exchanged looks. They observed their descendants in silence. They've come a long way together but they loved each other like the first day, being both clumsy and loving toward each other.

"Dad, if you had been less proud you would have declared your love to her way earlier!" Ul said while pointing at him. "And you mom, if you had been less blind and less focused on your duties, you would have understood his and your feelings!"

Her nephew nodded swiftly.

"Yes, and if you had been less stubborn I would have been older and stronger!"

"Hum... You know that it would have changed everything, don't you? Your father would have been older and different..." Gray pointed out to him.

"Anyway, own up to your lack of courage!" exclaimed his daughter.

Gray and Erza exchanged looks, as to say "their personality comes from your side".

Really... Being reprimanded by their daughter... No doubt about it, she was their child.

They smiled at each other and held each other's hand. Erza placed her head on her husband's shoulder and both of them smiled even more, staring at Ul and their grandson. The young woman might be right but they didn't regret anything. They were happy and knew that no matter what would happen, they would still be happy as long as they were a family...
