Whoop ! I think I'm starting to get the hang of things again ! *smiles*
DIsclaimer: I own nothing of the Teen Titans. Nothing. That being said, please enjoy the debauchery! *happy sarcasm*
Me: "Wh- So yeah... Here we go..."
My mind: "... Frickin hate you dude..."
Me: "Wh- ... But... I thought what he had was special?!" *crys*
(What the hell happened to Homer and Yuki?! I like stopped using them... I'm changing that! x3 I miss those twerps!)
"... And so... That's what happened..." Raven said after telling the middle aged man in front of her what had happened previously.
He looked thoughtful as he sat there across from her in his comfortable study chair, whilst taking a quick sip of his hot coffee. She held her cup of herbal tea, firmly as she waited for the man to speak.
"So now... What do you kids plan on doing exactly?" He questioned concerned. He gently settled his coffee down and looked at her intensly.
But she wasn't imtimidated. She's been in this man's prenece before. In fact, the first time they met she didn't even like him because if the way she saw he treated Beast Boy. She despised this man, really.
"The obvious. Save Beast Boy, and stop Timmothy from trying to conquer Earth... He may be powerful, but he doesn't seem that smart, not one bit actually." She stated plainly. She sipped the last bit of her tea and settled the cup down. "We think he's using Beast Boy as bait though, to get us there so that he can do his bidding, and then take what he wants."
"Hmm... And he's not alone?"
"No," She paused breifly before continuing. "He has a partner, a childhood friend of mine, working with him... I should have seen it coming-"
"It wasn't your fault." He interjected. "You couldn't have known what Roman was capable of doing, or even planning for that matter... Don't be yourself over a mistake you can easily learn from."
"But I'm usually so careful! I always strive, and achieve at being cautious, and it usually has a good outcome. Like, for example, what happened with Terra!" She claimed, still keeping her monotone composure.
"That may be so, but at that point in time, you had never met Terra previously. Your suspicion was merely out of mistrust. Be it that your gut was right or not. She was new, and too friendly."
"Possibly. But, aside from that. I just don't understand why he would even wanna go this far as to hurt me-us... Hurt us..." She sighed deeply, leaning back in the chair she sat in. She glanced to her right, looking out the large window which showed the beautiful scenery of the Forrest that surrounded the mansion she was currently in. She blinked a dew times, and then looked up at the massively high ceiling that had an equally great in size, chandelier hanging from it. The house she was currently in, was the last resort the Titans would go to... But she just wanted some insight.
"Raven dear, you still never mentioned to me, exactly why you've come here to see me..." He asked after giving her a few moments of thoughtful silence.
"Because Mento," She started off. "If anything happened happened to Beast Boy... To Garfield. I just want you to know, that I'll take full blame, full responsibility. Seirously... None of this, would have happened if I had just, quite possibly paid more attention to every single detail, both big and small." She said plainly, even though her voice trembled slightly at the end of her statement. "That, is a promise."
"I'll keep you to your promise young lady. Anything else that you need me to know?" Mento asked whilst standing up and offering Raven a hand up, in which she took.
"No... Not right now, but I'll let you know... Good day."
"Roman... Maybe you should rethink your actions..." Homer said looking nervously at his brother.
"No... Everything is set in motion. Axel is doing his little deeds, and Timmothy is already in D.C... I think we'll be getting a new president soon enough little brother..."
"How? The human elections aren't until 4 more years..." Homer exclaimed worringly.
"Homer..." Roman sighed heavily. "Just stop worrying please... I have enough on my plate as it is... Everything needs to run smoothly... " He paused. "Go to Yuki... Convince her to help us without fully telling her what's going on... Can I trust you to do that?"
"Manipulate her, you mean?"
"Duh..."
"... But..."
"It wasn't a question. It was an order. Can I trust you with this? Of you even think about two timing me, I'll tell Timmothy... And he wont be a happy camper."
Homer sighed in defeat... He honestly couldn't fight against his older brother too much... He looked down and slowly nodded before heading off.
Roman blinked a few times before walking to the cellar. They were currently in an abandoned high rise in jump City, and they had decided to use this place as their temporary base of opperations.
He opened the cellar door and was greeted with an unconscious Beast boy, whom laid on a matteress. He went over to Beast Boy and smack his face lightly.
"Hmph... And to think that this was a good diversion. Having you as their priority, they wouldn't focus all their resources on Timmothy, and he'd accomplish what he plans on doing..."
Beast Boy stirred awake. "Hngh.."
"Ah, but we can't exactly have you blabbering out our plans and locations... You know too much..." With the maroon colored glow of his eyes and the snap of his fingers. Beast Boy passed out once more. "... That should do it..." With a few mutters of a spell, Beast Boy was transported on top of a building somewhere else from his previous location.
The chuckles of an insane young man filled the streets of Washington D.C. as he calmly made his way to the white house. The guards guarding the building were quick to walk up to him, stopping him from even being close enough to the gate.
"Sir, that's as close as you can get."
"Ah... But I don't really have to listen to you." Timmothy said as an evil smile spread across his face. With a slow raise of his hand, most, if not all of the guards close to him immediatly passed out unconsious.
"Hmph... Humans are too easy and weak." He muttered as he made his way through the gates, and onto the field of the Building.
"STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE!" A secret service guard said, coming from inside the buikding, weapon drawn and aimed at Timmothy.
"Pathetic and vile creatures you Humans are... So quick to act and slow to think." He proceeded to walk calmly towards the building. A few more guards came and they all began to fire at Timmothy, even some snipers that were stationed on top of the building started to shoot. But the bullets merely bounced off his skin.
"Your weapons are weak, powerless and pointless... Like toys..." He said. His eyes gower white and a strong gust of wind sent all of the men back with such force, that it was easy to say that some men didn't survive that blow.
"Humans are a little too easy to kill..." He walked passed the men, and into the White House. "Now... Where is Mr. President?!"
So, let's stop right here shall we?! :D
