Tommorow would soon be the Sports Festival and the kids of Class 1-A were all feeling anxious, especially little Izuku who was fidgeting in his seat. One would think that with his super-powerful Quirks that he'd be confident as all hell, but NOPE!
"Come on, Deku-Nii. Stop being a big baby! This will be your chance to show off to the Pros! Everyone'll be wanting you on their side when your done!" Katsuki said casually with his feet on the desk while petting Toga like a cat.
Suddenly, they noticed a strange fiery aura and turned to see Ochako...only her face was so intense it could surpass even Katsuki!
"Everyone...LET'S DO OUR BEST!"
"URARAKA-CHAN! YOU'RE FACE!"
After that awkward moment, Ochako began telling Izuku, Iida and Toga why she was so excited for the Sports Festival.
"You want to be a Hero for money reasons?" Izuku asked while tilting his head as Ochako looked sheepish.
"I-I know it's not the noblest reason but..." Iida put an assuring hand on his friends shoulder.
"Nonsense, why wouldn't you want a more comfortable lifestyle?" Toga walked up next.
"Yeah, as long as you look after people and prioritize their safety over the money at least." Ochako rubbed the back of her head and sighed.
"The thing is...my parents own a construction company but we don't get much work so we're flat broke..." Izuku perked up upon hearing this.
"Wait! Why not? Your Quirk would be perfect for that sort of thing!" Ochako excitedly pointed at Izuku in response.
"I know right?! That's exactly what I told my dad but..." The Gravity Girl trailed off as she recalled her fathers words from long ago before shaking her head.
"I'm gonna be a Hero and make sure to give my parents the easy life they deserve!" Izuku, Iida and Toga all felt proud that Ochako had such a noble goal with her family in mind.
Suddenly, Toshinori stepped in along with Nana, who was wearing a rather form-fitting navy blue business suit.
"Ah, Midoriya my boy! Would you...care to have Lunch with us?" Izuku beamed brightly in response.
"Sure Dad Might!" Nana and Toshinori smiled while Ochako and Iida looked confused before Toga turned with a cheeky smile.
"That skinny guy is All Might when he's not all muscly and that lady is Nana Shimura AKA Mighty Gal. All Might is our godfather and Nana is our grandma!" Ochako and Iida were left petrified in awe at this explanation and as such were speechless for the entire day.
As Izuku was having lunch with his godfather and grandmother, he had the need to tell them something.
"All Might, Nana...I...Have you ever met David Dunn?" The two adults looked surprised at that question.
"Yes, I met him a few times during my trips to America. He was a very good friend and had a very impressive Quirk." Izuku rubbed the back of his head before proceeding to tell Toshinori and Nana about how he met David the other day and somehow looked into his memories, seeing a younger Mr. Glass talking with David.
"I see...do you think that could possibly be your 3rd Quirk?" Toshinori asked as Izuku nodded before deciding to test the theory as he turned to Nana and closed his eyes with concentration. After a few minutes, Izuku yelped as he suddenly found himself staring at a strange void that contained various memories including...Nana's original death at the hands of All for One.
"Are you in my head, kiddo?" Nana asked in her head. Izuku looked amazed, it was like...they were psychically LINKED!
"This is amazing! I'm gonna exit now!" Izuku said happily and Nana nodded as they severed the link.
"That was crazy...but Nana...I...I saw a man...was that All for One?" Nana nodded as she pet her grandson on the shoulder.
"Don't worry, with your power, you'll kick his ass if he shows his ugly face again. Besides, I'm here in the land of the living again thanks to you." Izuku felt slightly better at those words from his grandmother.
"Besides, since we all now have Immortality, All for One will surely have a hard time killing us." Toshinori said, throwing in his two cents to help Izuku out. After lunch, Izuku went home feeling a little better and after a bit of training with his dad, went to sleep, ready for the Sports Festival.
*The Next Day, Day of the Sports Festival*
After Class 1-A had gotten their gym clothes on. They headed to the prep room and waited to be called. Izuku was taking deep breaths while meditating and decided to let hi new Quirk be known to his classmates. He hadn't gotten time to use it yet and figured it was the right moment.
"Hey, guys!" Everyone in Class 1-A perked up as they heard Izuku's voice in their heads.
"Izuku, what are you doing in my head? Oh! Listen to my voice, it sounds cool! Are we having a psychic conversation?" Denki said excitedly.
"Yeah, I discovered my 3rd Quirk yesterday! I figured I'd try seeing it's full capabilities and I see I can make a psychic link with multiple people that we all share!" Izuku explained as the class all got excited and began chatting before Izuku clutched his head.
"STOP! It hurts when everyone talks at once!" This got everyone to shut up in response and Izuku relaxed his body.
"So, what'll this do if I use my Quirk on you?" Hitoshi asked as Izuku shrugged.
"I don't know. I also don't know how far apart we can be but I'm sure I'll figure something out." Izuku said as Sato suddenly rubbed his hands.
"Uh guys..." Everyone turned to the sugar-consuming boy as he showed his hands...which were crackling with explosions. The entire class all said the same thing psychically.
"What the fuck?"
Turns out those who were sharing a psychic link could also share their Quirks except for Izuku since he already had a Copy Quirk. This got everyone excited and looking forward to see what they could do with each others Quirks but would have to wait until after the Sports Festival because it was now beginning.
"WHAT'S UP LITTLE LISTENERS! WE GOT A ROARING SPORTS FESTIVAL GOING ON SO I HOPE YOU'RE ALL EXCITED LIKE I AM! BUT FIRST, LET'S INTRODUCE OUR GOLDEN EGGS! THE BRAVE, THE TALENTED, THE AMAZING CLASS 1-A!" Izuku blushed while Katsuki and Toga soaked up the praise while Shoto just nodded his head. Everyone else felt a little overwhelmed but were able to push through.
"AND AFTER THAT, THEY MAY NOT HAVE DEALT WITH A VILLAIN ATTACK BUT THEY ARE DEFINETLY TALENTED STARS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT: CLASS 1-B!" Izuku waved when he saw Itsuka leading her class next to theirs and the orange haired girl smiled as she waved back while Monoma just gave a cold smirk at Katsuki, who scowled and silently flipped him the bird.
"NEXT WE HAVE THE HOPEFUL STUDENTS WHO MAY HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO SHINE! IT'S THE GENERAL-ED COURSE CLASSES OF 1-C, 1-D AND 1-E!" The General-Ed Course Students all walked in with pride and determination. The two that caught Izuku's eye were a girl with low-curved pigtails and a boy with a pointy chin and an Elvis Presley-style haircut.
"They look interesting..." The greenette thought before Present Mic made the next announcement.
"AND HERE WE HAVE THE TECH GURUS OF THE SUPPORT COURSE! CLASSES 1-F. 1-G AND 1-H! AND FINALLY, THE BUSINESS SAVVY KINGS AND QUEENS OF THE BUSINESS COURSE! CLASSES 1-I, 1-J, AND 1-K!" After the announcements were done, Aizawa pushed Present Mic off and began making the rest of the announcements.
"Alright, we have some Special Guests to host this event. The No.10 and No.8 Pro Heroes Green Twister and Clean Sheen!" Izuku and Katsuki both fell on their faces while Shoto and Toga looked surprised.
"Hey! Don't forget about me, Hobo Cop." Nemuir said as she stepped alongside her sisters before a streak of navy blue crashed in and Nana stood up from the smoke as a lot of the older members in the audience were awestruck.
"No way, is that Mighty Gal?"
"But how! She died in that battle against that Villain, All for One, right?"
"This is amazing! Mighty Gal is alive!"
Nana chuckled and raised her hands to silence the crowd.
"Hey, I know it comes off as a shock that I'm alive and kicking but that's beside the point. Me and my lovely daughters who are all proud Pro Heroes in their own right now are gonna be hosting this shin-dig. I hope that's fine with you all." A collection of 'No, not at all' and 'Sure thing' were heard from the crowd.
"Alright! And now, the one who will give the opening speech is my cute little nephew: Izuku Midoriya!" Nemuri cheered while pointing her whip at Izuku, who squeaked as his face flushed red before he stiffily walked up to the podium and tapped the microphone, looking at the vast majority of people, he felt overwhelmed...until he saw his class all giving him encouraging looks. He could easily hear their encouraging words with his new Quirk, which he had decided to call [Psychic Bond].
"We're with you, Izuku."
"You got this, man!"
"Deku-Nii...Don't screw this up. You're better than that."
"GO IZUKU-CHAN!"
"You, like, totally got this, Midori-Baby!"
"SHOW THEM YOUR HOT-BLOODED FURY, MIDORIYA!"
"Don't go getting cold feet now, Midoriya."
"SHOW THEM YOUR SEXY PECS! Did I just say that out loud?" Izuku mentally blanked that MINORU of all people just said that. He could already sense everyone was thinking the same thing.
But thanks to his friends encouraging words, Izuku smiled as he looked to the expecting crowd and took a deep breath.
"Everyone...I just want to tell everyone participating in this festival one thing...You may not have flashy or exciting Quirks or you may have Quirks that seem fit for a Villain but know this...you CAN still be a Hero. I look at all of you out there wanting to prove yourselves...and that is something I admire most about people. No matter how many times they get pushed down, they should always stand back up and follow their dreams! A true Hero doesn't let anything get him down! Even if things seem bleak, it's up to us all to push through and make a bright path for the next generation! I WANT US ALL TO GO BEYOND, PLUS ULTRA!" This got every class pumped up as they threw their fists in the air.
"PLUS ULTRA!"
"THAT'S MY CUTE LITTLE NEPHEW! HE HAS SUCH A WAY WITH WORDS! ALRIGHT, LET THE SPORTS FESTIVAL BEGIN!" Nemuri shouted as she cracked her whip triumphantly in cheer.
"YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I'M SO EXCITED!" Present Mic cheered and while Aizawa didn't show it, he was actually looking forward to seeing what his problem children were ready to show off.
"Knock em dead, kids." The hobo teacher thought with a small smile gracing his lips. Inko was just smiling proudly at her son with tears in her eyes.
"You raised a good one, sis." Mitsuki said as Inko smiled brightly to her older sister while Nana smiled at her daughters in turn.
*Meanwhile*
A shadowy figure walked up to the Uraraka household and knocked gently a few times. Ochako Uraraka's father, Utiko Uraraka answered it to see the figure was a mysterious man covered in a trenchcoat.
"Can I help you sir?" The patriarch of the Uraraka's asked as the man walked in and looked around.
"Such a filthy place...yet you haven't truly suffered..." The man said as he took his hat off and showed he had a bald head and a rather young face. He seemed to be talking like how a middle-aged woman would. Utiko became worried at how this person was acting.
"Sir..."
"Call me Patricia. And The Beast would like to speak with you." Before Utiko could react, the man had shed his trenchcoat, revealing no shirt underneath and only pants and dirty socks as he pounced on him. Utiko yelped and tried to use his Quirk, [Light Weight], which could lessen the weight of whatever he touched but the man grabbed his arm and twisted it until it broke, exposing the bone.
"UTIKO!" Utiko looked to see his wife and Ochako's mother, Zumiko Uraraka look in horror while covering her mouth.
"ZUMIKO, RUN!" Utiko cried before the man simply grabbed him by the neck and squeezed tightly before slamming him into the floor violently until he was lying in a pool of blood. Zumiko backed away as the man got up off her half-dead husband, a feral look in his eyes as she quickly shot out her Quirk, [Heavy Beam], which could increase the weight of a single thing she shot with her beam but the man simply dodged and crawled on the walls like a wild animal before pouncing on her.
"You have not suffered...But you will...and then you may die...but at least your eyes will be open." The man said in a guttural growling voice before savagely ripping Zumiko's clothes off as she screamed before dropping his pants and pinning her to the floor. Meanwhile, a man with green hair, white skin, red lips with a clown smile painted on and a purple tuxedo with coattails walked in and cringed at the state as a familiar black man with grey hair and a purple suit in a wheelchair was helped in by what seemed to be Batman, one of America's Heroes...except he looked more like a cyborg.
"Utiko Uraraka, Zumiko Urakraka...you are both to be sacrifices for the plans of Elijah Price." The clown man turned with an annoyed look at 'Cyborg Batman'.
"Really, Murder Machine? Sheesh, you couldn't be more subtle...Oh well, not like we have a care here." The clown man said as he looked to see an old-fashioned radio and smiled when he got one of his favorite songs.
"Oh, I love this song! Can we play it Glassy?" The black man smirked as he gave a nod and the clown man...or as you should know..THE JOKER, sat down and popped a cigarette as the song played and drowned out Zumiko's screams as The Beast forced himself on her in his way of 'awakening' her.
Smile,
Though your heart is achin'
Smile,
Even though it's breakin'
When there are are clouds in the sky
You'll get by...
If you smile
Through your fear and sorrow
Smile,
And maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shinin' through,
For you...
Light up your face with gladness
Hide, every trace of sadness
Although a tear
may be ever so near
That's the time, You must keep on tryin'
Smile, what's the use of cryin'
You'll find that life is still worth while
If you just smile
I know the ending may suck but I wanted to show The Joker...and also I threw in Mr. Glass, The Beast and one of the Dark Knights.
Yeah, I just killed Ochako-Chan's parents, I am a terrible person. But they won't die immediately, in fact, we'll see them after the Sports Festival...Iida won't be the only one grieving the fate of a family member...
Also, since The Beast and Mr. Glass are the main reasons for Ochako's parents death...what will she do when she finds out? And how will Izuku and the rest of Class 1-A help her out?
Finally, the Joker will be like a mixture of the classic Mark Hamill Joker we all know and love (I'm using the Arkhamverse version) but with a touch of Joaquin Phoenix's tragic clown-style Joker from the upcoming movie, which I am really excited for by the way.
But also, I will have a special cameo in the Sports Festival and I'm sure you will like it. Also, Monoma will be getting his just desserts soon and yes, he will become a Villain willingly by the Camp Training Arc.
So until then, see you later and Stay Frsoty...AND WATCH ENDGAME, IT'S AWESOME!
