"What do you mean 'Fury is on his way'?" Steve asked Natasha. She grinned, then held up the watch again.

"This is what we were doing in Phil's office. We hooked the frequency up to S.H.I.E.L.D.'s and got in touch with Fury. He just messaged back saying he is on his way with a team. They're heading for the airport we took off from, then circling around to find us. They're about an hour out."

"So, we're safe now, right? We just need to lay low until Fury gets here."

"If only it were that easy, Skye. Ivan, I've seen him and his goons take down team after team of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents like they were dominoes. We need to distract him, and get Fury a clear shot."

"How will he know where we are?"

"That's a good question, Fitz. We need you and Simmons to get to the control center of the plane and turn on the GPS tracking system. After that, Fury should be here in a matter of minutes."

Fitz paled, but Simmons nodded. She was sure their team could get them to the cockpit safely. Clint slapped Fitz on the back, and he just gave a small, worried grin. Clint laughed.

"It's gonna be alright, Leo. I promise. Tasha and I have your back."

Natasha nodded. Ward stepped forward.

"How exactly are we going to do this?"

"As a team. We all have our new partners, so let's try out these new combinations. Tony, Skye, May, and Thor will go first. Thor and May will take out any threat they see, and make sure they stay out. Provide cover for Tony and Skye, so they can go get power back on for the upper rooms. I don't want us fighting in the dark.

"Bruce. You and Ward will follow up after they're in the clear. I need you to lay the grounds, so that we can control the opening and the closing of the cockpit door. The control system is on the inside, but can be accessed from the outside if you drill quietly. No one will ever know. Ward, keep Bruce covered.

"Steve, you and I will wait for the doors to be open. The first people who are coming out are Ivan's henchman. He won't sacrifice himself now, it's too late in the game. Clint, you and Natasha will come up here when I give you the call. He'll come out for you. Keep a clear head. FitzSimmons life depends on it.

"FitzSimmons, while they're distracting Ivan, you two will sneak into the now empty cockpit, escorted by Ward and May. Turn on the GPS system, then get out of there. After that, I want everyone combat ready to go for Ivan. Just don't get yourself killed, okay?"

The teams nodded, then moved and stood beside their partners, waiting for their call. Coulson turned to Tony, Skye, Thor, and May, and nodded.

"You all are up. If things get bad, get out of there, and we'll think of something else. He'll have a few men guarding the door, but I don't know how good they'll be. Ivan tends to keep his better henchman closer to him in times of stress."

"We'll do our best, Captain sir!" Tony made a fake salute, then frog marched into the next room, heading towards the cockpit. May rolled her eyes as she left, Skye and Thor following, doubled up in silent laughter.

Coulson smirked. "Glad to see someone is keeping up a good mood."

Clint smiled, then slid down a wall wincing. Natasha slinked over to him.

"Clint?" she whispered, trying not to draw attention. She did a quick inventory of everyone around them, but no one was paying attention. They were talking silently with each other, not noticing the hurt archer.

"Mhhm?" Clint replied, trying to readjust himself.

"How bad?"

"What?"

"How bad does it hurt?"

"Not bad Tasha, I'm just tired."

"Clint."

"Hm?"

"You're lying to me."

Clint looked up at his partner. He studied her concerned face, then laughed.

"I'm alright, Tasha. This is no where near as bad as Budapest. My ribs were on fire then."

"Yeah, because I accidentally set them on fire."

"Accidentally, yeah, of course."

They both laughed, thinking of the much simpler times.

After about ten minutes, Tony and Skye came running into the room, out of breath, with sweat beading on their foreheads. Coulson rushed up to them.

"Where's Thor and May?"

Tony started heaving, trying to get out a few words, while Skye held tightly to her ribs. Knowing he wouldn't be able to get anything out, Tony pointed up the stairs.

Everyone looked up, and a few seconds later, May and Thor came rushing in, looking slightly dishevled, but fine, nonetheless.

May spoke first.

"We took down four guys. The room outside the cockpit is clear, and the lights are on."

"Good. Bruce, Ward? You're up."
