"Irishida, Irishida!" Jin Momashi went running into their club room.

"Whaaat? I'm busy!" He was in the middle of writing something in calligraphy.

"I got it! I got a great picture of Fujioka!"

"What!" Irishida sat up quickly, paintbrush cracking in his hand. "Show me!"

Jin handed the picture over. It was indeed of Haruhi, looking up at something, hand tucking a small bit of hair behind her ear as she seemed to have a far-off gaze.

"Ah! This is.. this is brilliant!" Irishida's face reddened as he stared at it, little hearts floating around him. "I just want to hold her to me!" He squeezed the picture to his chest.

"Don't hog it, it's the only one I have!" Jin tried to snatch it back, but irishida was fast on the draw.

"No way!"

The door opened and Hiro entered. "Guys, you are so loud!" He emptied his hands of the vials he carried on to a table. "I got the rest of the ink you wanted. Man, our traditional Calligraphy Club is practically empty these days since the other members left to attend the Host Club."

"SH!" Irishida put his finger to his lips. "Those words are forbidden to be spoken in the sanctuary of our club's walls! We must be.." He whispered, "absolutely silent."

The silence lasted several moments before the echo of loud knocking sent chills down their spines in fear.

"EEEK! WHO'S THERE!" They all three shouted at once.

"Kasanoda. Open up."

"Gah! That's that really creepy red-haired guy!" Jin shrieked.

"Are you sure you wanna let him in?" Hiro hid behind a box.

"Uhm- C-come in!" Irishida squeaked.

Slowly the door opened and the red haired demon-looking guy stared at them a second with fierce eyes before he was distracted by all the strips of paper around the room, Fujioka's name painted on them, as well as love poems written to her. "GAH! What the hell is this!? It's even on the ceiling!"

"LEAVE AT ONCE BEFORE YOU'RE CURSED!" Jin waved a Nekozawa doll at Kasanoda.

"GET THAT OUT OF MY FACE!" He smacked Jin's hand and the doll went flying out of his hand, ricocheted around the room and hit Irishida in the head with a loud thunk.

"Ah! Club leader, I'm sorry!" Jin went running over to assist him.

"Anyway, why are you here, anyway?" Hiro asked, closing the door behind Kasanoda.

"I- I came to join your Fujioka fanclub!"

The three young men stared at Kasanoda for a good few seconds, judging the situation before whispering with each other, Irishida rubbing the sore bump on his head.

"Do you think he knows?"

"What if he doesn't, and he's actually gay?"

"How'd he found out about the fanclub?"

"I found out through rumors, and I'M NOT GAY!" Somehow he'd snuck in to their little whispering huddle.

The boys each looked at each other before Irishida grinned. "Fine. Under one condition. You have to write out Fujioka's name in the best calligraphy you can! We take calligraphy seriously and if you can't write her name in a way that will capture her, there's no way we'll let you in!"

Kasanoda's back straightened. "I won't let you down!"

It was a bit of a chore, getting everything prepared. But it was necessary for the event. Kasanoda donned the white suit, white band tied around his head, and sat at the table, the accessories already set out for him. Inhaling deeply, he grabbed the brush and stirred it in the ink hard before letting out a roar and splashing the brush to the paper, moving his arm as he wrote. All three boys sat and watched, eyes glued to the brush as it moved.

"DONE!" Kasanoda finally held up the paper, Haruhi's full name written with little hearts all over the place, and even a little doodle of her face with blush lines.

The boys sat and stared a good five minutes in silence. "It.. IT'S PERFECT!" They chimed at once. "Welcome to the Fujioka Fanclub, Bossanova-kuuun!" They shook his hands vigorously.

"IT'S KASANODA!" He growled.

"Eep! Yessir!"

"So- what.. do you do in this fanclub?"

"We admire Fujioka!"

"We write Fujioka's name!"

"We take pictures of Fujioka!"

"And most importantly, we have Fujioka cater to us in the Host Club!" They spoke that last one at the same time.

"We have to keep an eye on her from those bullies!" Jin shouted.

'Weren't you the one who bullied her?' Kasanoda thought to himself.

"They're oppressing her!" Hiro called out.

"Let us sing the mantra!" Irishida balled a fist, determind.

They looked at each other before nodding. "To Fujioka we pledge ourselves! To her safety we protect! To her chastity we hold dear! And above all else, we'll keep her gender a secret to everyone; to this we abide and hold our hearts true! If we stray from this path, we'll be sworn to perform seifuku!"

"Eh!?" Kasanoda's face went red. "You're going to wear girl's uniforms?!"

"What! No! The ancient art of killing oneself in honor during battle!" Hiro chirped.

"That's seppuku, you idiots!" Kasanoda placed a thumb and forefinger at the bridge of his nose. "If I'm going to be in this fanclub, I'm going to have to teach you idiots a few things, especially about Fujioka-san!"

"It's okay, we call her Haruhi-chan here."

Kasanoda's whole head went bright red. "H-Haruhi..-chan?" He imagined her for a moment, laughing in reaction to him calling her that, and steam went out his ears. "That.. that's really cute.." He muttered quietly as he shifted in his seat.

"Just like our Fujioka Haruhi-chaaan~, heheheee~" All four of them sat happily in bliss as they fantasized about their favorite female student.

"So what now?" Kasanoda asked after several minutes.

"Now! We look at our Haruhi-chan photo album!" Irishida pulled out a thick book and dropped it on the table with a loud thunk. "We... don't have a lot of pictures of her, so we had to improvize." Most of the 'pictures' were drawings by them. They weren't terrible, but it certainly didn't capture Haruhi, just their imaginative ideas of her. Curvy, cute, and nerdy. Certainly their own preferences of girls with Haruhi's face pasted on.

"No. No, NO! This is all wrong! Haruhi isn't curvy! She isn't cute like that! And she isn't nerdy, either!" Kasanoda grabbed a paintbrush and a paper. "She's thin, like this! Small b- bre-" He couldn't bring himself to say the word without exploding. "Chest! And a bu- backside.. like this.." He couldn't take drawing her with them watching. "STOP LOOKING!" He pulled the paper to his chest. "Her body shouldn't be oggled like that!"

"You oggled it!" Irishida and Jin grumbled.

"And how do you so much about her, anyway?" Hiro asked.

"Ah- n- I.."

"Go oooonn!" They insisted.

"I walked in on her changing!" Kasanoda let the paper fall and he held his head down. "I'm the worst. A pervert! Ah- WHAT!" The paper he'd been holding didn't have time to dry and he'd pressed it to his shirt. The art he'd done of Haruhi was drying into his white shirt. "Dammit! This won't wash out! I need a replacement shirt!"

"Sorry." They shrugged. "We don't have replacements."

"No! It's almost time to go to her club!" He sobbed.

"Just button up your jacket." Hiro suggested.

"That goes completely out of my character set up!"

"What.. character is that?"

"The scary delinquent type!"

They laughed. "Good job!" They gave the thumbs up before standing.

"In any case, we'd better go."

"What if someone wants something from the Calligraphy Club?" Kasanoda asked.

"It's the Calligraphy Club. No one wants anything from us." Tears streamed down Irishida's face.

"Come on, come on, we'll miss the first greeting if we don't hurry! And I don't want to miss Haruhi-chan in her costume todaaaay~!" Jin said excitedly as he floated out of the room.

"Wait up, I want to see it, too!" Hiro followed after quickly.

"Hey wait- wait for me!" Kasanoda buttoned up his shirt as best he could before following them out, trailed by Irishida.

"After you, Fujioka expert!"

"What!?" Kasanoda's face went red.

"That's right! We'll be relying on you, Kasanoda, for that info!" Jin and Hiro laughed.

Kasanoda's shoulders slumped. "I'm starting to feel irritated by you guys."

"Come on, come on!"

When they got there, they casually waited for some girls to pass and open the doors before they followed, trying to look as though they were bored or something, while inside they were giddy with excitement.

"Welcome, to the Host Club!" Eight voices greeted them, rose petals flying everywhere.

"Aww.." Their shoulders slumped.

"They're not in costume today." Hiro whined as they entered, trying to look as casual as possible.

"Hey look, Bossanova-chii came today!" The twins echoed each other.

"Oh, it's been awhile since we've seen you." Haruhi smiled up at him as he sat her table.

"Y-yea.. hi.." His back was stiff as he stared at the table, trying to hide a blush.

"And you three are here as well.." Haruhi sounded absolutely irritated that they had come too.

"Well you know.." Started Irishida.

"We just uhm-" Jin stuttered.

"Love the tea here!" Hiro tried to finish. "But we love your company, too!"

Irishida, Jin, and Kasanoda looked at him quickly, dread lines behind them as they looked scared.

"Oh, well, I guess it's nice to have new faces around."

'I wish I'd thought of saying that!' The others thought as Hiro felt in bliss.

Suddenly, Irishida's chair was kicked out from underneath him and he fell to the floor. "Ow, OW!" He stood up quickly. "Who did that!"

"Oh, excuuse me." Pumpkin's voice seeped sarcasm. "Just passing." She rolled her eyes.

"Watch it, grape-head!"

"Ooh, that's a new one!" The twins said excitedly.

Anger marks appeared around Pumpkin. "Don't call me that!"

"Hey now, there's no need to get upset, Pumpkin. It's okay." Haruhi smiled. "Let byognes be bygones, okay?"

She muttered and sulked away. "Fine."

The four boys felt their hearts go aflutter. "Haruhi-ch- er- Fujioka-san, can we see you tomorrow as well?"

"I.. suppose, if you want. Hey, Bossanova, there's something on your shirt." She grabbed a cloth and started to clean the part of his shirt that could be seen above the buttons of his jacket. "Let me get that for you."

"Huh? Oh, no, it- it's okay, don't worry about it!" He tried to pull away but in the process of doing so her hand got caught in the buttons and his jacket popped open. "Ah-!"

The other boys sat frozen as they held their breath.

The cloth dropped from Haruhi's fingers as she stared. "What.. is this?"

The other Host members appeared almost simultaneously as the shirt was revealed, much to Kasanoda's despair. The twins leaned in to read it out loud.

"Fu-ji-o-ka is a home-made love." They looked at each other before looking at Haruhi, who burst into laughter.

"What- what!" Kasanoda looked down and pulled his shirt straight. The art he'd made on that paper had been pasted on his shirt weird with the wrinkles on his shirt, and spelled out something strange! "How- how'd this happen!" His face went bright red.

The women around them swooned and laughed, excited over this development.

'I wish I'd thought of doing that!' The other three boys cried internally.

"Ahahaha!" Haruhi wiped her eyes as she calmed herself.

Tamaki took the most offense to it. "Kyouya, kick them out, we can't have these ragamuffins in here making fun of Haruhi like this!"

"No, senpai, it's okay." Haruhi smiled. "I'm sure it was just a dare or something, I'm not worried about it."

Kyouya had that 'it's okay because she said it's okay' look on his face, which made Tamaki grumble.

"Thanks for the laugh, Bossanova." She smiled and slapped his shoulder, though it felt more like it was a warning than a friendly gesture to him.

"Eh-heh.. yea!" He sweat dropped. But she touched him! Oh, what a marvelous day! The other three boys stared at him in jealousy as they sipped their tea.
