OHHHH SHIT I HAVENT UPDATED THIS IN FOREVER!
Hehe, forgive my little outburst. I'm just glad i was finally able to give you another chapter of what is evidently my most popular story. 3,773 views! i saw that on the screen and I'm just like 0.0… COOL!
I'm so happy you people like what i write. The first chapters are actually the VERY first things i published, so if you wanna know thats why they're so…..lame. But as time went by i published more stuff and got better. (At least i hope so :P)
And I'm not sure exactly how many chapters there will be left, but i doubt it'll reach 30.
Disclaimer- I in know way own Soul Eater, as is apparent from the lack of romance in the series.
animelover0301 AKA Marisa- shall be introduced in this chapter, told ya i would :D
Let me know if you like your character ok?
Remember, if you want an OC in any of my stories, just give me as many details as possible and what story. I'm more than happy to! :P
I can't keep track of too many at a time whilst still worrying about the anime characters, so i'll try my VERY best to fit you in at least somewhere.
START OF CHAPTER:
MARISA P.O.V
"Soul is a human."
I gasped in shock, human?! If he's discovered, who knows what King Spirit will do to him! Like princess Maka, i was not willing to kill a human just for being human. I myself had been saved by the princess, and to this day i still owed her my loyalty for giving me a second chance.
My family had apparently been spying for the other pack for a few generations now, but i didn't know their true intentions, and when me and my brother had been told to make friends with the princess, i thought nothing of it at the time.
But we were somehow found out, our parents had been banished immediately, and my brother was locked in the dungeon. I was about to suffer the same fate before the princess intervened. After that i actually got to know her better and made good friends with her, she became like a sister to me, the loving sister i never had.
My brother never forgave me though. I tried to visit him a few times, but he would curse and rage at me, insulting me in ways he knew i hated more then anything. Maka was the only who could comfort me, and actually mean it, be genuine with her words.
So i was more loyal to the princess than to our leader. I'm not sure if it was a life debt exactly, but i was still extremely loyal to her.
So when i heard the princess was going to shelter a human, i was very surprised, but i wanted to help. The plan was to 'conveniently' enter the room, and act surprised before offering help.
Unfortunately, i tripped.
NOBODY'S P.O.V
"He's a what?!" Liz hissed at Maka.
Her and Patty had been young werewolves on the streets in the human village, homeless with no family. They had been thieves and pick-pockets until the humans ran them out into the forest. They then joined the pack and made friends with Maka.
If the princess hadn't taken them under her personal care, made sure they had a small home and befriended them, who knows where they'd be now. They pulled they're weight in the pack though, helping out and proving they were willing.
Even now, some people still looked wary around the twins like they were afraid of them. So apart from the princess and co. they mostly kept to themselves.
The princess of the werewolves had taken up a protective stance in front of Soul, afraid of a bad reaction. Green eyes almost glaring at anyone who got to close.
Then there was a soft thud and a muted squeak. Everyone in the room froze. Then Tsubaki approached the door, and swiftly opened it to reveal Marisa, a friend of Maka's.
Marisa could've passed for Tsubaki's sister, except of a few main differences.
Tsubaki's hair was pitch black, but Marisa'a was a dark brown. Her eyes were unusual, a strange shade of silver. She could be quite serious when she wanted to, but she was generally friendly with most people.
To a certain degree she could even influence black star, a feat that everyone but Tsubaki and Maka found impossible. Almost like she was Black Star's older sister, older only because she was taller.
Her face was a little rounder than Tsubaki's in structure, her jawline less angled.
But all in all, she was pretty. Bad thing for the boys she wasn't interested in dating just yet.
SOUL'S P.O.V
Who was she? She looked pretty enough, similar to Tsubaki with brown hair instead of black, and rare silver eyes.
Then Maka walked over to her and squealed. "Marisa! I'm so happy your here!" and chatting aimlessly for a few seconds.
Once everything was settled, no-one really hated me, which was good. Now i think were deciding where i'd live while here. I just hope its not the dungeon…
"We'll talk more after dinner okay guys?" Maka said, and everybody agreed. Later on Maka came back and brought me some food of my own to eat, i thanked her. She then kissed me on the cheek before smiling and walking away, making my face go red all over again. Dooes that mean she really likes me?
(A.N- Poor dense, oblivious Soul hehe)
THE PLANNING OF SOUL'S NEW HOME
"He can't take a room in this hallway like the rest of us, the guards would know within a few days." Kid said, the rest nodding in agreement.
"And he can't switch between our rooms." Liz put in. "He'd need something more permanent." Everyone saw where she was coming from, but they were low on options.
They all took turns, debating and putting forward suggestions and new ideas, only to be shot down or realise somehow the idea wouldn't work. Until they finally agreed on a plan.
"What about the old deeper level music room?" Suggested Tsubaki. "It's been abandoned for quite a few years, and is now completely empty."
Music room huh? Doesn't sound too bad, and since its apparently empty, and it would be lower in the ground, isolated from other wolves that weren't loyal to Maka.
THE NEXT DAY (Soul's new room)
Since i didn't own much or bring to many things with me, it didn't take long for the group to pack away my things.
Liz had gushed at me, something about going shopping for clothes and how she was excellent at disguises. Maka had given me a sympathetic look at that speech.
Then i thought about Maka. She confused me a lot. She seemed to have a genuine interest in me, but never did more then kiss my cheek, or occasionally grasp my hand, we just went with it, not really describing in words how either of us felt.
They took the time whenever they could making me a bed and other furniture by hand, and they made them very detailed to. I did try to protest, but they would have none of it. Especially Maka.
One thing's for sure, one fact that i know for certain.
I had a not-so-little crush on Princess Maka.
THRONE ROOM - SPIRITS P.O.V (*Insert Dramatic Music*)
Ah, the perks of being a king. Lots of money and beautiful women walking around, not to mention the maids, to observe. (*Cough* Perv on *Cough*) but all the riches of the pack couldn't get me what i wanted most of all.
I wanted my angel, Maka-chan to love me as her father. She hated me since her mother died, and refused to acknowledge me as her father, instead addressing me by name or title.
I even made a complete fool of myself trying to win back her affections, but it only seemed to make her hate me more, and spend more and more time either with her friends, or by herself reading some giant book.
Well good. At least she wast seeing any boys behind my back. (If only he knew hehe….) Boys tended to be unfaithful this young, and some weren't even as adults. They relied on instinct and cheated on their partners.
It should be noted here that Spirit is a total hypocrite. He had told Maka's mother he went out for patrols, instead sneaking to the bar in the human village and picking up some cheap woman for the night, and lied the next morning. Furtunately queen Kami never found out, Maka did as a child.
END OF CHAPTER:
So did ya guys like it? I have the day off school today, so i finally got off my lazy ass and wrote something for you guys. Thank you so much for being patient with me, even though I'm a lazy bum :P
