So what's up? I hope you liked the story so far! Sorry it took so long... But with a kid on the way things are chaotic...

Recap: "Fine," he says. Then he smiles, "I know why you did it." He kisses my cheek, "Just know, you're mine." Then Yugi was standing there.

"Femi!" he hugs me. Then he sees Jounouchi. "JOUNOUCHI!"

"YUGI!" I turn to see Anzu.

"JOUNOUCHI!" right behind her Honda.

"Jounouchi," I whisper, "Open your eyes, please." As if listing to me, his eyes open. He looks sort of weak. He looks at Yugi.

Yugi smiles and says, "Jounouchi, it's me! Let's go back!" Jounouchi's eyes widen.

"YUGI!" He yells them hugs him. I couldn't help but smile.

"So," Jounouchi says the next day at school, "You promised me a treat! Where is it!?"

"You know I was acting!" I yell.

"I don't know," Anzu says with a smirk.

"Yeah," Honda says, "You were pretty good!" Yugi laughs.

I glare then smirk. Then I look at Jounouchi from under my lashes, shocking them all.

"You want your treat, baby," I say in a flirty tone, "I have it right here 3" I wink at him then reach into my bag. Then in my normal tone, "Here you go! A bacon strip!" I hand it to him and smile.

Duel 13: The Man from Egypt (Part 1&2)

Femi's P.O.V,

I walk in the class just to hear Yugi, "Yup! It's opening tomorrow at Domino City Museum!"

"That sounds interesting!" Anzu says, "Let's go!"

"Okay," I say gaining their attention, "What did I miss this time?"

"An Egyptian exhibit!" Honda answers me. Instantly I try to calm myself down. The gang is too excited to notice.

"The college professor who discovered the pharaoh's tomb is my grandpa's friend, Professor Yoshimori!" Yugi explains, "He invited us, so we can get in free!"

"Wow," Anzu says, "That's the guy in the newspaper."

"Didn't they find a mummy?" Honda asks. If they would have looked at me, they would have noticed my glare.

"A mummy?!" Jounouchi says in a scared tone, "I don't wanna get cursed!" Normally, I would've laughed.

"Egypt is such a mystical place," Anzu says, "That's where your puzzle's from isn't it?"

"Yup!" Yugi says, "My good ol' Millennium Puzzle!"

"Oh, that's right," Anzu says looking scared, "Didn't your grandpa say the archaeologists who found it all did mysterious deaths?"

"NO WAY!" Jounouchi yells, "Yugi! Are you all right? You aren't cursed, are you?!"

"Of course I'm not cursed!" Yugi says, "Don't scare him, Anzu." Then he looks at the puzzle with a suspicious look. So he has suspected something.

"Tomorrow's Sunday," Anzu says, "Let's meet at the museum at 1:00!"

"Yeah," Yugi says.

"We're there!" Honda says with Jounouchi.

"What about you, Femi?" Yugi notices my glare, "Hey, you okay?"

"Of course I'm not okay!" I explode, "Do you have any idea what those people did!? They just stole one of my pharaoh's eternal rest! It's sick! They take off the mask of the 'mummy' and make him look like a dirty doll! There is a reason for tombs! They are just like the gravestones at a graveyard! I know I wouldn't want to be dug out! Those archaeologists who found your puzzle deserved what they got!" I could see the shock on their faces. "You let me see the box the other day. It said right on it, 'those who are not of blood relative to the light who will solve this puzzle shall not touch. If they do, they will be punished! Whoever solves this will gain my dark power and knowledge. His name shall be Yu-Gi-Oh!' Those selfish people didn't listen to the warnings and stole from a pharaoh's tomb! The archaeologists who did this," I point to the newspaper, "will also get what they deserve. Maybe not now, but when they die and go to the underworld, they will be punished severely! أنا أكره الناس من هذا القبيل!" (I HATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT!) I scream the last part. I take a deep breath. The gang looks completely shocked. I close my eyes and touch my necklace, "The person who gave me this necklace told me she stole it from a tomb. I immediately went to that tomb and begged for forgiveness. Then my necklace started glowing. My world went black except for my dream. It was a girl. She was beautiful. She looked at me and said, 'take of the Jewel of Ra, it is now yours, but all bad deeds are punished.' That night the girl, who gave this to me, she was my neighbor, died." I open my eyes, "I will go, but don't expect me to be nice to those archaeologists."

They continue to look at me in shock, but I ignore them. I feel bad about blowing their heads off, but I'm not sorry because I meant it. That's how I feel.

~Sunday~

I put on a white shirt with a white flowing skirt. Then I slip on Yami's jacket which Yugi returned to me. Then I put the Jewel of Ra on. I take a deep breath. Okay, Femi, do not blow up on anyone! They're just people. Yeah, people who like to disrupt graves of my pharaohs! Wait, pharaoh... Huh, wait, didn't the Yugi and Yami's Puzzle belong to... No, I'm probably wrong. Anyway I need to get to the museum.

"Hey!" I say walking up to Yugi with a forced smile. He could tell it was forced. I know by the way he smiled at me as if he was saying sorry.

"Everyone's here!" Gramps says with a smile.

"Yo, you bet!" Jounouchi says. Gramps looks around.

"Actually, my friend was supposed to meet us here," he says, "Let's wait a bit longer."

"Yugi," Jounouchi says, "Don't wear your school uniform on the weekends."

"Why not?" Yugi asks.

"Don't listen to him," Anzu says, "You look good." Yugi blushes. I smile. Yeah, he's got a crush on her.

"MUTOU!" we turn to see a guy.

"Here he is," Gramps says.

"It's been a while!" the guy says.

"Thank you for inviting us to your show!" Gramps says then Gramps turns to us, "Let me introduce you! This is Professor Yoshimori."

"Pleased to meet you," Yoshimori says.

"Whoa, you're famous!" Jounouchi says, "You're the guy who found the Pharaoh's tomb!" I glare. Don't say anything, Femi. He's not worth it. Then a fat little man comes up beside Yoshimori.

"Who's this?" Gramps asks.

"Ah, yes!" Yoshimori says, "This is the owner of museum. He provided the grant for the excavation and is sponsoring this exhibit."

"Kanekura's the name!" he says, "Welcome to my museum!" Then Kanekura whispers something to Yoshimori. He nods then he turns to us again.

"Mutou, you told me that your grandson solved the Millennium Puzzle," Yoshimori says. I glare even harder though he doesn't notice. You better not be doing what I think. I will drag you behind a building and kill you myself.

"I did tell you that, didn't I?" Gramps says chuckling. Then Yoshimori looks at us. He takes a step back when he sees my glare, but then he notices Yugi. How can you not though? Golden puzzle and crazy hair!

"So you're Yugi!" Yoshimori says.

"THAT'S IT! THE LEGENDARY MILLENNIUM PUZZLE!" Kanekura screams, "YOU MUST SHOW IT TO ME!" I growl and ball up my fist. Anzu, being closest to me, inches closer to Jounouchi and whispers something in his ear. He grabs it.

"T-this is wonderful! Such an important piece of Pharaonic history, and it's hanging around your neck!" Kanekura says excited. Yeah, it's around his neck and it better stay around his neck!

"Kanekura makes his living in the art business. He has an eye for antiquities," Yoshimori explains to Yugi. Yugi looks puzzled for a moment.

"YUGI, I BEG YOU!" Kanekura yells, "People have got to see this! Let me display it at the show!" Deep breath, Femi, deep breath.

"WHAAA!" Yugi yells.

Kanekura bows than says, "Please."

Yugi looks so nervous, but I know him. He's too kind for his own good. He's going to let him. Someday, I'm going to lose my temper and that poor kind-hearted weirdo is going to hate me… Then again, being as kind-hearted as he is, he'd probably just say 'it's alright. You needed that.' Now I have an urge to roll my eyes. Okay anyway back to Yugi.

"W-well, how about just for one day?"

"Oh, sure! One day is plenty!" Kanekura says. Then his face twists up in such greed. I glare even harder.

"Femi," Jounouchi says to me, "You don't have heat vision. Stop trying to shoot lasers from your eyes."

"Would you like it to be pointed at you?"

"You know on second thought… Fry his brains!"

"You are such a wimp when it comes to Femi," Anzu remarks.

That's when Kanekura notices me. He looks at my necklace. His eyes go wide.

"Is that?! Yes it is!"

"What?" Yoshimori says. Kanekura walks up to me and makes a grab for my necklace. I take a step back.

"THAT'S THE JEWEL OF RA!"

"Yes it is." I say coldly.

"Please! IT MUST BE DISPLAYED WITH THE MILLENNIUM PUZZLE!" Kanekura says, "I BEG! It belonged to a queen! And—"

"I know the history of my necklace," I say coldly, "And will not be displaying it!" I glare, "It stays right here. On my neck. You can forget trying to sell it. You're lucky Yugi's nice. Or he would have told you to go to hell like I'm about to." My necklace starts glowing, something I don't notice, "If I am right about your intentions, then this curse shall activate, you shall face your greed and lose. That's my curse to you; I swear it, on the Jewel of Ra. Now then, shall we go inside?" I walk past them into the building.

"WOW!" Yugi says.

"Trust me," I say making them turn to me, "It looks better in the tomb, where it belongs. Well, have fun. I'm out!" Then I walk away. The last thing I hear is:

"She really hate this, doesn't she?" from gramps

"She says it's wrong to dig up someone's grave and disrupt the eternal rest of a Pharaoh." From Yugi.

"That and you guys will be punished," from Jounouchi.

I felt a tear well up as I looked at my Pharaoh. I was in this tomb before. It's sad that I had to leave it, but it's sick that I know have to go to a museum to see it.

"And over here we have the mummy," I hear.

"FEMI!" Yugi yells and runs to me.

"Hi," I say in a low voice.

All of a sudden, Jounouchi lets out a scream (A girly one too) and yells, "Let's go! If we keep staring, we're gonna be cursed!"

Yoshimori laughs, "There's no such thing as curses." All but Yugi starts walking away.

"That's what you think," I say.

"Femi, are you still mad?"

"Yes," I say.

"Is it wrong that I gave them my puzzle?"

"No Yugi, but I know didn't want to," I say.

He looks over on the other side of me. He looks shocked so I look over too. An Egyptian with the scale of the dead is just standing there with tears rolling down his face.

"Why are you crying?" Yugi asks.

"These tears are not mine," he replies, "This shriveled form… he has become a doll of dust… but still he is the eternal pharaoh… his spirit lives on with his name. Even the eternal sleep is denied him… the cry of his soul becomes tears and flows down my cheeks…"

"I feel it too," I say. He looks at me funny for a second then back at the Pharaoh. Then he turns to Yugi and bends down.

"You're a nice little boy," ruffles his hair, and then the stranger just walks away. Yugi looks so mad, but his glare, not intimidating.

Then Anzu walks over.

"Hey, Anzu, I saw this Egyptian guy," he points to where the guy disappeared.

"Huh…?! I didn't see anyone?" she says.

"Considering I'm Egyptian, why are you shocked?" I ask.

He opens his mouth to say something, but just then Jounouchi yells, "Hey! Look! Over there! Yugi's puzzle is on display!"

"Huh? Really?" Yugi asks.

I see Kanekura and some man, but then as we approached they left. Something in my gut just tells me not to trust him.

"WOW!" Yugi shouts, "It looks so cool in the glass!"

"Let's take a picture!" Anzu says, "And Femi, smile please." I roll my eyes. Yugi stood there with a piece sign. Gramps behind him with a smile. Jounouchi on the other side with his thumb up. Honda, behind him, giving him bunny ears. I sit down in front of it and put my hands up as if I was reaching for it.

"Look this way!" Anzu says.

"CHEESE!" shouts Honda.

"BURGER!" shouts Jounouchi.

"ONE MORE!" Anzu shouts.

"Ah! That was fun!" Anzu says as we walk out of the museum.

"I wish I could go to Egypt!" Yugi says.

"You'd love it!" I say with a smile.

"Professor Yoshimori! Thank you so much for today!" Gramps says.

"It's my pleasure! Why don't you come by my lab, and I'll show you even more." He says, "Well, I have to get back to the university."

"Bye!" everyone said while I just wave.

"What do you want to do now?" Anzu asks.

"I'll wait until the museum closes!" Yugi says, "I want my puzzle back before I go home!"

"I have to get back to the store," Grandpa says.

"We'll be off too," Jounouchi and Honda says.

"I'll wait with you," I say as they all leave. Yugi smiles then looks at his watch.

"4:30, thirty minutes left," he says to me. We sit with our backs against the bricks.

"Femi?"

"Yeah?"

"Did you mean what you said to Kanekura?" he asks, "That curse, I mean."

"Yes, I did," I say, "Since I got this necklace, it was the only thing that really stayed in my life. My parents are always gone, every few months they'll get me new clothes and throw my old ones away. They'll replace my instruments, but this was here. I'm pretty sure; I've poured my life into it. He tried to take it from me. The one thing, I wouldn't even give you. So I cursed him. But don't worry. If he's innocent, nothing will happen."

"Is that what you did to our teacher?"

"I didn't do a thing to her," I say, "I've only cursed one other person since I've been here. It's powerful stuff. But don't worry I doubt it's true, just legend that has to do with the Jewel of Ra."

It was silent then. I knew he was thinking about what I said. Truth be told, I kind of didn't mean to curse Kanekura. I was just so mad. I overreact. Opps.

Yugi looks at his watch again.

"All right! The museum is about to close! Time to get my puzzle back!" says Yugi with a huge smile. We walk in, Yugi with a jump in his step, and me just following. He's happy, and so am I.

"Geez, was this museum this big when we toured it?"

"This museum is a maze," Yugi says, "The puzzle wasn't in the case, so Mr. Kanekura must have it."

I felt chills go up my spine, "I don't like this," I whisper.

"Uh," Yugi says. I look up to see that Egyptian. He looks at us with blank eyes. Something about them made me feel sick.

"Excuse me, have you seen Mr. Kanekura?" Yugi asks, "He promised to return my puzzle, it's shaped like this." Yugi makes a triangular shape. The man's eyes go big. Yugi starts talking but I don't pay attention. My eyes are glued to this mans. It's like he stopped seeing me. Then he closed his eyes and his necklace, which looks like a key, raises until it hits Yugi's forehead. Then both of their eyes go blank as if they weren't here. I wait for two seconds. Then I touch the key gently. Then everything goes black.

I see a light so I go towards it. First thing I see is a hall way with two opened doors. One is filled with toys, but the other one is dark, so naturally, I go in that door. I see that man and Yami standing there. Yami has Yugi's uniform except his jacket. His pants are black instead of blue.

Then I hear him say, "Well, don't think it's that easy. This game is more dangerous than you know!"

Then the lights come on. It's a labyrinth! Cool!

"Game start!" Yami says.

The man looks around shocked. Yami leans against the door.

"Well?" Yami asks, "What's wrong? The game won't start until you take the first step." The man walks around trying to decide which door. "As for you, Femi…" The man turns to me as does Yami.

Yami walks over grabs my hand. He pulls me back over to the wall. "You'll stay with me." The man walks over to a door and gently opens it. I heard a creek. Then a large stone thing falls almost on the man.

"Well, hell," I say. Yami smirks.

"What's wrong?" He asks, "Do you give up? At this rate, you might get yourself in trouble. Good luck. We'll be waiting in the room." The next thing I know I'm in another room.

I look around. It's got a huge bed in the middle. Those things that holds torches on the walls with torches. It very dim in here. Then there's two stands, level with the bed. One has a picture with Yugi, Anzu, Jounouchi, Honda, and me. The other has a picture with me in an ancient Egyptian dress with his jacket on. Yami's holding my waist and we're both smiling. I turn towards him.

"It's not much," he says.

"I love it," I say.

"Good," he says, "I wanted to show you before that guy loses the game and takes you away."

"Well, aren't you romantic?"

"Always!" I chuckle then he pulls me close. Then the next thing I know, I'm in a different room sitting on Yami's lap, on a throne.

"Really?" I say shaking my heard. He simply smirks. Then the door starts to open. I tried to get up, but Yami hold me tighter as the door opens. The man walks in. I wave. Yami smirks. The man takes two steps in then the floor gives out. The man holds on. I stood up and so did Yami. He walks to the edge close to where the man's holding on.

"Shall I push you in?" Yami asks. I'm not sure whether he's talking to himself or the man. Then Yami reaches down.

"It's all right," Yami says, "My hand isn't a trap." The man takes Yami's hand. Yami pulls him up.

"I had never imagined that you would save me, if indeed it is you," The man says on his knees, "I am in your dept."

"I don't like your hobby of peeking into people's souls," Yami says, "You better leave right now!"

"So I have lost this game," The man asks close to the door.

"No," Yami says, "This is just the beginning."

"I feel it too," I say.

"Yes, you're right," he says.

"Let's go girl," I follow him, I blow a kiss to Yami.

"Farewell," the guy says. Then the world went black.

"Hey," Yugi says. I take a deep breath; the man is on his knees sweating. "Are you alright?" Yugi asks him. The man doesn't answer.

"Are you okay?" Yugi asks again, "You look pale!"

"Yes," he says finally, "I'm alright. You're a strange boy. Oh, I almost forgot. If I'm not mistaken, this is yours." The man reaches in his pocket and pulls out the puzzle.

"Yay! The Millennium puzzle!" Yugi puts it on, "So that's it! You had it! Thank you!"

"You don't need to thank me!" the man says, "I am already in your dept."

I was standing behind Yugi, so I put my finger to my lips, but the man doesn't listen.

"It was the other you." The man says.

"The other me?" Yugi says then he laughs so hard. The man looks shocked. "No way!" Yugi says, "I'm me! I'm the only me there is!"

"Boy what's your name?"

"I'm Yugi! Not boy Yugi!"

"And I'm Femi," I say. He looks at me with a question.

"Yugi," the man starts, "There is something you must do. You must discover your other self!" Yugi looks at him with wide eyes. "And you must solve the riddle of the true power of the millennium puzzle. The puzzle that was hidden for three thousand years! That is the destiny of the one who solves the puzzle. That is their duty."

Yugi looks at him shocked. But I remember something. In some tombs there are writings of some puzzle meant for people who have a special duty. I understand what the man is saying. 'Cause more than likely it's true.

"My name is Shadi," he says, "This is the first time I've told it to anyone." Shadi walks farther away before saying, without looking back, "There is one more person I must place on trial… one more man who defiled the Territory of the Gods, the Valley of the King…" Then Shadi was gone. But I knew he wasn't going to be gone long. I knew he was going to try something. Something that will almost break Yugi. Something that will make him see stuff that he should never have. Something that would put us all in danger.
