BP: I am so, so sorry for not updating in a long time! It's because I celebrated my birthday recently, and also my new laptop arrangements and also, I discovered a new website called Pottermore. I bought a wand and everything and attended Hogwarts. Which House was I in? Ravenclaw! If anyone wants to add me, my username is QueenMidnight31697.

"Would you stop whining about your hairpin?" Shalnark said in exasperation. They had finished the discussion about their next move, and Ringo had chosen this time to bemoan her loss of her favourite hairpin during the party last Saturday.

"But Shal, that one is given to me by Ryoma while he was in America for the holidays! It's my birthday present! It can't be bought in Japan! I checked all the hairpin shops, and none had the exact same pattern and design as that one! I got to have it back!" Ringo protested.

The others silently watched the argument, not taking any side.

Ryoma sighed. "Enough!" The two of them quietened down, and looked at Ryoma, along with the rest of the group. He checked the clock. It said 8PM. "Since the night I still young, I think we can try to get Ringo's hairpin back, since she wanted it so badly. At the same time, we may as well let those four know we aren't going to stop the torments anytime soon."

"But who should we target?"

Ryoma gave a thoughtful look, before saying, "Atobe. They probably trusted him to keep the hairpin because he is the…most resourceful among the four of them." Well, that's the politest adjective he could find to describe him.

10PM Aoyama Cemetery or they get hurt. – R

Atobe jumped up at the message.

"What is it?" Fuji asked without looking up from his book. All four of them were in the living room doing their own things (since they can't really trust each other anymore. The plan to find out who R is is the only time they team up, since they have the same enemy. They also made a note to change their phones by tomorrow morning.)

Atobe ignored them, and started towards the room where he kept the hairpin, ignoring the calls of his companions. He unlocked the drawer with a 4-digit numerical code (2412, in memory of Ryoma), and took out the black hairpin. He wore a jacket, past his companions, and out the door.

They were about to follow Atobe, however, their phones vibrated, indicating a message.

Stand down, bastards. Play it my way and Keigo stays safe. – R

"It's R. He seems to want Atobe alone for something." Sanada looked down on his own phone. The other two who received the message nodded.

"We'll have to wait then." Tezuka said.

Atobe couldn't exactly use the limousine, because it will attract unwanted questions, and instead took a bus to the Aoyama Cemetery.

"He's here." Shalnark whispered to Ryoma.

Let's settle this. Julius Scriba's grave. Place it at the base. –R

Atobe walked along the walkway covered with cherry trees. The cemetery looks really creepy at night. He looked around for the said grave with the help of the dim lampposts. Finally, he found the picture of the moustached man with his name written in gold in one of the tombstones. He placed the hairpin at the base of the tombstone.

Just then, his phone rang, cutting the silence of the graveyard. It wasn't a text message. It was a call.

"Hello?" He put the phone to his ear.

"You have one minute... GET OUT!" said a deep and cold voice. Atobe thought the voice was digitally altered.

Before he turned and ran towards the entrance, he caught a glimpse of a black coat.

Ryoma stepped out the moment Atobe is out of sight. He picked up the hairpin, and silently made his way back to his friends.

When Atobe made it back to his companions, his phone rang again.

"Keigo, I owe you one."

Yup, it's definitely time to change their phones.

Guess who won't be making it to the end of the line? – R

'Looks like it has begun.' Feitan thought, looking down at the phone on his lap. 'Also, Shalnark mentioned they may change their phone numbers at one point in time. Judging by the party last Saturday night, where they have clues to find out who R is, they may change their numbers, and deactivate the old ones so they can trace back the message without even reading the torments sent by us. I should be able to get Fuji's new number if I can play this off…'

"What are you staring at, Feitan?" Fuji asked, snapping Feitan out of his thoughts. They were in the same class for Geography, and Fuji was assigned to sit next to Feitan. At first, he would give a glare at Fuji before sitting down next to him, and wished he asked the teacher for a change of seats. Now, however, he was glad he didn't ask for the change, because he could use it to his advantage. "We are supposed to be taking notes, not looking at phones!"

He then spotted Feitan's pale face, and frowned. "What's wrong? Are you ill? Do you need to go to the sick bay?"

Feitan handed Fuji his phone to let him see the message. Fuji widened his eyes.

"You too?" he whispered.

"What do you mean by that?" Feitan frowned.

"I mean you have been tormented by this R person too?"

"Yes, are you R?"

"No, I'm not!" Fuji exclaimed indignantly.

"Really?" Feitan raised his eyebrows.

"Just take a look." He passed his phone to Feitan.

Feitan 'took a look at' Fuji's messages. His put on a horrified expression, while seemingly scrolling through his messages when in actuality, he was sending Shalnark a text message through Fuji's phone before deleting the sent message. Usually, when one sends a message to another phone, the number of the sender appears, unless the person labels the number with the sender's name. He returned it, feigning disinterest, before turning back to pretend to listen to the teacher.

Fuji took this opportunity to check Feitan's other messages, to check whether it was recent or it had happened a long time. He was surprised to find out it had been happening for quite a while now, judging from the earliest date of the text message.

Fuji turned to look at Feitan, who is staring at the teacher vacantly. Could he be a victim too?

"Fuji, can I have my phone back now?" He said with a hint of impatience.

"Oh, sorry." He quickly handed Feitan's phone back. Feitan snatched it away from his hands, and pocketed it.

'As I thought, he went to check my other messages. Ryoma was right.' Feitan thought. He had been watching Fuji since he 'turned away' to listen to the teacher. Ryoma accurately predicted he would read his older messages to check if it's real or if he's pretending.

He turned his head slightly to the right and towards to the second last row, and caught Shalnark's eye. He gave a tiny nod. Shalnark smiled, and placed his left hand under the table, to text Fuji (and Feitan to throw them off track).

You four think you're so clever, getting new phone numbers, trying to hide from me.

Wait! Didn't they change their phones just the other day? They even changed numbers! How did this happen? And how did R even know? Fuji was puzzled and fearful. R IS everywhere.

Atobe wasn't faring much better in his Literature Class either, which he shares with Ringo and Shizuka. His phone silently rang, and he read the message. He had to bite his lip from making any sound.

Dear Little Rich Boy, Those who don't remember the past are doomed to repeat it. Remember your unfortunate "exposure"? Tell anyone about little ol' moi, and this time I'll make sure you don't wake up. But just to show that I'm willing to play nice, here's a helpful hint: Someone in your life isn't what they seem. Love ya! –R

This is just the first taste of my venom. Kisses! –R

"Something wrong?" Ringo asked from beside him. Ever since he and Shizuka broke up, Ringo swapped seats with Shizuka so that Shizuka doesn't have to sit next to Atobe anymore. She was currently seated three rows to the left, and two rows behind him, which is where Ringo used to sit.

"No, nothing." Atobe muttered. How did they know his new number?

"Is it R again?" Ringo asked. She smiled knowingly.

"You're not the only one. Take a look at this." She showed him a picture of a wall that was spray painted with graffiti. He recognized it as the wall outside Shizuka's flat. The words spray painted were: I'm saving you for later –R

"Shizuka too?" Atobe asked, horrified at the blood red spray painted words.

'The wonders of photoshop.' Ringo thought. 'He looks genuinely frightened for Shizuka. Poor boy.'

"Started right after you two broke up. R must have found out about your relationship, and since she is, or used to be, close to you, they probably decided to torment her too."

Like babies, lies grow bigger. Then they start talking. When will YOU?

A certain person in glasses looked at the text message, and sighed. That was a good question. But he knew the truth would not set him free, but drive a deeper wedge between the already shaky relationships between the other three of his former lovers. Fuji and Atobe broke off, and they are only tentative friends. One wrong move, and they may not be able to reconcile forever. They are clearly treading on thin ice here. As for Sanada, they agreed to break it off, as they agreed that there's no point in staying after Fuji and Atobe left.

The truth won't set you free Mitsu-kun, and I'm going to bury you with it. Kisses –R

That message they received three days ago proved to be rather accurate.

The truth made Sanada even more distant from him, and vice versa.

"They are starting to let their guard down." Shalnark said during lunch. He was sipping on a strawberry smoothie. "It helps when they read our old messages."

Ryoma smiled. The plan is working. Now, when to drop the bombshell?

Shizuka voiced the thoughts everyone had. "I think there will be a time where we'll have to reveal ourselves. When would that be, Ryoma?"

Ryoma looked up. There is a slight dark look in his eyes. "When I deem I have done enough damage on them. Their little lovers group may have disbanded, but I don't think they have enough punishment yet. Now we have let their guard down, it's time for the finale of the punishment, we get them one by one alone, we drop the bomb, and we reveal who we exactly are. You know what they say about hope. It breeds eternal misery. While I was still dating them, I hoped they would at least notice me and ask me to join them once in a while, but look where that got me." Ryoma scowled at the memories. "Now, it's my turn to punish them."

The past is never far, boys... and sometimes it's even closer than you think. –R

Maybe, he'd give them a warning the finale is near.

Yeah, he should do that. He is going to make it long and agonizing (in an emotional way), however.

Time to pay for your sins. —R

BP: I had no idea what I just written, because I had 10 minutes AND writer's block. I also have no idea what I'm writing. Do review, though! I had some help from Wikipedia about the cemeteries in Japan.
