I do not own Lilo and Stitch, Kim Possible or American Dragon: Jake Long. Zee and Zorax are my OCs.

Evil Plots Unfold

But unknown to Lilo, Stitch and Zee, their problems were only growing. Three certain villains intend to capture Zee for their own reasons.

In Middleton, a large fortress loomed from the mountains. A not-so-subtle sign declared this place an evil hideout. Inside the fortress lived two villains who never stopped bickering.

"Hey, Dr. D!" Shego hollered, striding down the long dark corridors. The green woman frowned in irritation when there was no reply. She clutched the document in her gloved hand with frustration. "Dr. D! Where are you?"

"Don't yell Shego! I'm right here!" her boss' voice snapped from the door at the end of the corridor.

"Of course," Shego muttered as she entered the dark and gloomy lab. "Where else would he be other than drawing pretty pictures at his art table?"

Dr. Drakken shot his sidekick an annoyed glare. "These are not pretty pictures, Shego. These are important blueprints for future evil plans."

"Uh-huh." Shego peered over his shoulder. "What I'm seeing is a disfigured person-I'm assuming it's you- playing with water guns."

"It doesn't matter how I look in this draw-blueprint! And these are lasers, not-oh, why do I bother?" Drakken scowled and crumpled the blueprint up in a ball.

Shego grinned and flicked her long black hair over her shoulder. Drakken noticed her trademark smirk and frowned. "I don't know if that look means something bad is about to happen to me or something good has happened to us."

"Oh, chill out. You haven't ticked me off that much today-yet, anyway."

Drakken tapped his pen in annoyance. "Well, what is it, Shego? I am a very busy man."

"Sure you are," Shego drawled. "I found something that I think might be of interest to you." The green sidekick hopped up onto the table and smirked teasingly down at her boss.

"Don't pause for suspense, Shego. It's only cool when I do it. Now get on with it!" Drakken snapped.

Shego arched an eyebrow and her right hand blazed with green energy. "What was that?"

Drakken winced. "Nothing, nothing. Take your time. I'm in no hurry."

Shego smiled. "That's better. As I was saying, I found something that might interest you. I've been wondering why it's been so quiet, and it seems Kimmie and the buffoon have left town. I found out they went on vacation-"

"That's great!" Drakken interjected happily. "Now there is no one to ruin my evil plans!"

"Not exactly. She didn't really go on vacation. She went to Kauai to search for an alien fugitive. And get this-she can shape-shift herself and other people, and no one would know." An evil smirk crossed her face. "Are you thinking of the possibilities, Doc?"

Drakken frowned hesitantly. "Why would we follow Kim Possible when we can stay here and take over the world? This is our chance!"

Shego snorted. "Because I'm sure Global Justice is going to let you waltz in and take over the world."

Drakken slumped in his chair. "Oh yeah. Those pests. Well...all right. This alien you speak of might be of great use to me once I get her under my mind control." He glanced at Shego curiously. "How'd you find out all this stuff?"

Shego jumped off the table and headed for the door. "Easy. When I noticed the lack of Possible power, I just hacked into her laptop to see what was up. Even her geek friend didn't have enough protection up to stop me. I found travel sites for Hawaii and also galactic articles on this alien, 000 that were sent to her. Unlike you, I can put two and two together."

And she left with the intent of preparing for a free trip to Hawaii.

Drakken glowered after her, bristling from the insult. "Nrrggh."

...

Drakken and Shego weren't the only ones thinking of hunting down Zee. In New York, the Huntsman and the Huntsgirl were in their own headquarters. The Huntsman traced the edge of his large, pale staff thoughtfully and stood among the shadows of his underground hideout. A bright blue ball of light hovered in front of him, and his red eyes stared at the image that was reflected in it.

The image was of a green tail flicking out from a great ocean. Nothing else. He knew why this sighting was so peculiar, but the Huntsgirl didn't quite get it. "Sir?"

"Yes?"

"Why is this mermaid so important to you? There are plenty like her in this city, and in the magical world as well," the Huntsgirl said.

"Ah, yes. But this is no ordinary mermaid," the Huntsman explained. "You are aware that every magical creature has a certain aura around them. But this mermaid had no aura at all, and to add to this oddity she lives far away from where mermaids typically live-right in our own fair city. I would like to know why this mermaid is different from the rest."

The Huntsgirl narrowed her blue eyes. She knew all about the magical auras around magical creatures. Mermaids had pink auras, leprechauns had green, fairies had purple or blue, and dragons had a red or yellow aura. She focused on the image in front of her, and now that she was looking closely she did not see a pink aura surrounding the mermaid like it should have. "So...does this mean it's not a mermaid at all?"

"That is the question I intend to find the answer to. If this is a creature that can turn into magical creatures, then I would have the powers of dragons and fairies at my command," the Huntsman said deviously. "But we must find her before that pesky American Dragon does. Come, Huntsgirl. It is time to hunt in a much different land."

"What land is this, Master?"

"Kauai, Hawaii," the Huntsman answered, departing the chamber they were in. "We leave right away."

Rose grinned behind her mask. Not only would she get a break from the annoyance that was the American Dragon, she would also get a vacation of sorts.

All she had to do was find this alleged magical transforming creature. Piece of cake!

...

And finally, the last of the devious plots was the being hatched deep in the galaxy, on a purple planet far off from Planet Turo.

An officer of the Galaxy Defenses came striding into a large building. His beady yellow eyes were fixed nervously on the door he was about to throw open. He smoothed down his black and red uniform and flexed his long black claws before entering the office, knowing very well if he got caught his job would be at risk.

He entered a small room with a small desk right in the middle. Behind the desk were many file cabinets and documents of honour. There was a corkboard that displayed past fugitives (now caught) that had a dart in the middle of their faces. But there was one picture that was dart-free; a smirking headshot of 000.

But what made the officer shiver in slight fear was the large alien sitting behind the too small desk. This alien had a small, red eye and one black eye patch over the other. He was heavily built with dark purple skin. His black shorts stretched across his stomach and he flexed his arms as the officer approached his desk.

Zorax smiled widely, showing off his pearly white fangs. He extended a large purple hand. The officer shook it nervously. "Welcome. Please, have a seat."

The officer sat down in the black chair that was placed in front of the imposing alien. "I was wondering if you could be of assistance to the Galaxy Defenses."

"Of course. I would be glad to capture any criminals that you cannot handle. For a price, of course."

"Right." The officer placed a bag of gold coins on the desk. "I believe you know who we would like you to capture."

Zorax followed the pointed finger and narrowed his eye at the picture of 000. "Ah, yes. 000. I am surprised you have not asked for my assistance sooner."

"Well, you know the Grand Councilwoman. She does not like dealing with bounty hunters, especially after your first incident with 000."

Zorax growled. "I will admit that my first attempt to apprehend 000 was far from a success. But I underestimated her abilities. I assure you, this time I will be successful. I have never lost a prey-this mission will redeem my reputation. Now, I suppose you would like me to keep this quiet?"

The officer nodded. "And we would like 000 back alive."

"I would not have it any other way," Zorax said smoothly. "Do you know the location of 000? It would certainly help speed progress along."

"Some strange place called Kauai, on Earth." The officer frowned. "We're assuming 000 is in the area considering the Grand Councilwoman has departed for the island. But we think it would take more drastic measures to apprehend 000, and many of the men in my department don't believe she is capable of that."

"I understand. It shall stay a secret," Zorax promised. "I'll depart immediately. Thank you, my good sir."

The officer left, feeling very relieved. Zorax twirled a red dart in his large paw and glowered at the smirking Zee. "You have proven to be most difficult to catch. But with this second chance, I will succeed. I never lose my prey-you will be caught this time."

And he threw the dart, the projectile sailing through the air and imbedding itself in Zee's right eye.

Life was about to get a lot more difficult for our Earth heroes.
