A/N: Here's Part 2 of the Comic Con Adventure.

July 21st: 66 Days After Sheldon Left

"You're kidding me." Raj and Howard barley managed to get out when Leonard talked with them at lunch that Monday afternoon.

"No they're real, I remember that night after we somehow got that scalper to leave and Sheldon came back from what I thought was him striking out with James Earl Jones, I was dismissive as expected. But here they are."

Leonard held up the passes and it was a sight to behold for the trio who nearly got themselves into a sticky situation trying to get passes.

"But why seven passes?" Howard pondered. "We've always done comic con without the girls."

"I'm sure he must have mentioned Amy, Penny and Bernie to him in passing. Although he mentioned the sauna and strip club way too much."

Raj grabbed one of the passes and flipped it up in the air several times checking its weight and balance. "Okay, this feels really legit. So where are we staying."

"The hotels near Sea World so well have a ways to walk. I'm just glad at least James provided it for free."

"Okay just a small problem though." Howard now brought up. "Sheldon has cut all ties with us, and doesn't even want to come back, so what's to say when we all go gallivanting to San Diego with stolen passes, and not have the man who was responsible for having the passes brought for us."

That thought weighed heavy on Leonard's mind as he sent texts out to the girls and Raj's girlfriend Emily. Within 25 minutes all four of them arrived at the campus and met up with the gang in Sheldon's old office. Luckily for them Kripke was in St. Louis for a juice cleanse and had not redecorated yet as he received the workspace when Sheldon left.

"Okay guys, the reason I gathered you all here is that Sheldon received 7 passes for this year's Comic Con and we need to decide if well all go." Leonard mentioned. "I know things have not been the best since Sheldon left, but I think we could use this as a chance to grow closer and realize we may not have him in our lives anymore but were still a family."

The girls were looking around confused while Amy just looked out of it.

"So," Penny mentioned. "Are we really going?"

"Yeah I'm not so sure about this." Bernadette concurred "I mean we've seen how caught up you guys all get, I'm not sure how we could even keep up."

"Guys were not asking you to go cause of us, let's say it's Amy who needs this more than anyone." Howard mentioned while checking Amy's face for signs of life.

Amy looking lobotomized and catatonic just sat there motionless.

"It's been 3 weeks, are you sure a comic book convention something Voldemort was into is a good place to take her." Penny mentioned.

"Voldemort didn't love comic books," Raj mentioned "it was Shel…." Before he could get out another word Emily slapped his mouth hard.

"Remember what they called Voldemort Raj?"

Raj nodded.

"And in this context around Amy Voldemort means…"

The wave of realization flushed hard on his face and Raj walked over to Amy and gave her an I'm sorry hug. Penny swung the talk back over to the original purpose for all of them being there.

"Okay, now that Voldemort's out of the way let's talk costume ideas."

"Magnificent Seven?" Howard suggested.

"I really don't think I'd look all that good in chaps." Bernadette brought up.

The others slowly pictured and then unilaterally agreed it was bad. While the others tried their best with sports team, and TV show character combos. It was Leonard who finally came up with a really good idea.

"Guys I got it. Let's do Airbender."

Raj immediately shot up to his feet and went over to Leonard and slapped his face hard.

"Seriously dude, why would we ever want to do that crappy movie, just to see me dress up as Dev Patel I can't believe you man."

"Raj he didn't mean the crappy movie." Howard mentioned shushing him "He was talking about the TV Show."

Raj gave a second hug of forgiveness to Leonard while Amy suddenly sprung to life.

"He did really like that show. I mean it wouldn't be hard for us to dress up as the characters."

The others quickly knew that it would be a fair and exciting tribute for Sheldon if they all went down and went in cosplay. The excitement and happiness filled their faces while Leonard pulled up his computer and went to Google Images to pull up the characters.

"We have 7 of us and there are 5 main characters. Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph and Zuko. Two supporting characters are Sokka and Zuko's girlfriends Suki and Mai so are there any takers."

"Well, I've always wanted to wear blind contact lenses." Amy pointed out. "I'll take Toph."

Raj and Emily stared at the picture of Zuko in earnest trying to picture himself. The more and more he thought of it the more he wanted to not do it. Emily then stared at the one pic of Zuko and Dev Patel as Zuko and tried thinking of ways he could not look at all similar.

"Raj, I can do for you what they did to Iron Man in Tropic Thunder."

"Why would you want to do that?"

"Come on its fairly obvious who everyone else will be going as, I've seen hundreds of complexions and with the right makeup we can easily make you just like Zuko."

The look was all that Raj needed to hear as he smiled and kissed Emily. They planned out when the makeup could be done as the others quickly figured out by process of elimination who they would be playing.

"Looks like I'm a Kyoshi Warrior." Bernadette pointed out. "Thank goodness I'm good with a fan."

"My Australian roommate from MIT really came in handy for the boomerang. Just got to throw it as Sokka would." Howard also mentioned.

As the group dispersed Leonard and Penny stared at the blown up photo of Aang and Katara wondering if they would ever be as loveable as they are.

5 Hours Later.

"El we got 15 minutes before we have to leave for the station. Are you sure we got everything?" Lee asked.

"Keep your head on Mako, I'll have it together."

"I'm hoping so Korra, because we got to be in San Diego by Tuesday night to meet with James."

As the two of them packed for Comic Con going over what they needed for their costumes and other amenities a sense of dread hung over the air.

"Lee, are you sure were doing the right thing here?" The worried voice of Eli mentioned as she stuffed her Stanford tanks into her bag. "What if something goes wrong, we could be in for a disaster and not even know it."

As lee flung his bag over his shoulder he looked at Eli and whipped away a small tear that was forming on the underside of her eye.

"Eli, you mean everything to me, and there is no way I'm going to let you leave for San Diego with a feeling of glum. Now hurry."

The two of them finished with the packing and sealed the house off. Insisting that he drive. Lee managed to move just as fast on Eli's bike like she did those mere 7 weeks earlier. The two of them arrived at the station and boarded the train bound for LA. If there were ever any doubt they were a couple it was when they fell asleep in each other's arms nearly 20 minutes into the ride.
