The March of the Black Queen.

Chapter 12.

Enter the Mob.

Two paramedics lifted an overweight man on their stretcher, his legs heavily covered in white bandages, another paramedic one at his side held an IV bottle on his hands as they guided him towards a waiting ambulance.

Next to the empty and rusted out gray hangar stood Captain Black next to Tohru and Jackie with a bloody piece of cotton in his nostrils, currently gazing into the interior of the hangar where the sleek jet used to be stored, black skid marks left in its wake.

"Moose Industries…I should have known. "Captain Black rolled his eyes at the file that he held in his hands. "Even in these turbulent times, Jade being Jade still finds time to be childish, holding unto her infantile heroes. If it wasn't suspicious to store a high jet in such a decrepit and desolated strip, money made it easier to crush these suspicions, we are still trying to find the owner HOWEVER the man who was just mounted in that ambulance told us a fat and juicy detail, three men in their mid-thirties came to seal the deal. A tall man pale as a corpse, an oriental black haired man with yellow shades and a red haired man with an Irish accent."

Tohru's eyes widened as Jackie gasped.

"Until we confirm their identities through surveillance, if this place has any." His eyes roamed across the rusting environment and the miles of sand that stretched before them. "Though I highly doubt we're going to get any, we'll hold that thought, until we are absolutely certain. However I'll contact Section 13 and order them to check on them to either scratch them off our shit list or pay them a visit…wherever they are."

Tohru growled, lowering his gaze to the ground, his powerful fists balling into iron balls, bones cracking with fury as they shook without any control.

"They were granted full pardons….new lives….and they threw them away? If they are working for Jade…I'll kill them myself."

"Tohru…." Jackie warned him.

The Sumo for the very first time since his turn around stared down at the ABC, like if they were still enemies, all those years back.

"You are family Jackie but what you did today goes against all of your beliefs. You lost control and cost us not only a certain victory but added another day that Jade STILL remains lost to us. You better control your emotions in the next battle or I will be sure to 'sideline' you so you can't get in the way." His words broke shock and a ting of fear deep within the Archeologist and he couldn't create a comeback as the former Enforcer walked away, his massive footsteps resonating through the air.

Captain Black and Jackie stood alone, with a sigh Jackie closed his eyes, regret seeming to bleed off his pores. All the while Section 13 crew, National Guard and the police sweep through the area looking for clues and investigating the entire Strip. Augustus put his hand on Jackie's shoulder.

"I know that neither your girlfriend, your Uncle and Tohru refuse to look you on the same light but I get you Jackie, ever since we met at that elective Archeology class I took in for my Criminal Justice degree almost twenty years ago I have never seen you care so much for another living being besides your Uncle the way you look at Jade. I know that the battle is very uncertain with so much that have been taken away from us in such a little time…and while I am still in disbelief at her actions in just entering in her second week taken away from us, Jade is still there, trying to claw her way from that individual that has her hostage, yet she need us to save her, just as she has saved us many times and given us hope through the darkest times, let us not forget that, SHE is our family and she needs our help, but we cannot do so if we rush in blindly expecting the best. Trust in yourself, but also trust in your family to have your back in these terrible times my friend, think about what I said, I need to make a couple of phone calls ok?" Captain Black sighs, squeezing the Archeologist shoulder once more before he leaves him be, pulling his gray cellphone off his trench coat pocket and flipping it open.

For his part, Jackie's emotions were brewing into a boiling and simmering rage. For the first time in his life, the teachings of his Uncle and his self-taught discipline seemed to vanish for a moment. Growling in frustration at himself, Jackie breathed in relaxation, his hands moving from his chest in a downwards motions towards his legs as he exhaled. He repeated his motions a couple of times, yet the memories lingered. The roar of the engines mixed with her demonic laughter, violent clench of teeth with sharpened molars, a look of pure hatred through the flames of the destruction left in her wake. A violent scream tore from his throat and faster than the blink of an eye he roundhoused an innocent wood bucket in his path, ending its existence with a colossal axe kick that made the wood to disintegrate in all directions.

"So this is the famous Jackie Chan eh?" A sharp voice cut through the ragged breathing of Jackie. He whirled around facing a man with perfectly trimmed dark brown hair; a goatee curving around his lips…yet this man…seemed familiar for some odd reason. His red overcoat billowing in the desert wind, with his arms still akimbo the stranger gave a step forward, circling around Jackie.

"I thought that a person of your caliber would be more interesting. The famous Jackie Chan, yet I find myself to be disappointed at your childish tantrum." He placed his hands behind him back arrogantly looking at him with a self-satisfied smirk. At the same time, a dozen men entered the hangar, their rifles slung over their shoulders; three other men differed from the rest, they wore suits, distinctive aviator sunglasses and an ear piece. It was like they were…

At his unresponsiveness, the man approached him, delighting in the confused stare.

"Let me introduce myself. I am Lieutenant S-"

"Colonel Steel. Defacto leader of the security and investigation teams of all Sections serving this country and beyond"

The voice of Captain Black cut through the thick atmosphere, bringing Jackie to the realization now looking at them both; there was a massive similarity…almost as if…

"He is…your brother"

"My twin Jackie" Black answered with an indifferent dismissing terms.

The man looked at Black for the first time. "And your superior" He huffed. "It has been a while brother."

Jackie expected a greeting of some sort but by the fact that now the two of them were facing each other, at a rigid 'at ease' position and eyes hardened by years of professional experience. If only, the newly discovered rift between his friend and his…brother only grew as Colonel Steel grinned mockingly, forcing Captain Black to deepen his scowl.

"You wouldn't be here for a reason, Sir. I require further explanation why…you are involved. A man of your caliber, protecting our affairs for the service of the world and a high Officer at that, choosing to get involved from your highly busy office into the field."

It seemed that the comment digs into the Colonel fast and deeply as for the first time, he lost his smug smile.

"Do not forget the chain of command, Captain. I am here because I am needed to correct your failure. I have detailed files about the incident that just occurred yesterday…and how it all began."

At his shock, his expression changes from mocking to a stern and harsh look. "Didn't you think for a minute that your sentimentality would sway the U.S Government to tackle this issue? While the…supernatural incident that occurred a couple of years ago was a wakeup call against humanity…into a far more obscure reality than I ever thought possible, that reality is just but a mere add-on to the present issue and that is your transformed niece Mr. Chan into a demon that is currently pulling the strings of our public safety, unleashing hell and controlling those monsters, a menace that I intend to correct where you all failed."

Captain Black frowned. "How did you have a hold of that information? It was encrypted and not ready to be shared with the Agencies. You know how we work"

"I got my sources. You forget my long reach, brother; plus your lack of communication just enforces my opinion that mere soppiness behavior is what is avoiding this problem to be handled accordingly. The suspects barely escaped yesterday, due the chaotic situation and lack of proper Intel, I wasn't aware of her resources, barely managing to avoid those Maverick missiles."

"…it was you…you tried to kill her!" Jackie for the first time breaks through the world that separated the two brothers, and in what way he did. Black could see the ripples of his muscles, gone was his easy going and apologetic expression, swapped by an enraged expression that looks foreign in him. In his time through dozens of Air Force operations, that look was seen more often than he felt comfortable with.

Those eyes were from a person that was ready to kill.

"SHE ISNT HERSELF! IT'S NOT HER FAULT"

Jackie advances slowly, body curving downwards, tense and ready to spring. The men that accompanied his brother tensed, putting their hands on their weapons yet the Colonel wave them off, not even disturbed at the hostile gesture of the aggravated man.

Colonel Steel huffed. "It is like a zombie flick Mr. Chan, the zombie is not aware of what is doing, yet maims and kills, unable to control its appetite for destruction. Protecting it is beyond hopeless, the sooner you realize that, the sooner we can get this situation under control and neutralize the threat"

The archeologist eyes flared at the term but eased some when the reassuring hand of his friend squeezed his shoulder.

"Neutralize doesn't mean kill, it just means stop" He reassured him and with a nod he breathed deeply bringing his inner peace. For his part, the Colonel didn't added anything else in the matter but most likely the prospect of killing Jade remained unvoiced but knowing his brother and how he did things, the message was loud and clear.

Both men stared daggers at each other, until the ringing cellphone of the Colonel rang. He picked it up, flipping it open but before he hit the green button, he glared once more at his brother.

"This isn't over Captain."

"I always presume that it will never be over"

At that, Steele grinned before answering the call.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Two red translucent eyes peeked through the darkness, tilting to the left, disappearing and appearing in random intervals. A deep growl emanated from it and with it, a clawed hand pushed the heavy covers from a double bed. The Queen rubbed her tired eyes, cupping her face. Through her flexed fingers she peaked at the offending clock on the nightstand, indicating it was almost mid-day. The events of yesterday rushed all at once into her skull mixed with the remnants of her 'sweet' dreams, further increasing her confusion. Her fingers clenched and unclenched, the veins on her arm bulging and softening back into her arm. She clenched her left arm, slowly tracing the protruding vein and as her eyes turned thoughtful the sudden clank of dishes and voices coming from the hell awoke what her tired mind had kept under control…

…Hunger.

A growl sprang from her stomach, so loudly that surprised the Dark Queen herself, quickly putting her hands on her stomach to try to calm down her twirling guts. The feeling got so unbearable that she hurriedly summoned a Ninja with a single blow of air from her mouth, feeling like a needle through her chest from lack of nourishment.

"Clothes…now"

The ninja sank under the floor and reappeared seconds later carrying something she hasn't seen in some time, her orange hoody, blue jeans, clean undergarments and red shoes.

A wave of memories hit her not as bad as the one before, but one that immediately made her feel a deep sense of nostalgia and to not belong to that kind of world ever again. A world she quickly left behind and closed doors to. There were no regrets whatsoever. Everything was falling into plan and even if she had at least for today wear clothes she hadn't seen in four years, so be it.

She blinked in surprise to ease her thoughts, quickly remembering that her dresser still remained in that rotting warehouse by the sea with pretty much all her stuff. She would have to do something about that later or burn it and get new things…she was a millionaire now. Jade dismissed the ninja with a wave of her hand, quickly dissipating into a vapor into her waiting mouth. Exhaling she made her way into the restroom for a well-deserved shower and began her morning routine.

Dressed and ready, she made her way to the hallway, observing her surroundings. Yesterday she was so tired and everything was ignored but now looking at the 'bunker' that her Enforcers mentioned was well equipped. An intelligent mix of concrete and wood adorned the walls, several rooms stood at each side of it an open kitchen and relaxation area adjacent to it and while the concrete roof wasn't appealing it provided with decent sleeping quarters. The abrupt smell of eggs, coffee roast and the sound of frying bacon immediately gained her immediate attention, embarrassingly enough when her stomach growled a second time. The occupants of the kitchen table maintained to keep their grins to a minimum, yet the euphoria, the race against their enemies, winning their prize with glory put all of them in good spirits.

The three men raised their cups of hot coffee in the air.

"Morning Queen-Boss" The Irishman was the first to greet her. She raised an eyebrow at the title but dismissed it as her hunger took over once more.

Chow quickly was to stand from his seat, rolling the empty one to his right and motioning to her. The Queen took a seat and as it was pushed forward, she slammed her hands on the table.

"FOOD!"

The demand was quickly met with a plate slid under her face full of bacon and puffy scrambled eggs. Shoveling the food into her waiting mouth, the Queen growled inhumanly with gusto, the food tasting much better with the exquisite victory of yesterday and their big payoff. At the thought, she smiled as she chewed on a piece of egg. The feeling of euphoria quickly overpowered any sense in her head, forgetting about the elusive Tarakudo and his strange dreams, entirely concentrating on her meal as the Enforcers chewed on theirs. Eventually, the Queen lifted an inquisitive eyebrow that Chow immediately took notice of. Her eyes followed the flat screen TV, taking the remote; she turned on the TV and was even more euphoric as the first reporter on scene started talking on TV.

A man she could not recognize sported a brown suit, white shirt without a tie; the screen was divided to show the main news announcer. The reporter was against the divided screen eagerly talking, one of the many casinos she hit just yesterday in the background. She looked for the controller before grabbing said item and turning the volume up.

"…front of the casino Stratosphere! Yesterday close to midnight, a massive gang of robbers stripped the Strip off money! Police reported that at least eight casinos were robbed totaling in the hundreds of millions. The police and National Guard are still controlling the riot that followed suit after the inexplicable power outrage but it is suspected that the same gang shut off the power grid. There's also unconfirmed reports of the infamous creatures that were seen all over the world five years ago" The man paused as the camera pointed at the destruction that the riot caused. At that she smirked completely amused by the whole thing.

"Apparently, we're bad people" She mimicked a sad expression, twisting her fist against her eyes. The enforcers laughed hard being equally entertained by what could be described as their best hit. The reported kept speaking about the oddity of the incident, what route the truck took, explaining in detail the trail of destruction that they left in their wake, the downing of a Police helicopter, the destruction of the truck renting place and the off-road adventuring place and where the truck ended up, in the middle of the desert.

"…it is believed that they landed a jet in the middle of the desert and took off with their loot. This is by far, the worse robbery in the history of the United States of America and perhaps the most professional hit that I have ever seen in my entire career. As it is, the robbers are unaccounted for with no sources confirming in what direction they went, with radars not being able to track them, like ghosts. The US government is offering the sum of $60.000 for information leading to their whereabouts"

Jade tsked. "That's it? 60k over 400 million dollars stolen? Cheap asses, right?" She asked to the man sitting next to her, shoveling another piece of bacon into her waiting mouth.

The ABC smirked. "Dime by the dozen"

She swallowed with a nasty smirk.

"There'll be time to gloat later. We have an empire to start and what a better way to star than here?"

Her musings were cut out with a nervous Ratso clearing his throat, looking aside as he felt her dagger like stare into his.

"It….uh, it does not work that way, not, uh, anymore"

Looking at her smartest ally, the ABC sighed, surprised that the stunted comment of the pale man didn't seem to bother him.

"He means we need to pay up royalties for this place. In fact, we…forgot to tell you, but it is still our property but due the lack of funds than The Dark Hand used to had, we cut a deal with the mob boss in charge of maintaining this place and instead let them keep it for payment dues…though they have not done anything with it as you can see."

The Queen sighed, slapping a hand against her face and throwing an inhuman growl into the air that made the men jump.

"And you just forgot to tell me that detail?"

"Look, Boss Lady" Finn began. "We do not have the same green as before, too much was taken, too little remains. We got this place, but it is as they say…a shared property"

She blinked balling her hands into fists, resisting the urge to cave his face into his skull and the enforcers noted it, firmly placing their feet against the ground in case they'll have to make a run for it.

"What exactly was promised to this…man, in charge of using this facilities, that YOU" She pointed at Finn. "Told me that it belonged to US"

Finn felt an enormous pressure and this time he felt the edge of death closer than ever.

"A…cut from the profits"

At that, the Queen's nails dig through the table easily, tearing a chunk off it from rage.

"It is the way it works!" The ABC was quickly to add, losing his cool, swallowing his nervousness. "We don't have the same power as before, we have ties to different criminal organizations that keep places like this up and running, greasing hands so they stay hidden. Nobody knows about it."

Jade took a big whiff of air, massaging her aching temple. Since the plan began, she thought it would be straight forward, get the money and with it, the beginning of an empire. Yet her inexperience and impulsive nature caught with her, again! Crossing her arms, the Queen looked at Finn and nodded at him, feeling as the thick tension evaporated, if only slightly.

"Did he knows about the plan?"

"We just told him that he had to reactive the place for a plane to land, stay and supplies. The Camissano family used to be one of our many suppliers, but since we got off the game, they have expanded their operation and now are a powerful organized crime family and let's say they have gotten…quite assertive of who's running things now. They asked for ten percent of our 'earnings', though he doesn't knows we're behind what happened yesterday of how much dough we're runnin', Boss" Finn drummed his fingers momentarily on the table.

Jade sighed. "It gets more complicated, doesn't it?"

"We'll tell him what we told him, that we had some fun around the country, for old time sake and need to lay low for a while before laundering our earnings. Not the first time we've done it, but in the Underworld, they KNOW us"

The ABC nodded. "Let's just say that we have lost our credibility. All of our old contacts, cronies, book keepers, launderers, do not have any contact with us anymore. The man's name is Carlo Camochino, he is one of the top lieutenants, also called Capo and he's in charge of logistics, operations and services. He is a man you do not want to cross, he'll take a cut and then he'll leave to his own business. Of course, he's also charging extra not to reveal that we're here. It is part of the game, Queen. You need to grease palms to move your way around to keep your bread of crumbs ."

She blinked in surprise. "You call 400 million dollars in cash bread crumbs?"

"Uh…yeah" Ratso butted in. "They move three billion dollars a year"

Jade almost felt fainting, feeling once more like a child dressed in adult clothing, for once since this thing began, and feeling true despair. Yet resolve came back in and crushed it into a deadly grip.

"Though now" The ABC smirked. "Nobody knows who you are. And that, gives you a dangerous edge against everyone. Your hit most likely made you the fastest criminal to ever pull a big hit in one of the most reinforced cities in the world, you made a dent yesterday and you probably already have the attention of every organized crime outfit. You hired us because you wanted someone who knows how to play this game and we'll teach you. Lesson number one, crush the competition or buy it out and keep moving. Organized crime is all about the money and power, and you got plenty of power".

His words were comforting and it showed on her face, the markings on her skin relaxing on her visage.

"So, what should I do to get into the game?"

"With the kind of man that is about to come here, you are already in the game. Though…not to tell you what to do, but we never told him the kind of company that we had; we told him we were coming, nobody else. Let us do the talking and then we'll make the introductions" The ABC said.

"It should be smooth as butter then" Finn added crossing his arms. "Then you'll need to meet a contact from The Commission"

Jade arched an eyebrow. "…The Commission? This ain't some fatso Italian wise guy prick who has more idiocy than brains?"

The Enforcers grinned widely.

"That's precisely what he was…a made man. But now he is a Capo of the Camissano crime family." Chow answered sipping his coffee. "Getting back to this Italian fatso. He is the man with the connections and the power for things to move smoothly; he's been doing it for years. We need him in our side…while Italians are stuck as hell, Carlo, our connection, is perhaps one of the most cold and calculating of them all. Certainly his…personality leaves everything to be desired but he is a good man and a businessman with a grasp of Economics and he knows the market. This is our chance to land big and get the man power to build the operation that you desire. Let me warn you though, he is ruthless...just wait for our signal and make yourself known and then we'll talk business." He made a pause just to know if his words were insulting in any way, but by the way the girl was looking, she was taking it with a grain of salt.

The Queen pondered on his words for a few minutes, the TV being a background noise. Were things advancing too quickly, beyond the scope of her plans? It was quite unfortunate, but time was always against her when so many were already trying to topple her in her quest to cement her power and her kingdom. The Enforcers left to prepare and she let them, wandering around her new territory. Happy that she was at least somewhere where she could think; now that she possessed a solid ground to touch, she was more than ready to use her magic asset. With enough capital as it was, she was ready for things to get going…her work was not cut out for her. Already she was planning several phone calls, some teleportation, and some arrangements; there was also the need to organize the pay of her employees who had dutifully done spectacularly in these few days of battling her opponents.

With quick understanding, she recognized it out she needed a secretary and a book keeper. She felt the shadow of an incoming headache from the rush of plans and elements needed just to EVEN START her operation.

Man, being a criminal was surely hard. She sighed, rubbing her aching temples as the headache made itself right at home.

Walking around her new holdings, she appreciated the work that has been done to this masterful piece of engineering wonder. There were TONS of rooms to choose from, naturally the rooms were unfurnished and the gray color of concrete was getting on her nerves and hurting her eyesight but already plans were forming in her head about the things to come. Jade could almost salivate at the foot of her power, she could see magnificent decorating, hundreds of men and women to command, vehicles, a laboratory, a vehicle workshop, shooting range, a room dedicated entirely to magic and so many things to come. Her musings were cut short when she encountered Ratso.

"Ah, Queen Lady, we've been looking for you!" His words boomed in the concrete hallway, short of annoying her.

Jade ignored the irritation at the improper use of her title and just tilted her head and nodded at him.

"He is here. The Capo. Follow me, he is…well, uh…not you? He is expecting us, but you will introduce himself and things will go smoothly!" He smiled. "I hope…" He added as an afterthought.

"Hopefully" Added Jade, with a quick flash of her sharp teeth. "Or this concrete will be swiftly decorated red."

The enforcer was too stunned at her declaration; by the way she was speaking, The Queen was not kidding. But soon, he was soon on his way, Jade following him with her hands crossed behind her back, her head swimming with the possibilities of this new meeting.

On the ninth floor of the complex, Finn and Chow were in company of a man dressed in black business slacks and gray coat and nice slicked brown hair. The man wore expensive Italian leather shoes, he had a soft lined black shirt that complimented his kohl colored eyes, but his face was like carved from stone. His features were solid and currently his expression was turned into a fine layer of exasperation.

"Gentlemen, I am so glad that you still use my services after all of these years, and as an entrepreneur of the fine arts, I already see you're missing a member. When I came here, I did not expect to already wasting my time with you short of a member…now if you do not want my partner to skull fuck you, may I inquire, where is Ratso?"

"Uh, Carlo, he should be here soon." Finn said in a small voice.

The other man that stood behind him was an 'Everest' of a man, he was called Andrew The Tenderizer and for good reason. He was at least four heads taller than Tohru; his bulging muscles were ridiculously threatening to rip his custom black suit to shreds, his arms build like tree branches shifted, smashing his fists together, a nasty growl coming off his throat. The blonde haired giant, tilted his neckless head closer to them, the ghost of a grin tugged at his lips as he wiggled his massive fingers, eagerly wanting for the pain to begin. Despite fearing The Queen intently, they all knew him as the sadistic enforcer of the Camissano crime family and the things they've heard him doing to their enemies were the things of nightmares. The man, if he still could be called a man, used his massive strength to tear people to shreds quite literally before their eyes. He killed without an ounce of compassion and the worse thing was that he deeply enjoyed what he did. So when he took a step towards them, their hair stood on end, almost ready to withdraw their pistols and unload into his face.

To their relief, Ratso entered the beautiful main office of the complex with an apologetic expression.

"Sorry, I was doing something." He smiled sheepishly, quickly annoying the Enforcers.

Carlo growled, the degrees in the room dropping to almost subzero temperatures.

"He's very sorry Mr. Camochino and he's an idiot." Finn apologized for him.

"Hey…" Ratso complained but he was quickly shut up by his partners.

The Capo sighed, not missing their silly altercations in the slightest with the time it has passed since their last meaning. Lifting an eyebrow, he cleared his throat, sitting comfortably in the exquisite brown leather chair in the center of the office, The Tenderizer quickly moving to stand behind him, his massive steps carrying him, crossing his arms across his gigantic chest and standing to his full height, 9 feet of pure unstoppable power. Carlo withdrew from one of his pockets, a device that looked like a thin badge, but in reality it was a powerful device that detected any listening device in fifty feet. Not detecting anything, the man smiled with a pleasured hum of his throat.

"Well now that we're in session. Let's talk business. "He made a pause." You offered me a swift way to transport product and pretty much anything that we desire at a commodity fee, without ways for the authorities to stop us…that is a very bold statement. And while in the gold years of my business relationship with Valmont…and you, his former employees was fruitful, times have changed. It has been years since we last made our acquaintance and It raises all kinds of alarms in my head, since I heard you guys got a pardon from the government and were currently living as free man…and now you're using the installation that I let you borrow, land a jet in it, without the family authorization, consequently a day after the most perfect robbery that I have ever known and now I find myself at a predicament and a…loss of words because you offered a way to pay all the past payments, mishaps and the funds lost with this…technique. Now I ask you gentlemen, because, it smells like a crook of shit, short of a miracle. Now please, gather around…and tell me what the fuck is going on, if you please."

The threat was immediate and clear and even the giant of a man salivated at the bloodshed he was about to commit. Finn cringed at the menacing tone and even Chow, as the most collected of them was left sweating on his chair. Ratso on the other hand stared at both men, not feeling threatened, a smile on his lips. His attitude quickly broke a chip into the confident man across of him, confused why a man such as Ratso would not even be afraid of what was about to happen to him if nothing turned on.

Finn finally managed to compose himself and snapped his fingers.

Nothing happened at first.

The Capo lifted an eyebrow waiting for an explanation but his contemplation was interrupted as something went through the floor. His eyes bulged out of their sockets as a mop of haired appeared out of nowhere, followed by the piercing and glowing red eyes of a girl. Her mouth opened revealing the rows of sharp teeth, jaw clenching in a sadistic display, followed by the rest of her body, snapping solid mere feet away from him. The Capo and his enforcer got over their shock too fast for her liking, the fear she was expecting was instead demeaned into a cautious aggression. The mountain of a man was quick to walk in front of her, towering after her, his massive fists short of pulverizing her but the snap of fingers stopped him in the act.

Carlo hummed, eyeing the teenager that just appeared right in the middle of the room, with her arm crossed, sharp nails like knives tapping her forearms annoyingly, a challenging tilt on her head. Her attire was a simple orange hoody, blue pants and red shoes. Naturally what was most striking about her demonic appearance. Her glowing eyes accented the small pupil of her eyes, sharp teeth almost protruding from her lips and onyx colored hair was smooth and cascading to her middle back. The massive respect that her posture demanded was a clear sign that she was a figure of strength, somebody to respect but she was not certainly what he expected.

"Uh…so you aren't scared. Tough cookie." She spoke, the man immediately picking on her accent. It was certainly oriental laced with the tones of an American city girl, most likely a very Westernized person who came from main land and never fit in; the man gave her an appreciate tilt of his head.

"And you are?" He stole her thunder immediately, the balance of power shifting in his direction, the arrogant way he directed at her immediately made her growl menacingly in an inhuman way, momentarily stunning him and for the first time in years, he felt a cold chill down his back that he suppressed clearing his throat, shifting his stance on the chair.

The girl picked on the shift of his eyes, a nervous trait that she had noticed when the fear of her showed through. She smiled, being sure to give the occupants of the room a display of her row of sharp teeth, glowing eyes blinking and glowing with amusement. The man certainly had confidence but he was more in tune with dealing with the human kind and not somebody like her.

"Jade, The Queen of the Shadow Khan." She proclaimed her title, throwing her weight into the statement.

Ah, finally she got what she wanted….recognition, as his face paled.

"I know of the Shadow Khan." He muttered with some difficulty. "Valmont introduced me to them in the last years of our endeavors…tough demonic and foul creatures that shouldn't exist, but here you are…the Shadow Khan were also responsible for the death of many members of my family when they invaded our lands, our world." His face changed instantly, enraged as his painful memories resurfaced. He stood from his chair, pressing something on his coat pocket, stabbing her with a look of pure disgust and hatred. "And you're telling me….that you're their Queen? Their leader?"

Okay, that wasn't probably the best way to introduce herself and now this guy was going ballistic. Her sensitive ears were peeled as dozens of steps echoed through the hallway, the door smashing open violently were at least a dozen of men raided the room sporting carbine rifles, their rifles trained at the Queen and The Enforcers, who quickly gasped, cowering at the situation.

Carlo growled advancing towards her, The Tenderizer quickly turning his attention towards his new prey, waiting and eager. The snap of Carlo's fingers was all he needed to throw a nasty war rattle that seemed to vibrate the windows, rushing towards her. The demonic girl was not even worried, waiting for the man to reach her as he threw a nasty punch that seemed too fast for his massive girth. It would've smashed her to ground beef if only she hadn't turned intangible at the last second, his powerful fist passing through empty air, momentum carrying him with a step that met the ground with a heavy splat. Confusedly, The Tenderizer looked around the room, not looking at the pink mist that should've followed her. Feeling movement through his legs, the man snarled jumping to a frightening height before gravity carried him back, intending on crushing his opponent to a fine paste; a mistake that many have made before they were obliterated.

The impact was tremendous but still blood did not fly through the air. Something tapped him on his knee where the demonic girl was, a cocky stance meeting his gaze.

"What's the matter? Need glasses?" She taunted.

Enraged, he sent both of his arms, hands coming down to rumple her skull between his fingers but she easily passed through his hands, kicking down at his calf, making his body to twist to the right. It hurt immensely and it showed on his expression, the swiftness and strength behind the move stunning him but not for long, sending a kick that would cut down an human in half but strangely, the girl stood her ground, letting the kick to pass through her before applying a sharp jab to his hips sending the man out of balance, his massive height tilting to the side, legs side stepping to the right, closer and closer to the window. Recuperating, the Everest sized man gnarled; spit flying everywhere, though the object of his rage was nowhere to be found. Jade, had escalated the room and just simply drop kicked him from the ceiling, the man growling in more annoyance than pain, hating the fact that his size and strength were matched by the demonic girl. Fed up, the monstrous man met her head on, joining his fist sending them down towards the girl. Though she could initially hold the almost inhuman hit of his massive strength across her forearms, the inertia carried her a few feet into the floor, wood pieces flying everywhere. Surprised, she snarled with a demonic hiss, for the first time struggling with an adversary of such caliber that made Tohru look like a tiny toddler and this time her super strength wouldn't be enough to defeat him. Screaming, she launched her arms upwards, the strength of the move sent the gigantic man limbs upwards, not giving quarter, she met him with a butterfly kick that impacted noisily against his body, launching him some feet across the room, dangerously close to the window.

Her eyes lost its golden luster, replaced by a menacing glow that accented her clenched sharp teeth as she screamed her way to him, head butting him on the chest, his back broke the glass but his size was too big to fit into the frame; she easily solved the equation sending a low kick aimed at his right calf, impacting with the echo of a small explosion. Pain shot up into the muscle of The Tenderizer, screaming in agony as he felt his right muscle give in from the enormous amount of force directing into it, his legs breaking to each side, lowering his height on the floor and parallel with the window. Jade didn't hesitate, body slamming him with every ounce of strength that she managed, being enough to send his ass to smash through the window, gravity doing the rest, sending the man pummeling towards the ground, a terrified scream tearing from his lips.

Sardonically, she cupped her palm against her palm on her right ear; the colossal impact downstairs seemed to shake the foundation of the building, the paintings in the office falling to the floor.

The altercation happened in less than twelve seconds but time had seemed to stop by, everyone too stunned to react accordingly, even his hired gun had stepped back in shock, lowering their firearms. Carlo's mouth was opened in an O of surprise, this time shaking as a leaf terrified at the vulgar display of power presented by the teenager, his hand trembling on the way off the chair's armrest into his breast pocket, his pistol peeking through his coat.

Jade stared at him darkly, raising her sharp claws in a clear threat. Her mouth blew, white smoke seemed to materialize from her mouth, transforming into an inky substance that attached itself to the walls. Red eyes appeared, Ninjas quickly materialized from within, landing on the office floor in a combat posse, red eyes glowing with deadly intent, drawing weapons. Feeling the cold steel of two swords crossed across his neck from behind, the man couldn't do anything to stop the compulsions that started to wreck his body.

"You raise that gun…I will kill every single one of you in this room." Jade threatened, peeling her lips, sharp teeth snarling.

"You know what…I think you mean that. Oh…God" He swallowed his own spit"…You…maybe? Ok….Ok. S-Stand down. I surrender" He said, lifting both hands in a sign of surrender.

The hired guns looked at each with uncertainty.

"But sir…"

"Do as I say!" The Capo screamed. "Wait outside." He commanded. The men were forced to obey their boss, slung weapons on their shoulders, exiting where they came. The echoes of angered steps resounded through the building, coming their way, strongly and fast. The Tenderizer stood on the doorway, tilting his head down so he could enter the office. He was in terrible shape, his custom suit was ripped in several places and his right arm hung at a wrong angle from his massive body; it hung uselessly at his side but it did not deter the growl coming from his throat, once more advancing towards the only living creature that have ever hurt him seriously.

A snap of fingers interrupted him.

"That's enough Andrew…a miscommunication, our friend here is about to have a business proposition. Wait for me in the car…and then we'll deal with your problem later" The Capo said, pointing briefly at his broken arm.

He was none too pleased with that message and even less as Jade winked at him in jest. To his annoyance, he was forced to obey, grunting in aggression, non-too pleased by this development. His scowl centered once more on Jade before he left the room, carefully closing the door behind him, heavy footsteps disappearing down the hallway.

Pleased that the balance had tilted their way, she breathed in, her Ninjas transforming back into white inky chi, heading directly into her mouth. The Enforcers finally breathed a sigh of relief, brushing the droplets of sweat that had gathered on their foreheads during the concentration.

The Queen smiled briefly at The Capo, crossing her legs, left eye tilted upwards towards her newly acquired business envoy.

"Now…Mr. Capo…let's talk business, shall we?"
