I am so, so, so sorry for not updating! My writer's block combined with my unintentional laziness just made me forget to write more. So from now on, I am not going to try to set a deadline for myself because there's an almost 100% chance I won't meet it… But for everyone who likes this story, I promise I will keep writing it! Just because I constantly forget to update doesn't mean I'm giving up ^-^ My goal is to finish this story or, if I can't do that, at least get pretty far in it. And in other news, I may be starting a new fanfiction soon! ^o^ So if you're interested, keep your fingers crossed that I remember to post that one. Anyway, thank you all so, so much for being patient with me and my slowness and please review if you can! :3 I hope you enjoy the new chapter!

Chapter 11

"Yo, whoever's in there, hurry up. I need to get in there." Kaiko looks up from her phone, hearing the knocking at the bathroom door. She'd been hiding in the bathroom for just under an hour, and until now was glad no one seemed to need it. Putting away her phone with a sigh, she stands up and unlocks the door.

"Sorry," she says, stepping around the boy standing outside the door. She walks off, wandering around the lower level of the house aimlessly.

"Kaiko!" She turns around, seeing Len make his way toward her. "Hey, where've you been? We've been looking for you."

"Oh, sorry I was just…exploring the house," she says with a forced smile. Len smiles back and grabs her hand.

"C'mon, hang out with us for a while! You only ever stay with us for, like, ten minutes." He pulls her along with him, bringing her back into the living room. In the corner are Gakupo, Yuuma, and Piko, looking like they haven't moved from that area the whole party. They see the two coming over and smile.

"Hey, Kaiko. We missed you," Gakupo says, ruffling her hair. She gives him halfhearted smile and nudges him with her shoulder.

"Are you okay? You look awful," Piko says, raising an eyebrow. Kaiko scowls at him.

"I'm fine," she replies. "Just a little tired."

"It's only, like, 1:00 A.M. How are you tired?"

"Because I just am," Kaiko snaps at Piko. He puts up his hands in a surrendering way.

"Okay, sorry. No need to get mad."

"Are you okay, Kaiko?" Gakupo asks, giving her a concerned look. Kaiko nods, but doesn't say anything. All the guys look at her worriedly, but don't push her to say anything more.

"Hey, guys," a voice behind them says with a cheerfully drunk slur. Kaiko tenses up and hides behind Gakupo and Yuuma as Meito stumbles closer to them. Gakupo raises his eyebrow slightly, but says nothing. Yuuma shifts so that Kaiko is completely hidden from view, and gives her a comforting glance from over his shoulder.

"Hey, Meito. I'm surprised you're still functional at this point," Len says as Meito wobbles to a stop in front of them.

"I'm not sure if you can call this functional," Yuuma mutters. Meito waves off Yuuma's comment, taking another swig from his cup.

"You dunno wha'cher sayin'," Meito says, his words running together. "I'm perfectly fine, you're prolly drunk'r somethin'"

"No, you're drunk." Piko crosses his arms and sighs. "Well, he didn't waste any time getting wasted at this party."

" 'M nah'wasted, 'm great," Meito retaliates, wobbling back and forth dangerously. Len gently pushes him toward a recliner, making Meito sit down.

"We should probably take him up to his room," Len says, walking back over to the group. "He doesn't look good. I know he can hold his alcohol, but I think he overdid it this time."

"So, the party's over then?" Kaiko asks, peeking out from behind Yuuma. Piko raises his eyebrow at her.

"No, not at all. These people don't care if their hosts aren't coherent; they just want an excuse to drink and party and not have to worry about anyone catching them while doing it. The party's over when people start to drunkenly wander out of here."

"Oh, okay." Kaiko says, trying to keep the dejection from showing in her voice. "So, are you guys really going to take Meito up to his room?"

"Yeah, we probably should," Gakupo sighs out. "I don't want him having to take a hospital visit. Then I'd have to answer for what happened to him."

"I think the hospital is a little extreme," Kaiko says doubtfully.

"Nah, it's actually pretty accurate," Len says matter-of-factly. "His liver is probably so effed up from how much he drinks. To be honest, he should probably go to urgent care when he drinks this much, but none of us have the money to pay for that."

"What about his and Meiko's parents? Don't they worry about all this?"

The four boys hesitate, all glancing at Kaiko. Silently, Gakupo and Yuuma help the now barely-conscience Meito to his feet and start leading him toward the stairs. Piko follows after them, grabbing Meito's cup out of his hand before what's inside it can spill.

"Their parents, uh," Len says, scratching the back of his head nervously. He gives out a quiet sigh. "Well, that's not my business to go into. Come on, let's help them get Meito up the stairs."

He and Kaiko follow after the others, pushing their way through the crowd. They get to the foot of the stairs, and see Gakupo and Yuuma trying to get a struggling Meito up the stairs.

"C'mon, Meito," Gakupo grunts angrily. "You're drunk as shit, just go upstairs and sleep it off so you don't accidently kill yourself."

" 'M fine, I told ya already," Meito growls, trying to pull his arms out of the two boys' grips. "Jus' leave me alone. An' where'd my drink go?!" He struggles harder against the two, until he spots Kaiko. She sucks in her breath sharply, making eye contact with the brunette. Meito goes still, then slightly limp.

"About damn time," Yuuma mutters impatiently. He and Gakupo continue dragging Meito up the stairs.

"Hey, Kaiko?" Meito calls out in a slur. Kaiko glances up and sees Meito peering over his shoulder at her. "Sorry 'bout earlier."

"Oh, uh," Kaiko stutters, taken aback. "I-It's fine. I overreacted, that's all. You're drunk, you didn't really know what you were doing."

"Nah, I kinda did," he says, shaking his head. "You jus' looked so cute, I couldn't keep my hands off you." Kaiko blushes at his words and looks back down at where she was walking, with frustrated tears forming in her eyes once again. Gakupo glances back at Kaiko, and sees the tears in her eyes.

"Oh my God, what did you do, try to molest her?" Gakupo says, looking at Meito with revulsion.

"Oh, shit, no not that at all!" Kaiko quickly exclaims. "Nothing like that! It's nothing as serious as that, I just overreacted is all!"

"You jump to the absolute worse conclusions when you've been drinking, don't you Gaku? An' is your opinion of me really that low?" Meito mutters, his voice groggy and his head drooping. All of a sudden, he trips on one of the steps and falls down, almost dragging Gakupo and Yuuma down with him.

"Ow! Ugh, shit," Yuuma grunts, his voice the loudest Kaiko has heard all night.

"Yep, I am not doin' good," Meito declares matter-of-factly. "I think I am about to pass out."

Right on cue, Meito goes completely limp, falling onto the stairs. Gakupo lets go of his arm and lets him fall, while Yuuma is dragged down with him. Grunting, Yuuma lifts Meito up slightly and throws a deadly glare towards Gakupo. With a sigh, Gakupo lifts Meito back up and they drag him the rest of the way up the stairs.

The upper level of the house seemed considerably smaller than the lower level, Kaiko notices as she gets to the top of the staircase. There are two hallways, one with a door on either side and one at the end. The other hallway, the smaller of the two, only has one door at the end of the hall and looks as if it hasn't been walked down in a while.

"Hey Len, can you open the door?" Gakupo mutters, nodding toward the closed door in front of him. Len walks forward, jiggling the doorknob.

"It's stuck or something," he says to Gakupo. "I can't get it."

"Jus' try again, it'll open 'ventually," Meito says groggily. "It gets stuck a lot." Len sighs and turns back to the door. Kaiko looks around the hall, stepping away to explore a little. She looks at the few pictures hanging on the wall, seeing a young Meiko smiling brightly with a water gun pointed at her sullen-looking, soaking wet brother. Kaiko giggles, and hears someone else giggle as well. She looks around, trying to pinpoint who it was.

'That was definitely a feminine voice,' she thinks. 'But I don't think it was Piko, since he doesn't seem the type to laugh at anything. So then who-?' She hears the laugh again, and turns to see the door on the other side of the hall slightly ajar. 'Oh, that's right, Meiko and Kaito are up here, aren't they? It's probably her.'

Kaiko begins to slowly move towards the door to Meiko's room, when she hears a slightly loud scrape against wood.

"Got it!" Len says triumphantly. Kaiko turns and sees the boys walking into Meito's room. With a quick glance back towards Meiko's room and a quiet sigh, she follows after them.

The inside of Meito's room was not what Kaiko expected. She had thought that his room would be messy and unorganized, but what she saw was perfectly immaculate. There was a writing desk in one corner, with neatly stacked books and papers and a closed laptop on top of it. There was a T.V. mounted on the wall opposite of the bed, with an Xbox 360 beneath it set on top of a small shelf of neatly-arranged games. The color scheme of his room was deep crimson and black, making the inside of his room seem extremely dark, even with the lights on. One other thing she can't help but notice is the strong scent of cherries floating around the room.

Gakupo and Yuuma walk forward and unceremoniously dump Metio onto his bed, earning a groan from the drunk teen. His bed was much larger than most teenagers, Kaiko thought, probably a queen-sized mattress. The bed frame is black, polished wood and has large posts at the corners. His comforter is a dark crimson and his pillows had plain black cases, matching the rest of the room.

'Wow, I really just want to jump on this bed. It looks freakin' awesome,' Kaiko thinks in awe, looking up and down the bed without really processing that there was someone practically passed out on it.

"What, do you want to crawl in with him?" Piko asks with a smirk, snapping Kaiko out of her thoughts.

"Wha-!" Kaiko exclaims, her face turning a bright red. Piko laughs evilly, earning him a smack in the head from Yuuma.

"If she really wanted to," Meito mutters, making everyone turn towards him. "I don't think I would stop her." He gives Kaiko a flirtatious smirk and a playful wink, making Kaiko's face turn even more impossibly red. Piko and Len burst out laughing, while Gakupo and Yuuma sigh and shake their heads.

"Go to sleep, dumbass," Gakupo says, walking towards the door. Meito gives a half-hearted wave and turns over to lie on his side so that his back faced the group.

"Yeah, yeah. Turn out the light before you guys leave," he says with a yawn. The rest of them file out of the room. Once everyone is out of the room, Gakupo turns out the light and shuts the door. Almost immediately, they can hear quiet snoring from inside the room.

"Well, now that the drunk is taken care of, maybe we can actually have fun at this party," Piko says, stretching his arms out behind him.

"I was already having fun," Len remarks, glancing at Piko.

"That's because you were surrounded by a bunch of girls from the junior class," Piko said indignantly. "Of course you were having fun." Len shrugs.

"Let's just go back down," Yuuma says. "I'm hungry. I want to see what food they have in their fridge." The guys turn and start to head back down the stairs.

"Oh, actually…" Kaiko says, turning back toward Meiko's door. The guys turn and look at her.

"What's up, Kaiko?" Gakupo asks, raising an eyebrow.

"I was going to get Kaito," she says with an apologetic shrug. "I kind of want to go home…"

"Aww, don't go yet!" Len whines, puffing out his lip like a little kid. "Meito's passed out now, so you don't have to worry about him being creepy anymore."

"No, it's not that," Kaiko says with a smile. "I'm just kinda tired, and I want to go home."

"I guess it's understandable," Gakupo says with a sad sigh. "You're probably not used to being out this late, or getting hit on as much as you have been. It makes sense you're tired."

"Where's your brother?" Yuuma asks.

"Oh, he's in there with Meiko," Kaiko says, gesturing towards Meiko's door. "I'll go get him."

She starts walking over to Meiko's door, when she feels someone grab her wrist and pull her back.

"Hey, what-?!"

"Don't go in there, Kaiko," Gakupo whispers urgently.

"Why not?!"

"Because," Piko says, surprisingly patient, "they probably want to be…alone right now."

"Why?" The guys sigh, each scratching the back of their heads nervously.

"She's in high school, how can she not figure this out?" she hears Piko mutter quietly.

"For the sake of your innocence, let's just go back downstairs," Len says, a strained smile on his face. "Please?"

"I'm sure your brother and Meiko will be done soon, so we can wait for them down there," Yuuma says, gently grabbing Kaiko's hand and pulling her away. Kaiko shakes her hand free and gives a confused glare to the boys.

"What do you mean, 'for the sake of my innocence'? Look, it's nothing against you guys, I just want to go home," Kaiko says, looking at each of the boys. "So, I'm going to get my brother and hopefully leave." She walks toward the door and gently starts to push it open.

"Wait, Kaiko-!" The boys rush forward, tripping over each other trying to get to Kaiko. Kaiko ignores them and peeks her head in the door. Her eyes widen slightly when she sees the two teens in the room.

"Kaito?"

Kaito lifts his head and looks at his sister, a small blush spreading over his face. Meiko glances over as well, raising her eyebrows curiously.

"Oh, Kaiko, what's up?"

"Kaiko!" Gakupo exclaims, finally getting to the blue haired girl. He quickly looks in the room, and raises his eyebrow in confusion.

"Hi, Gaku. How's the party?" Meiko says with a smile, her face still red from the alcohol she drank. The rest of the boys walk up and look into the room.

"Well, this is not the scene I expected," Piko says, surprise evident in his voice.

Kaito and Meiko are reclining on the bed, with Meiko curled up against Kaito's chest. Kaito's arm is draped around her shoulders, while Meiko's arm is around Kaito's waist wrapping him in a loose hug. The T.V. on the wall, identical to Meito's, is shedding a dim light on the two.

"What are you guys doing?" Len asks, a quiet sigh escaping his mouth.

"Watching Captain America," Kaito replies. "Why?"

"What did you guy think we were doing?" Meiko asks accusingly, narrowing her eyes at the group.

"You know what, that's not important," Gakupo says quickly. "Anyway, Kaiko had something she wanted to ask, so I'm just gonna leave now." With that, Gakupo and the others walk back down the stairs, each giving a sigh of relief. Kaiko confusedly stares after them for a second, then turns back to her brother and Meiko.

"Little bastards," Meiko mutters indignantly.

"Yeah, I don't know what was wrong with them, they just kept telling me not to come in here 'cause you guys would want to be alone or something. I still don't get what they were going on about." Kaito blushes more as Kaiko says this, and Meiko giggles.

"Awww," Meiko coos. "You're so cute and innocent, Kaiko!"

"They really thought we were doing that?" Kaito mutters quietly to himself, blushing more and turning away from Kaiko.

"What'd you say?" Kaiko asks, looking at her brother. Kaito shakes his head.

"Never mind, what do you need?"

"Oh! Uh, well… I was wondering if we could…go home?" Kaiko asks, her voice small. "I'm sorry 'cause it looks like you guys were having fun but…"

"Aw, don't leave yet!" Meiko whines, gripping onto Kaito's shirt and puffing out her lip.

"Why do you want to leave? Did something happen?" Kaito gives his sister a worried look. Kaiko notices his face is still red, but after seeing the multitude of empty cups next to him, realizes it's more flushed from alcohol than embarrassment.

"No, nothing happened, I'm just tired," Kaiko replies, trying to give a reassuring smile.

"You can rest in here if you want," Meiko offers, gesturing to a large, fluffy, slouch chair off to the side of the room. Kaiko notices that Meiko's room is very similar to Meito's except for the fact its color scheme is a bright red and white, and instead of a polished dark wood floor there's a fluffy white rug. It's also in slight more disarray compared to her brother's.

"Thanks, but I think I'd really rather go home," Kaiko says. Meiko gives her a sad puppy dog look, and Kaito gives her look that's silently begging Kaiko to let him stay a little longer. Kaiko mentally sighs, and looks down at the ground.

"Well," Kaito says with a quiet, defeated sigh. "Let's get going then. Mom and Dad might be a little worried, anyway. What time is it?"

"About 2:00 A.M." Meiko says slightly dejectedly, unwrapping her arm from around Kaito. "Do you guys really have to go? Can't you just call your parents and say you're all right?"

"They'd still worry," Kaito says, sitting up. "That's just how they are. Besides, if Kaiko wants to go, we probably should."

"Well, actually," Kaiko says, looking between the two, "If you want to stay, Kaito, you can. I can walk home by myself, and you know where I'm going now, so you don't have to worry."

"There's a plan!" Meiko says hopefully, looking up at Kaito. He smiles back at her, but stands up anyway.

"I'm sorry, Meiko, but I don't want Kaiko walking home by herself this late." Meiko's face falls, and she looks down sadly.

"Well, come back over sometime soon, okay?" She looks back up at Kaito, and he smiles gently.

"Okay, I will." He begins to walk toward Kaiko, when Meiko grabs his hand. He glances back at her, giving her a confused look. All of a sudden, she pulls him back down to her level and, cupping the sides of his face with her hands, pulls him into a kiss.

Kaito's eyes widen slightly, but slowly they close and he sits back down on the bed, pulling Meiko closer to him. Kaiko smiles to herself, then stops and looks around awkwardly.

"So, I'll just, uh," Kaiko mutters, gesturing back out the door. However, the two seem to forget that she's there. "…Yeah."

She walks out the door and back into the hallway, closing the door partway as she left. She stands off to the side, waiting for her brother to come out.

"Well, that was both adorable and awkward," she mutters to herself. Out in the hall, she can hear the music from downstairs ('Though, it sounds surprisingly a lot quieter up here,' she thinks) and the quiet snoring of Meito in the room across the hall.

After a few minutes, Kaito walks in to the hall. Kaiko can see Meiko in the doorway, still gripping Kaito's hand. They mutter quietly to each other for a minute, then Kaito gives Meiko a gentle kiss on the cheek and walks over to Kaiko. Meiko steps slightly out into the hall and waves.

"Bye, you two! Hope you had fun!" Meiko gives them both a sweet smile, and then walks back into her room. Her door clicks shut, and the two siblings walk down the stairs. They push their way through the crowd until they get to the front door. As they start to go out the door, a voice calls out to them.

"Kaiko!" The siblings turn to see a girl with dark, short hair pushing her way toward them. "Aw, are you leaving?"

"Oh, Clara! Yeah, I am, sorry," Kaiko says, struggling to talk over the noise. She sees Bruno walk up behind Clara. He slips his hand around Clara's waist and gives Kaiko a crooked smile.

"Is this your brother, mi amiga?" Bruno asks, nodding toward Kaito.

"Bruno, you don't need to use Spanish all the time," Clara says, giving Bruno an exasperated look.

"I talk how I want to talk, mi amor," Bruno replies, smirking playfully at Clara. She rolls her eyes, and Kaiko laughs.

"Yeah, this is my brother, Kaito. Kaito, this is Bruno and Clara. They're from Spain."

"Nice to meet you both," Kaito says with a polite smile.

'Even when he's drunk, he's so polite," Kaiko thinks with a small smile. Clara giggles and smiles at Kaito.

"You're pretty cute, Kaito," she says coyly, giving Kaito a wink. Kaito blushes slightly, and chuckles.

"Well, thanks I guess," he says with an uneasy smile. Bruno clears his throat.

"You know I'm right here, right?"

"Yep," Clara says. She giggles and slides her arm around Bruno's waist so they were holding each other in a one-armed hug. "Anyway, I don't want to keep you guys any longer than you want to stay, so I guess I'll let you guys go. I'll ask Meiko to give you my number so we can talk again, if you want!"

"Okay, thanks!" Kaiko says with a bright smile. "Bye, you two!"

"Adios, Kaiko!"

"Bye-bye! Nice to meet you, Kaito!" Clara waves at the two, and Bruno tips his hat slightly. Kaiko and Kaito wave, and walk out the door.

The siblings walk down the street, the noise of the party fading behind them. Kaiko looks over at her brother, who's stumbling around quite a bit. He wobbles and bumps into her, almost knocking them both down. Kaiko helps her brother regain his balance, steadying him and helping him get upright again.

"Just how much did you drink?" she asks, straining under her brother's weight.

"Way more than I should have," he admits. "I'm sorry, I should've been more careful."

"No, it's okay," Kaiko sighs out. "At least you can still walk on your own." The two continue walking, Kaiko helping her brother stay upright along the way. After a few minutes, a silver Mercedes-Benz drives up, slowing as it gets closer to them. Kaiko looks up at the driver and sees a familiar pair of golden eyes.

"Do you guys want a ride?" Yuuma asks, rolling down his window. "You're stumbling around a lot. At least, he is."

"Well," Kaiko says uncertainly. She glances over at her brother, waiting for his opinion.

"Yeah, that would be nice," Kaito mutters. "I can't really see straight at the moment." Yuuma nods and slows to a stop. Kaiko opens the back door and helps Kaito in, crawling in after him. In the front seat, she sees Piko, who looks slightly green.

"Uh, is he okay?" Kaiko asks, pointing at Piko.

"He drank three shots tequila by mistake, somehow. Tequila makes him sick, so I'm taking him home," Yuuma says, getting the car moving again. "Where do you guys live?"

"Just a little ways up and down the street on the right," Kaiko says, looking away from the groaning Piko. "So, are you okay to drive?"

"Yeah. I don't drink, so I'm usually the designated driver," Yuuma says, glancing at her from his rearview mirror.

"Oh. Good to know." Kaiko looks around the car awkwardly, trying to think of something to say.

'Geez, I like this guy, but he's really hard to hold a conversation with,' she thinks indignantly. She glances around the interior of the car. It's all black, and fairly clean for a teenager's car.

"This is a really nice car," Kaiko compliments. "Did you buy it yourself or did your parents get it for you?"

"No, my aunt bought it for me," Yuuma replies. "She buys me most of the more expensive things I have, but I pay her back eventually."

"Aw, that's so sweet of you to actually work to pay her back," Kaiko says with a smile. Yuuma gives a small chuckle and smiles at her from the mirror. "So what about-uh…"

"Hm? What about what?"

"Uh, nothing, never mind," Kaiko says with a little smile. She leans her head back against her seat and looks out the window.

'I want to ask why his parents don't help him pay, but when I first mentioned them…I don't know, he just looked so angry for a second. Maybe I should just leave it alone…'

"Okay, this is the street, right?" Yuuma asks, bringing Kaiko out of her thoughts.

"Oh, yeah, it's the house before the four-way stop halfway down the street." Yuuma drives down the street, stopping in front of the house Kaiko pointed out. Kaiko hops out of the car, helping Kaito out from the other side. She gives Yuuma a little wave, and he waves back before driving off.

"So, can you stand?" she asks Kaito, who's leaning against her.

"Yeah," he says tiredly, straightening up. "Hey, Kaiko, do me a favor and don't tell Mom and Dad I was drinking, okay?"

"Why not? I don't think they'd get that mad. You'd probably just get grounded."

"No, they'd get mad," Kaito mutters angrily. "They'd go off about how you could've been put in danger 'cause I was dumb, like usual, and how you could've drunken something and gotten sick 'cause I was careless, like usual, and I don't feel like dealing with that."

"Kaito?" Kaiko asks, her voice small and wavering from her brother's bitter tone. "A-are you okay? D-did I do something wrong?" Kaito looks back at her, his blue eyes darkened. However, when he sees her, his face softens immensely.

"Oh, God, no you didn't do anything," he says apologetically. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to talk so harshly. Please, just…don't tell Mom and Dad. Please…"

"No, I won't tell them. I promise," Kaiko says, still nervous from her brother's sudden change of mood.

"Thanks," Kaito says, unlocking their front door. The two walk into their home, not surprised to see their mother asleep on the couch. Kaiko giggles.

"I think she was waiting for us," Kaiko whispers. Kaito smiles and walks over to the couch. He gently rouses their mother, telling her to go to bed. Groggily, their mother stands up and hugs him, wobbling up the stairs and going into her room.

Once she's upstairs, Kaito quickly walks over to the downstairs bathroom and goes in. Kaiko is about to walk upstairs herself, when she hears Kaito retching. Worriedly, she walks over to the bathroom herself. Peeking in, she sees Kaito kneeling on the floor over the toilet, his chest heaving. She goes in and rubs his back, like he did whenever she was sick. She hears him chuckle quietly.

"Thanks, sis," he mutters. "Damn, I didn't think I drank that much. I have zero alcohol tolerance, I guess."

"Are you going to be okay?" Kaiko asks, pushing Kaito's hair out of his face. He nods slowly, and begins to stand back up. Kaiko jumps up and helps him to his feet.

"Yeah, I'll be fine. I'm just gonna rinse out my mouth, then go to bed." Kaiko nods and steps out of the bathroom, giving her brother some space. Once her brother is done, she helps him walk up the stairs (even after he says that he's fine) and helps him get to his bedroom. She copied what she saw Gakupo and Yuuma do earlier with Meito, but was more gentle with her brother than they were with Meito.

After setting up a trashcan next to her brother's bed in case he was sick again and leaving a glass of water next to his bed, Kaiko quietly closed the door and went to her own room. She changed into a baggy t-shirt and shorts, and crawled into her bed. Staring up at her ceiling, her mind replays the events of the night: Meito picking her up and dancing around with her, meeting Yuuma for the first time, meeting Bruno and Clara, Meito kissing her cheek, having to lock herself in a bathroom so she didn't have a complete meltdown, seeing Kaito get together (maybe?) with a girl who he happens to have a major crush on.

'I guess it was a pretty good party, all in all.' Kaiko rolls onto her side and closes her eyes, trying to fall asleep. However, when she closes her eyes, all she sees is a black and crimson bed with a familiar brunette lying across it, a mischievous smirk on his face. But one thing is different than normal, one thing that keeps Kaiko from opening her eyes. Instead of their usual harsh arrogance, his chocolate brown eyes sparkle with a playful kindness that Kaiko can't help but want to see. With that image in her mind and the fading memory of the scent of cherries, Kaiko drifts off into a peaceful sleep.
