More cliff-hangers :) yay! I would have left this chapter for much later if I wasn't making the summer up to you guys.

I hated what I wrote first time so much, that I re-did the chapter. Sorry. Also vote in my poll, it's on my profile. I need help with my story.

The silence hung in the air. Not even the wind drew a breath, when suddenly the whole world seemed to rush at once. Arthur and Lance flew open the doors and Leola span on her heels and ran, she ran to Merlin.

O

Blood spilled onto the road. Arthur was having a hard time not gagging. He stared down at the body on the ground.

"Merlin?!"

"Wait, Arty, you know him?"

"Yeah, I was at his house,"

"What do we do?"

"Call an ambulance!" Both Lance and Arthur turned around, they were greeted by the sight of a girl, out of breath, "Call a fucking ambulance!"

Arthur nodded and fumbled for his mobile. Lance stared at the girl, who seemed to appear from nowhere. She had moved towards Merlin and was hyperventilating. The girl dropped her head and took in a deep breath. Her eyes flew open and her breathing steadied. She began a medical examination.

"Who are you?" Lance asked, rather inappropriately, but the newcomer intrigued him.

"Leola, this man has been seriously injured, let me examine him. Shit,"

"What?"

The brunette looked up, tears flooding her eyes "He's still breathing."

O

The flat was quiet. There was a solitary figure sitting, slap bang in the middle of the floor. Her expression was vacant and darkness had enveloped the room. Her whole body was still except for her mouth, which was mouthing words, there had been no noise in the flat for three hours.

O

Arthur lay on his bed, his hands were supporting his head as he thought about what happened.

'My fault' was all he could think, 'This is all my fault. If I had just slowed down, if I had just paid attention!'

O

Uther paced in his office. His son had almost killed someone. His son! What would the public think if they found out? What would they say? He would lose customers!

Uther sat down in his chair and frowned. He would have to pay the boy who had got hit, to keep him quiet. If not, Uther knew his business would collapse. He ran a hand through his hair. Uther pulled out a pad of paper.

Plans to keep boy quiet:

Pay him £10,000

Employ him. Tutor? Servant?

Make sure he got good grades, without working.

Uther looked back at his list. The last one was stupid; no idiot would go for that. He would either have to pay him or employ him. Neither of which seemed a good option to him. He sighed, he would have to visit the hospital.

O

Morgana sat back in her chair and smiled, Arthur had messed it up for himself. Her e-mail was open and she made a risky decision.

Dear my old friend,

I believe that we should bring the date forward.

The end of next week should suit us both fine, I hope. The reason is, we no longer need someone to help my brother to destroy his reputation. He has done perfectly on his own.

From

Morgana Pendragon

The message had been sent, and Morgana smiled as Arthur's fate was sealed.

Sorry for the redo.
