The new chapter is here.

Thank you for all the submissions of OCs, everyone. They are going to be processed by myself and my coauthor, where we will see if they might be able to fit within the story.

One thing I should repeat to you guys. OCs aren't just a name and small thing about them. A true OC by you guys is where you give name, personalities, background, and so on. It doesn't work if the OCs you give us hold little to no information past the name.

Now then, you will all know when the OCs are made and finished up.

Onward to the chapter.

Chapter 12: Transcendent

The Murian woman continued to just stare at them, still unable to contemplate what she had just learned, as it threw off literally everything she had planned for the plan, since the point was to capture Geo's girlfriend. And now she learns that the one she kidnapped was not only not Geo's girlfriend, but wasn't even a girl at all. Which baffled her even more.

"But... but how? How can someone have this much of a cute face and not be a girl? And that hairstyle, it's just screaming girly," she said, pacing around back and forth talking to herself, making Geo and Lyra Note sweatdrop, and even Rogue was wondering just what was happening right now, and had his own questions, though all three had one question that was identical.

This lady was an enemy?

"I guess Apollo will let just about anyone work for him if this lady is his minion," Omega-Xis said with a bored tone. He didn't see this lady as that much of a threat, and with her antics, she likely wasn't, and even if she was able to fight, they had mastered two of the OOPArts, so they would be able to win regardless of how strong she was.

Not to mention, to them, she seemed more like some weird lady that couldn't realize that Pat was a guy. Though... now that she mentioned it, Pat did have some feminine qualities in him, with his face and how he styled his hair, which actually did make him look rather girlish.

"Hold on, so that friend of yours chained up there... that's a guy?" Rogue finally asked, the question throwing both Megaman and Lyra Note off and nearly falling from that.

"R-Rogue! How can you say that?" Megaman questioned, embarrassed that Solo of all people asked that, especially since it meant that even Solo thought that Pat was a girl. What is wrong with these people? Or maybe it was Murians that were having trouble understanding that concept.

Shrugging a little, Rogue brushed off Megaman's question. "It was just a question. From this distance, he does look a bit like a girl, honestly," Rogue simply stated, in a matter of fact tone of voice.

Megaman shook his head at this and facepalmed at how this was getting weirder by the second. What, did Solo have trouble seeing? Maybe he oughta wear glasses or something, if his visor didn't help him out with it.

"Wow, this is really awkward..." Lyra Note said.

"I'll say..." Lyra, in her guitar form, agreed.

But now that everything was said and done, Megaman and Lyra Note were worried that Pat was still in trouble, with Megaman wondering exactly when Pat could have been taken. As Megaman thought about it, he kept thinking how he was with Pat at AMAKEN before he left to save the town from the Murian attack. So maybe it was possible that Pat had been taken after Geo had left. That meant that he was taken for a long while, and that made Megaman upset at himself. He should have been more careful to not let something like this happen, and yet he did.

"Eureka!" The woman exclaimed in excitement as she snapped her fingers. "Now that I think about it, it's even better. Now that I know he's a boy, the girlish face he has would make him a hundred times cuter. I am so going to make him wear a bunch of dresses. I know, I'll even dress him as a princess for real. Oh man, this is too good." She was so excited that she was practically giddy and now she had developed a fetish for making guys wear girl clothes. Though sadly, this one had Lyra Note sort of consider how Pat would look in a girl's outfit... the results were Lyra Note slightly agreeing with the woman's idea.

However, in the midst of her excitement, Rogue had moved instantly towards her and swung his leg to kick her in the face... when instead the woman held a hand up and stopped his attack from going any further.

"You know, it's actually very rude to attack a girl when she's in the middle of a fantasy, so..." The woman then gripped Rogue's leg rather tightly, "Be a little patient!" With surprising strength, she threw the Murian warrior across the water, though Rogue quickly shifted his frequencies and landed on top of a Wave Road, looking at woman with narrowed eyes, unable to believe she actually did that... but what was even more surprising was not just on how she blocked his kick or threw him across the water, but rather how she did it without performing an EM Wave Change.

Both Lyra Note and Megaman were also quite shocked at that and now were more alert of this woman's strength.

The woman then looked at them and smiled. "Oh right, I forgot to introduce myself since I was interrupted when giving my evil speech there. Thanks a lot for that, Megaman," she said the last one sarcastically to the blue bomber. "Anyways, my name is Virxinia."

"Vir... what?" Lyra Note asked, having a hard time pronouncing the word, making the woman sigh.

"Virxinia. Vir-zin-ee-a. Though you can call me Vix."

They tried to think about what she just said, and it didn't match what her name was. Before they called out on it, the woman known as Virxinia, or Vix as she out it, began speaking again. "I know, I know. Vix doesn't match with my name Virxinia, but calling me Vir sounds too weird. So just call me Vix just cause it works better."

And cause it was short for vixen, which sort of fit her, considering how she looked, though neither Megaman or Lyra Note wished to admit that.

"So anyways, we should now get this battle going now. So come at me with your best shot," she said as she raised her hand and gestured for them to come at her.

"Wait, you aren't going to wave change?" Lyra Note asked.

Vix tilted her head. "Why? You guys aren't going to be able to beat me, so I don't need to transform," she said, rather confidently too, making the three warriors wonder what made her think she would win, especially without transforming. As if to add further insult, she then aimed a snide comment towards Lyra Note. "And with a sidekick like you, I have no fear of losing."

"Stop calling me a sidekick!" Lyra Note shouted in anger as she was very close losing it, and couldn't help but throw an insult back at her. "And before you start insulting someone, why not look at a mirror."

"Ooh, very cute, but it's obvious why you would insult me," Vix said with a smirk, as she then uttered the words that would cause nearly any girl to snap. "You're just jealous cause you're as flat as an iron board."

Yup, she purposely stepped on a landmine, and Lyra Note's anger had reached its zenith, as the murderous aura surrounded her and her eyes were glowing red and demonic, wanting to really tear the woman to pieces. Megaman was really scared now, and even Rogue found himself a bit caught off guard by a human having this much murderous intent. Especially someone at her age.

Lyra Note instantly jumped and was ready to attack with all her might, and while Megaman was scared to get in her way, he wasn't about to let her attack an enemy they have no idea about what they were capable of, and followed her to try and assist her.

"Mega Buster!"

"Shock Note!"

Firing several pink energy shots out of Omega-Xis' mouth towards her, Lyra Note summoned two of her speakers and fired several musical notes of electricity with Megaman's attack, but before they reached her, Vix smirked as she made small movements, dodging each attacks in a hair's reach from her, the attacks missing their marks, the attacks only succeeding in making her cloak flutter.

"Come on, this isn't anything. I want some real fun here," she insisted. "I mean, yeah I don't expect the sidekick to be worthy of anything, but come on. The hero and rival should actually put up some kind of fight."

Lyra Note gritted her teeth in anger at how the woman was mocking her once again.

"Shut up! Let's see you get out of this! Quick String!" Lyra Note cried out and shot several wire strings from her guitar at Vix, the strings tying her up, binding her movements. "Ha, try to get out of that."

That'll show her. She was no sidekick.

"Wow, tie me up and suddenly you think you won. This is one of the many reasons why you're boring to me," Vix said as she attempted to fight off the strings, and in an instant broke them off her, much to Lyra Note's shock. Up to date, no one has ever broken out of her Quick Strings after she had them bound like that. Yes, stopping it before they were tied up would work, but after they're bound, they never managed to break loose. However, she wasn't about to be beaten like that.

"Battle card! Gatling!" Lyra Note cried out out as her Lyra Guitar vanished in a swirl of pink and white light before surrounding Lyra Note's right arm, transforming her right hand into a gatling gun and aimed at Vix, firing several blasts in rapid succession, only for Vix to perform several back flips away from the area she was targeted, and despite how often Lyra Note tried to fire at her, Vix soon jumped onto a wave road, able to stand on it even though she wasn't transformed. Everything about her seemed strange, and it started to become... unsettling.

"Both of you stay back!" Rogue shouted to them as he stood on the same wave road as Vix, having not opted to step in when Megaman and Lyra Note attacked Vix, all of their attacks being less than useful. The way she avoided the attacks, and that strength, even for a Murian, it seemed strange.

Megaman and Lyra Note were a bit surprised to hear Solo raise his voice, but they decided to roll with it.

"Oh? So the arch rival is going to challenge little ol' me in a one on one bout?" Vix asked with small giggle.

"You're from the UnDimension, aren't you?" Rogue asked, quick to the point.

Vix smirked at that and nodded. "Correct, I am a criminal who was banished to the UnDimension by Mu," she answered, confirming Solo's worries.

"Then I'll have to finish you myself," Rogue said as he drew his sword from his left hand and got into a battle stance.

"Ooh, the Guardian Sword. Apollo wanted me to go get that from you, along with the OOPArts from Megaman," she said, but Rogue didn't bother to talk any longer and charged at her, and slashed at her, which she sidestepped to avoid it. "Wow, not even gonna talk anymore? Too cool to talk or something?"

Rogue didn't answer but continued his assault on her, delivering really fast slashes that both Megaman and Lyra Note couldn't help but be amazed by. Was Solo always holding back on them or something, because he seemed much stronger than the previous times they fought against him. Maybe it's possible that while they were slacking off or had other things to do, Solo kept training and thus grew much stronger at a fast pace. But that only made Vix's ability to dodge his attacks even more worrisome.

Growling, Rogue instantly vanished into a black hole as a means to teleport to another place nearby and appeared behind her, and slashed horizontally as fast as he could... only to see her gone.

"Yoohoo. Right here."

Rogue turned his head and widened his eyes at seeing Vix, standing on his sword at it's end. Growling at that, he shook her off and tried to deliver another strike, but this time Vix was right in front of him and held her hand over his face and... flicked him.

The result: Rogue was thrown back harshly by the strike that he had grabbed ahold of the wave road to stop himself. As he tried to get up, he wobbled a little, falling on one knee as he held his head. Rogue was wondering if she just made his brain shake right there, but soon got up again and focused back on the battle.

"Did... did she just flick Solo?" Omega-Xis asked, now being really amazed by that.

"Something is wrong... this Vix woman, she's too strong... what is it with her? Actually, what's more unsettling is how she isn't even transformed, but she can touch us EM beings, and even stand on wave roads. Not to mention..." Lyra started but stopped short, though Omega-Xis guessed what it was.

Vix... she wasn't letting out any powers. They couldn't feel any energy coming out of her at all, almost like she was a void they were hitting but not succeeding.

Hearing a crash, the duo turned their heads to see Rogue panting a little as he held his sword and Vix standing several meters away from him. Vix gestured for him to come at her again, making Rogue grit his teeth as his sword began glowing a purple light and emitted a powerful aura, similar to the Indie Darkness from his right hand. It was clear that Solo was readying a powerful attack.

"Uh oh, that's not good. You're about to use a strong attack. I might have to use these now," Vix said as she reached for something behind her inside a pocket... and pulled out a Battle Card.

"Battle Card?" Megaman questioned, he really doubted any Battle Card would work against Rogue. His attacks hit hard and wide, making it tough to fight him with it.

After the Guardian Sword was raised to the air, Rogue slammed the blade down.

"Rogue Breaker!" He cried out, launching a devastating blast of energy that tore through the ground, destroying anything in it's path, and the attack was covering a wider range, clearly to prevent Vix from simply dodging it like she did before. However, she wasn't moving from her spot, but rather raised the card in front of her.

"Barrier." With that simple word, a transparent barrier formed around her, taking the entire attack, but rather being destroyed, the attack diverted into two and exploded after going past her, causing much damage to the Observation Point. However, Megaman couldn't understand how a Barrier Battle Card could have protected her from an attack like that. When he used it against Rogue, the Murian's Guardian Sword cut through Megaman's Barrier rather easily. And this attack was much more powerful that it devastated the area.

No doubt the Satella Police would be here at any second, especially with all the abnormal EM waves being released all around, and Copper always had a habit of trying to catch Megaman and thus knows the blue bomber's EM signature.

After the explosion had stopped, Vix smiled cheerily. "So strong, so strong," she said in mock amazement, as Rogue charged in, using the smoke and dust cloud that was around as a cover and attempted to perform another slash at her, this time his attack coated with the energy from his Indie Darkness, aiming a slash from her right side.

But this time, it was different.

Rather than avoid it, Vix raised her left hand across, moving it in the way of the incoming attack, and caught the blade, the aura around the blade dispelling in an instant, along with the cloud of dust and smoke. Even though Rogue tried to pull away, the woman's grip was too strong that it wouldn't budge. With a little tug from her, Rogue was forced forward as Vix leaned over and whispered to his ear. "So... weak."

Spinning around as he stumbled past her right side, Vix made a chopping strike at the back of Rogue's neck.

Megaman and Lyra Note stood there with horror in their eyes, as the Murian warrior instantly turned back into Solo and fell on the ground, unconscious.

"She... she beat Solo with one hit...?" Megaman muttered, still unable to believe that just happened.

"Oh wow, that was quite the workout. So who's next? Hopefully it's you, Megaman, cause I really don't need to waste my time against that weakling sidekick of yours," she said, challenging Megaman, and once more mocking Lyra Note, once again angering her. But this time, she wasn't going out of control like she had been before, now that she saw what Vix could do.

"Shut up!" Lyra Note shouted at her.

Vix laughed and shook her head in amusement. "You're not worth my time, girlie. To me you're just an insignificant girl that can never amount to anything that can even impress me. So run along now."

Not being able to contain her anger any longer, Lyra Note charged at her despite Megaman shouting for her to stop... but Lyra Note never even reached Vix, as the moment she charged, the musician suddenly found herself slamming against the ground, unable to get up no matter how hard she tried to fight it.

Vix held a card in her hand as she walked towards Lyra Note. "Gravity Stage. You'll be there until I decide to let you go. Be grateful that's all you're getting away with," she said, crouching down and smirking at the girl.

"Let her go!" Vix turned at the sound of a surge of energy forming as she turned around to stand and see Megaman in his Fire Saurian form right in front of her, throwing a punch straight to her face, his fist making impact on Vix's face.

What seemed to take an entire minute, there was silence, right before Megaman felt pain on his right arm as the gauntlet around his arm suddenly cracked before breaking apart, and Megaman stumbled back, letting out a pained cry from the damage he felt hit his right arm, feeling as if he had just hit a steel wall or something.

"Not bad. You actually hit me, but that was anticlimactic. But since you got a free hit on me, it's my turn," Vix said to him to him, her face not holding so much as a scratch, as she stood in front of him and made a fist, before she punched Megaman right in the chest plate, her fist moving too fast to be seen, let alone react to, and just like the gauntlet, the armor broke open and Megaman found himself flying back incredibly fast and struck against one of the pillars of the bridge, instantly falling out of wave form, while the Satella Police sirens were heard. Vix looked at that and frowned, before raising a hand in the air. "Can't have them interrupt us."

With a small release of EM waves, a horde of Viruses gathered around under her command, before she sent them all out to keep the police out of her business.

As the Gravity Stage was finally removed from her, Lyra Note managed to find herself getting up, but she knew she wouldn't be a match for this woman. She acts weird, but she was someone the likes that they have never encountered before. Vix turned around to her and smiled.

"So the sidekick is the only one conscious now," she said, and Lyra Note no longer had the energy to even get angry anymore. Not in the pathetic state she was in... she didn't even put up a real fight against her, not that either Megaman or Rogue did, but they fared much better than she had. "I could just kill you all, take the OOPArts and the Guardian Sword and be done with it, you know."

Widening her eyes in horror, Lyra Note knew that they couldn't let that happened. If they did, the entire world was as good as gone.

"But I won't."

Wait, what?

Looking at her in confusion, Vix decided to continue, holding her hand up to Lyra Note as a gesture to not talk. "Before you ask anything, maybe I should probably explain some things. You, Rogue, and Megaman never stood a chance against me. Megaman could have used the Tribe King powers to fight me, even, and still he wouldn't have been any closer to beating me. After all, I've become something far greater than your existence, a Transcendent if you will."

A what?

"Ugh, it's tough talking to someone really injured like that. Hang on," the Murian said as she raised her arm and three beams of pink light flowed out and each went to one of her three defeated opponents, all three now being healed in an instant. "There. Now you're all patched up, though Geo and Solo will be still out of it for a while, and Omega-Xis too. So you'll have to explain to them what I will tell you."

Lyra Note didn't know what to say to that, but she simply nodded.

Vix cleared her throat and began.

"About 15,000 years ago, I was a criminal in Mu, and thus for my crimes, which it don't even remember what I did now, resulted in me being banished in the UnDimension, an infinite void that expands to all of existence itself. Solo and all previous Murians believed it to be a separate universe, but they're wrong. It existed since creation itself, connected to every planet, every dimension, every reality, and every universe. It's a void that is connected to all, and it even has many names in fact, depending on which universe we're on. Our people called it the UnDimension, where others called it the Doom Dimension, the Null Void, the Phantom Zone, etc. The point is basically, criminals go in, hardly anyone ever comes out.

It's a void of despair where your time is halted and you cannot age, you still feel hunger and sometimes thirst, but you know you won't die from that. You can, however, be killed there by others that have been banished there. And in those long years, I've fought countless beings and warriors, Murians and otherworldly creatures every minute. Hardly there ever comes a time you can truly relax and enjoy yourself, or at least rest. No it's a true survival of the fittest, where mercy and kindness have absolutely no place in. You have no idea how many times I went completely insane many times. But every time, I grew tired of being insane, so I stopped doing that.

You know, I used to be only about as strong as Solo back then, but fighting there, I killed countless, I even lost count of how many but it's far greater than you can imagine, and as I killed them, I drained them of their powers, absorbing their skills and abilities, and strengthening myself. However, eventually when we do that, we eventually find ourselves hitting a limit... but not me. Coincidence? Maybe. Miracle? Very much likely. Fate? I highly doubt it. But after 10,000 years of constant battle, I evolved, I found myself reaching something very few in the entire universe could ever attain, and now, I stand beyond you humans and even Murians, and even Le Mu. I can be considered a god, really, hence why I am a Transcendent. And I'm not the only one...

That fool Apollo believed he could win by releasing us criminals, but he unleashed myself, and maybe one or two more Transcendents, thinking that he was above is criminals. The other Transcendents have left the planet already to accomplish their own agenda. After all, hardly anyone in the universe could oppose us. There's only one being in this universe I know that can definitely defeat us, though, and he was the true pinnacle of technology created by the ancestors of Mu, called the Cybernetic God..."

Finished with her long explanation, which Lyra Note and Lyra took in, even if they didn't understand it, and intended to tell Geo and Solo this later.

"Anyways, I'll let you go on a whim. I have no reason to destroy this planet. After all, now that I have my freedom, I want to enjoy myself," Vix said with a open smile, before remembering one last thing. "Oh right, word of warning. There are a few other criminals released that aren't Transcendents like myself, but are still superior to you three, and they serve Apollo. So I recommend that you guys get stronger, or you'll be killed next time, and won't be spared on a whim."

Turning around, she walked away, shifting her frequencies to leave the place, leaving Lyra Note alone to take Geo and Solo away, but now that warning made her really worried, and even scared.

... Was this a battle they could win?

Back inside the other dimension where Mu was sealed in, inside the chamber where Apollo Flame sat down, acting as if he were a king, he opened his eyes to see Virxinia returning.

"Hey Apollo," Vix said with a smile, and saw him looking rather upset. "Still the sour apple, I see."

"Why did you let them go? I gave you strict orders to-"

"And what made you think you could actually order me around?" Vix asked, no longer having the cheerful look on her face, as Apollo Flame became furious, and rather than answer, he had his flames sear towards her and engulf her within it. Though they were easily blown away the moment they engulfed her, and Apollo Flame soon found himself pushed back by a tremendous force and slammed against the wall. "Listen, Apollo. I'm grateful that you took me out of that hell that I was trapped in, but because of that, you opened Pandora's Box. I only came to give you my resignation. But don't worry, I won't stop you or your plans. By all means, go for it."

"Then... why did you spare them?" Apollo managed to ask, despite struggling against her hold.

She shrugged at that. "I have my reasons. I just feel the kids might be able to grant my wish one day, but not today. That's all I wanted to say to you. So ciao."

Releasing Apollo, Virxinia turned around once more and teleported away from there, returning to the Earth once more to relish the freedom she had finally obtained, and thought back to how this battle was going to progress.

"Good luck, kids."

They were gonna need it.

And that's it. I wonder what you guys thought about this chapter. Bet none of you expected that to happen at all.

This wasn't my original intention when I was in the beginning phases of my project, but after improving and thinking further and further, I took this new path that I considered.

The names that were used as different names for the UnDimension are based off of other franchises:

Doom Dimension came from Bakugan.

Null Void is from Ben 10.

Phantom Zone is from Superman.

All three are basically places the evil or criminals are cast away for all eternity. Not that I'm gonna actually going to involve those places for real, so don't worry.

Hopefully you guys all enjoyed this chapter.

See you all next time.
